Surviving College

He smiled at her as he closed her door and quickly entered the drivers seat, he strapped himself into the car and started it... the engine roared to life "First the tailors, then eating aaand then what and where ever you want to go. But I should mention I am eating dinner with my father tonight at a fancy restaurant and I told him I was bringing a date so I hope you had no plans because I won't take a no for an answer." he chuckled at her as he launched the car onto the main road, he turned to look for traffic then punched the throttle down the road. His movements on the clutch and pedal along with the gearbox were flawless and smooth as silk the way he handled the wheel was as if he would caress a woman, softly and lightly he pulled the car into every turn that would appear but yet the amount of speed and precision he added would make even the car sick not sick anymore and the professional drivers look like fools. He turned on the radio as they cruised through the highway out of the city "I hope my driving is not making you sick, I often get carried away and forget that there is someone with me in the car." he smiled at her.

Siyo rolled her eyes, "I was supposed to go out with friends tonight, but I guess can make an exception." she smiled over at him. She was a little surprised how flawlessly he drove the car. Sure, she wasn't born into a lot of money, but her dad owned an older version of something like this. She didn't remember what kind it was but she knew he was a terrible driver. She shook her head, "No, after years of riding with my dad, I'm pretty okay." She thought about the dinner, and wondered what she wear. She wasn't a very fancy person, so she didn't have much. They pulled up to the tailors shop and she felt the engine turn off and she climbed out, closing the door softly behind her.

He smiled at her and nodded, he pulled the car over and got out of the car, locking it and walking over to the tailors shop, he opened the door and the ball above it rang a voice could be heard "Coming! Just a moment please." the man from the back said, Akuma wondered around the shop waiting for him "Ah! Mr. Evgeny a pleasure to see you, really a pleasure to see you." the man shook his hand happily "Likewise Alberto, likewise." he said an looked at the man "Ah, yes the suit... just one moment please." the man then paused and then looked over to the girl, he leaned over to Akuma and jokingly whispered "That's your wife?" he poked him with his elbow twice "Ah? Come on tell a old man." Akuma shook his head in a chuckle "Maybe." the old man laugh "Maybe? What do you mean maybe?! It seems that you two are going to go out on a little fancy dinner." he looked at Siyo from head to toe then walked over to her and immediately took out a measuring tape, he mumbled something "I just got the thing you need! Her measurements sono perfette!" the man jumped from happiness and rushed towards the back of the shop, Akuma shook his head and laughed at him. Shortly he brought out two pieces of clothing, one neatly ready and packed and one dress, he placed the dress neatly in Siyo's hands and looked at her in her eyes smiling "This dress will bring out the everlasting beauty in this girl, it was practically made for her." the man looked at her happily and nudged her a bit "Well come on, try it on, try it on. Let's see you in it.

Akuma's Suit

Siyo smiled as they entered, blushing as they spoke of her marrying Akuma. She busied herself with looking literally anywhere but where they were. It was a nice little shop. She moved a little when he came over to measure her, a little bit uncomfortable by the suddenness of it all. She shot Akuma a confused look. When the man came back he placed a dress in her hands and nudged her towards the dressing room, she tried to stutter out an excuse but was pushed in with the door closed behind her. She sighed, and figured she might as well try it on. She wiggled out of her closed and put on the new dress.

The bodice was beautiful black lace with a nude fabric under it. It was black lace all down one arm, wrapping it tightly in black lace. The skirt was fitted, with black felt, and the bottom was long, flourishing out at her feet. She wished she had a pair of heels with her, so that she could get the full height, but it didn't matter. She almost teetered over to the floor when she turned to look at herself in the mirror. She barely recognized herself. If it wasn't for her messy hair, she probably would've thought someone was messing with her. She exited the room, staring mainly at the floor. She felt a little self conscious in front of the two men, and she twisted her fingers together nervously.

