Josh watched on the outside as well as the inside as their souls slowly tried to reach to each other. Josh could feel the size and crazy wavelengths rockelle was giving off but once again quickly adapted to them in order to maintain a perfect balance between the two without a problem or possible interruption.

On the outside, the sword rockelle wields in her hand was coloured with a black handle and a sharp and dark blood orange colour blade. She could feel Josh adjusting to his new partner as she handled everything on the outside. "How you feeling out there ?" Josh asked curiously from inside focusing on their soul wavelengths to make them compatible and cooperative.

"I will say your soul is quite the interesting one. You show a lot of spirit on the outside but even more in your soul, rockelle" Josh chuckled watching from inside the blade.

Lex smiled from beneath his mask, chuckling at the girls reaction, he enjoyed surprising people, though he meant no real harm by it. Arching one eyebrow in curiosity when he sees her eyes flash but decides to not comment, he didnt want to pry. "Sorry sorry, I couldnt help myself." His tone didnt sound like he was very sorry though.

As she starts to circle him like he was some kind of piece of jewelry she was debating on buying, he suddenly lets go of the chain before doing a front flip and landing on his feet with ease. "Delnnara huh? I'm Lex." He says her name wrong on purpose to get her back for her teases. Reaching up he tugs on the chain twice before it falls into a pile at his feet. "Hmmm....If I'm not much then what does that make you, oh Scary One?" He teases back playfully as he slides the chain to the side out of the way. "Fair warning, I have a "feral" wavelength that tends to....Offend others." His tone is a mix of serious and sarcastic now before taking her outstretched hand, his grip was strong but gentle

Smiling Kiari nods, taking his hand again. "Right! Maybe if you changed to your weapon form we can sync better?" She suggests, pretty new to the whole resonating thing herself. But she saw the other pair doing it that way and figured it couldnt hurt. "Just so I dont drop a part of you, are you a single or double weapon?" Her tone is curious, her amethyst eyes bright
 
Jason smiles at her and nods he agreed maybe if he went weapon their resonance would be better "I'm a double weapon. Two long swords.let's do this then" he smiled at her one last time before in a flash he turned into his weapon form one black long sword the other a bright green long sword. The hilts of the swords were both soft yet sturdy and seemed to mold to fit perfectly in her grip. the blades were wicked sharp both excellent for stabbing and slashing "alright..let's do this"
 
"So far so good." She said, mostly to herself. She began to push into the next phase. It seemed to be going well. Her soul didn't try to absorb his like it used to, which was a good sign.

"We should stop for now" It was exciting, she had never resonated so well before. It made even her soul flare up with happiness. She released him with a giant smile. She was bouncing with energy and she looked as if she'd explode.

"It worked!" She cheered, jumping around and laughing. She stopped after getting a few looks and turning to Josh. "You have to be my partner! Please!" She bounced on the balls of her feet, looking up at him with big eyes.
 
"Glad it's working!" He smiles as their souls naturally resonated with each other calmly and easily soon after. As their session ended, Josh turned back to his human form to be met with the happy face of rockelle seeing how well their resonance went. He smiled and nodded with a grin himself "all it takes is time and practice" he smiles watching her which made his soul even more happier.

"Partners...hmm I don't know....only if you'll agree to be my partner too" he smiles shaking her hand firmly and tightly. It was official! Josh and rockelle, miester and weapon, partners! Josh couldn't be anymore happier with the result as rockelle was. He chuckled happily and watched her bounce around happily in her steps. This would be the start of a great relationship and partnership here at the academy. Whatever came their way, they'd face it together.

Delynnaria looked at him as she was teased and smirked "Well, I can see you aren't afraid to poke the leopard." She said with a smile. "Well, Lets set some ground rules shall we? Well, the first one is that since we will be dorming together.. I do not cook well.. I normally light the house on fire so I hope you can cook or learn to cook." She said before holding out her hand. "I am kinda picky..." She said before taking his hand suddenly. "Oh, My soul is something to be amazed with.. you will see."

