It's the start of another school year at Blackwood Academy of Supervillains, the training ground for the best of the worst. But this year isn't quite normal. A note was found taped to the front door of the school.

"We're here among you. Watching, waiting for our chance to bring you down. Catch us if you can!

The Justice Alliance, Youth Division."

Needless to say, with a note like that, everybody's on edge.

Rules.

I am the GM, what I say goes.
OCs only, but they can be based on canon characters.
No Godmodding or anything like that.
Try to keep the power level somewhat low at the start, at least. I don't want to see anyone who can level an entire city block right at the beginning.
Don't bring any IC fights into the OOC. Let's keep it civil
Put the phrase "Try To Take Over THE WORLD!" at the end of your CS sheet.

Student CS sheet
Name: Do I really need to explain this?
Supervillain name: See previous statement
Gender: Again, self explanatory
Sexuality: Hey, who knows? Harley and Ivy got a thing going, after all...
Age: 12-18
Physical appearance: As always, I'll accept descriptions and pictures. If you have a costume, describe it.
Powers and Skills: What makes you a threat to the heroes?
Weaknesses: Every good villain should have a vulnerability, right?
Personality: Who are you?
Bio: What brought you here?

Teacher CS sheet: Same as above, except age must be over 21 and you must put in what class you teach.

Name: Wade Fulton
Supervillain name: Black Specter
Gender: M
Sexuality: Straight
Age: 19
Physical appearance: http://i.telegraph.co.uk/multimedia/archive/02354/arthurdarvill_2354095b.jpg

Powers and Skills: Wade has the ability to turn into a cloud of black smoke. In this smokey form he can pass through any seal that isn't airtight and he can absorb electricity (but not redirect it.).

Weaknesses: Fire and gale force winds can break him up in his cloud form. In his normal human self bullets do just fine.

Personality: Wade is a very intelligent and "smooth" individual. He has a low tolerance for stupidity and really likes to mess with peoples heads.

Bio: This was where his father received his villain education. Wade decided to follow in his footsteps.

Name: Greg Leyron
Supervillain name: Bio-Shade
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Straight
Age: 17

Physical appearance
http://vignette4.wikia.nocookie.net...51/Copy.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20100325050956

Powers and Skills:

Adaptive skin. Greg's skin constantly shifts it's cellular properties, changing itself to resist the last thing that has touched it. For example, Getting hit by fire will allow Greg to naturally resist receiving burns on his flesh, although the pain from the heat and contact will still be present, but getting punched will stop minor bruising, and reduce major bruising chances, but cuts and broken bones are not affected by his power, so he is not invulnerable.

To make up for his extremely defensive power, he fights with an vast array of equipment. His main piece of equipment is his wristwatch, which has been tweaked to show Greg's health, any damage to bones, skin, and changes in his organs. He also sports sunglasses which act as an environmental scanner, tracking heat signals and any oddities in the air, like scents.

For fights he has a pair of fingerless bike gloves that have inlaid steel knuckle protectors in the leather to protect his hands.

Weaknesses
Greg has two main weaknesses.
1. His own ability: Greg's power may protect his body from most things, but he can still be pierced, cut, poisoned, etc, although it will try to heal up, but the biggest weakness is that he can only resist one thing at a time, so fighting groups or people with more than one type of power can still hurt him fast if he can hit him fast enough.
2. His physique: Greg is slender, he is barely an athlete, and has no formal training in any martial art or self-defence, everything he does to fight is with his own wit, but since he has little training and exercise his stamina is not great at all, causing him to force fights to be short, or run when it gets too risky.

Personality:
Intelligent and witty, but he is not book-smart, he is creative and likes to think with his instinct and head and less with knowledge, crafting some crazy, but genius ideas and strategies.

Bio:
"What brought me here? Aside from being a little shit-stirrer? I like to test my abilities, and written tests and goody-two-shoes teachers ain't gonna cut it. I need real tests, I need to experience real power. That's why I'm here, and I'm gonna prove I am what this place says I can be!"

"Try To Take Over THE WORLD!"

Name: Stella Monteclair
Supervillain name: Tamarin
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Bi
Age: 13
Physical appearance:
tumblr_nskw0nlECR1rz2rlto1_500.png

Powers and Skills: Infused with the DNA of a golden lion tamarin, Stella has enhanced speed, jumping, and climbing abilities. As such she usually uses a mix of martial arts and acrobatics to fight.