Akuma stood on his feet as he saw Siyo in the dress, he almost had his mouth wide open as he looked at her. The old man jumped from joy "Perfetto! The dress really suits you miss! But there is something missing." he approached her and looked at her hair "Ah, no, no, no... this must not be. We need to take care off it all!" Akuma shot a look at the old man "How are you going to take care of it Alberto? This is only the finest clothing shop in this country, and I repeat clothing." he chuckled "Ah! Mr. Akuma never judge an old man, he has millions of tricks up his sleeve." the man laughed and whistled suddenly "Ragazze! Ragazze, venite qui. Ho bisogno del vostro aiuto con questa bella signorina!" Akuma laughed as he remembered that the old man had three daughters, and they all went into cosmetics "Welp, here we go. Better hold on to your seat belt." he laughed at Siyo "Let the make over start." said the old man as the girls started working on her.

Siyos cheeks turned a light pink standing out in front of the two. Then they started talking about giving her a makeover and she tried to say no, but she was pushed lightly into a chair and three different pairs of hands were working on hair and make-up. She turned to give a small playful glare to Akuma as the girls worked on her. The girls pulled and brushed and poked and drew, and Siyo was trying not to move the wrong way and have one of the girls start yelling at her in Italian. After a good while, the girls stepped away from her and spun her around. She glanced over into the mirror and she almost dropped her own jaw. She didn't think she looked like herself before, but now she was a whole different person. Her cheeks turned a shade of pink that showed through the light coating of Bronzer.

Akuma looked at her with eyes widened and started a slow clap "Unbelievable, your truly magnificent." he smiled as he looked at Siyo "Well, seeing how you are dressed all fancy, I should do the same as well perhaps?" he chuckled as he took his clothes and entered the dressing room. While he was changing the old man approached Siyo "Oh, my dear you will need these to match your dress." he handed over a pair of fancy heels to the girl along with a box of fancy stockings. "This will fit you perfectly." the old man chuckled and turned to the dressing room as Akuma walked out "I might not look good as you, but I am sure I am somewhere over there." he chuckled as he walked out and buttoned a button on his suit.

Siyo blushed, "Thank you." Siyo nodded when he spoke about getting dressed up as well, glad she would be the only one. She took the heels and stockings, thanking the man. She turned and smiled when Akuma came out of the dressing room. She had to admit, he looked fantastic in a suit. Siyo smiled, "You do look pretty fantastic," she laughed lightly. She slipped on the shoes, standing a good four inches taller than before, though, still not near as tall as Akuma.

Akuma smiled "Thank you, not as good as you though." he chuckled and turned to the old man "Alberto you did an amazing job as always, you will receive your payment at the end of the day with something extra as well. I must bid you farewell now, we will see you next month perhaps? I am sure of it, thank you and have a nice day." he smiled at the man and started walking towards the exit of the shop, he held the door with one hand and extended his hand towards Siyo with the other one "Let's go." he said and smiled at her. The old man stood there with a bright smile on his face and waved at them.

Siyo smiled and took his hand nodding, and waving at the nice old man. After all the goodbyes were said, Siyo got back into the car. The sun was starting to set, "When are we meeting your father?" she asked, playing with his fingers as they held hands. She looked over at him with a smile, waiting for his answer. She wondered if this was actually going to become a relationship? She was still his professor. She mentally sighed, trying not to over think it.

He smiled at Siyo as she took his hand and walked out of the shop together with her, he looked at his watch "Boy, time flies... In a hour and a half I guess." he looked at her as they approached the car and opened the door for her. As he waited for her to get in he thought of what his father would think of her, he was very strict at all times and his expectations are always more than expected. At times you will need to be god to get things done for him.

Siyo slid into the vehicle, pulling the train of her skirt in after her so it didn't get caught in the door. Siyo was worried about meeting Akuma's father. After all, not only was she his teacher, but she was 8 years older than him. She played with her hands, wringing them in her lap.

