Starlight City. That's it. Not Starlight Kingdom. That one is for the history books. Located on an island roughly twice the size of the combined mass of the Hawaiian islands at a halfway point between the east coast of the USA and the UK.

In ancient times, it was called Atlantis. Now, it's got other nicknames. Not all of them are repeatable in polite company. You see, reality itself is just a little... damaged around this island, and portals directly to places people call Heaven and Hell both for lack of a better word, and, well, the things who come through those portals call them that too.

That's not the only pair of portals you'll find in Starlight City. The main civic center plaza has a huge one. But, you really never know where that one is going to go, or who or what is going to come out of it. Why base your city around such a random thing? Would you rather the strange visitors from other realities show up on the outskirts of town, where if they have ill intent they have plenty of time to hatch their nefarious plans? See, I knew you'd get it.

And that was great, sort of, for awhile. Then, well, portals just started showing up all over. People appearing, disappearing, and so on. Reality just was blindfolded and handed a big handful of darts. If you get hit by one, you might get superhuman powers. You might... well disappear. The thing is, a lot of people are really tempted to take that chance. Plus, rumor has it that there's other things out there, enhancers if you will, that can amp you up as surely as that random bolt from heaven, hell, or wherever, can.

Even if you're not interested in becoming more than human, it's pretty much the best place in the world to get fame and notoriety, so there is that. Or, you might have just been born here and this crazy is the normal you know.

Starlight City is a easy to find city. It is a world where heroes, villains and supernatural creatures live. It borders the world of fiction and fanfiction. Come to the city, we have a school, some great attractions and have a good time! Just know that death could lurk around any corner. - Taken from a tourist who left.... It's all lies.

Starlight Academy- The school Academy where students can enroll and take classes from daycare all the way up to and through college. This will consist of the dorms, the connecting bridge between dorms, classrooms, houses for the teachers and the school's boiler room and adminstration office and medical wing

Police Station- This consists of the station and the meta-human task force for the city and includes the jail.

Starlight Graveyard- This is the graveyard where there is a certain god who you can make deals with to bring your loved ones back from the dead or visit the dead.

Glistening Lake/Rainbow Forest- It is a rainbow lake and it shows you your favorite colors at certain times of day. The lake can give you powers if it deems that you are worthy. There's a guardian sprite of the lake. The forest is the area that surrounds the lake and holds the cities worst creatures

Downtown Starlight City-- This consists of the park, plaza, town hall, hospital, the hotel, orphanage, harbor, bar, resturant/ brothel, apartments and Superior Genetic Modification Industries.

Mirroredge Pantheon- This is where the gods of the city reside.

Starlight Crevice- This is where the ruins of church are. The portals to Heaven and Hell are also located there.

Shining Stars- The fancy hotel where most events are held.

The portal- This is where people from other worlds can stumble into here. (limited to 4 per person)

His tome can be destroyed by Gods. Which can put him into a blind rage.
Powers: Shadow dragon magic and blue dragon magic.
A Beareken scientist that studies dragon slayer magic. And is trying to figure out what magics mesh well.
Bio: Jace is the main researcher on Dragons and believes that they are the most divine beast, but they can reach a new level by becoming a Draco Lich. He also created Dragon Slayer magic and created the theory about Dragons hearts. Jace ended up consuming both a Blue and a Shadow dragons heart which resulted in half of his body turning a grayish color to represent the magic he possessed and the more he uses it he fills like his body is being torn in two. That is the result of possessing two opposite magics if overused it will create two versions of Jace the light good version and the shadow evil version, this has already resulted in his twins being born one has taken on her fathers darker side and the other a more pure good side. His twin daughters are only partly human as Jace learned a magic to transform himself into a Dragon and then mated with a willing female dragon. As his research continued Jace created the cult of the dragon, a religious like group that sees Dragons as Gods. As this group gained power the king allowed them to take the underground tunnels beneath the capital as their base but Jace refused to join the council when offered stateing he needs the time to his group and research. As time went on Jace created the dragon charms a pendant that higher ranking members wore that gave them access to dragon breath weapon. Then Jace created the tome of the dragon this book contained all the research Jace had about Dragon hearts turning into dragon and transforming Dragons into Draco lichs it also contained his most powerful spell Dragon shackle a spell that allowed him to control Dragons the amount he can control is unknown. The books were protected by a spell one needed to say the right phrase to handle the book, : "Power has its own beauty. Perhaps the perfect combination of grace and might of mortal creatures are dragons." if that phrase wasn't said once touching the book it would fire off a dragon breath like attack blacks acid, reds fire, blues lighting, greens poison gas or whites freezeing frost. The cult has many dragon kin followers since most of the females members are willing to mate with dragons giving birth to a mix between human and dragons. As years went on Jace also started to recruit lesser and different forms of Dragons into the ranks like Deep Dragons and Hydras in the underground tunnels Wyrvens, Drakes, and gang dragons above ground and even Dragon Eels and Turtle dragons from the sea. He used this to his advantage extorting money from caravans on land, sea and in tunnels as well as mining companies if they didn't pay they would've attacked by these allies and loot them this granted great wealth to Jace and his cult. A few years later a meteor come down outside the Beareken capital and Jace was able to get a part of it before the royal guards claimed it for the royal family. With his part Jace had a master blacksmith fashion it into a wonderful long sword after that Jace arranged for the Arch mage of Nee Millnium to enchant it and sent a crystal with it containing a dragons soul. The soul fused with sword allowing the dragon to live on as the blade named Khazder. The dragon could influence wielded with low will sometimes taking complete control over them, the blade seems to have the power to cut through anything be it flesh, stone or metal. The handle can change its handle shape to look like anything as well as change into whatever bladed like weapon the wielded preferred. When Jace wields it the pommel is shaped like a Dragons head, when Wolf got a hold it was shaped like a wolf, another follower wielded it and it took the form of a great axe where the head was a dragon and the blades represented its wings.

