Basically, I was thinking two of the best agencies, who happen to be rivals, have to team up in order to bring down an underground organization (or something) OR two of the best spy academies, alo rivals, have to team up together for their Final Exam, which is what they need to graduate. It would involve finding out who captured their Headmasters (or mistresses or one of each) and trying to bring them back.
This would be in the Modern Roleplays and I think there would be a limit on how many can join. Possibly 12 characters/players? (May change.)
