When giving or starting to give lots of the emotion we like to call love, Eevee is known to evolve into Sylveon, a fairy type. This is very common for female Eevees, though most males are evolved into something less girlish. Most. Erin, an Eevee raised by a male trainer to be an Umbreon, evolved how he wasn't supposed to. He was trained at night, but there wasn't the certain level of distance needed, and thus he evolved into Sylveon. His trainer was disgusted and left him in a city to find a new Eevee, leaving Erin to fend for himself. Well, he did, becoming a waiter at a cafe where he fit in easily amongst the maid-costume girls.
You're one of the long-time residents of the town, though this waiter is new to you. He's cute and definitely your type, and it's your choice on how to approach him.
