Okay, so this is based off of an idea I had a while ago. Basically, in another universe or world, time has stopped. This basically means, that plants died, water dried and many lost their lives. This continued until a man discovered a way to grow plants and find water below the surface. He created a refuge city in which anyone could live freely. This continued to for generations as the world outside the city turned to dust. At this point, the previous world has been forgotten and the city has fallen under the reign of a tyrant. People who disobey are sent into what is known as the wastelands. What the ruler doesn't know is that a small underground city has been built by these people who are planning on taking the city back to return it to it's original glory.
There are some plot holes, I guess and a lot to add. But my RPs don't tend to go far, so that will up to the future.
