In this world filled with magic and wonders, supernatural phenomena is not as supernatural as as one would think when you can send fire from your fingertips. A positive side effect of this was that magic became a normal thing to see, though still spectacular as not everyone had access to it, those who did and possessed enough knowledged started making magical items. This spawned lights one could turn on and off with a switch as well as heated baths and showers.. etc.
As power became a large thing like this certain people started banding together as groups, eventually this started forming guilds. There are many like this in the world and they all tend to stand for different yet similar things.
At first this was looked at as a very strange thing, but as the years went it became more normal and integrated into society to the level that jobs were offered to the guilds which normal people could, or would not do. Pack raging bears taking out villagers? Send a job to the guilds and get one of them to take care of it swiftly!

This story takes place in the world of Liscia starts in Dojor, a large port-city on the mid-western side of Albion.
You are a part of the fifth team in the guild FoxTails, a guild with not too much reputation but due to it's rise in power the name is getting more known through the region.
It was founded by Shirai, a Kitsune with incredible power, and some of her closer friends. The name and logo came from the simple fact of her nature.

-Information
*This is set in a high fantasy world, where magic is very normal to see but not everyone are able to use it. Due to powers being this normal there seems to be other kinds of people as well, some sporting super speed, super strength or even just an insane level of martial prowess.

*This RP will follow one of the guilds teams on missions, there will be some downtime between missions but it will start as soon as the players needed are approved.

*Every guild has a small reception on the way in from outside where you sort of stamp in and out, or rather stamp done or ready for a job. This is also where outside jobs are handed in which in return ends up on the job-board.

-Rules
1-Semi to well experienced posters preferred.
2-The GM has the right to deny any characters for any reason without explaining himself.
3-This takes place in a high-fantasy setting, almost all races are accepted.
4-Character limit is one (1) per player as of this time.
5-Each member of a guild tends to carry the mark on their body or attire somewhere, it's not required to have it tattooed on you, but you have to have it with you somewhere.
6-For now, there are only two (2) slots besides me and the co-GM.
7-All of the players are a part of the same team for now. Specifically Team 5.
8-Details of the missions will be given by GM's at first, this will change in time.
9-All player characters are upper-mid tier in powerlevel. As the RP progresses this can/might change, but for now you are better than average.
10-Though sex and adult situations are allowed, keep it in private and 'fade to black' please.

She is the guild master as well as a nine-tailed Kitsune. She stands 160cm (5.2ft) tall and is an anthropomorphic fox. Her fur is rusty red with a white part from underneath her jaw along her belly down to her crotch. All her tails share the rust red color with a white tip. She has the guild crest permanently marked on her back between her shoulderblades, it it even colors the fur black.
Being known as quite powerful within telekinesis her actual limit is not known.

Karax
He is one of the higher ranked members. He sports shoulder long white hair and wears a robe over his otherwise normal attire. He is an electromancer who always seems to have a very odd and large smile on his face at all times. He has the crest on his chest, stretching a fist in size.
Like the guildmaster, he is known as very powerful but his exact level is unknown.

Mr. White.
Yet another strange fellow. White is an albino who constantly wears only white. His hair is a few inches long and hang loose wherever it ends up. A rather slim person and always radiates a chilling cold. He is an ice mage who's face rarely shows any expression worthy of notice. The location of his mark is not publicly known.

Lyrnya
A short young looking girl with an amazing height complex. Besides being a tad short for her age she has bird-wing looking ears, hers reminding of an eagle. She is incredibly strong and sports a combat skill worthy of her rank.

-Appearance/Attire: Adreal is normally attired in dark clothing. His main outfit consists of a dark leather shirt studded with spikes at the shoulder and dark leather pants with several silver chains. He wears a large leather cloak over all of this. He has black hair and dark brown eyes and his skin is a deeply tanned hue. He is medium height with a small muscular body. His Guild tattoo is located on his right shoulder

-Personality: Adreal is a very mysterious fellow. He's often been described as cold and indifferent but in truth can actually be considerably friendly with persons he likes. He is always very focused on any mission which he receives and puts it first. He tends to disagree with his partners on occasion because they don't do things his way He can be very scary and makes it a point of his duty to complete any mission he has been given. He prefers to work in the night since he is a fan of incognito operations. He also prefers darkness to light. He is most calm when he is either bathing under the light of a full moon in an isolated area or watching the rain. He has a very large capacity for bearing pain but his small frame sometimes fails him even when his will hasn't. He is terribly disgusted of overweight persons and the concept of being fat as well as pompous persons. He also detests the idea of persons giving him orders but tolerates it nevertheless for his own personal reasons.

