Starlight City. That's it. Not Starlight Kingdom. That one is for the history books. Located on an island roughly twice the size of the combined mass of the Hawaiian islands at a halfway point between the east coast of the USA and the UK.

In ancient times, it was called Atlantis. Now, it's got other nicknames. Not all of them are repeatable in polite company. You see, reality itself is just a little... damaged around this island, and portals directly to places people call Heaven and Hell both for lack of a better word, and, well, the things who come through those portals call them that too.

That's not the only pair of portals you'll find in Starlight City. The main civic center plaza has a huge one. But, you really never know where that one is going to go, or who or what is going to come out of it. Why base your city around such a random thing? Would you rather the strange visitors from other realities show up on the outskirts of town, where if they have ill intent they have plenty of time to hatch their nefarious plans? See, I knew you'd get it.

And that was great, sort of, for awhile. Then, well, portals just started showing up all over. People appearing, disappearing, and so on. Reality just was blindfolded and handed a big handful of darts. If you get hit by one, you might get superhuman powers. You might... well disappear. The thing is, a lot of people are really tempted to take that chance. Plus, rumor has it that there's other things out there, enhancers if you will, that can amp you up as surely as that random bolt from heaven, hell, or wherever, can.

Even if you're not interested in becoming more than human, it's pretty much the best place in the world to get fame and notoriety, so there is that. Or, you might have just been born here and this crazy is the normal you know.

Starlight City is a easy to find city. It is a world where heroes, villains and supernatural creatures live. It borders the world of fiction and fanfiction. Come to the city, we have a school, some great attractions and have a good time! Just know that death could lurk around any corner. - Taken from a tourist who left.... It's all lies.

Locations

Starlight Academy- The school Academy where students can enroll and take classes from daycare all the way up to and through college. This will consist of the dorms, the connecting bridge between dorms, classrooms, houses for the teachers and the school's boiler room and adminstration office and medical wing

Police Station- This consists of the station and the meta-human task force for the city and includes the jail.

Starlight Graveyard- This is the graveyard where there is a certain god who you can make deals with to bring your loved ones back from the dead or visit the dead.

Glistening Lake/Rainbow Forest- It is a rainbow lake and it shows you your favorite colors at certain times of day. The lake can give you powers if it deems that you are worthy. There's a guardian sprite of the lake. The forest is the area that surrounds the lake and holds the cities worst creatures

Downtown Starlight City-- This consists of the park, plaza, town hall, hospital, the hotel, orphanage, harbor, bar, resturant/ brothel, apartments and Superior Genetic Modification Industries.

Mirroredge Pantheon- This is where the gods of the city reside.

Starlight Crevice- This is where the ruins of church are. The portals to Heaven and Hell are also located there.

Shining Stars- The fancy hotel where most events are held.

The portal- This is where people from other worlds can stumble into here. (limited to 4 per person)

Gabriel tends to wear black t-shirts, jeans and sneakers. He stands at about 6'4 inches tall and is built semi-lean with some muscles. His eye color varies between Green, hazel, brown and blue and sometimes red. He has a black cloak which conceals some daggers he has.
Occupation: Owner of a establishment called Blazing Stars/ Glistening Beauties ( a cross between a brothel and a restaurant)
Personality: Gabriel is somehow who is both the anti-social person and the most social man you will meet. He tends to keep to himself and doesn't engage in conversations unless he knows you. But if he knows you, he doesn't shut up and is curious about you. He does have an anger streak if you hurt people he cares about and has no problem killing people or teaching them lessons.
Weakness(ONE FOR EACH ABILITY/POWER): While Gabriel is an incredibly powerful necromancer, the more powerful the revival, the more energy it drains from him, causing him to need to eat/ feed. Shape-shifting is also an energy drain and makes him feel weaker. Despite being able to get younger from feeding, it also comes with the cost of people taking him less seriously as well as a slight mental regression to the younger age which is dangerous since he has more control at his current age and not so much in his earlier 20s, If it kills a vampire traditionally, it kills him.

Powers: Necromancy- Ability to raise the dead ( No limit to what he can revive)

Age: Looks 21-23 years old; has lived for at least a few millennia
Appearance: ( Details the photos do not include/ scars/ height, weight,etc.): Typically seen as an imposing lady who traditionally stands among taller buildings in cities, Luna is a lady who is chubby, typically dressed in fancy albeit casual clothes by her world's standards, and is often seen looking at her phone, typically doing research into astronomical matters and other related things when not in her native galaxy. When seen as her alternate form typically recognized with the alias of NIghtmare Moon, she is noted to be often seated on a copycat of her world's throne, mostly to further her intimidating but firm nature when in said form.

