At the very least, we can have them switch off on occasion. They don't have to stick to being a top or bottom.

Anyway, how are these two going to meet? Random encounter in the woods seems likely. I'm going to be leaning toward a Vampire the Masquerade style of vampire, since they're really interesting. Werewolves in that setting usually attack vampires on sight, so it will be interesting to see how things go between them.

Hi there! I can do more than a one liner as long as I have enough to work off with and usually tend towards at least a couple paragraphs normally- so that's not a problem. If I ever don't give you enough to work off of, tell me, and I'll do the same for you. But I don't think we'll have that issue. I tend to obsess a bit over grammar and spelling, so I think I won't bother you too much with mine, but I may occasionally make mistakes as eveyone does...But it should also nto be an issue.

For OOC chatter, I'm fine with it. I have PMs (of course), Skype (though only as a messenger), Windows Live and AIM. So any of those are fine for it if you're wanting it. Also, my age is above 18 if we do end up doing a mature plot, though I don't require it anyway. I have characters above 18, so it shouldn't be too big an issue. If it ends up one, I'll tell you.

I prefer Male/Female over Male/Male, but can do the later depending on the plot- however, I won't do male/male as a mature RP under pretty much any circumstances. I just personally can't get into it- I have nothing against it besides that I can't personally enjoy it.

Of the pairings you noted, I'd be happily interested in the following. I'll note if M/M is of interest to me based on the general pairing, but you may be able to talk me into it anyway:

Master x Apprentice (though it'd depend what the master is a master of)
Master x Butler (May be able to do M/M here)
Demon x Human
Vampire x Human
Vampire x Vampire (though not as likely in general, it can work out somehow)
Teacher x Student (M/M definitely possible)
Wanderer x Villager

Rich Person x Thief (M/M possible)
Popular Student x Social Outcast (M/M possible)

I'm not so big on the other listed ideas, but you can probably talk about them anyway.

I might tweak my character a little, but yeah the woods sounds about right. I might have a slightly feminine guy, is that okay? If not, it's honestly fine. The extent of his femininity would be long hair and long eyelashes

Thanks for replying so quickly. I'd be happy to do either of those and am also looking for MxM. I usually prefer to be the more dominant character, so long as the other character isn't overly submissive, personality-wise. Based on your resume, I don't think that'll be a problem!

What are your thoughts on those two genres? I love both, and they're quite different, so I'm having trouble deciding between the two. Would the princexknight be medieval, or medieval fantasy?

Medieval fantasy, preferably. If I'm playing a human, I prefer for the human to have some manner of special ability. Also completely possible for me to have that knight be a demon. I have a plot that would require that, actually.

Medieval fantasy is more my style, as well. I have an idea for a dominant, aggressive, fairly self-centered prince character whose intentions aren't exactly benevolent. Not sure what sort of fantastical ability I would give him, though. Can I hear about that plot involving a demon knight? Or any other plot of that genre you're interested in trying out.

The plot with the demon knight involves the prince's parents being assassinated. The demon knight saves the prince, and the two have to figure out who was behind the assassination while on the run.

I think with a prince character like the one you're proposing, simply seeing where things go between them without having the assassination thing involved would be interesting. Perhaps the king and queen can get assassinated later on, but I don't think it would be good to start with that at the beginning.

Okay great. And I agree, the assassination probably wouldn't be great to start with based on our characters.

Would it be alright if my prince were to be a sorcerer of some kind? I'd be careful not to make him too powerful (it's no fun when there are no limitations to one's abilities), but I struggle to think of another fantastical element that suits his personality. If you have an idea, I'd love to hear it.

I'm happy to start, by the way, once everything is settled.

The prince doesn't necessarily have to have a special power. It's up to you. And him having some mild sorcerous abilities would be fine. Would mean he'd have more reason to suspect the knight of not being human than others. Demons are uncommon, and most humans don't even know that demons really exist.

Would you prefer to do this roleplay in the mature section? You have to request permission to post in the mature section first, but I think it's highly likely our roleplay will need to be moved there eventually.

In that case, I likely won't give him any powers. I think it's more interesting that way, and my character will have to find out about yours some other way.

And sure, I went ahead and requested Mature permissions, so I'll let you know when that gets approved.