He closed the door behind her and continued over to the drivers side, he got in and started the car and in a short time they were away. He looked at Siyo and smiled "You know that dress really suits you." he smiled and turned to look back at the road. After a fifteen minute drive they reached the place where they were meeting his father, the most expensive restaurant in all of Japan that was located in the middle of Tokyo. He got out and threw the keys to the valet boy "Not a scratch." another one came up and opened the door for Siyo and he waited for her to get out of the car.

Siyo blushed, "Thank you, Akuma." she muttered softly from the passengers seat. They got to the restaurant and Siyo's stomach was filled with butterflies. When she noticed the name she about choked. She would never be able to afford this place. She knew Akuma had money, but this place was top dollar. She thanked the valet, when he opened the door for her stepping out. She subconsciously pulled her curled hair over her right shoulder. She looked at the outside of the restaurant, a little stunned that she was actually going to eat here.

He chuckled at Siyo as he softly took her hand and walked her inside, they stopped at the reservation desk in the front "Ah, Mr. Akuma Hidou-Evgeny I assume?" Akuma nodded and looked at him "Yes, that would be me." he continued to look at him "Please follow me to your table, your father has arranged for the most grand table in the restaurant... it has the most beautiful scenic view at our Koi Garden." Akuma nodded and followed the man to the table, as they sat down a young waiter approached them "Welcome, may I take your orders?" he said as he sat down the menus on their table, Akuma looked at the waiter "A bottle of Château Lafite, 1787" he said in perfect French, the waiter looked at him speechless "Sir, are you sure? Uh- I mean a bottle is 156,450 United States dollars." Akuma glared at the waiter boy "Off course I am sure." the waiter boy slightly nodded and went off to fetch the wine "So, while we wait for the wine and my father why don't we talk more about each other? Were you born here?" he smiled at her.

Siyo held Akuma's hand tightly and nervously. She was afraid to touch anything in the restaurant. And she took her seat at the table. Siyo's eyes widened at the price of the wine. After the boy left she turned back to Akuma, "Okay. Yes. I was born here. In midtown. What about you? Were you born here?"

He smiled at Siyo as he sat in his chair "I was born in Sapporo the main city of Hokkaido. It is a beautiful place... I believe it still is." he chuckled at her, the waiter came back and smiled at Siyo as he poured the champagne in their glasses... he kept giving her weird looks and smiling at her, which quite frankly was pissing Akuma off. He ignored it and took the champagne glass "Well... to a bright and good future." he said and smiled at Siyo.

Siyo smiled back at the waiter once, before replying. "I hear that is a very nice place." she smiled back. She felt the waiter to continue looking at her, but just ignored it, continuing her conversation with Akuma, "Here here." she smiled sipping her glass of champagne. "Do you travel much?" she asked taking another sip.

He smiled and nodded "Indeed, I think it's the nicest restaurant in Japan." he chuckled and took a sip of his glass of champagne "Not frequently because I enrolled into college here, but when it's out I usually do travel." he smiled at her. Suddenly a man escorted by four large men all dressed in fancy black suits entered... slowly they moved towards their table and when they arrived the men moved over to reveal Akuma's father... he rose up from his seat suddenly "Akuma! My dear son!" he embraced Akuma and he did the same "It's been some time father, look at you still the same." he smiled at him then turned to introduce Siyo "This is my... girlfriend Siyo Holmes." his father turned to look at the girl and his face appeared to have a bright smile in it "Pleasure to meet you Siyo... might I add you look gorgeous tonight." he chuckled at her and sat down, Akuma did the same.

Siyo smiled and stood as his father entered. She watched them embrace, and smiled. Her eyes widened a bit when he called her his girlfriend, but didn't have time to send a questioning glance. Her cheeks turned a light pink, "Thank you, it is a pleasure to meet you, sir." She said rather formally. She took her seat as both the males did. She took another sip of her champagne, smiling at both of the Evgeny men. She didn't know what to say, but was sufficiently nervous. She played with her hands under the table.
