    Character Name:
    Raven Roth
    Female Azarithanian
    Teen Titan
    General Appearance:
    Weight: 118 lbs muscle
    General Personality:
    Reserved, strong-willed, sarcastic, altruistic, powerful

    Judicial Status: Hero

    Background and Hero Origins:
Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon rather than her becoming his queen, Arella was bent on suicide when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle.

In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing.

Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth.

She arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl....

Powers and Abilities: The basis of almost all of Raven's powers are derived from her soul-self.

Astral Projection: She is able to project her soul from her body into corporeal form using it to interact with the physical world, affect others mentally, and to traverse through time-space. Her soul-self takes the form of a double of her own body, or more commonly, a large black raven. She is capable of changing its shape and mass at will, and can alter her own appearance with her soul-self, like increasing her size or making her tentacles emerge from her cloak.
Projection of Thoughts and Will: She is able to project her soul-self into the minds of others to communicate, facilitate calm or to force people into submission with a devastating mental attack. Though normally composed of energy that is colored black, Raven's soul-self can change color depending on her emotional state, manifesting as red or white.

Advanced Telekinesis: Raven can merge a small part of her soul-self into objects in order to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self; this may be the reason why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects rather than people. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though it ranges well into hundreds of tons, allowing her to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement. Whenever she takes control of something, it is covered in the same dark energy that composes her soul-self.

Creating Solid Constructs: With her soul-self able to be molded into any shape, Raven often creates simple domes or walls that act as barriers against attack. She can project solid bolts to be used as projectiles, or a steady stream of solid force. She has been shown making razor sharp blades to cut through obstacles, claws that can restrain foes, and floating platforms to ride on.
Interdimensional Teleportation: Raven's soul-self is able to envelop her (along with at least four other people) and transport her to other dimensions, primarily Azarath. She can use this technique to travel vast distances on Earth, or to teleport by momentarily displacing herself and then re-appearing in another location. She can pass through walls and obstacles by simply teleporting past them, giving the illusion of intangibility. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self.

Empathy and Healing: She has the psionic ability to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, as she has stated that she would know if someone's mind had been tampered with. Raven can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them, and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm. She can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion. By using her empathy to guide her, she can track others with her soul-self.

Levitation: Raven can levitate off the ground and fly, without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she utilizes telekinesis. Her power is also sufficient to enable her to counter the gravitational pull of other planets

Above average Agility, strength etc: Raven meditates to control and focus her abilities. Though not the most physically talented, Raven is nonetheless a fairly skilled and proficient hand-to-hand fighter, having received at least some degree of physical training. She has been shown briefly overcoming the peak-human, Speedy, engaging Jinx in hand-to-hand combat and also quickly delivering flying kicks to Monsieur Mallah.
Multilingual: Raven is also a skilled polyglot, capable of fluently speaking English, German, Latin, Romanian, Ancient Sumerian, and Sanskrit.

Arcane Magical Knowledge (Light&Dark): Though only occasionally used, Raven has displayed a wide arcane knowledge, possessing a vast library of mystic tomes, books and scrolls. She has been shown making potions, using mystical objects like charms and talismans, and has performed elaborate magical rituals. She has also been shown being able to directly absorb the knowledge from the pages of scrolls and tomes to her mind fairly quickly.

Post Cognition: The ability to visually perceive information about past events of a particular object, person, or anything in between without any guessing based on deductive reasoning and current knowledge.

Weaknesses and Tragic Flaw: Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
It also seems she can keep perfect control of her powers while exhibiting her emotions, as seen in Spellbound. Raven is radiant with happiness and love, yet she is still able to control her powers with ease. If Raven suppresses her fear, she is unable to connect with her powers until she admits she is truly afraid.
Her ultimate weakness is her anger.

Other emotions aren't as Earth trembling as Raven's temper. Her anger is in the form of Trigon inside her mirror in Nevermore, then after defeated (to a point) the anger turns to another one of her, with her father's 4 red eyes and a red cloak. Anger is what changes her from her regular self to her demonic side practically every time.
Another weakness is her dependence on her incantation, Azarath Metrion Zinthos. If a gag is placed over her mouth, she cannot complete her incantation and she cannot connect with her powers until the gag is removed, however, she has occasionally overcome this weakness through sheer will.

    Trigon: Demon father
    Arella: Human mother
    Azar: Spiritual teacher
    Monks of Azarath: Guardians

A young girl, just turned sixteen, takes a deep breath and looks through her scrolls again. This has to work. She can't stay in Azarath any longer. Hiding her away isn't going to work! They're all wrong about her! She has to--has to escape!

Her hands turn into quick fists and she tries to calm down again. She can't break anything or give herself away now. Sitting cross legged in the temple's library, the pale girl tries to find her center and reads the spell in her mind again. She doesn't have anything but the clothes she's wearing and her mind mirror, unsure of whether she'd be able to teleport anything else with her to such a far dimension. Earth. Her heartbeat was racing, but her mind settled into a forced emptiness, required for the focus of the spell. A few candles lit in a square to box her in, done easily with her mind and then two flasks of herbs and salt levitated around her shakily pouring out their contents into a circle around her. The book in her lap shut itself and she poised her right hand over the cover, holding her mirror's handle with a white-knuckled grip.