Weaknesses: Stella really isn't that strong and works best in spaces with stuff to climb on. If she were forced into a small space (like an elevator) or had to go hand-to-hand with someone, she'd lose for sure.

Personality: Stella is very bouncy and cheerful. She's hyperactive and fun-loving to the point of being childish. She ultimately prefers to let her actions speak for her, but isn't afraid of conversation and sometimes can be pretty nosy. She's also a lot cleverer than she looks, even if she can be naive about the world.

Bio: Stella comes from a long line of villains. Her father is the typical corrupt business man and her mother is a mad scientist. They sent her here in hopes of her continuing the family business.

Name: Thomas Gonsalez
Supervillain name: LA
Gender: Male
Sexuality: straight
Age: 16
Physical appearance:
e01102d50dcbd3bf0250b8ec0c3ed49d.jpg

Powers and Skills: Magma mimicry- User is made up of or can transform their body completely into magma/molten stone. Users transformed form can be either anatomically identical to their normal form, aside of being made of magma, in which case it contains all to organs and is somewhat vulnerable to attacks. Alternately user can transform into homogenous matter, without any part of their form being more important than the other.

Weaknesses: Water, ice and cold attacks are highly effective against Thomas.

Personality: Serious, quiet, with loner tendencies. Enjoys solitude and tends to sit back and observe. Private, rarely talks about their feelings. Can be insensitive to the hardships of others. A planner. Well-organized and hard-working. Works steadily towards identified goals. Focused, with well-developed powers of concentration. Will usually accomplish any task once they have set their mind to it. A perfectionist. Clean, thorough, detail-oriented. Avoids mistakes. Logical and analytical. Not adventurous or spontaneous.

Bio: The reason why he is going to this school is to better control his powers.

@ Cactush @Dragon Rebellion and @Cats, all accepted

Now, for my characters

Name: Jacqueline "Jackie" Martin
Supervillain Name: Jacqueline Hyde
Gender: F
Sexuality: Lesbian
Age: 12
Physical Appearance: A short redhead, Jackie has green eyes and rounded features. She wears small silver earrings. Her palms are badly scarred from cutting herself for blood magic. Her costume is a red jumpsuit with a black-and-white skull emblem on the chest and a red domino mask. When she uses her demonic side, her eyes turn bright red.
Powers: Magic: Normally, Jackie's magic manifests itself as minor telekinesis and pyrokinesis. However, she can tap into the powers of the demon possessing her, vastly improving her powers. She also gains super strength, being able to lift several tons, and super durability.
Weaknesses: In her normal state, she is extremely fragile. In addition, she can't deal with holy ground or items, and she suffers pain in bright sunlight.
Personality: Jackie is extremely snide and sarcastic. She's deeply interested in gaining more power, and believes that most people are just means to an end. However, she will work with her fellow villains quite readily.
Bio: Her parents were both evil sorcerers, so a career in magical crime was inevitable. Several months ago, in accordance with family tradition, she summoned a demon and allowed it to possess her. Now, she's at the academy to learn more about black magic and get experience before taking on the heroes.

Name: Dana Jones
Supervillain Name: Deep Freeze
Gender: F
Sexuality: Straight
Age: 42
Class: Headmistress
Physical Description: Tall and well muscled, with black hair and blue eyes. Extremely beautiful; could have been a model. Costume is a blue top with a white snowflake emblem, a long blue skirt, and a white cape.
Powers: Ice Physiology: Can transmute her entire body into living ice. Also has significant cryokinetic capabilities
Personality: Dana is rather stern with her students, knowing that they're going to find themselves in a bunch of tough situations before they leave school, much less after. She can be rather relaxed with her fellow instructors, though.
Bio: Dana was a student in college when she was exposed to a supercooled radioactive substance, mutating her DNA and giving her icy powers. She realized that her newfound abilities could make her far more money on the wrong side of the law, so she began a crime spree that soon made her the greatest supervillain in the world. She founded the academy several years ago to train the next generation of criminals.

I'd like to have one more teacher before we start, but we'll start on Wednesday regardless.

Oh cool. A villain school instead of a hero school. Gives me a chance to use one of my own created abilities for evil for a change mwahaha. Ahem right.
Oh, and, I'll have her be a teacher.