-Magic/abilities: Adreal wields a special type of magic passed down through his family called Contortion. He is able to reshaped inanimate objects through an intricate combination of magic which is engrained in his mind. In order to do so he must focus on the object he wishes to reshape and will it to take the shape he wants for it. He can use this power to achieve feats such as making a sword or hammer from a slab of metal or make sharp spikes from the earth.

-Brief history: Adreal was born into a family which was considerably wealthy and powerful in the world of magic. Unfortunately his mother had been disowned from this family after marrying his father, a less privileged user of magic. Adreal's mother, after years of being disregarded by her family, was invited to a family reunion in hopes of making amends. Adreal accompanied her to this reunion and manage to steal the tome outlining how to perform contortion. He has been practicing it ever since. After gaining partial mastery of the contortion magic, Adreal joined the Foxtail guild where he has been ever since.

Your character is not bad, but I'm sort of worried about his personality.
The way I read it though he puts the mission first he doesn't seem like a team player. What worries me the most is his, well, sadism. Though I have no problem with someone liking to end their enemies. Taking it to that level would be a tad far and honestly, I doubt someone without restraint would be taken into FoxTails.
I agree with the whole kill or be killed, but based on how it's described it seems like he would go out of his way, ignore his team mates to horribly end someone ^^

Basically, this tones down to two questions.

1: Could you see if you could downplay his taste for blood?
2: Just to make sure: his magic is a 1:1 alchemy thing, right? He takes one material and can make it into something else as long as the base material is of enough volume to cover the result. So no full zwelhander swords from a simple metal ring. ^^

3: (bonus) you also doesn't seem to have mentioned rule 5

@Red Fox I made the appropriate edits to my c.s. Hopefully it's okay now. As for my characters powers, yes it is very much similar to the concept of alchemy. He needs the right volume of material to make another object, but he can't change the makeup of these materials. Eg, he can't turn earth into iron.

