Sekai High is the premiere school in Japan for International Students and numerous programs, by applying to at least one, can allow you to attend. It offers classes in various subjects, showing high depth and giving great preparations for college, perhaps even surpassing college.
Extra-curricular activities range from the knitting club, all the way to LARPing, mad science, and plenty of martial arts.
It just so happens that the students who star in this specific story are Street Fighter Fans, and each have their own favorite character, having memorized nearly all of the techniques of their move sets. Think of the look on their faces when they discovered these moves could be used in real life, with a little training, and some fancy tricks, ranging from ESP, Ki, Yoga, or some sweet tech, etc.
As soon as theseimmature assholes get the chance to find other shits with the same power, they'll start fighting gifted young folk meet eachothers' superhuman strengths, its' sure to end in chaos, with the school, as well as all of Japan as the fighting ground.