NAME:
Emma Heleen Naaktgeboren

SUPERVILLAIN NAME:
M

GENDER:
Female

SEXUALITY:
Demi-sexual

AGE:
24

Physical appearance:
Emma stands 5'11" (180cm) which is quite tall by normal standards where she is now. However back home she was only slightly above average. She is of Dutch origin, which is also evident in her blonde hair and blue eyes. And weighing in just under 125lbs (57kg) she definitely carries the definition of 'slim'

She has a single piercing in each earlobe, while over 93 birthmarks decorate her light skin. Many of them are symmetrically placed across her body, or could be interpreted as (part of) a constellation, such as the big dipper being present on her left cheek.

Powers and Skills:
Space-Time Continuum Distorting Summoning.
Or in layman’s terms, a Borrower capable of borrowing anything from any time or location by creating a rift through time and space itself.

Ever wondered where your phone suddenly went even though you swore it was 'right there' a minute ago, or how you can't find that one favorite CD even though you're quite certain you brought it home after that party? Only to find it right there in that spot a little while later where you had already looked five times? Or better yet, searching for that eraser, and after ten minutes of looking you find it right in your own hand? Then it's probably Emma's fault.
When Emma concentrates on retrieving a certain item from a time or location, the item vanishes temporarily from that spot and appears in Emma's hands. She can then use it as she wishes till she sends it back or it fades after a while.

Weaknesses:
Limitations
Duration
Everything she borrows from a different time or space will fade and disappear after a certain amount of time has passed. How quickly depends on the size of the object. Larger objects range between five to fifty minutes, while simple small items can range up to being in her possession for a few hours or a full day.

Timeline
Items from the past or future are more difficult to summon. Objects brought in from a different time period do not fade faster than similar objects from the current flow of time.

Size
Larger items are more difficult to borrow. Not only do they fade faster, they also cost more energy to collect.

Location
In order to collect something from a location or time, she has to (roughly) know where the item was put. For small stuff like desk items it's enough to focus on a desk and collect from there. More complex and larger items and past/future items need a more specific focus point. If she were to want to borrow Hitler's gun she would have to know exactly where it was, when it was.
Also, if an item is in the same room as where she is, she can not summon it to her hands. For that she will have to get up, and walk.

Space-Time Continuum
The same object can never exist in the same room at the same time. If she was borrowing someone's phone from the past, and the person walks in with their phone, the phone she is holding will disappear instantly.
This also means she can not borrow an item that someone is holding right then and there in the same room.

Memory
If she can't remember where she saw the item, or what it was exactly, or when it was there, she can't summon it. To combat this she does own a record of almost everything she has deemed useful for a possible summoning some day. However, finding something in there isn't always easy as the list is extensive beyond belief. Plus, if she needs something quick, this takes a great deal of time.
She is in the process of digitalizing her list. And for more frequently needed items (weaponry) she has a separate smaller list that she frequently updates.
Weaknesses
Due to the amount of borrowing she does and can do, she constantly forgets to bring her own items, forgets where she puts them, or what really is hers to begin with.

Physically it's quite straining to reach into a different location or time in order to take something. If she over exerts herself the item will not only not appear, but she could pass out as well. Chances are she could die from it, just as over exertion on sports could kill a person given the right circumstances.

She can't send items to a different time or location, unless she is releasing an item back to where it came from.
The effects of the borrowed item do stay when the item has faded/sent back. (e.g.: bullet hole (and bullet if that wasn't borrowed too), cleaned wounds, etc)
Applications
In a fighting situation Emma will be able to collect whatever she thinks will be of use. Guns, knives, bandages. She does have to keep in mind that things will eventually disappear again, so in the case of bandages, that it will only be considered a temporary fix till actual bandages are brought in.

Emma is the perfect 'inside gal' kind of person. She could go through security at a heavily guarded place (airports, congress buildings) without anything suspicious on her, then at the right time and place summon in a bomb of some form before making a getaway (either by calmly walking away, or having a fellow villain assist her in her escape).
If the bomb is detected before it blows, she can make it disappear. And once the bomb will have gone off, she can just send the bomb back to its original location, leaving no traces or leads, and the best part about it: She can reuse the same bomb again in the next place.