She took a breath and felt a jolt run through her hand and into him. It was quite the shock and was enough to frizz each others hair. The connection seemed to solidify immediately as a small wave of air shot out around them both. Her eyes went wide "Wow!... That was.. shocking.." She said before giggling. It was then that she transformed into the large Chainsword and landed into his hand. She felt his soul close to her own and closed her eyes to look inward

Lex shrugs with a grin, the only way to tell if he was smiling or frowning was by his eyes. "Getting ahead of ourselves are we?" He teases right before Lynn takes his hand. The shock causing his body to stiffen as his black and white hair stands on end. Chuckling at her pun he nods. "Very....Sizzling." He plays along before she transforms into a Chainsword. Gripping her hilt tight enough that he wouldnt drop her, but not enough to make her uncomfortable, he looks over the beautiful blade with interest.

"You have quite the unique form, Delynnaria." He comments casually before taking a deep breath, closing his emerald eyes. Lex's soul had a black and hunter green aura, it was strong and feral, but there was kind, even sweet parts to it. Lex felt like he was falling deeper and deeper into the darkness

Delynnaria felt him grip her weapon form as she was enveloped in dankness.She opened her eyes to see her body floating in the void where their souls floating around each other. She saw Lex's soul next to her own that was a ethereal ghostly blue. He could see swirling sound her soul with a floating key hole. Her soul was unique in its composition. It was huge but had several Symbols half hidden on the surface of her souls behind the chains.

Delynnarua's face lit up "Your soul is beautiful looking" She said slowly as she blushed. Her own soul seemed to be glowing and resonating with itself as Lex's soul resonated with it. She floated over to him "Well, I cant tell you why there are chains around my soul.... But once day you will know." she said slowly

Lex smiled as he saw Delynnaria's soul, it was quite beautiful, though he was curious of the chains and keyhole. His own looked like it was pulsing in a solid steady rhythm, but then it would suddenly speed up only to calm back down, like it wanted to run free one moment then stay still the next. If you looked closely enough, though getting close enough to his soul was a challenge for just about anyone. They would see a faint silhouette of dragon.

At her compliment he looks away shyly. "Umm...Thanks. It looks like we're doing okay....For now." His tone is hesitant, not wanting to get his hopes up that he had finally found a weapon that can handle his wavelength

Delynnaria looked at him "Of course we are... I never doubted you." She said before she brought herself out of the place in the void and she opened her eyes. She transformed into her human form once more and looked at him. "I shall inform Lord Death that I found my group." She said before panning her hand across at the others. "I can feel they are adequate for what needs to be done. It will make it a hell of a lot easier with others than to do it on your own." She said before grabbing his hand and leading him towards Lord Death.

Lord Death turned and looked down as they approached "Well, I found a partner... His soul isn't as a chaotic as mind but it pushes back strong enough to keep me from consuming him." She said blatantly. Lord Death nodded "What are the team? I am also proud of you Lynn." He said to her while using the child nickname she was given. Delynnaria smiled "The others... though they do not know it yet are outside. A motley crew if I do say so but one that I think can handle it." She said before looking at Lex. "You have no idea what you had gotten yourself into." She said before smiling again

Lex opened his eyes at the same time as Lynn. Running a hand through his unruly hair to straightened it back out after the "zap" he follows after Delynnaria, his new partner. Watching her and Lord Death converse he slowly started getting a more and more confused expression. "Ehh? Group? For what?" He asks feeling utterly lost.

Folding his arms he scowls up at Lord Death. "You knew I would seek her out didnt you? Sneaky sneaky." He accuses Death, Death just chuckles "Well it worked now didnt it? Be happy be happy!" He chimes in his usual carefree tone. Lex just rolls his emerald eyes before facing his Meister. "It seems so.....I think I like that nickname by the way, Lynn." He teases lightly

Delynnaria looked at Lex with a smile and squeezed his hand tightly "Oh, I knew he would send you my way... I just didn't know who would do this... Lord Death, Thank you." She said before turning towards Lex. "Well, there is a lot that you will find out about me... I hope you are up to it..." She said before turning back and seeing Lord Death looking at the two. "Do be careful." He said to the two as they walked away. In his mind he knew that the two souls that walked away from him would be chaotic and may cause each other harm. But they would need each other as the storm approached.

