The ones of the Ancient Past gaze upon a little cabin in the middle of the woods.

The ones of today gaze upon a simple house like any other.

The ones of the distant future will see a grand hovership, or just a mechanical vehicle.

These three different places are actually gateways to one single place.

The humble abode of the unsung Temporal Witch, Michelle as she calls herself.

She watches over and lives in many eras, befriending and looking over its citizens.

This tale is a tale of Michelle and the friends and foes who surround her, friends and foes who live in the Past, the Present and the Future. What adventures through time and space await them? No one truly knows. Time and space is mysterious.

Playable Past Locations
Oaksworth

The central of Oaksworth lies the vast Oaskworth woods, inhabited by various animals and such. In its heart lies the log cabin of 'Forest Witch' Michelle.
It takes place 2000 years before the modern days. Around the areas are smaller villages that are one with the forest and magic.
East of the Woods is Tristain Town, a simple medieval town with taverns and all. Magic is looked down upon here.
West of the Woods is the Silver Shores, with sand most white in hue. From time to time, mermaids come by to bask around. Humans may come to look at such a sight, but they'll have to sneak through the vast forest first.
South of the Woods is the ruins of a civilisation, once ruled by the extinct Tinker Race. Now, steampunk golems dubbed by Michelle as 'Steampunk Mashin' roam the area. These Mashin may wander out, and into other areas like forests and cities.

Playable Present Areas
Chiba City

A modern Japanese city. It is home to 'Average High School Transfer Student' Michelle.
To the West of Michelle's house lies Kotobuki High School, where Michelle and her friends attend
Further West is a shrine where foxes tend to flock. Some may even be Kitsune.

Playable Future Areas
Davis Metropolitan Area

A futuristic setting. A thousand years after the modern era. Humans can now live up to 3 centuries due to modern medicine. Mythical beasts have faded away into whatever natural lands are left on this planet, and this city is pretty much unnatural.
Magic has been lost for eons now. Even if one had magic potential, there was no one to teach him or her.
This in an era where humans, Mashin and aliens live together. However, crime is still rampant, much moreso than modern day, and when the police can't deal with it, vigilantes will pop into action.
'Cyber Vigilante' Michelle is one of these vigilantes. She inhabits a fortress-hovercraft-vehicle hybrid, the WARLOCK 00

Playable Races
These are subject to expand. You can use races not present on this list, but must describe them as well, from rarity to era and racial traits, and even language! Also, do make sense. Oriental beasts cannot live in Oaksworth, and there is no way Chiba can have an obvious, bursting population of mythical beasts, neither can it have too many magic users. Unless otherwise stated, all organic races can use magic, except those from the future.

Elves

Rarity: Uncommon
They have greater speed, magic and accuracy, but are physically more fragile and take hits harder. They are guardians of nature.
They speak the tongue of humans.

Mashin
Era: Past; Future
Rarity: Rare; Common
They are basically technology come to life and sentience. Steampunk Mashin, known to locals as 'golems', are humanoid only and live in Oaksworth. Plastic Mashin, or 'droids', live in Davis, and come in many various shapes of modern or future technology. Plastic Mashin gained sentience during the great mechanical rebellion, a war of technology against organics, which was 500 years after the modern era.
Steampunk Mashin speak Ancient Tinkerese. Plastic Mashin speak the tongue of humans.
They cannot use magic.

Mermaids
Era: Past
Rarity: Rare
They have the tops of humans and the bottoms of fish. A female-only race, they require human males to reproduce. They can alter their tails into human legs in order to freely adapt to land.
They speak the tongue of humans and the tongue of animals.

Dragons
Era: Past
Rarity: Rare
These reptillian beasts vary in size. They tend to be territorial and hate outsiders. Each individual has an elemental breath of varying capabilities. They are natural-born hunters.
They speak the tongue of animals.

Kitsune
Era: Present
Rarity: Very Rare
They often hide in their fox forms, but can reveal human forms. They use their illusion magic to play with humans. While you can't actually see it, they love hanging around their non-supernatural brethren.
They speak the tongue of humans and the tongue of animals.