Back when she was a student in class she was the go-to person for forgotten equipment. Need a pen? A new shirt till at least the end of class? A deck of cards to play poker that can disappear the moment a teacher walks in? Just ask Emma.
She has been known to cheat on a test if she knew where she could find the answers to an exam.
Another application of her power she has used in the past is borrowing money, buying something, and letting the money fade after leaving. Free stuff was always way more fun than having to actually work for it.

Due to her powers' nature, she tends to be more support than offense in a team. Providing backup and materials whenever needed.
Also, as she can repeatedly summon the same item if it fades (unless she is too tired) Emma makes for an excellent flow of (temporary!) supplies.

(If for example Emma borrows a bandaid from the first aid kit, and the bandaid disappears after a time, the bandaid will appear back in its original place in its original state. This is due to her not being able to send anything into a different location or time.)

Personality:
Ditzy is probably the first word that comes to mind when people think about when talking about Emma.
Her mind tends to be elsewhere, anywhere and everywhere but here.
At times she comes across as a bit dumb and preoccupied.
While preoccupied is definitely true, those that know her or had classes of her know that she’s not at all as dumb as she appears. In fact, she remembers a scarily large amount of random information and details. She’s just very absentminded.
Overall, Emma is often enough friendly, but has the distinct dark streak that makes her villainous. She can be rather harsh with others, but in general is more a follower than a leader.
She is a bit of a girly girl.
Although perhaps not entirely a personality trait, once Emma is working on something, for example showing something in class, she becomes fully focussed on that one task and the rest of the world just seems to drop away from her radar.

Bio:
Emma was born in the Netherlands and lived there for a large part of her life. When her powers started emerging as a teen she first wanted to be a superhero. But it was just so much easier to do things for her own personal gain. Being a hero only got you a thank you, being selfish got you a whole lot more goodies for yourself.
Emma had a sister with a power as well, but she got killed one night. It's not something that Emma talks about a lot, but it shaped part of her.

She eventually attended the supervillain school, and from there chose to become a teacher instead of a lonely roaming villain. She always was better at following orders than giving them, but she's learned to at least give orders to her students.

As for her villain name, back when she was first starting out she didn't quite know what to call herself, based on her powers. 'The borrower' didn't really strike as much fear in people's hearts. So in a blur of the moment she named herself 'M'. And it kind of stuck with her.

As a teacher she now teaches ranged combat/weaponry. This includes anything from firearms, to hitting the targets perfectly every time with your own magical powers.
Try To Take Over THE WORLD!

Oh and is there a maximum amount of characters? I've been thinking about doing a twin, boy and girl. But don't know what the max is on amount of characters (sorry if I read over it)

There we go, finished her character sheet. Completely villainized her powers and personality. Added a few extra details to the applications of her powers, and figured out what she could teach best.
Ranged combat/weaponry. Firearms for example. Or, if someone controls some form of element/magic, how to best hit the target perfectly every time. Stuff like that.
At least, if that's allowed.

Figured out a cool new trick for having two images while only taking up one spot. yay. Hope you don't mind?

Cool, thanks.
Going to make a pair of twins then. Students, from Russia. Nicknames: Alpha/Omega. The girl has the ability to give anyone a temporary superpower, her brother has the ability to dampen/nullify others' ability temporarily. The power only works on skin touch base. There are more limits and weaknesses, but I'll get into that with the character sheets.
(Their power never does permanent damage, and only lasts a few minutes at best.)

diff-pos:0.49
Name:
Alissandra ‘Alice’ Anastasia Koblenkov

Supervillain name:
Alpha

Gender:
Female

Sexuality:
Bi-curious

Age:
17

Physical appearance:
Alice stands 1.70m tall and weighs just around 55kg. She doesn’t have a lot of visible muscle on her, since she doesn’t do much of any strength training, but is very lean and nimble, packing quite the punch for the figure she has and uses the opponent’s weight against them.
Alice loves the soft pastels, dusty pink, and off white colors for her outfits, adorned with golden fine jewelry, making her radically different than the stereotypical casual villain look. Though, no doubt she's not the only villain that likes lace and frills.
However the only times she really wears clothes like that is if she's alone, or with her brother. Whenever she is near others she will cover up her body completely. Not because of shame, but because skin contact sets off her powers, and she can't exactly have that happen all over campus.

