"This is Professor Minami, head of the research team for Project F. I have decided to record our findings and progress via video recording. Everything is going according to plan. The beta-testers had already arrived via a private jet, and had been escorted to the place where us on the research team would monitor their process. With the Hoo-yah VX8297, our game should be a great success, and as beta-testers, they got the bonus of fully customized gear and weapons, each designed to whatever look each gamer wished. It was a win-win situation for everybody, we even had one of our staff enter the game to 'guide' the players through the basics."[/fieldbox]

[fieldbox=Entry 2 - 10:00, white, solid]
"So far, so good. The players have already gotten the hang of moving around and communicating with the NPCs, and each of them picked a different class. There have been a couple of glitches, one such made our 'guide' seem like a puppet, but it only lasted for maybe .3 seconds, nothing to worry about yet. As of now, the players have yet to deal with battle, but hunger and thirst they have already gone through a couple cycles. Perhaps we should make the time limit a bit longer, as to create a deeper sense of realism within the game?"[/fieldbox]

[fieldbox=Entry 3 - 13:45, white, solid]
"In the beginning, the players seemed to be wary of each other, and decided to split up. But somehow they all managed to come together for the first quest requiring a group of six, inside the area labeled Forest of Tears. Make note to adjust the lighting settings, and how did the fog get in there? Must be another glitch, but it makes the forest look much more ominous than what we simulated it as. It's about time for our guide to disappear once they defeat the 1st boss."[/fieldbox]

[fieldbox=Entry 4 - 14:15, white, solid]
"We have discovered our first major issue with the game. There are no enemies in the dungeon, our players are sorely disappointed to not be able to fight yet. Not even a brown spider was there, the developers must've forgotten to code the spawn in. They are exiting the dungeon now-wait a minute, what's this? There appears to be a humanoid that has just appeared in front of the players, I've never seen a design for...him?" It appears that the humanoid is...talking to the players? That can't be right, monsters don't talk in this game.
{You can hear the voice of another researcher, most likely an assistant}
"Professor Minami! The humanoid isn't appearing as a monster, it's appearing as a player!"
{Professor Minami turns away from the camera}
"What?! Quick, get them out of there! Tell our guide to-wait, what do you mean our guide has already logged out? Who's that then?! I don't care if we have to kick them out, that man is not supposed to be there! H-how's this even possible? We haven't released any information about this to the public yet! How can a man hack into-"
{The lights go out, cutting off the video off}[/fieldbox]

[fieldbox=Entry 5 - 15:00, white, solid]"...They're gone. My god, the players....they're gone! When we went to check on them, the room was empty!
M-most of them were underage! How is the company going to deal with this...? We will put a stop to our research until the players are found."[/fieldbox]

You laugh as the last video comes to a close, watching these videos from your small laptop when you knew exactly where the players were was...entertaining. It won't be long now, soon enough you will have to face them. The players, that is. Picked randomly, yeah right! Each and every one of them were picked for a reason, and you were about to found out exactly what that reason was. Moving your mouse to the small trash can symbol, you were about to make sure nobody found out about the disappearance of your precious game pieces. The researchers themselves have been taken care of, all that's left is to destroy any evidence that this project ever existed.
You are about to DELETE File#264926590, are you sure about this action?

After all, you were the god of this world, and there was nobody who could stop you.

[fieldbox=WhiteStainedRabbit - Alice Cross, #bfffc9, solid]
-Relapse-
To say Alice was ecstatic, would be an understatement. For the first time in her life, she had actually gotten permission to leave her 'home' and got to beta-test a new game! Sure, she had never heard of the company, but she got to ride in one of these so-called 'private jets' (even if there were people there, all she did was take a window seat and snack on some junk food). The perks were pretty nice, and she was allowed to pick her very own custom gear, so of course she would be happy, wouldn't anyone?
When they got to the research facility, the scientist-looking guys gave them the newest Hoo-yah system, something that hadn't even been released yet, and boy was it exciting. Comfy and high quality, the graphics of the game looked as if they were real, the designers really did a great job. Everybody soon had headed their own way, and for most of the 'day' Alice looked around the capital city which was the starting point for all gamers. After a while, it was almost dark, and all of a sudden the young girl had found herself in a forest, along with the 5 other beta-testers. Slowly, the guide explained the basics of fighting, dungeons, and parties. But when they went inside the dungeon, all the newly-formed party got was cobwebs and dust, not a single monster in sight. Well, that's disappointing, she though to herself, as they left the dungeon. All of a sudden, the sound of a man's voice filled the air.
"Oh my, I wasn't expecting all of you to be so young. Though it doesn't really matter, I guess." Looking up, Alice saw a man, round as a cow, and an unnatural grin on his face. Sitting in a tree, he smiled even wider when his eyes met hers. "And who might I be, you ask? Why, you can call me-"
"Chubby Man." Alice interrupted, her short and quiet manner naturally showing through the way she talked. "Huehuehue, I must've misheard you, young lady, there's no way you could've called me-"