Once outside in the courtyard Delynnaria looked at the other two groups. "Alright... Well I made myself known to you two other pairs. You two will be part of a team including myself and Lex. Listen up closely as we will be working together for... awhile..." She said with a smile. She turned towards Lex "Well, I think that we should get moving... My dorm is be enough for the two of us.." She said before looking towards the ground. She felt awkward about it all but knew that she would have to. "Oh, Each of you will be getting new Dorms big enough for the two of you.. Please, Come over to my apartment or Dorm or whatever you want to call it then... Its in the main building of the academy housing on the second floor. Room number six." She said before tugging on Lex's wrist. She was abit forceful but so was her soul. She knew he would be able to handel it. "We are going to the dorm. Oh, if you need anything moved let me know.. I am kinda hungry.. what do you want to eat?" She said before stopping and beginning to blush "Uhm... sorry... I must seem like I am really pushy.." She slowly said to him.

Smiling Ki took his hand again, there was small sparks of electricity as their skin made contact but it stopped after a moment. "You bet....Partner." She was a confusing mixture of excited, happy, relieved, and nervous at finally finding a Weapon able to handle her odd wavelength. Looking around she noticed everyone else in the courtyard had paired up as well, even the girl she was suppose to sync with earlier seemed to of found someone.

Kiari was happy for them, 'So these are gonna be my classmates for the next few years huh?' Looking back to Jason she gives him a warm smile. "Maybe we should say hi to the rest of our classmates?" She asked enthusiastically right before Delynnaria, along with the masked boy, approached them. Releasing Jason's hand, that she forgot she had been holding, Ki blinks in confusion. "All of us? But didnt we just start....?" She was confused on a number of levels, but Delynnaria was already walking away requesting us to join her in her dorm room. Frowning she looks to Jason "Well this is odd...." She remarks with a shrug
 
Jason turned back to his human form in a small flash of light. He was frowning and his arms were crossed. He didn't enjoy the thought of being slammed into a team with others so early they hadn't even started training for crying out loud! He just looked at Kiari and shrugged back at her "I don't know what to make of it..but to be honest I don't love the idea of being part of a group so early..not that I don't like people and working together but we haven't even started classes yet I don't see a point in putting all of us in teams so early..so yes it is very odd.." he gave a slight pause and smiled apologetically "sorry..I didn't mean to go off and rant like that I tend to..rant when I'm confused and or frustrated"

"Of course!" She yelled, before she started whooping and jumping about. She'd done it. She'd actually done it! She had a partner and she was going to become a real, full fledged meister. She'd never been happier in her entire life.

"Oh yeah! What about your number? And your living arrangements? I mean I live nearby but we should still keep in contacted and stuff right?" she said, or most accurately, babbled. She fell like she was about to explode and looked like it too.

"I live in the flat to the south with the big green roof, you can't miss it! My apartment number is A75, alright?" Something about her unhinged excitement resembled that of a puppy that had just been adopted.
 
"Heh, Noted, rockelle" Josh smiles and nods making a quick note of the number and street before smiling back at her "in time we'll find eachothers places, after all we are partners now but my apartment number is D65 as I live nearby to the academy. It's pretty much the first street as you leave the academy" he smiles and looks to delynnaria who informs them of the group they are now part of "huh. Guess we'll also be working with other Meisters and weapons now. Should be fun and interesting to see more styles besides our own"

Josh looked up at the academy from the outside before looking to the other groups of Meisters and weapons. He smiled and sighed happily as he rested with rockelle and they began to socialise together. It had been an eventful morning but things were slowly winding down inside and out. He walks beside rockelle and softly yawns "I'm looking forward to working with a partner that's so energetic like yourself" he smirks patting her head softly with a chuckle.