[BCOLOR=transparent]The Yutakai's are an all androgynous race by nature and are distantly related to Dryads. They appear quite similar to humans with a few distinctive features. The main distinction is that they do not have a pre defined gender.Their gender changes between neutral, female and male depending on psychological factors and never actually settle permanently. However, these psychological changes need to be significant and most Yutakai's are stable for a substantial amount of time. Yutakai's tend to stay as neutral gender in their childhood and may begin to develop gender changes in their mid to late teens due to psychological changes from living experience. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]All Yutakai's physically appear somewhat effeminate. They tend to be lithe and supple, but never stocky or squat. They can build into having muscles, but it is hard for a Yutakai to be obese or bull necked. The difference between males and females are less obvious than humans as a result, with their frames and features being more similar between sexes. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Each Yutakai grow a pair of horns from their head. Each one is unique and can be used to identify specific Yukatai from another by the Yutakai's themselves. They can range from being rather branch like, to animalistic to appear rather ornate and made from metallic material or stone. The colour of their hair is broken with iridescent strands and streaks that is most obvious when in the presence of strong light. As a result of this genetic feature, it is not overly unusual to see a Yutakai with the most conspicuous hair colour, although many just have small streaks that are not obvious as it is dispersed evenly amongst the hair.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Being Yutakai royalty, Ramja is noble and elegant. As of right now, due to Ramja's age, they are deemed neutral, but with subtle female leaning. However, Ramja sticks with "her" gender technicality, and prefer others to refer to "her" in plural pronoun such as they, them, their etc. However, her frame is slim and lean and she has slightly wider female hips and barely noticeable chest, but with an oddly dashing and handsome face that clashes with her body. Ramja isn't overly tall, standing at around 170 cm, but she carries herself in a dignified and commanding manner.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja's hair is a golden blonde with thin strands of iridescent hairs evenly spread across her head. This makes it seem like she has a glowing aura which is a genetic trademark of Yutakai royalty. Her hair rather long, reaching down to her waist. It is slicked backwards on her head with two sharp "ahoge" that comes out of the middle of her hairline at the forehead whilst the back is tied in a ponytail at the base of her neck. [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja's horns[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] are also rather draconic and ornate. They rise from just above her ears, they reach out up and downwards diagonally backwards in a tiered style. The tall, double pronged horns are another outstanding feature of the Bal royal family, standing tall above the top of her head [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja's appearance defines the Yutakai race to one word, misleading. With the body of that of a developing female, but with a rather handsome face that entices both males and females. Females see her as very handsome whilst to males, she is effeminate enough to be considered beautiful. Her eyes are a crystal emerald green and are sharp and perceptive topped off with thin, angled eyebrows[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja wears a high collared, buttoned tunic in forest green with elaborate gold embroidery with a brown[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] leather belt[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] with gold leaf theme trimming around her waist. The pants are an even darker olive green with her feet clad in a sturdy leather [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent]boot[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] capped in plates. Above all this is a thicker, darker green, high collared tunic coat with gold trimmings that reached down to her shins. Ramja keeps this coat buttoned up from collar down to waist. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja is confident, commanding, meticulous and headstrong, as befitting of her status. As one of the successors to the throne, Ramja holds herself in a dignified and serious manner and does not partake in idle and meaningless activity willingly. It is not to say she is without humour and flexibility, but where one would feel euphoric and show excess joy, Ramja would will herself to control her emotion and feel pleased or satisfied in its place. Her bearing does have an odd effect on those around her. Her birthright and personality make most people pay her respect, but also build a wall between them. This makes it hard for people to enter her inner circles as they feel that they are from different worlds, but those that do overcome this wall, are given quite a lot of tolerance, leeway and trust. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja's primary weapon is a twin oriental broadsword that is sheathed into one scabbard. As a castle forged weapon from the Imperial Palace, these pair are different from the mass produced swords for commoners. Where commoners broadswords were designed for untrained hacking, Ramja's swords were designed for efficient slashing and cutting under a trained martial artist. Therefore, its blade is not as wide, but it is longer with a 67 cm blade length with a 13 cm hilt. The hilt and handguard is split in half for each side of the twin sword. However, the blade and the hilt has several special design. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]The sword has a special features specifically crafted for the Bal royalty. It has a minor fuller on the inverse side of the blade with three holes spread evenly in a line along the fuller on each blade which runs down past the hand guard before coring out the hilt. Each hole has a slight countersink on the outer side of the blade. The core of the hilt and the fuller at the handguard has a piece of live wood (wood imbued with heavy magic) set securely inside. What this allows Ramja to do is put both swords together and use her nature power to have the live wood grow up along the fuller and then out the three holes and fill out the countersink holes. This essentially holds both side of the sword together into one blade turning it into a single broadsword and even provide limited nature magic from the live wood. Ramja carries this sword behind her waist on the left side, allowing it to be out of the way when not in use, but close enough so that she can pull it to her side with her left hand and quick draw with her right. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja is naturally charismatic and commanding due to her upbringing. The common crowd and those weak of will tend to heed to her words as authoritative and people tend to avoid earning her ire or displeasure.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]She is also a learned scholar in botanic science. Yutakais tend to pursue paths that in one way or another link back to nature and botanical science was what Ramja has decided to pursue.[/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]Ramja's magic revolves around nature. She inherited more of the Dryad genes than most and is more in tune with the flora of the world. As a result, plants of all type are more willing to answer her call. Ramja is simply able to grow and control plants to her will and can making them grow at an accelerated rate and to unnaturally large proportions. Ramja is quite flexible when using her magic. Using live plants is the easiest for her as all she does is manipulate and control flora that are already present. However, in areas where plants are scarce, Ramja would either have to force grow the plants, which reduces their effectiveness or use seeds which she carries around. Plants grown from seeds or branches can act in the same manner as live trees, however, unless they can sustain themselves in the area when Ramja leaves, they wither quickly. Singular buds and small flowers do not necessarily require seeds or any material to flower, but the effectiveness and longevity of the plants are more potent with seed grown plants. [/BCOLOR]

[BCOLOR=transparent]While she can use them independently, Ramja treats both her swordsmanship and her magic as equals. As such, Ramja uses her magic in conjuction to her swordsmanship. [/BCOLOR]