"Chubby Man."

"NOW THEN! I. AM. NOT. CHUBBY!" If this were an anime, now would've been the perfect time for an angry vein to appear, as the man clenched his fists in either annoyance, frustration, or anger, Alice didn't know.

"Oh, so you're fat?"

"NO!"

"Well, then you're chubby."

"MY NAME IS EARL GRAY!"

"...like the tea?"

"Yes."

"That's fake, it's too skinny of a name for you."

"WHY YOU- Ahem, I mean, I have a question for all of you.
If the world you call reality were to become a game, would you all find happiness?"

That sounded like it came out of a script, but before Alice could hear a response, the brilliant sunset sky changed to a menacing black and white, surprising Alice. I don't think that's supposed to happen, she thought, as the ground beneath her feet began to shake violently. Looking around, she realized that there was nothing to grab on to, and before she could do anything, there was a loud CRACK!.

"Ah, and I'd avoid dying as much as possible, if I were you."
And suddenly, just like that, she was falling, the inky darkness surrounding herself.

-Present-

"Ow, my head." Opening her eyes, Alice put a hand up to her head. There was no physical injury, of course there wasn't, after all it was just a game, though they might want to fix the whole pain factor-thingy. Looking around, the first thing she realized was that she wasn't in the Forest of Tears anymore. No, instead she was in this weird mushroom forest that looked like it came out of a certain English classic.

The second thing she noticed was that their guide had suddenly up and disappeared, leaving her alone with 5 other strangers that she didn't know. Trying to bring up the map, she was astonished to find that there were only 3 features in what should've been at least a 5 feature menu. More importantly, there was no sign-out button.
"We're stuck." Stating what should've been the obvious if the others looked at their menus (it's not like it takes a lot of work, all you have to do is say 'menu').

Closing the menu, she looked back at the other 'gamers' that hopefully had an idea of what was going on.[/fieldbox]

"Welp, I was hoping for a reason to leave the house and boy, did I get a reason to leave the house! I'm becoming a beta-tester for a new game! Weird thing is, I've never even heard that this company exists before I got the invite to become a beta-tester... But hey, I get to fly on a private jet. Well, I'll travel with the other gamers, but I'm going to be busy listening to music and trying to think what custom gear I want. Hmm... The design... I'm boring, so I'm going to go with my standard hoodie-jeans-sneakers combo, like I wear 99% of the time. Heh, things are finally looking up for me...", these where the last thoughts Damian had before arriving at the research facility.

When they arrived at the research facility, DJ was in awe. "WOW! This is amazing! All this tech! Nice! Btw, something I forgot to add to my gear, I know that I'm going for the Monk class. Something to consider is some gloves, gauntlets or arm guards... Hmm... Welp, let's see if I can find some gloves in-game and I also need to find out if in-game feels the same way as real life or even similar. Ah well, let's just see.", DJ thought.

They were given the newest version of the Hoo-yah system, something that wasn't even released yet. Damian got in a comfortable position and logged in. His first thoughts where something along the line of: "DEAR SWEET MOTHER OF- WOW! This is so beautiful! I'm not one for realistic graphics, but wow... I do hope the enemies have a slight cartoon/anime feel to them. Anyway, let's explore!", and he went off to test some stuff. He went felt his hoodie and this happened: "What the- This feels really close to the real world! Wow! This really shows the tech they put into this, since the feeling is something that no game I played has gotten close to right. Okay, now to look for some gloves, since stuff will probably start to hurt my hands if that's programmed in too.", but he couldn't find gloves before it turned dark and he was transported to the forest.

