Kisar is a symbiont on his second host. The first host, a Trill named "Yusei" was an antisocial loner, who hated other people. As a result, Kisar led an unfulfilled life. The second time around he and his host Amanogawa decided they wanted to lead a full life through helping other people. To do this, they joined Starfleet.

The Citation for Conspicuous Gallantry was awarded to Kisar and his host during an attack on an Andorian trade conference. He had been there to learn from the Andorians, and during the attack, he carried three wounded diplomats to a transporter pad to get them to medical ships in orbit. He then went back into the area to rescue two more. He did not come out of this unscathed. He caught shrapnel in his left shoulder, which though removed, still causes him pain.

Personality Profile:
Outgoing, friendly, supportive, caring, but capable of preventing friends from making stupid decisions.

Physical Profile:
6 feet tall, black hair, appears Japanese, but bears the spots of the Trill.

Special Notes:
Kisar Amanogawa is always likely to try diplomacy first. Should that fail, he will resort to violence, but will use his limited medical knowledge to patch up his opponent after the fight, so he can try diplomacy again.

Separ lead a normal Vulcan child's life. Early in his education his mentors noticed that he had a natural gift for tactics and combative maneuvers and began to focus his studies there. When it came time for Separ to decide where to go with his life he diced to join Starfleet so that he may explore and learn about the history and tactics of other worlds. While at the academy He primarily studied Military History, and learned to play the guitar. He admired the varied nature of the instrument and it's similarity to the Vulcan Lute. He thought that its chaotic style would be a great challenge for a Vulcan to tame. During the Battle for Sector 001 Separ was awarded the Starfleet Decoration of Gallantry When he volunteered to join the battle in his third year at Starfleet Academy. After the academy Separ was assigned to the USS Gryphon, it was there he was awarded the Grankite Order of Tactics decoration. When the Ferengi had attempted to rob the ship he reacted by stealing the Ferengi vessel, telling them that their ship was much more valuable. This caused the Ferengi to order the Gryphon to capture their original ship at which time they would "Leave this junk heap". The rest of his career was mostly uneventful until he was assigned to the USS Asahi where he learned he would be the Chief of Tactics serving under one of the Medical Officers from the Gryphon.

Mi-Na (referred to as "Lee" by most because of people's difficulty with her given name) was born in the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. Still, not strayed from its long and hard history as the communist North Korea, she lived a hard, but impressioned life in the DPRK, living with her family, two parents and a younger sister, until they strongly urged her to escape from the oppressive nation. Reluctantly, she did so at the age of 17, and once she reached the freedom of the Republic of Korea, she applied to the Starfleet Academy under one of its outreach programs to underprivileged youth in the Asia region.

With math and science as her strengths she found a course path in Engineering at the Academy. Upon graduation, she was assigned to the Space Station Amargosa, a seemingly dull assignment compared to most, but she learned a lot from the scientists who lived and worked in the space station she was in charge of keeping in operational order. She also learned how to hold her ground and work with people higher ranked and more experienced than her.

Her next assignment was to the USS Alexey Leonov, where she accepted a position in Operations as a means of widening her scope of experience, developing her leadership skills and getting onto a starship as quickly as possible. The highlight of her tour on the Leonov was being in command during an escort mission for science vessels that encountered a Romulan task force. She expertly used distraction tactics, deception in intended direction, and the combination of the two enabled her to successfully command the ships to escape without incident.

The following assignment, possibly given to her as a result of her commendable actions that day, was at Engineering of the USS Enterprise. She was not the chief engineering officer, but found the lessons learned under what was considered the best engineering staff in Starfleet to be very valuable, not to mention the other senior officers on board. She saved many lives and possibly at least half of the ship when she quickly reacted to manually repair a ruptured engine coil by integrating other ship components temporarily to fuse to the damaged coil. While it was not a permanent or efficient fix, it prevented the entire engine from exploding, and enabled the Enterprise to make it to the nearest space station for repairs with one operable engine.

Lee is confident in her abilities, even beyond logic. As a relatively young officer she feels she has experienced and learned so much that there is nothing she is not capable of doing, or managing. She is kind, caring, and occasionally rebellious, all three of those qualities seem to have been with her since her early days.

No to Liberated Borg Hirogen since Starfleet hasn't found a shortcut to the Delta Quadrant yet.

As for weapons, the crew is to use standard issue Starfleet phaser However, melee weapons are allowed within reason.

Worf kept a Bat'leth and Mek'leth, so I don't see why not.

Also, I figured out on what you meant by a Liberated Borg Hirogen. I assume he was liberated during the Events of Unimatrix Zero?
