In the wake of the Kishin Asura's rebirth, a fount of peace flowed across the world like the refreshing waters of a new-found spring. A time of prosperity, free from the Kishin's Madness seemed to be looming on the horizon. New talent took rise, filling the victorious Death Weapon Meister Academy with a new generation of heroes.
But so, too, did old enemies of the Academy begin to rise, standing tall without the Kishin to overshadow them. Rumors flew of a new darkness; of witches boldly attacking in daylight, and of a sinister army amassing on the shores of Europe. And it was then that the world realized...
This Madness was far from over.
Called by the cries of the of the morose and despaired, the black wings of a new Kishin darkened the once-bright horizon, spreading a new call across the globe. The melody of sorrow, aria of misery, mixing together to form this, the symphony of the Madness of Depression.