"Ah! Okay, didn't see that coming. Oddest way to introduce a tutorial ever, but still cool!", were his thoughts.
The tutorial was going, explaining everything. The party went the dungeon in, but aside from the general dungeon aesthetics, nothing interesting happened. "No mobs? Really? Well, that's a major let down.", was what DJ thought. A man then talked. DJ looked at the man, who was a little... round. Before he could really think, one of the girls called him "Chubby Man". DJ was kinda surprised, but when the man reacted and their conversation went on, DJ started to laugh. He was laughing and it was visible, but really hard. The man, who identified as Earl Grey, asked them: "If the world you call reality were to become a game, would you all find happiness?". "Hm... Would I find happiness if the world turned into a game? Difficult question. I would become a lot happier, since I would finally not be awkward throughout the whole cycle called 'life', but people I care about would be a lot harder to protect, since game rules and all that jazz. I-I'm not sure if I-", his thoughts were interrupted by a loud crack. He heard the man saying that we should avoid dying as much as possible. DJ fell and he saw nothing else than darkness.

-Present-
"Ouch! That's going to sting for a while!", DJ thought as he was getting up. He looked around and saw that he and the other gamers where in a mushroom forest. "Geh, what is this? Is the game bugging out or something? That was weird, so it has to be bugging out.", he thought while accessing his menu. He noticed the sign out button was gone. "Uh-oh. The sign button... It's gone! This isn't a bug or glitch, this is a major malfunction in the system! But not only is the sign out button gone, several other things are too! Oh god, stuff is getting messed up. No reason to really panic, but let's be ultra safe for now.", he thought while he was looking at the other gamers.

Marion opened her eyes to find herself looking at a wall, her vision a little hazy like it would be when you just wake up. Marion's eyes shifted around the room unaware of the time or date. Marion closed her eyes again only to be jostled awake by Brianna "Mernion (Mern-e-in) you need to get up." groaning Marion rolled over and wished not to be bothered until her entire body wanted to get up although the words that Brianna said made Marion nearly fly out of bed with everything Marion had in her. Marion ran to her dresser and picked out a plain light purple tank top and some light denim jeans. In a rush Marion ran to the bathroom, taking care of herself in the bathroom Marion emerged from the small chamber twenty minutes later. running into the kitchen of her home Marion was greeted by her Mother and step brother Dorryen. "Hey, Mom! Are we leaving soon?" Marion's mother tilted her head before she straitened it "OH! Yeah In a moment! Make sure your ready." nodding Dorryen and Marion exchanged looks before Marion left back for her bedroom. Opening the door she found Brianna going through some make up on her half of the room Marion grabbed her black saddle boots and sat down on her bed smiling brightly at Brianna, Marion finished putting on her shoes and hugged her. "Don't die okay?" Marion chuckled "Never." Grabbing a backpack supplied with an extra pair of clothing, small bottle of shower supplies and a lufa, two books, a box of colored pencils and a coloring book. Marion left of the Jet.

[The Surroundings flash white then black and another scene appears]

Marion sat in the jet strapped and ready to go, though a few other people where their Marion knew she could still be herself once the plain was in flight Marion unbuckled and sprawled out on the floor. This is why she had chosen the very back the side farthest from the bathroom. Marion read Maximum Ride Forever giggling quietly to herself and gasping occasionally when it was appropriate to during the book. Marion didn't care if other people herd or saw her, as long as Marion was in the best mental state of the game Marion was fine. Marion could feel the plains decent before the announcement came over the PA system. Packing up Marion sat in a seat and strapped herself and road the rest of her flight in silence

[The surroundings turn black, but voices can be heard.]

