Appearance: Looks a lot like her mother but with a few traits from her father. Parody's skin color is a pale white, dark blueish/purpleish black hair. Emerald green eyes pointy ears, a red diamond of chakra on her forehead, when she smiles she has a pointed tooth like her father. Height 5'8"
Costume: A mix of her father and mother's costumes. Like her father athletic t-shirt and jeans but with a blue cloak like her mother.
Personality:She is curious, shy but will slowly become more talkative as you get to know her. She dose like to make friends she's just too shy to make the first approach. She finds certain things funny but it always depends on the joke. She doesn't share much of how she feels at first but she will once she feels she can trust you. She is very intelligent but may not always show it. Oh and at times her personality seems like her mothers more than her fathers but at times she shows his as well.
Talents: Playing the drums. Stealth, great at keeping level headed a little better than her mother.
Powers:Shape-Shifter, Astral Projection/Soul Self, Empathy, Magic but mostly dark magic some light
Weaknesses: She can shape-shift but because she is still just a teen she has much to learn before she can fully master it and she can only turn into animals that she has seen and when she first becomes a new animal she cannot be in the form long until she has more practice. Astral Projection/Soul Self she can use this for many things but when she uses it on an object the object becomes part of her and its strength depends on her emotion. Empathy yes she can feel others emotions but this can give her there nightmares and she feels there pain along with their joy she tries to mainly block out as much as she can for it can become too strong for her to handle and keep her own emotions intact. She has magic but can mainly only use dark magic and light magic is her natural enemy but she can use some light magic but she prefers mostly the dark for when she uses the light magic it hurts her even when it's her own.
Empathy being too strong at times for her to control that she may lose it. Hand to hand combat without her abilities/powers. She wants to help those she sees in pain even if it may hurt herself. Her senses, animal instincts are stronger and at times it makes her have an extra weakness and at times not all thanks to her being a shape-sifter.
History: After the Titans each went there own ways Raven and Garfield stayed together for before the Titans had left they were a couple. As years passed soon they had Pardoy raising her to learn how to control her abilities those like her mothers and her shape-sifting from her father. Her parents had keep well in touch with the other Titans and when they felt it was time and Parody was ready they sent her to meet the other Titans kids and hoped that maybe she would have a team of her own and make friends like how they had.

Appearance: Sonic stands around 5'6", which is smaller than normal for her people. She has long strait light blue hair that reaches her thighs when it is put in a ponytail. The mark on the side of her face is teal, but a darker color of teal. Her eyes are different colors, which is common among her kind and she has a small nose and lips. Her chest is fairly large, though she wishes not to reveal the size. She has teal lines underneath her hair that are lighter than her mark, but pulse due to her powers. She is built with lean muscle that helps her obtain her speed. To finish off the package, she has large white wings that sprout out of her back and span around 30 feet when fully extended. Her wings are a light white fading into teal on the tips

Personality:
Cortana is fun loving and energetic. She is either always on the move and is eager to go places. She loves to sing and is a go getter from the start. However, she can get into conflicts with other members sometimes since she is very defensive of herself. Whatever you do, do not make her mad. Being on the other end of her powers isn't fun. But deep deep down, she is sensitive and even a bit homesick.
Talents:
Cortana can sing and dance. She is flexible and she can fly based on her wings.
Powers:
Sonic uses sound powers. To explain this is going to take some effort. She can sense sound waved, and has a third vision where she can see them. They appear teal to her. They way she charges her power is to absorb them, which is when the lens can come in use. When she absorbs it, she compresses the sound and then stores it for use later. She can push it out of any part of her body, but mostly her hands and vocal chords. She uses it to jump into the air and run at the speed of sound. She can also use it as a block to protect herself. She can use it in many ways, but it also has may draw backs.
Weaknesses:
She has to measure how much energy she intakes. When she gets angrier, she tends to flare and her powers become more prominent. When she absorbs to much power, she becomes a ticking time bomb. She also has to use her powers in moderation since it can exhaust her and takes a tool on her body.
History:
Cortana is not from this land. She was born on a alien planet, called Humaria. There, at the age of 8, each kid gets paired with an element. Air, Water, Earth, Fire, Light, Dark, and Sound. Sound is extremely rare and those who receive it are often either shunned or put on a high pedestal. Cortana was a lower class and coming on 8, she was paired with sound. The aristocrats of her land where enraged and teased her, sending her family into more poverty. She said she could not put it on her family and she left. Little did she know her planet was taken over by anarchy. Ever since she left, she fell to earth lost and confused. She was found in the night by Starfire, and has since been adopted into their family. Now she is joining generation 2 of the Teen Titans.