Beast
Era: All
Rarity: Common
This refers to any naturally-occuring, non-fantasy beast, from the birds and the bees to grand wolves. Who knows, that cat can actually think and talk.
They speak the tongue of animals.

Rules
One character per era per person, which means a maximum of three characters.
Try to make some extent of sense, please. Avoid elves in oriental Chiba, and avoid jiangshi in occidental Oaksworth.
I think we all know the basic rules.

She is only 1.42 metres in height, and is completely flat-chested.
Her outfit may vary based on era and/or place. The picture up there is what she wears in Oaksworth.

Her 'Vigilante' outfit while in Davis. She wears this outfit, except the heavy metallic exoskeleton depicted. She also does not don the helmet as shown. In other words - she only wears the odd metal pieces that leave really little to one's imagination, alongside a pair of visors and a pair of mechanical boots and cybernetic robo-gauntlets. Additionally, her version of the outfit is blue. Her almost-bare state allows great speed.

Personality:
Michelle is a polite young lass to both allies and foes alike. She loves a fair fight from time to time. A helpful one, she will help the denizens of this world go about their daily lives, from chasing knights away from her dragon allies, to homework, to fighting off rampaging mutant experiments.
While she does see time and space as a fun thing to hold, she understands that if she goes too far and allows this power to fully corrupt her, disaster could occur. She limits her interference by simply living as a regular denizen of the various times, as opposed to exposing her identity as a temporal mage.

History:
Michelle was born in an alternate reality to this world. Apparently, she was some sort of Princess, or royalty. No one really knows.
Her reality was said to be destroyed by an unknown force when she was only 12. However, she was given a chance to play god and be reborn into a new world. The downside - she didn't have a fixed timestream. She was living in many timelines. This, along with her immortality, drove her insane, but over the many eons, she learned how to control her very sanity in such a situation. She learned how to adapt to her new life. She learned how to play god.
And so began her life. Her regular, free life.

Magical Capabilities:
Her primary magic branch is 'Void'. This is, in fact, a magic branch that only few can learn, and even fewer can master. At its peak, one can manipulate the very fabric of time and space, which is technically what Michelle is doing to her house without reaching said peak.
These can range from simple distortion bullets, teleportation, void explosions and age alteration. She has many other ways of using her abilities.
She has dimensional summoning capabilities, able to summon beasts, trains and such to smash into an opponent.
While her potential is internal, she cannot channel her abilities without her wand for the time being.
Depending on the time she is in, she can summon three Norns - Urd of the Past, Belldandy of the Present and Skuld of the Future, to aid her.

Skills:
She has skill in melee weaponry, so she isn't completely useless without her wand.
She is very swift, even without the help of her wand.
She is learnt is self-defense without weaponry, but not in an offensive way.
She knows basic herbs to heal minor and major injuries and poisons alike, much like a witch doctor.
She has knowledge in weaponry, much like a weapons expert.
She has great skill in riding and piloting a wide variety of steeds and vehicles, from bikes to dragons.
She can swim.
It is near impossible to drive her to insanity, mainly because she's still sane despite having no timeline to call home.

Equipment:
Her wand takes various forms in order to adapt to the era and place she is in. Appearances range from phones to samurai swords and even hairclips. The picture depicts its form in Oaksworth. The wand's mage staff form is called "Shepherd Staff"

"Warlock Gunsword" is the shape of a one-handed energy blaster weapon. The spells are casted via magic bullets. It is used in Davis, and can activate the WARLOCK 00. It appears to be the above item, except it is more navy blue in hue. It can alter into a blade mode for something more personal. It is disguised as a clip to hold a ponytail in place
The WARLOCK 00 is a giant, armed fortress that can shift between cybervan, fortress and hovership modes.

"Beat Rocker" as it is called can cast spells by being strummed. It is used while in Chiba and is usually stored in a guitar case.

Other Information:
Little is known about this individual. She is most mysterious indeed.​
