Ability
Teleportation: Ethan is able to transport himself, others and objects to a different location without having to physically move. The teleportation of others than himself requires physical contact, and limits how far he can go due to the extra needed energy. The only exception to not needing physical contact to teleporting someone is switching places with them, taking their place instead and the other way around. For objects, he does not need to teleport with it in order to change its location. He does not need to be on ground to teleport and neither does he need to teleport to ground, teleporting in mid-air or in air is completely possible. Whatever movement he does before teleporting is followed to his new destination. If he walks before teleporting then he will continue to walk, naturally, after he has teleported to his new location.
Flaws:
- Sometimes he teleports unwillingly to a different location or just a different corner, it is completely random.
- Teleporting objects isn't hard, but teleporting people is.
- He can teleport objects, but they don't always end up where he wants them to go.
Appearance
Hair color: Ethan's hair color is a dyed dark silver color. His natural color is a dark chocolate brown, but because he likes trying out new things and challenging himself, he decided to dye his hair into a new color and takes very well care of it (without being a total diva about it).
Eye color: Dark brown. Because they are as dark as they are, they appear to be almost deep. In clear light it is very obvious that he has brown eyes, but with light being absent or minimal, the brown color can easily be mistaken for black.
Weight: 65 kg/143 lbs. Ethan is physically strong and keeps himself in good shape with regular exercise. As the Student Council President he wishes to set a good example, and to keep himself in shape since he tends to spend more time in the room than he truly wishes sometimes.
Height: 186 cm/6'0''. Blessed with tall parents, obviously Ethan was going to be tall as well. It is only a shame that those legs are not used very often to walk around, when he can teleport to wherever he needs to go.
Distinguishing features: Around his neck he carries a locket with a picture of himself and his brother inside of it.

Personality:
✔ Hardworking: Giving up is not an option no matter what the situation is when it comes to anything that Ethan is involved in. Whatever he begins on he burns for with a passion, and it would take him a coffin and being seven feet under ground in order to give up or stop. Hard work always pays off in the end, and he knows it very well, it just takes a bit more time sometimes.
✔ Protective: Quick to react and strong, he becomes protective over others. Almost like an older brother, and he will more than lovely take you under his wing. He's not overprotective and doesn't put his nose into everyone else's business, but if danger ever calls then he is the first one to be there. Maybe because of his teleportation abilities.
✔ Neat: Having everything in some sort of order makes everything easier to find later. Some people might think he is slightly OCD, but it is simply because he loves keeping everything neatly and organized. He does not mind cleaning up after others, in other to not have it be messy.
✔ Intelligent: A strong IQ of 147 supports his claim of being very intelligent. Of course it comes through studying and paying attention to class, along with some natural developed intelligence that he is proud off, but never shows-off to make himself look better.
✔ Mature: Ethan may only be 19 years old, but he acts very mature for his age. He is able to admit and see his wrongs, and sees nothing wrong in apologizing for it or paying the consequences for his actions in a mature fashion.
✘ Stubborn: It is as efficiently telling Ethan "no" as it is talking to a brick wall, though the possibility of the brick wall listening better is there. He is incredibly stubborn, and sometimes it has gotten him to situation that is not really worth it.
✘ Introvert: While he's not incredibly introvert and sees nothing wrong in getting to know new people, approaching people or talking to strangers, he would rather enjoy a book and a cup of tea inside his room rather than going to a party.
✘ Self-sacrificial: Being able to switch places with others, he finds himself being a bit self-sacrificial. He'd rather allow himself to be hurt than anyone else, and having the ability to easily take someone's stead, he tends to do it too often for his own good.
✘ Sarcastic: Ethan has a very sarcastic humor and sometimes it can be hard to detect whether he means something or not, though if asked he won't mind clarifying it for you, but his sarcasm can come off as rude and insult others without really meaning to do so.
✘ Strict: He can sometimes come off as a strict mother scolding his child. Of course he does not take this mother figure literally, but he doesn't mind scolding someone if they do something terribly wrong, and neither does he mind reinforcing Berkeley's rules to the students around him.

History
Ethan grew up in a rich family. However his parents were usually too busy to do much with or for him, so most of his childhood is filled with memories of his older brother, Kai. The two of them were close to inseparable, and it was his only his brother that knew of Ethan's ability to teleport, his parents were too busy to listen to the story even if he had tried.
The first day Ethan gained his teleportation powers were a nightmare. In the beginning he hated it. One moment he would be sleeping in his bed, the next he would be somewhere in Paris in a t-shirt and his underwear. However, luckily he was able to rapidly teleport in his panic, even though the distance was short it was more efficient than running. Getting home could be somewhat of a problem at times, but there was nothing worse than that one time he ended up in China and for some reason his teleportation powers decided to put themselves on pause, so he had to order a plane ticket back home. Thank God he was able to teleport. Slowly, but surely he was able to get a bit better at teleporting and doing it more so at will, though he still struggles with some random teleportations happening.
However one day his brother woke him up in the middle of the night, ushering him to be quiet. Ethan was confused and unsure what was happening, until he suddenly heard something coming from downstairs. Kai had told him that they were wearing suits, they looked like government officials and it was unsure how they had gotten in without tripping any of the alarms. However the reason they were hiding was because they were armed.
Ethan didn't need to know anything else. He had heard other people with abilities like his speak of this, that they were disappearing one by one. . . that the government was working on killing them off. They were here for his head. He didn't fill Kai onto the details, instead he grabbed his older brother and teleported him out of the mansion quickly outside onto the pavement. He thought they were all good to go, until Kai told him that their parents were home.
Two gun shots later, they weren't "home" anymore.
If the two gun shots were for his parents was unknown, but knowing they were there to kill made the possibility to check unthinkable. He grabbed Kai and teleported them further away, on the other side of town before he thought they were completely safe. That is where they ended up splitting up, Ethan claiming it was too dangerous to be with him and that he needed to go to people like him "safe haven". Berkeley. He told his brother to leave the town, get far far away and that he shouldn't look back, no matter what the last thing he should do is to come back to the town, in the fear of him getting killed as well.
Kai ended up leaving the country, and Ethan found Berkley only a couple of hours later. The two still call each other every now and then, but none of them speaks of the incident at all, it is like a secret rule as to not to talk about it.