Alias: Technomancer

Appearance: Ryan doesn't look much like his adoptive father, Victor. He's pale as milk, to start. ((See history.)) Ryan is also very tall, clocking in at about 6'2" with a build that only comes from extensive martial arts practice. Ryan has coal black hair, and while he vastly prefers it short, he always forgets to cut it. His nose and facial structure give him a bit of a "teddy bear" look. From here, his features get a bit...different. His left eye is a brilliant blue to rival the summer sky. The other is a cybernetic implant. A bionic duplicate of the upper right corner of his face. In addition to that, his right arm is also robotic, an advanced super-prosthetic that houses various weaponry.
Costume: If Nightwing's costume was electric blue and silver, you'd be pretty close. The logo isn't a bird, but a T. (If you look closely, it's actually made of ones an zeroes, but almost nobody sees that. The suit lacks a right arm to allow full use of the cybernetics there. He also has a cowl, like Batman, though it doesn't cover his robot eye. And like any good tech hero, he's got a trust utility belt.
Personality: Ryan is actually a bit of a recluse. He's just shy and awkward for the most part, and so he usually sticks to his lab. He's a great guy, and he's surprisingly funny for someone who built his best friend out of old car parts and half of a standard definition TV. His humor mostly comes out in battles, where he mocks his opponents viscously.
Talents: Robotics, chemistry, data analysis, stealth, cooking, hand-to-hand combat and hacking. Ryan can also pick up new skills with ease.
Powers: Ryan is a super-genius. He absorbs knowledge and information like a sponge. He also has enhanced thought processesing speed and a photographic memory. Because of his super-intellect, he's managed to pack five separate weapons and two passive benefits into his robot parts.
His robot eye has thermal vision, and can fire a powerful laser. The laser only has one charge, but could punch a hole into a building like tin foil.
His robot arm is a versatile weapon. In addition to having low-level superhuman strength, it also has a number of forms.
1) Grapple: Ryan's robotic hand can launch off, connected to the rest of the arm by a steel cable. By launching and retracting this hand, he can use it like a grappling hook.
2) Blade: Ryan's favorite. Ryan can cause his cybernetic hand to transform into a "sonic blade." The blade isn't anything more than your standard laser-sword. It does have a safety mode that insures he won't kill anyone with it.
3) Blaster: The Hard Light Cannon is Ryan's long range weapon. It fires blasts of energy harnessed from a fragment of a Blue Lantern ring.
4) Kinetic Barrier: The kinetic barrier is a shield that converts whatever force that is against it back, canceling out the attack.
Ryan also carries a small entourage of advanced toys. Some shock, others explode, a few make holograms, and one even works as a cloaking device. He's even got jet boots.
Weaknesses: Ryan's cybernetic components can be shut down via EMPs, like normal electronics. Also, his eye laser will fry his cybernetic eye, rendering it useless. Another thing of note: Ryan's shield can't be broken...but he can. Exerting enough force and you could move Ryan through the shield. Hit him hard enough and he'll still go flying. Additionally, he's no tougher than any ordinary human, shoot him with a gun somewhere the costume doesn't protect (the mouth is good.) and he'll die. Furthermore, Ryan's suit is Kevlar, it's tough, but a shotgun or explosives will blast right through. Lastly, Ryan's a sucker for hostsges, more so than most heroes.
History:Years ago, Cyborg was tasked with getting pizza for a reunion party. The T-car was broken, so he decided to walk. In order to save time, Victor cut through an alleyway, where a private dumpster was the primary ocuppant. As he passed by the dumpster, he heard crying...Inside was a baby, newly born, and missing an eye and arm.
Ryan's been superheroing since he was ten, four years after he graduated college for the third time. He's stuck mostly to stealth until about a year ago when he made his first open appearance. Since the founding of the new team, Ryan has been working to refurbish Titans Tower for their use.
Other: Ryan spends his weekends working on any one of his thousands of machines. He's got robots, weapons, battlesuits, vehicles, and a huge set of extra cybernetic parts. Some of them are just backups, but others have their own features.

This is cammy from street fighter. Basically Rosemary (character I'm making) will wear this but will have a pouches at the left of her leg that holds smoke bombs stuff while at the right leg will be this sort of carrier thing that holds a bostaff. Since she's on teen titans, she can't use guns... JUST a Bowstaff to whack people lol.
The outfit will be black while the scarf will remain Red.
On one shoulder guard, her left, it'll have the TT for teen titans or something while on the other it'll have a Red x (yes as in red x)
And a red or black domino mask.
This will also be grown up Rosemary if this is chosen
The belt she's wearing will have small pouches and pouches that will go down her thigh.

