Spooky roommates?

I've been itching for a more low-key rp with supernatural elements. Something like a human befriending resident ghost(s) in their new apartment. Or maybe various spooky peeps living together? When I say spooky I mean like ghosts, shadows, demons, vampires, elderitch abominations, monsters etc. I'd like for it to be a fun, laid-back rp where we explore the relationships of the characters. I'm willing to consider romantic elements. Bonus points of the character(s) are non-gender conforming!
