It's more of a cold war thing. Sort of. Not really.

The SS Iwaku is talking big but don't have the means to cause any harm while The Empire of Iwaku isn't doing anything about it aside from the occasional friendly ban threat.

Nothing big's happened.
 
Turns out they're fighting a massive shadow war, and the admins are just suppressing the truth.

Can't you see how this Revolution helps the admins too by boosting site activity, thereby increasing profits?