"Hello Boy's and Girls, would you mind following me to the Testing Chambers"
Scuffling of feet can be heard then a door being opened
"Here we are, please go take a seat, and make any adjustments you need before you begin. Once your ready please put on the Hoo-Ya system"
random noises can be heard
"Please Just yell start when your ready, the Hoo-Ya is voice activated"

"START"
"START"
"START"

you can hear the hesitance in the last voice

[The Black turns into the Capital City]

Marion looked at her sounding's finding that she was in a peaceful place. Opening her menu she opened her map options 'Capital city' Was Bolded and in the center of the top of the page smiling Marion looked down to her arm. Pushing a button Marion watched as a small hole opened up and relieved a rolling die, taking it out Marion tosses it in the air and caught it twice before looking around. Marion soon navigated her way through the Capitol City and found herself approaching a forest. Marion looked around before she took another step. Their must have been an invisible boarder or something because the minute she walked into the Forest Just above her average view "Forest of Tears - Discovered' Marion spent a majority of the day wondering the Forest. She had thought she had lost herself whens she saw five other people in the clearing. when they saw Marion they all beamed with happiness sending her an invite to their party accepting it not knowing them Marion huffed.

[The Surroundings flash white then black and A heart can be heard beating]

Marion sat up gasping for air, looking around Mushrooms towered over her body "Mushroom Forest - Discovered" towered over her sight rubbing her head Marion looked around Two other people were up and Three were out cold Marion shook a little, but breathed calming herself. Managing to get herself into a sitting position Marion looked at the girl who looked like her armor had hits of Mint Green on it "Were you the party leader?" Marion demanded. Normally she didn't demand things, but from what just happened and the majority looking like they were hurt badly Marion wanted to know who was the leader.

[BCOLOR=#ccffcc] Mushroom Forest- Discovered [/BCOLOR]
The notification button popped above her head, quickly disappearing when Alice tried to touch it. Darn, I was hoping it would link me to the map...Oh well, at least we know the name of the place we're at. Laughing mentally at the irony of it, she was brought back to her surroundings by a sudden voice. "Were you the party leader?"

Looking for the source of the voice, Alice found a girl (or perhaps a guy?) making eye contact with her. Looking above her head, she was surprised to see no complicated username floating above the person's head, instead just a small health bar and the name Mern. She was just about to look somewhere else, before realizing that the question earlier was actually directed at her, and that it was being expected of her to respond.

Crap.

Socializing was never her strong suit, it was much better when the game was filled with more action/adventuring, and less drama and (*shiver*) actual talking. While coming up with strategies and things like that was alright, small chitchat or conversation irrelevant to a quest/goal in mind actually made the young girl quite nervous. Hopefully a single shake of her head was hopefully sufficient enough to satisfy the girl (Girl? Guy? The issue this posed was very confusing to Alice, not to mention just a bit frustrating).

A few moments later, she realized that while three others were still lying on the ground, whether they're dead or just unconscious is something she did not know, there were not just one other, but two other people sitting up and figuring out the same logic she had come to realize maybe a minute ago. Standing up, she dusted off her mint coat, aware that not only was she the first one to stand and perhaps bring unwanted attention to herself, but also that her legs felt like they were about to collapse under her weight.

Sitting down on a nearby mushroom, she opened the menu once more, noticing that her health was lowered by three-quarters of the bar. Not wanting to bother with the numbers, she felt relieved that she bought those ten health potions when she did (they were even at a discounted price, buy eight, get 2 free!). Taking one, she opened it and placed it to her lips as she chugged it down, expecting nothing but the slight possibility of a sound that signaled her increase in health.

The fruity taste definitely caught her off by surprise, her eyes widening as her breath hitched, causing her to violently cough for a few seconds as she choked on the potion. Once she finally managed to catch her breath, she eyeballed the now empty potion. There were two possible conclusions that she could make about the current situation.

One. The game developers along with Hoo-yah managed to somehow create the right electronic waves to the brain to create the illusion of taste, and this was just a really really good coding at work.

Two. The place they were in right now wasn't just coding and graphics, but a real, physical world.

Not really knowing what to think of the situation, she grabbed two more HP potions and tossed both of them at the two who were still sitting down. Maybe they'd come up with a different conclusion than she had?[/fieldbox]

Alex Truman

Alex knew his whole experience was a mistake. He was never at home playing video games...in fact, he only ever played them when he had time to kill or wanted to spend time with his brother. His brother, however, thought it would be a good idea for him to participate, because he seemed to think that Alex was having a hard time making friends his own age. Well...he wouldn't be wrong. Alex Truman wasn't exactly the most sociable person on the planet. He barely talked, and always seemed to have an expression of complete indifference at the best of times, and of inner rage at the worst. There were people who saw that he had a good heart beyond that, but it was rare. Alex didn't make friends easily. So, his brother decided it was a good idea to half-force Alex into a new virtual reality MMORPG...

