Tab coding for posts

Hey there! I'm looking for the codes which will allow me to do the things in the following picture. I'm not sure where all of the coding stuff is, but I'd really love to sort my RPs with tabs as, to me, it looks a LOT neater than simply putting spoiler things. I'm unsure if using the spoiler coding can be used to make multiple tabs.



I'm basically looking for what's in the blue... Oval thing. If possible, I'd like the initial tab to be larger than the others, but if they can only be the same size, that's perfectly fine.
This could also be used for character sheets, with the main topic being their name and all, and subtopics being anything important, the usual thing.

Sorry I couldn't provide an example; my tablet doesn't care for coding...
This should make all tabs the same size however, as I am unsure how to make the first larger.
