Soul Eater

The witch let her weapon change back, and get out of the way as the witch got into a fighting stance, her feet planted firmly on the ground. She smiled wickedly, and held her open palms out. "Alis Alas, I call on Thus, give me strength!" She glowed with a dark purple light, as she prepared to fight Shadow.

I can't think of anything else but letting her stay with us for a while. It's to dangerous to let her run around by herself. Yuli nodded in agreement. "Would you mind that? I don't know anywhere else for you to go but if we're going to talk then it would be best to get away from here before something happens." She held the little witch's hand firmly, but no too tight, as they ran back to the apartment. Shinha's image reflected in a blade. We should hold onto that warrant that Shinigami-sama gave you as well. It'll be invaluable to all of us later on.

"Think again, witch," Shadow said quietly, "For all the strength in the world cannot save you from my speed or close combat experience. Or this, for that matter." Wolf transformed suddenly, morphing from a black sword into a long, sharp spear. A spear that reached out with it's new-found length and buried itself in the witch's body. ( Area of the wound is up to you, I guess.) Shadow jumped forward, slamming her palm into the distracted witch's chest and sending her flying.

Yuli decided to take the little witch to their home. It was the only place she could think of at the moment and she just wanted to get her away from all of that fighting in order to talk to her. Shinha had resumed her human form and sat on the couch. "Well, welcome home for now," Yuli said to the little witch. "There are so many things I want to ask you but first I want to make sure you're okay. Would you like to wash up or something to eat?"

((Nooo! Don't die!! Somebody reply! D: ))

The three boys were sitting in a restaurant eating, Hoshi looks down at his food with a smile on his face. " finally good food " " we should of invited those girls from school " " there traveling with the witches...we cant " " listen there not bad girls...they just believe in what we used to believe in " They sat there digging into the food like savages and beast's as if they had not eaten in years. Ashikaga finished first and looked around the restaurant and noticed a commotion going on outside the window. A girl was being backed into an alley by three guys " hey guys...someone is.. " He points to the window. The three boys stand up from there seats and walk towards the front walking out the door and looking to the alleyway. The three men in the alleyway turn around and look at them and smile one of the men charge at the three boys. as he does Ashikaga runs at him and slides onto the floor causing the man to trip up over him, but as the man lifts up into the kaga turned into his weapon form. As the man neared the ground hoshikaga grappled kaga and sent pure strength down onto the mans back. The man spitting out blood onto the floor as the impact would send so much force it would crack the floor and his ribs. " who do you guys work for? " the other two men cackle and say " A mob boss why does it matter? " The man who was put into the ground soul appears and kaga changes back to normal grabbing the soul and swallowing it in the matter of seconds. the other two then look down the other side of the alleyway and try to run for the exit. Hoshikaga begins to run as kaga and Ashikaga leap in front of him and change into the three sectioned staff's. he puts the ends together again and spins it around his body and leaps into the air, the elongated staff coming down and slamming into the floor sending a shock wave at the guys running from them. It hits them in the back and sends them into the wall and skids them across the floor crushing them with nothing but pure force. The boy return to normal and walk toward the last two, who souls then appear in front of them. Ashikaga and kaga eat the souls and smile laughing, but hoshikaga wasn't. " we have a mission boys..find out who the mob boss is " .

Yuli decided to get the small witch something to eat since she still seemed a little shaken. She brought her a piece of a sub sandwich that they had the night before and made a salad. "Here, you should eat something," she said as she placed the plate in front of her. "We can made something else for dinner tonight." Food was a comfort, that she knew all too well. Thinking about comfort food got her mind rolling back into her past cravings for them. They always came after a close in counter with the twins, Ashikaga and Hoshikaga. She couldn't count all the times she almost had a heart attack from them and their antics. She smiled thinking about it now, but then came the flood of recent events.

Her image of them had changed drastically. She couldn't look at them the same anymore. She knew that they had done what they presumed to be right, but they had killed a small witch. She may have been a witch but she was still a child and she hadn't seen nor felt any malicious intent from either them. On the inside, however, she still felt that same girlish buzz of excitement when thinking about them. Yuli covered her face and sighed audibly. There was nothing she could do, she had been stricken, though she did intend to get something from them whenever they got back from their mission. Things were not going to just go back to normal like nothing ever happened.

"You should eat something too," Shinha said, snapping her meister back from her thoughts. "I'll make us something. You look like you could use something heavy in carbs?" Yuli smiled at her weapon and nodded. "Pastries it is then." Yuli sunk into the chair with a small sigh. Things were going to get weird around here, she just knew it.

The witch disappeared in a flash, escaping even as Shadow pulling the spear put of the ground in an attempt to harpoon her. "Ch," Shadow turned away from the empty air, "What a waste of time." Wolf morphed back into human form, even more depressed with yet another kill being taken. "Let's go find that crime boss," Shadow said, "A good hunt will make us feel better about this whole mess."

" Waa! That was too close. "

A girl with light shoulder length green hair with her side bangs blocking the side said with both her arms relax behind her neck walking. She was wearing plain white dress that goes above her knees. She had a silver chained belt, necklaces and bracelets which were awfully a lot and was actually barefoot. She wasn't wearing slippers nor shoes just plain barefoot. There was a small bell noise which was coming from her anklet on her right foot which she kept stomping on because of the mission she had accomplish on.

" G.... "

The guy who was a couple feet behind him was the complete opposite. His shirt was ripped, clawed perhaps. The jacket she was wearing was already left into strips, his pants was really loose and his hair bright red hair was a completely disaster. He already had eye bags below his blue eyes and his expression so empty. Already saying that he had lost in a fight. It was almost like he a small kid beaten up by a bully who wanted his lunch money.

" Ivan, be happy! At least we won the fight right? " Eeve had said stopping right in front of him. She had a bright aurora that could make everyone smile. But not for her partner.

" Shutap... How come i'm the only one messed up? " He had asked staring from below up to the top of Eeve's face. How come she was neatly done when he was.... almost like he lost.

" Who knows. " Eeve said with a soft chuckle and continued walking holding hands with her partner dragging him along the city.

Wolf lead Shadow through the city, planning to leave at the gates that were pointed in the general direction they had to travel. They've had a lot of interupted hunts lately, and it was bringing them down. Chances were they would stay out for a few months after killing their target and hunt down any other keshin eggs they could find. They slipped through the busiest part of the city and moved through the pressing crowd. Market Street always seemed to be thriving, with its many stalls and merchants shouting about their goods. Shadow thought it was too loud and crowded, Wolf just ignored it. They weren't exactly open people, after all.