Upon arriving to the building where the players would be connected, Alex knew he was in for a painful experience. Looking at the other players, he was quick to see them as hardcore gamers who were really in to this VR shit.

Great plan, bro. Put me in a game full of a bunch of people that I most certainly can't relate to. That'll make me friends for sure.

As he was being plugged into the Hoo-Ya, Alex had a last moment of hesitance. Deciding it was too late to turn back now, he entered the new world.

"Start!"

----------------------------------

"If the world you called reality were to become a game, would you all find happiness?"

----------------------------------

Alex awoke with a start. He rose to find himself in the elemental robe he had started the game with, and his weapons were all where they were supposed to be. Obviously, the game wasn't over yet. Was this a new level? But, who was that fat man, and what was he saying? Was he a character in the game? Alex didn't think so, and he had a bad feeling about his situation.

Looking around, he saw that the rest of the party was around him. Two were unconscious, but three seemed to be up. Grabbing his staff, he stood up and walked towards his fellow party members.

"...you're all here, too? Something odd's going on in this 'game'..."

Josephine hugged Casimir and Cecilia, whispering her goobye's, before releasing them. A smile on her face, Josephine stepped back from her siblings. "Now you two be good, okay? I don't want to come back and hear what troubles you've cause our loyal maids and butlers. They work hard to keep us happy and love us very much." She told them with a firm voice, her eyes flickering back at everyone who had come to see her off. Upon hearing their okay's, she looked down at them with a smile. "I'm made from tress and written upon. Yet, I am special. Certain people who sail the seven seas use me for a great purpose. I have been lost and found countless times, yet never paid any heed. I have now found myself upon a bed which smells of roses. What and where am I?" She asked, watching her siblings intensely to see if they could answer the question. Suddenly, Casimir looked up and said Map. Following that, Cecilia looked up and said Josie's Room. A large smile formed on Josephine's features and her siblings eyes lit up. They knew what it was. "Now that you have your first clue, I suspect you wish to continue finding the rest. I have to leave now so that I may embark on a great journey. Farewell." With that, Josephine messed up their hair then turned and made her way towards to black limo that would take her to the airport. As she entered, Josephine didn't take a second glance at her home and closed the door.

As the limo came to stop within the airport, Josephine thanked her driver and bid him farewell before exiting. As she walked towards the building, Josephine could feel the stares of many people. Being used to it, Josephine paid it no mind and kept walking. However, she wasn't used to people suddenly putting an arm around her. When she felt the pressure, Josephine jumped. Upon looking around, she saw she was surrounded by five guys, and one just so happened to have his arm around her. "Hey there sweet thang. Whatcha doin out here? Why not come back to my place?" He said, already trying to lead Josephine away from the building. She held fast. The guy stopped and turned to glare at her, but he was met with menacing look in the girl's eyes. Fear stuck him good, and the guy released her. As he backed up, he called for his friends and they all followed. With that taken care of, Josephine continued on her way and within a few minutes she entered the building.

Josephine approached the guard who stood in front of the opening on the plane, arms crossed over his chest and eyes following Josephine. Upon reaching him, she reached into her purse and pulled out the golden ticket that held the proper information which allowed her to board the jet. As she entered, Josephine noticed one or two other people. Smiling kindly to the both of them, she took a seat on the comfortable white couch. Josephine was used to private jets so she felt at home within the source of transportation. She waited in silence as one after the other, the others boarded, Every time one did, she would greet them kindly. Once the other three had all boarded, Josephine watched as the guard boarded then the door closed. As the jet began to move, Josephine opened her book and began reading it. She had purposely brought a book she hadn't started yet so she wouldn't finish it in the jet on the way there. Instead, she'd finish it on the way back.

As she jet landed, the passengers within could feel it, signaling they had landed. Josephine closed her book and gently placed it within the confines of her purse so she wouldn't lose it. As the door opened and stairs had been place, the guard led Josephine outside, followed by the others. After thanking him, Josephine followed their guide into the building. She took in her surroundings as they were taken to the Testing Chambers, impressed with how much coding work it would take to create such a game. As they entered the Chambers, Josephine turned to the guide as he spoke once again.