@Gands @York @Thuro 116 Pendragon @LoveandHate91 @Michale CS So, I have been thinking for a while, but so many events have been happening and it is getting mighty complicated both OOC and in character. With so many depatures by either inactivity or never posting for any villains, I propose a reset. All characters will be alive ( well, all of your characters), but the timeline shall be reset to the start again. It is entirely up to you if characters retain memories of the events that have happened in the RP, but essentially, a new arch will start with less complication and mess. It will reset back to arch 1 and I am also making it easier for anyone to return or leave again.

Also, due to the Belldandy exit happening the way it is, for the reboot, there will be more room open to fandom characters arriving for a brief period. After that brief period, I'm locking it up and I will only allow cannon characters expect for special circumstances.

How does everyone feel about this idea?

Hmm, well, I think I could roll with that >.< should we still post for the IC, or just wait for your reset post?
I'll probably have Marina have a fainter recollection of shit, but not a complete one for now.

The name of a blade made just to kill anything its blade has taken a rusted look, stained from the blood that ha covered becoming a poison. The wielder believed to be the entity of the blade itself who's only reason is to serve his summoner and slay powerful people.

A great earth elemental with great defense power able to create walls with its body and stones around it.

Kurrock is a Hob Goblin that has a magical staff allowing him to summon Elementals like a Earth Elemental, Fire elemental, Air elemental, Water elemental and a Greater Ice Elemental.
Scorching iron golem: A large iron golem that fills with fire to turn its body to scorching temperatures. It is meant to capture people and drain their life force to recharge her fortresses power. When damaged fire will fire from cracks and any other openings.

Hero Zombies
The first one is a tank he wields a dragons tooth as a club and chains hang from his gauntlets he has some exposed skin but the armor is made out of stone providing excellent defense.

The second one wields a shield and sword and his armor only covers head wrists and legs.

The third wields a sword and his body is covered in spikes like his armor was.

The fourth is almost complexly armored and wields a sword part of her arm and face is exposed.

The fifth is another tank he wields are greatsword that's tip is broken his head and lower half are cover in armor while the upper half is pierced with multiple weapons that he can use.

The sixth has no exposed skin he has small holes in his helmet to see and breath when he did breath he wields two sickle like weapons.

The seventh wields a sword and shield and his armor leaves his sides exposed.

The eight wields a claymore and spiked shield his armor has small opening on his legs and his upper chest and back are exposed.

The ninth is one of the strongest and took a beating he wields are greatsword in one arm one arm is missing and his spine is clearly the only visible body part not covered.

The tenth wields a great curved sword and shield with part of one arm exposed st the bicep.

And the last wields a lighting enchanted spear with part of his chest and arms at his elbows exposed.

Throne room guardian Manju of ten thousand hands, he starts with two arms but can spawn more arms to pummel enemies but he has trouble dealing with multiple enemies because he has to pay attention to all of them.

Crimson Nova: Lilian's greatest piece of work a enchanted fortress that has great defense abilities in the way of not letting others in. The fortress can fire magical bolts at anyone that is a target when some magic circles are lined up they get stronger as they fire through another magic circle. The fortress conjures dragon heads and breaths fire, they legions of archers fire arrows at her enemys. When in the fortress Lilian's power is increased allowing her to summon six summons instead of three.
Enchanted items: Lilian's cloths are enchanted to act like armor so if a weapon hits her she's ok. Her bracelets increase her physical strength and her anklets increase her speed. She wields two daggers both are enchanted to paralyze when a strike connects.
Death moon Orb:
It acts like a crystal ball she can see outside her fortress and keep a eye on her summons.
Second she can create small replicas to give to allies and they can use that to contact her.
Third is a demon summon ability, it can be a imp, Mane or small Chasme but the summon is done for a day. Or it can summon a Balgura , large chasme or a demonic spider but the summons out for a week. It can summon a Maralith or Nalfashe but the summons out for a month. Then it can summon a Balor but the summon ability is done for six months. And last it could summon a demon lord but the lord didn't have to listen to her and the ability is out for a year. The penalty can be lessened by suppling magic to it though.