The knee guards and combat boots which will be the same red color.

Personality:
Rosemary is probably the more quieter titan in the shadows. She's rather distant for now, and is more cautious about herself--more concerned about who her parents are which she feels reflects what the titans think of her. They probably see her as a soon-to-be criminal for all she knows, so she has very little words to say and is careful with movements. Fearing that one simple thing will make the titans hate her.
However once assured by the titans, she is witty and laid back. Her sharp tongue coming from Jason Todd (thankfully she didn't inherit his arrogance) while her calm nature was from Rose. Most of the time she appears to not care about what goes on around her, but in actuality she's quite involved with her surroundings mentally. She's very keen with details, even the littlest ones. However just cause she's laid back doesn't mean she has a temper. In fact, Rosemary is so focused on calmness that her temper derives from both parents, equalling to causing havoc and even holding grudges. Apologies mean nothing to her personally, and if you were to apologize she won't be mad at you anymore... She just won't care for you unless it's a dire situation. Like almost dying. So it's very hard to befriend her again.
What's instinct is protecting and defending. She can also easily deceive and lie without problem and hesitation, making her unpredictable for the most part. Not even her heart will give her true intentions away, cause she's used to lying at will when she needs to. She also has a strong will and determination, so she won't die easily. Rosemary's patience is probably her biggest traits of all. Send her on a mission to spy, and she can keep tabs on her opponents for days even without moving, eating, or drinking.

Weaknesses:
A weakness to Rosemary's precognitive ability is that it comes and goes. It can also make her dizzy after it's usage when she uses it at will, taking a lot of her energy and tiring her out. Same for accelerated healing. Although she can heal quicker than the average human, her healing isn't as good compared to Slade. One large and fatal wound, and she can die. She's still Human either way, and not as special with powers as her Grandfather is.
History:
Rosemary was born on December 2nd and raised in Gotham City. Being the child of two... Anti-heroes you can say, It wasn't all that easy. And by that, we're talking the parent's sides here. One side consisted of the bats or 'Batfamily', the other side consisted of the hunters or Deathstroke's side. So you could only imagine the havoc that Rose and Jason didn't mean to cause deliberately between their families of bad vs good. Especially between the grandfathers, Bruce and Slade. Nonetheless as Rosemary grew up, Life was easy for her despite having parents who started off as heroes and became 'Anti-heroes'. And despite having two sides who fought over her--Even to a literal degree (Batman and Deathstroke).
Rosemary's life for the most part wasn't all that normal with her mom and dad. Sure there were normal days, but in actuality she had more unusual days than normal. For the most part when she was about six months old, Rose and Jason would take her on their personal -mis- adventures. So getting used to things like blood, gore and aggression didn't necessarily traumatize the girl. In fact, she would giggle during these events as a baby. Even if one was tasked with the job of babysitting, they would take little Rosemary along despite having the option of giving her to others, which was rare. There were a few times when even Batman took Rosemary with him willingly yet brought an end to bringing his granddaughter as a precaution, and was then replaced by Slade who was more then amused with her then Batman. He didn't change his behavior when Rosemary was brought to his missions unlike batman. Such as being more careful, panicking about Rosemary falling off a cliff, etc. It was sheer will and confidence alone that kept her alive and unscathed by anyone he faced. Not to mention he always believed and knew he was able to even protect Rosemary if he was on babysitting and mercenary duty.
However this relationship between Rosemary and Slade was forced to an end when Rose got in a terrible argument with him. At that time, Rosemary was only two and so doesn't recall any memories with Slade as of now. With Rose forcefully kicking Slade and basically her side of the family out of the picture. Rosemary only had the batfamily now and for the next part of her life was raised to know them whenever Jason and Rose visited which was also slightly rare considering that Jason was the outcast of the batfamily. So it was mainly Rose, Jason, and her.
At six, Early training had already started. In particular it was firearms from Jason and Swordsmanship from Rose, Something she found interesting and often watched or tagged along with one or both of her parents to watch their specialties. Her interest made them willingly train her if it was what Rosemary wished to learn about and do and so she became adept after two years. Now eight with these skills, Jason figured that they might as well teach their one and only child, combat aswell. Considering weaponry and swordsmanship would be useless until she was of age, and it seemed as though Rosemary's curiosity of learning would lead her to being a type of crusader. Bad or good. Rose can teach her side of Combat, and Jason can teach his sides of combat. At first, Rose was reluctant upon the idea, however with Jason and Rosemary begging her permission, the mother eventually gave in and that was when training began.wip