While she doesn’t smile much anymore, she does wear deep red lipstick and the colors brown or black for smokey eyeshadow, standing off real strongly against her light skin.
Her nose is slightly rounded at the tip, and perks up a little, just like her brother’s.
Alice tends to wear her golden blonde hair down, letting it flow straight till it reaches the small of her back. Her brother has been growing out his hair as well since he was a teen, joking to her that he was planning on beating her in length. A joke she took serious enough and therefore refuses to cut her hair (other than the ends to keep it healthy).

Because of her powers Alice wears a black and red full body catsuit, complete with gloves. On her belt there are various pouches for weapons, or other useful components in the field. She can’t take a lot with her, but there are plenty of small things she can bring. Other than that she wears heeled boots. While she doesn’t always do this, at times she does cover up her mouth and nose with a black cloth to conceal her identity further.

Powers and Skills:
Power Bestowal
Power Bestowal is the art of giving others extraordinary gifts. Although merely temporary, they can range from simple elemental control to full on immortality, dimensional travel, and matter alteration.
Upon touch Alice will give a random ability to that person which will last a limited time. The duration varies per power and it can not be influenced in any way.
Her brother is immune to her power, and she is immune to his. They can not influence each other.

Weaknesses:
Limitations
Alice’s number one limitation is that it’s touch based. In order to give someone a power, she has to have skin to skin contact with them.

The duration of how long the given power exists can not be influenced in any way.

If Alice touches a person the outcome of what the person receives is usually completely random. There hasn’t been any form of a pattern to be found and ranges all across the map of possibilities.

She can not give multiple powers to a single person. She can however give the same person a new power once the initial one has worn out.

Because of the immense vastness of the amount of powers that exist, it’s highly unlikely that she’d be able to give the same power twice in a row or within a short amount of time of each other.

So far there has not been a distinct limit to how many people Alice can give a power to at the same time. Alice however does have a feeling she might be more weary at the end of the day and need a bit more sleep if she has bestowed a lot of powers. She has never completely tested her limit.

Currently it seems that there is no way to determine or influence the outcome. She does hope to someday be able to influence it a little.
Weaknesses
Alice can not gain any form of advantage of her own powers. While she could give someone the greatest gift on earth, she can not, ever, give herself any of the abilities.

Aside from the fact that she gives other people powers, she is fully human and the same as any non-magical person. No immunity against anything, no strengths that can ward off some kind of side effect. If it can harm a human, it will harm her.

Her limitation in having to have skin contact is also her weakness. She has to avoid touching her opponents, and if an opponent knows this, they could target her very specifically.

An important factor to calculate in is the fact that Alice can not shut off her power. It’s constantly present, constantly working, even if she’s asleep or knocked out cold. They figure that if Alice is dead her power will seize working, but they have yet to test that theory. This means she has to stay constantly aware of her surroundings, as one error could mean a whole bunch of people that weren’t intended to get powers, get powers. This is what mainly tires her out the most.
Applications
Alice’s application for her power basically is as straight forward as it gets. Give her allies abilities that tip the scales in their favor in any circumstance.
Since her powers only last a certain amount of time, she has to be close by to her companions in order to allow them to be able to use their new power.

Personality:
Alice is almost too sweet to be a villain. She's soft and kind, and doesn't have that 'edge' that people expect. She does have an edge, everyone does if you piss them off, but in general she's calm and tranquil. To most extent she seems like the complete opposite of her brother.
She's the type that normally smiles a lot, but at the moment she doesn't really do so.

Bio:
Alice and Alex never met their parents, they were dumped at a Polish orphanage just days after they had been born. All that's really known about them is that their names were a 24 year old Viktor Koblenkov, and a 16 year old Natalya Yankovski. Their parents then soon disappeared off of the grid.
Until their early teen years the two were constantly in and out of homes, so they never really had stability in their lives, which only worsened when Alice started exhibiting powers. Exactly how the government found out about the twins isn't known, but some time later they took the two and placed them in a training/research facility.