Weaknesses:
Witch: Lilian hates being called a witch and will target whoever called her a witch.
Manipulation: If Lilian actually loves someone it is easy to manipulate her.
Physical condition: If Lilian dosnt have her enchanted items she's on level as a normal women around 30 years of age.
Crimson Nova: If she isn't in her fortress she can only summon three creatures at a time.
Bad blood: Lilian does not get along with her sister at all and Lilith knows a little about her summons.
Cocky: Lilian is convinced that her fortress has enough fire power to slay a God.
Summons: Is Lilian's summons are defeated quick enough she may not be able summon then again, or summon them bearing recent wounds.
Kurrocks Elementals: The Elementals can be easily countered by using opposing elements.
Cloths secret: She has lost the ability to summon the Dragon God.
Alive: Lilian isn't a Lich like her sister she's living any normal means can kill her.
Bio: Lilian was born into a very powerful Elf family her father was a powerful mage and her mother was a enchantress, her brother was a great warrior and her younger sister focused on support magic. Lilian was given a diamond studded cloth said to summon a Dragon God. Eventually a prince came to the community in search of the cloth, she fell in love with the man but her brother tried to stop the man and Lilian cut her brother down and went with the prince. He formed a friendship with a king of a nearby kingdom and the king offered his daughters hand in marriage. The prince choose her over Lilian around this time people began to refer to Lilian as a witch. During the wedding Lilian showed up and was able to summon the five headed dragon God surpringly the Dragon obeyed Lilian killing all but the prince before rampaging through the city leaving it in ruin. She spent decades in the ruins perfecting her summoning and enchanting magic and killing anyone that came to slay her. Eventually she got tired of the intrusions and went back to her home town no one was aware of her killing her brother so she was able to start over. Her beauty attracted the attention of a Elven Prince shortly after they were married, but Lilian didn't love the prince she just wanted power she gained the trust of some servants under the promise of power they poisoned the current King and Queen. Which in turn made her Queen and her husband King, she kept leading the investigation in the wrong direction and eventually her husband was poisoned and Lilian was able to pin it on the servants and have them executed. Lilian began to work on a floating fortress with a large boulder of diamond in the middle the diamond was enchanted to drain magic to fuel the fortress. She then created a alliance with some groups to try to take over everything she allied with Goblins, Orcs, Trolls, Giants, Dragons and a race called Bearekens who's leader was married to her younger sister. As the war was reaching its end the allied races found out that Lilian was responsible and led their armies to attack her village but the Elves gave up not willing to die protecting a queen that started a massive war. Lilian fled into her castle and activated its full power it began to rise out of the ground above her village as soldiers and her people stood in awe she activated its full power that has been building over the last three years. Within a couple seconds she layed waste to the enemy army with her magical fortress it wasn't long before the army before her was in full retreat after the army got out of range she turned the attack on her village for not fighting against the army. Then the fortress headed in the direction of a large port city she was there within a couple hours laying waste to anything in her way. The group the Griffin brotherhood tried to stop her and failed. That showed the true power of her fortress and the army got what Metallic Dragons they could to launch a full scale assault they couldn't let her go with the weapon she had. When the Dragons appeared the fortress focused their assault on one dragon at a time killing them one at a time. Eventually they wore the magic out but learned there were two more layers of defense conjured dragon heads breathing fire and then legions of conjured archers firing barrages of arrows but they were easily defeated with a single hit. As the heros that survived the defenses moved through the fortress they ran into Lilian's summons but eventually they made to her and they fought her and attacked the core until the fortress exploded.

The long and short of it, none of that information is going to matter soon since you picked the perfect time. The city is getting rebooted, so everyone sits at the same point of moving day for the first day of School at Starlight Academy. I would say it would be roughly August 28th or so date wise.

the origin of Drake's vampirism for certain, but it is known that Drake was the very first vampire, from whom the rest of the vampire race originates. Drake has been known by many names over the ages; he was worshiped by the Babylonians as Daegon, and is apparently the vampire behind Bram Stoker's story of Dracula. Drake spent the millennia cutting a bloody path through the ages, but as more recent society and civilization began to develop, Drake, out of disgust at the contemporary world's lack of honor and lack of living by the sword, exiled himself .