"Here we are, please go take a seat, and make any adjustments you need before you begin. Once your ready please put on the Hoo-Ya system"

Nodding in response, Josephine walked over to the comfortable looking chairs. Sitting down, she placed her bag in her lap, then looked up in time to see a women has she handed her to Hoo-Ya system. A funny name, but unique nonetheless. Josephine thought to herself as she gently placed the work of art over her head. The world became blocked and the noises around her became muffled. Josephine had to take a minute to register what her guide had said since the gear had muffled his voice. She couldn't figure it out, but after hearing three people yell start, she followed suit. The black turned to white with various different colors around her, moving fast as she entered the game. It was a rather exciting experience.

» Within The Game «
The previous screen was replaced with a stunning and beautiful scenery. Towers, stands, shops, everything you would look for in a game such as this. The urge to shop hit Josephine ans she turned to the others. Bidding them goodbye, Josephine made her way to a nearby shop. As she entered, black, bold words appeared before her. 'Elana's Shop Of Necessities - Discovered' After reading it, the name disappeared and Josephine smiled. She walked around the shop, seeing what there was. After about ten minutes, Josephine walked up to the counter where you paid and placed 8 Health Potions, a notebook with pen, and a First Aid Kit. A tab bar appeared in front of her, asking if she wanted to spend 35 coins on 8 Health Potions, Notebook and Pen, and First Aid Kit. Below was a green accept button and beside that was a red decline button. In the top left corner, Josephine was able to see she had 150 coins which must have been the starting number for all new players. Smiling to herself, Josephine hit accept. The screen disappeared and was replaced with her inventory, showing her where her things had been placed. After removing the screen, Josephine looked up to see her she now had 115 coins. After thanking the women and saying goodbye, Josephine exited the shop and walked around the capital, but not shopping. Better to save her money.

After a while, Josephine found herself in front of an ominous forest. Intrigued, Josephine entered excitedly. Upon doing so, black, bold words like the ones back in the shop appeared before Josephine. 'Forest Of tears - Discovered' Of course an intriguing forest had an intriguing name, making all the more better of an experience. As she made her way around, Josephine found herself within a clearing. The other players were there and they all had different reactions when Josephine appeared. Before she could take steop towards them, five different tabs appeared before her asking if she would like to join the group, Accepting the one in front of her, they all disappeared. In the top right corner, Josephine noticed it said Beta Group. Impressed with all the mechanics, Josephine took a moment to congratulate the workers, before walking over to her fellow players. A guide walked out of the forest and explained to everyone all they needed to know. Josephine listened with interest, before following him to the dungeon. As the doors opened, Josephine and the others walked inside, only to find an empty room with many cobwebs. They waited for a minute, before turning and exiting the dungeon. Must be a glitch, or they forgot to add a monster in when they were working on the other stuff. Oh well, we can always try a different dungeon. Josephine thought to herself. Suddenly, a man's voice filled the air and Josephine looked up to see a chubby man sitting on a large branch so it would support all his weight. While a few others made conversation with him, Josephine merely listened while observing the man.

"If the world you call reality were to become a game, would you all find happiness?"

Hearing the man's voice change, Josephine knew right then and there that something was about to happen. And that he wasn't meant to be in the game. Narrowing her eyes, she slowly brought her hand the her back and grabbed the hilt of one of her swords. The beautiful sunset sky was changed to black and white, and the ground began to shake. Though she wasn't completely sure, something inside of Josephine was telling her that the man was behind it. Bending her knees, Josephine launched herself off the ground and unsheathed her sword. As she neared the man who's eyes became wide, she slashed her sword at him. Sadly, she only left a deep wound in his arm, but it was sure to leave a mark. She landed on one of the branches beneath him, and got ready to attack again but he disappeared. Josephine stared at where he had been sitting and sheathed her sword. Hearing the screams and yells of the others, Josephine looked down at the pit her had created. I won't leave them. She thought to herself before jumping willingly into the pit. As she did, Josephine braced her body for the impact, but because she had jumped into it and from higher up, Josephine hit the ground hard. The world went black and all noise was blocked out as Josephine blacked out from the impact.