Rising one eyebrow Lex just shakes his head at Delynnaria and Death as they head toward the other 2 pairs outside. "I can say the same for me, we'll have lots of time to get to know each other, hopefully." The last part he mumbles before rest his interlocked hands on the back of his head with arms splayed out to the sides in a relaxed pose as he listens to Lynn's new, and fairly surprising news. At the mention of his name he gives a small wave with a calm "Yo". When they start walking back together he looks back at the 2 other pairs. "Guess we'll be working together now. Ill see ya later." With that he follows after Lynn.

At her remark about being pushy Lex chuckles lightly. "Just as long as you dont order me to do something ridiculous.....Or to wear pink, we're good. So you and Death had this all planned huh? Mind filling me in on why abunch of newbies are teaming up together? Oh as for my stuff.....I don't have a lot, I can move it later, no biggie." His tone is calm and relaxed, a teasing note sneaking in at first. Looking up at the laughing sun he walks beside Lynn. "Now that you mention it, I'm pretty hungry too. Hows pizza sound?" He asks, manners were obviously natural for him. That was when he wasn't fighting....Or pissed.

Delynnaria nodded to them all before waving goodbye. She knew they would be confused but also knew that by feeling how they felt she knew that they would be what she needs. She turned suddenly almost making Lex and her collide. "Pizza... I want a Sicilian pizzza... I love that crust... so tasty!" She said before composing herself. "Sorry... I am very chaotic at times.. kinda loopy." She said before walking from the academy.

"Lord Death knows what we are up against... Honestly... I don't know to much but it wont be to hard untill we have proven ourselves as a team. Luckily.... I know how to get around fast.... I know how to go places and get around the world as Lord Death used me as a kind of Winter spy.. I love Siberia.. Cold doesn't bother me at all." She said slightly giving away that she was not a normal individual even by the DWMA standard of normal which, lets face it... is far from normal. They eventually read Delynnaria's rather large appartment and she opens the door.

The inside is beautifully decorate but freezing cold as if the heat was never used once. "Well! Make yourself at home.. my apartment has two bed rooms and two bathrooms... I love the large space as it gives me room to work out and such." She continued before opening a drawr in the kitchen and taking a menu for Ordering out. She looked over it before pushing it his way. "If the others show up then I will order more." She finished.
 
Rocky's ears perked as she heard she'd be working in groups and not just teams of two. Now that sounded interesting. However, her interest was quickly squashed as her stomach began to growl. She started a bit, having realized that she had been in such a rush that she hadn't eaten yet.

"Hey let's get lunch!" She blurted. "I'm starving and I'll even treat you to it." She gave a somewhat sly, yet hopeful, grin. "I know a great café not too far from here with the best noodles."

And the best portions. This specific café was one that was popular with DWMA students on a budget or looking for work. It was owned by a somewhat stern looking gentleman but he was very kind and was willing to put your bill on your tab if you couldn't pay right away. Rumor had it that even Death Kidds' weapons worked there when the first started attending the academy. It was somewhat of a landmark, obscure and neatly tucked away.
 
"Now that you mention it-" Josh was cut off by his own grumbling stomach before chuckling and smiling at rockelle "lunch does sound good. Lead the way, partner" he smiles and follows her down the steps of the academy as they began to wander the streets of death city. He smiled at the warm and sunny day as Josh and rockelle took their time moving around.

"So rockelle, how long have you lived here ? Seems if you know of this noodle place, you may have been here for a while" Josh smiled as they took turns into different streets as they moved past housing, vendors and apartments along the way.

Blinking at Jason's small rant, when he apologizes Kiari suddenly giggles waving him off. "No worries, I can get that way at times too. Plus its understandable. So....What should we do now?" She asked lightly before walking toward the dorms, a few yards behind Delynnaria and Lex. "Would you like to get to know each other a bit before meeting up with Delynnaria or do you wanna head straight there?" Looking over at Jason she gives him a carefree smile, he amethyst eyes bright. Ki was debating whether to tell him that she could turn to a weapon when unconscious now, or later.