Alice and her brother were basically nothing more than lab rats for their tween years. There Alex' power was discovered as well. The government saw potential in the two, potential as weapons. As a result the two were trained and forced around like property while passing out the notion that they were 'helping to save the world'.
Over time Alice started to lose her smile. The 'researchers' often split the two up for lengthy periods of times and the 'trainings' were unspeakable. Through all their troubles at the orphanage Alice had maintained a positive outlook, but the testing and training was killing her. Hating to see his sister like that, Alex concocted a plan to break them out.

The moment the two had broken free they kept on running. Eventually they found this school and enrolled. The whole ordeal had left them scarred from being on the 'good side' and had made Alex want to take out any government or organization that claimed to be 'good'. And to do that, you need allies, which is exactly what Alex is hoping to find in this school.

Name:
Alexander ‘Alex’ Andrei Koblenkov

Supervillain name:
Alpha

Gender:
Male

Sexuality:
Straight

Age:
17

Physical appearance:
Alex stands 1.75m tall and weighs just around 70kg. He’s relatively muscular, having trained in Krav Maga.
He prefers black tones in his clothes, or white shirts. Though in all fairness, when he fights, he fights without a shirt to use his power to the utmost advantage (when fighting another powered individual). Plus it seems to attract the attention of women, which he readily exploits. He doesn’t have a supersuit.

His nose is slightly rounded at the tip, and perks up a little, just like his sister’s.
Alex tends to wear his golden blonde hair down, just like his sister. He told her as a joke that he was going to beat her in length, but the reason for growing it out is far more cinister. In case someone targets Alice, Alex intends to be the decoy so no harm will come to her. As such, from behind they look very similar. Alice has caught him trying on her clothes. Twice.

Powers and Skills:
Power Removal
Power Removal is the art of removing others extraordinary gifts. Although merely temporary, it takes away any possible advantage the other might have over him.
Upon touch Alex will ‘remove’ the ability that person has for a limited time. The duration varies per power and it can not be influenced in any way.
His sister is immune to his power, and he is immune to hers. They can not influence each other.

Weaknesses:
Limitations
Alex’ number one limitation is that it’s touch based. In order to take someone’s power, he has to have skin to skin contact with them.

The duration of how long the removed power stays non active can not be influenced in any way.

It’s not possible to lengthen the time the power is switched off, but he can shut it down again once it comes back ‘online’.

So far there has not been a distinct limit to how many people Alex can take a power from at the same time. Alex however does have a feeling he might be more weary at the end of the day and need a bit more sleep if he has shut off a lot of powers. He has never completely tested his limit.
Weaknesses
Alex can not gain any form of advantage of his own powers. The power of the other person simply shuts off. He doesn’t get to own it nor use it.

Aside from the fact that he removes other people’s powers, he is fully human and the same as any non-magical person. No immunity against anything, no strengths that can ward off some kind of side effect. If it can harm a human, it will harm him.

His limitation in having to have skin contact is also his weakness. He has have contact with his opponents, and if the opponent knows this, they can defend against it more specifically.

An important factor to calculate in is the fact that Alex can not shut off his power. It’s constantly present, constantly working, even if he’s asleep or knocked out cold. They figure that if Alex is dead his power will seize working, but they have yet to test that theory. Unlike with his sister however, he doesn’t have to worry about others having contact with him.

Even if he manages to switch off a power, he then still has to fight the person. So he has to be at the top of his game to be able to win. And no human is ever that perfect.
Applications
Alex’ application for his power basically is as straight forward as it gets.
Remove the powers of the opponents to give his allies and himself the edge that could tip the scales in their favor in any circumstance.
Since his powers only last a certain amount of time, he has to be close by the heat of the fight in order to allow them to be able to profit.

Personality:
Where Alice is sweet, Alex is cunning and harsh. In the past few years he has become more reckless and dangerous. He doesn’t really care what others think and how they feel, as long as Alice is safe and happy. It’s rare to see him relax and smile, aside from when he is doting upon his twin.

Bio:

@Olissa

Both are accepted, but we're going to have to figure out a way to tell somebody what powers Alice gives them IC. We've got time, though.

I've got a way.
I've got a list here of about 300 powers. I'll select 10 random ones (random picking through random.org), present them here so someone can choose which 3 possible ones they wouldn't mind, then I'll run it through a random select page again to determine which one it becomes.
That way it is random, but the person getting the power will have had a little bit of influence on what they might get too, to keep things fun.

Sounds good to me. Also, I'm going to move us along and describe the dorms tomorrow.