» Present Time «
As Josephine came to, she felt a headache starting. At least that's all she had to suffer from instead of death. As she opened her eyes, Josephine was met with a blinding light and squinted until her eyes adjusted to it. As she slowly sat up, Josephine put a hand on her head. She wasn't feeling all that great. As she looked up, she saw that her health bar was blinking red as it was at 15. A chuckle escaped her before she opened her menu. As she took out two Health Potions, leaving six left, Josephine looked up. All she saw was a blue sky spotted with white clouds. Turning back to her potions, Josephine took the cork out of them both and chugged them both at the same time. An extreme fruity taste hit her and Josephine was rather surprised, but she had no reaction to it. She watched as her health bar climbed back up to 100 seeing as how one bottle brought you back up 50. With her headache gone and her strength gone, Josephine stood up on her feet and looked around. So far, there were four other people up, leaving only one left lying. Josephine returned the empty bottles to her Inventory, and looked over at the person who was still unconscious. There were no injuries and their Health wasn't down all that much. Josephine decided they would live to see another day, then turned to where someone was yelling. Josephine instinctively walked over and rested a hand on the person who had been demanding answers' shoulder. "Hey, don't be so harsh. We're all dazed and confused here." Josephine said, her voice calming and soft. Once she knew the girl was good, Josephine turned toward a boy who's hair was orange like fire. "Strange doesn't begin to describe it. This wasn't meant to happen. The man we saw earlier wasn't meant to be here. He was registered as a player, according to what it said under his name. Bet you anything he hacked the system and did this to us." Josephine said, figuring it would be best if the others knew what Josephine knew. Turning her attention back to the sky, Josephine began to wonder what that man had planned for them.

"Hey, don't be so harsh. We're all dazed and confused here." Marion nearly shook with anger, she didn't like this and she didn't like being told what to do. opening her stats she saw that her health was lowered by a little less than one third, smiling briefly she patted her armor then returning to her previous state. Now on top of being angry Marion was confused on what happened, taking out a six sided die that was hidden with in her armor she was tossed a healing potion. Catching it she put it in front of her and then rolled the die, any even number said she had it now any odd number said she had it later. Rolling the die it landed on a three, putting it in her inventory Marion a little number appeared next to the bag it was Green and it was a one, Marion figured this indicated that she had one item and green meant she could fit more into the bag. Marion stood and looked around "Mushroom Forest?" Marion took a step forward and a mushroom came shooting up from the ground. Marion on top of the large mushroom looked down desperate for some help though with the height advantage Marion could see around them, off in the near distance were some tall things, weather they were mountains or homes were unknown. Calling down to the group Marion pointed in the direction "Once were all together again, I think that we should head that way, it looks promising." Marion then sat down on the mushroom, taking out her battle knife she began to carve the mushroom seeing if she could get down that way.

"What is going on?! Basic game features have stopped working without any warning? Unless this is some weird event, I can't see the fun in this...", DJ thought while looking around him. He saw that a majority of the group was awake. He sat down against a mushroom while trying to think about everything that happened.

He put his hand on the ground, which was the point where he realized that there weren't only features taken away, but also features added. "What the-?! The ground actually completely feels like normal ground?! The ground used feel like a flat piece of cardboard, completely texture-less. But this can't be right? I felt things before we got teleported and they didn't have a real feel to them. B-but, this is impossible! Even with the upgraded tech, the hardware wouldn't be able to process all this! Wait, didn't that Earl Grey guy say something about reality becoming a game? B-b-but there's no way that he could've pulled it off somehow, is there?! Wait, calm down Damian... Don't jump to conclusions, maybe someone from the group will come with something disproving me.", DJ thought.

He started to look through his inventory, to maybe find something to test his suspicion even further. He found a couple of potions he had acquired and he took them out. To his surprise, they actually felt like glass bottles. "Other stuff feels like they should too... Welp, time to engage careful mode. This is no longer a game, is it? This is reality! I don't want to test if I can feel pain, but that needs to be something to be careful about. Oh, I just realized: why couldn't I find some gloves to buy?! Those would've come in handy right now! Well, no use in crying over spilt milk. But, if what I fear is true, this is going to be really tough.", were DJ's thoughts before completely losing all sense of time and space being lost in thought.