Lex had to stop midstep to keep from running into Lynn as she suddenly turned to him talking about Sicilian pizza like an energetic puppy. Raising an eyebrow at her comment about being "loopy" he shakes his head slightly. "I think I'm starting to learn that. I'm cool with Sicily pizza, just no anchovies, those are gross." He responds mildly before continuing walking, this time beside instead of behind, Lynn. He listened in silence as she rambled a bit about Lord Death and getting around fast 'Siberia huh? Thats far...' He thought, a bit intrigued with his new partner.

"You must be pretty powerful to go on jobs alone, especially ones so far from home." He comments with a hint of curiosity in his voice. Once they got to Delynnaria's apartment, he instantly froze at the doorstep, chills running up and down his body. "J-jeeze woman are you made of ice?? Its freezing!!" He exclaims before rushing over to the thermostat and cranking up the heat. There was one thing Lex didnt like, and it was the cold. Mainly due to the fact he spent most of his childhood in it.

Once that was done he stuck his hands back in his pockets to keep them warm before going over to the kitchen. Glancing at the menu then back up to Lynn. "This is a nice place, which is my room?" He asks before flipping open the menu. His emerald eyes light up when Lex spots one of his favorite foods. "Barbecue Chicken Pizza, yes!" Realizing his outburst he instantly goes back to his "cool" state. "So, 1 large BBQ Chicken and 1 Large Sicilian, any drinks?" His hands were back his pockets now
 
Jason smiles and walks beside her. He was glad she wasn't judging him or anything for his rant it had cost him a few friends in the past when he would start ranting about something. He pondered her question for just a moment before shrugging "personally I think it would be a better idea to check out our dorm first and get to know each other a little better first but that's my opinion"
 
Rockelle kept a steady pace as they left the D.W.M.A and moved onto the narrow, winding streets of death city. The streets weren't crowded but held a calm bustle of people head from work or school. Rocky skipped a bit, hands clasped behind her back as the moved.

"I've lived here for a little more than a year but this is my first time actually attending the D.W.M.A." She explained. "I spent my last year exploring and wandering around. It's surprising what you can find if you put time into looking." Her tone was bright and casual as she looked forward. She considered her finds her own special secrets.
 
Delynnaria, Skyblue
Delynnaria looked at Lex with a big smile "Wonderful... Also, I am a rather powerful individual.... I love being out on my own but I always wanted someone to just bump around with and stuff.. It makes it so much easier." She continued on before looking at him as he commented on the cold. "Well! I love the cold more than you know.. I cant stand the heat so it looks like we will need to make a compromise." She said as her eyes darted to him.

"Oh, you can take any room if you want. I would let you bunk with me but I don't know you well enough yet and that would be weird." she said making it apparent she didn't have a filter when spewing her thoughts out. "So, Ill order the food and such then you can go and make yourself at home." She said before going over and picking up one of the phones. She raised it to her ear as she talked into it. She put it down before sitting on the edge of the counter and watched him. She had many of the characteristics of a cat. The way she walked and the way her eyes seemed. She seemed to be staring at you as it looking straight through her. Though currently subtle her animistic Witch side was growing slowly as parts were entering her personality.
 
"Can't deny that" Josh smiled as they kept walking casually down the streets passing more houses and vendors out doing business for the day. Josh smiled again seeing the cheeriness in his partner and the skip In her steps as they kept moving. Rockelle seemed to be the perfect partner and match the more Josh thought on it. They'd have more time to practice later, right now was a time for food and friendly conversation!

"I myself have lived here for most of my life, then I lived in my own place when all the crazy events started happening again in the city" he shudders remembering some of them for a brief moment but tried not to put rockelle off their happy moment "it was a...eventful period of events but soon all returned to normal for the while" he smiled and chuckled softly as he saw they were moving into a different part of town he hadn't seen before.
