The King of Hell (presumably Queen of Hell if female) is the title that is given to the being that is in charge of the goings-on in Hell. In addition to acting as head jailor and torturer, the King of Hell is also that realm's deadliest prisoner: should the King of Hell be released upon another place of existence, disaster will follow. Thankfully, extensive metaphysical safeguards prevent the King of Hell from leaving their realm under almost any circumstance.
The ruler of Hell can control the fate of any soul that goes to Hell and has such a high authority that he or she may even trade any number of souls in Hell as per their wish.

The Ruler of Heaven has complete authority over all the angels. God, as the creator of Heaven and its angels, is the most eligible candidate for the position. In God's absence, the most powerful angel is next in line to take the throne, though the angels can also elect whomever they choose, as in the case

Archangel
The Archangels are the fighting forces of Heaven. Some are recruited from exceptional souls that must pass a gruelling test of moral conviction. Others are born from the Lights of the Powers Above.

The Archangels are more powerful than gods, possess enough power to rival them Archangels appear to be vulnerable to the same powers and artifacts that kills deities.

Gods (Goddesses when female), are extremely powerful, immortal beings that rule large portions of the Earth. Most gods are described as being part of a family or pantheon, and some of them rely on their mortal devotees for worship.
