What will you guys do about really strong champions.
Karthus for example literally does not die. He and Kassadin fought for three or more days and Karthus "died" but his passive has no limit outside the league so he just stalemated.

Of course that likely got retconned when league lore went downhill into crap.

But then we have Azir who can raise entire armies and a city by himself.
 
Hahahaha, thank you for bringing that up.
We are currently creating rules concerning the champions wondering which ones will be allowed and which will not.

Also in the case of Azir or Karthus etc. All of those characters will potentially be NPC's (non playable characters) but might be of use in future chapters in the rp.
 
Azir didn't raise that by himself... Azir was raised along with it, there's a difference.

Edit: Well he can raise soldiers and stuff, but he didn't raise Shurima by himself