Occupation: "Queen of the Dual Celestial Sisters' Empire during the night"
Personality: Queen Luna is best (and most often) perceived as a softer spoken lady whom prefers to let her knowledge of space and its various objects do the talking for her. (That doesn't mean that she hasn't been an effective ruler on her planet though!) As for more normal things, she loves to have peaceful flights at night, often using them for thinking about various things depending on recent and current matters at hand n' hoof. She also likes to, when at larger sizes, sit on a skyscraper and casually watch people go about their various nocturnal activities.

When as Nightmare Moon though, that's when her full spicy personality gets unleashed upon those unfortunate (or fortunate depending on the situation) to encounter her. She when in this form is typically more feisty and willing to directly insult others. Sure she isn't as outwardly angry as her sister when **she** is in her own alternate form, but there is something eerie about Nightmare Moon's calmer sort of rage. Almost as if its held back and just waiting for the right target.... but alas she remains quite controlled and calculating. Always thinking about her next combative maneuver, whether that is in the air or on the ground; magical or physical. One thing is as clearly seen as a full moon on a cloudless night though; those who underestimate Nightmare Moon WILL pay and see just how potent she can be.


Weakness (ONE FOR EACH ABILITY/POWER):

Daytime downer: Luna much prefers the night to the daytime, as her powers, especially as Nightmare Moon, are their most powerful at night (natural or imposed by her doesn't matter. Just has to be night) She estimates her attacks to only be around 70-80% as effective in the daytime/when the sun is out.

Nightmarish corruption: If Nightmare Moon remains in this form for extremely long periods of time (Over a week is when the risk % starts to get noticeable to herself) she runs the risk of going from her normal cocky but calm and calculating self to downright evil and becoming blinded psychologically to her original goals. Typically this can only be stopped by her sister's intervention, though it remains undetermined due to lack of data points concerning this weakness; if others could stop this downward spiral to evil.


Species : Alicorn.
Powers: When as Luna she really has only one real major "power" as it were; that being the ability to change day to night (and in turn cancel the spell to return to the time of day it would have been at the time of cancellation); She also has more... normal spells up her sleeve that she uses in her day to day activities, such as object teleportation, ocean/lake/sea tidal manipulation (less used but still used to show her range of abilities off around those new to her), and other lesser cared about spells in her arsenal. Where she really shines though, is her ability to enter the dream sub-realm (her words not the player's) and comfort others who may need it at that time. Even if nobody is having any nightmares and its a quiet night in terms of dream activity, she is seen in other dreams just casually interacting with those in them.

As Nightmare Moon, that's when her true arsenal of powers is revealed; with her best powers being her visual deceptive illusions, her lunar eclipses for visual flair, and obviously the very show offy process to become Nightmare Moon in the first place! Other powers include morphing to a cloudy misty form for rapid non teleportation related movement, controlling the lunar phase as needed in he situation (like making a full moon appear when one wouldn't be there, or vice versa making the night even darker by making a full moon into a new moon sort of lunar phase; among other lesser powers she casually dismisses while in this form out of sheer calm arrogance.


Abilities/ skills: Being a queen under the cover of night, Luna is quite the skilled negotiator and diplomatic type. She, thanks to her many years of living has vast experience in flight. Sure she might not have the aerobatic bag of tricks as some on her planet, but alas, its serviceable enough to her needs and such. She is also very well suited to comforting others and making others feel better in their dreams (or in the waking world if needed)

History: CLASSIFIED BY EQUESTRIAN INTERGALACTIC ROYAL SECURITY PROTOCOLS.

Family: Her sister. That's it in terms of blood relatives.
Extra: Likes being bigger sizes, lounging at night among nature like a beach, though is perfectly fine with being in a city too. Also is commonly seen with an alcoholic drink when at parties or if she feels like one doesn't hurt the mood in a given situation.

Appearance: Ryan is about 5'3" and weights 186lbs, He is half demon but as you can tell he took on all of his demon features.
Occupation: Runner (Ryan is a runner he delivers packages, no matter the content inside, to wherever he is told to.
Personality: Ryan is very spunky and bubbly, when he is doing his job hes very serious and stern. When around people hes first met he can be very serious and kinda off-putting to some but when he gets to know them he wont stop talking.
Weakness(ONE FOR EACH ABILITY/POWER): Even though Ryan can teleport both objects and himself he can only do so if he can see the location, whether that be through a photo or in person yet he prefers to do his job without his powers. Ryan may be very good at hiding but he emits a smoke that is a bright red and can reveal his position very quickly. His close combat training is very extensive, but he is a jack of all trades so he isnt a master of any form and has little to no defensive training.
Species : Half-Demon
Powers: Teleportation (of both himself and objects)
Abilities/ skills: Ryan is very skilled in hiding and close combat.
History: Classified
Family: Ryan doesn't know any of his family, he wants to believe that his mother is a god but he knows shes dead. His father was never in the picture as he took off when Ryan was very young. Ryan was being taken care of by assassins
Extra: Ryan carries around pictures in his pockets on the inside seam of his pants.
