Rogess: A planet full of greenery and mild seasons. Temperatures reaching as low as 65 and as high as 90. There is only four countries currently on the planet as its size is only a tenth of Venus. Rogess was colonized as a military headquarters, but eventually became a safe haven for scientists and biological study. Rogess follows the ordinances of UPN, but has its own system in the dealings of criminals. All felonies are dealt simply with injection, the passive scientists wanted no "waste" on their planet interrupting their discoveries. Although Rogess is a research heavy its untouched land and delicate preservation of said land because of laws placed by and universally agreed with Rogesss inhabitants, Rogess is a wonderland of resources. It is often targeted by big shot mining companies. To put the population in percentage: 26.7% are civilians working in fast food, retail, etc., 14.3% are resource miners, an even 19% work with UPN and Military (7% of that 19 being involved with militaty as well), 5% more working in pure military, and the last whopping 35% are people in the research field. There is a rough total of 1 billion people on Rogess.

Jinx is a Technology Major, specializing in all things electronic. Like most her experiments are funded by UPN, but her main job is in the military where she is a marksman of true genius and a Lieutenant. Jinx's most famous discovery was the "Blueprint Eye". The "Blueprint Eye" was a cybernetic scanner that replaced the eye entirely. The equipment would allow a user to scan a previously registered item and the eye would take it apart and build multiple blueprints of what one could do with each nut and bolt. There are however drawbacks, the eyes can short out leaving a person virtually blind, have the odd capability of blending in with the eye socket and for whatever stupid accident the scanner is sometimes installed with military grade lasers as Jinx's design is fairly similar. Not many people own these eyes anymore, but instead own her other cybernetic eye that is a browser, videophone, binoculars, email, radio, and storage device all in one. This installment however takes up half the front of one's face, hiccups on Rogess are rare, but outside some may have a piece of metal plastered on their face.

Her left hand is as rough as a rock. Jinx was a volunteer in a experiment on humans to give them bullet proof like skin. The small dose made her left hand fail, so she had to replace it with a cybernetic she made that gives her a bullet proof hand and some impressive spikes on its backhand.

History:
Jinx was born and raised on Rogess. Her mother was a Master Sergeant in the military and her father a bio-weapon specialist. Jinx's father's failing career steered her to follow her mother's in the military, but there was no favorite pass time like learning on Rogess and she went (unknowingly) into the study of electronic weapons. Jinx soon was indulged in her field and made her first weapon, they were a prototype pair of gloves that she showcased at her school military program. The gloves when brought together would charge and then cast an electronic shield that could momentarily block projectiles, she won 6th (braniacs). Jinx then went to a school rated 17th out of her country, Frailsten University, to get her degree in Electronic Warfare. She then enlisted as a marksman in the army and soon found out it wasn't meant for her. Jinx then had herself moved to the reserve troops as a Lieutenant and pursued her career of inventing.