    "Azarath Metrion Zinthos...Carazon Rakashoff Endereth..."

Her small frame began to hover in the air as the spell began to activate, raising a wall of energy in the circle and creating a light blue portal above the caster slowly.

"Vasericsendrien Azarath...Earth Earth!" She cried, eyes glowing white and staring up at her escape before being pulled in so quickly that she had to catch her balance flying toward the darkness of a new world.

By now she was such a good flyer that as she flew toward the dark alleyway in the window to Earth, the spell seemed to tug her along, encouraging her not to look back. Her eyes returned to their normal purple irises and then she was tumbling through, into the shadows between the buildings of a sort of city she'd only ever read about in books. The portal faded away behind her cloak as she drifted to a stop on her knees, eyes closed on the asphalt. Raven pulled up her hood, covered still in more shadow, holding her mind's mirror to Nevermore in her left hand. She did it. Raven Roth actually made it to the planet she's prophesied to destroy in two years time. It's time to make up for the death she is to instigate. It's time to start a new life. She has to make it worth something.

  3. Beast Boy (open)
    [IMG] Name:
    (Garfield Mark Logan)
    Beast Boy

    Teen Titan

The lighthearted jokester of the group, though he is often the butt of many jokes or backfiring pranks himself. He is playful, energetic, and often immature. When the other Titans are focused on important details he is usually the first to break in with a preposterous suggestion or an unnecessary joke. Due to this, others sometimes view him as immature, thickheaded, and cumbersome. However, he continually proves invaluable with his kindness, quick-thinking, and battle prowess. Although he jokes most of the time, Beast Boy can be serious when he wants to be.
Beast Boy's parents, Mark and Marie Logan, were geneticists that would travel the jungles of the world to study their wildlife. Beast Boy was brought up in the jungles of Brazil, Africa, India, and several other places. The Logans particularly became interested in a rare species of green monkeys, but the day they finally found them, something terrible happened.

Beast Boy was bitten by a one of the monkey's and contracted a serious illness called Sakutia. To save him, his parents attempted to cure him with a new serum, which bestowed him with his shape-changing abilities. As a side effect, his skin, hair, and eyes turned green. Later in his life Beast Boy's parents died in a boating accident. After they died, Beast Boy, was interested in a super hero team called the Doom Patrol and was determined to join them. He broke into their headquarters and was treated as an intruder, but his efforts to escape capture impressed them, thus earning his membership on the team.

Beast Boy was originally the youngest member of the Doom Patrol. However, Mento's harsh discipline and less-than-encouraging attitude finally alienated him from his surrogate family, and he struck out on his own. Looking for a new place to live, he came to Jump City, where he encountered Robin, Starfire, Raven, and Cyborg and aided them in liberating Starfire from her Gordanian captors. Afterward, the five formed a new team on their own, the Teen Titans.

Throughout his career with the Titans, Beast Boy keeps exhibiting a very carefree jokester attitude which often causes a great deal of trouble, but he does have a strong sense for responsibility, which he rarely exhibits, though. Once he accidentally caused Cyborg to download a malevolent computer virus from a bootleg copy of his favorite computer game (Mega Monkeys 4) into the latter's

systems, causing him to rampage across the city, consuming everything in sight. Feeling guilty about what he had done, Beast Boy, together with Gizmo, who was press-ganged into assisting (since he and Cyborg share a mutual dislike), entered Cyborg's body in the form of an amoeba and finally managed to defeat the virus on his own.

Later on, during his first confrontation with Adonis, Beast Boy and his opponent were doused with experimental chemicals which triggered the emergence of a more feral side and the eventual transformation into a type of super-werewolf. In this form Beast Boy battled Adonis for Raven's life, and managed to defeat him. Afterward, he uses this werewolf form only one more time, when Slade, as a minion in the service of Trigon, attacked Titans Tower with an army of fire demons. He never used it after then, suggesting that even with the strength and abilities it gave him, he considered only using it as a last resort.
Shapeshifting into any animal on Earth or any animal he has met or seen. Advanced martial arts ability. Peak human endurance. Leadership skills. Above-average quick thinker.
Beast Boy is a strict vegetarian due to him shape shifting into animals like them. Also, if Beast Boy is unconscious for a short while, he will revert back to human form. Sometimes if Beast is in a tight suit or if he hits something during his transformation then he will be unable to transform.
    Mom: Marie Logan
    Dad: Mark Logan

Lost. That's all that rang through Garfield's no...Beast Boy's head as he wandered the city looking for a new start. He couldn't believe he was no longer part of the Doom Patrol but he was okay with that. He could now do something for his self, maybe start his own hero club. He liked the thought of that. He sighed as the chilling winds blew against him causing him shiver.

He rounds the corner only to stop when he noticed a hooded figure several feet away, he stiffened. He didn't have money, he didn't have anything except for the clothes he had on bad enough he didn't really have a place to stay he didn't need to be mugged. He decided to approach carefully and if need be use his hidden abilities of shapeshift.

    He approached the figure.
