Hmm my character could have a robotic medic following him around or something when we meet ;)
 
I like this idea. Being a mechanic it fits well.
 
That sounds awesome Zizi! And yes, that was what I was working on trying to be. I almost have scored free time and I see internet at my house appearing in my near future! (Next week to be exact)

I really do feel horrible guys, I am hating that life decides to ninja-strike now, but better now than later.
 
@Ethereal your fine. I'm actually shocked I got mine up today. I haven't felt well at all today. Anyways WE NOW HAVE A COOK... WHO LIKES TO KILL PEOPLE. But those two things I promise don't mix. XD Mag doesn't cook people. I would have had mine up sooner but I was being stubborn and needed a visual reff for my new character.
 
Also I can totally see my character picking up the nick name "Maggie". Which I didn't plan on but I think it's cute. =^_^=

By the way she is totally NOT my orc warrior from WoW.

I'm working on mine . . . I have two possible characters I'm trying to decide between. And trying to decide if I want to draw my char or if I want to shop an image instead . . .

@Ethereal Don't worry and take your time! :) And don't worry about gender either. Do what you want and I'll do the other if we need to balance. I'm totally not using your choice to make up my own mind.


Question for everyone:
What kind of ship do we want? and do we want the pilot to own the ship, or the mysterious employer to provide it?

I also had another idea about the original job. Tell me what you think:
What if they're hired to retrieve some cargo. When they get to the destination they discover the cargo is a person and that person somehow has (or is) a clue to the diamond planet?
 
I have a question that I keep forgetting to ask. When we get the role play going, will there be a posting order?

And I think I like that idea Falcon! Could be a person maybe with a tattoo map or an android with the information stored in their systems. Maybe a person with a navigation chip or something. Lots of options. :D

I have a snarky tactician that used to work for pirates. I thought that would be a good idea because we always need that person for a role-play. If ya know what I mean.

That is an amazing idea Falcon! I want the cargo to be a person!! And I think it would be really cool if the coordinates were secret from the crew, so it would create a curious aspect. But that is me.

Normally a posting order falls into place when you do role-plays of small size, or that is what I have experienced.
 
X3 don't worry I think she's a great addition to the team XD this should be interesting indeed...
 
Working on my character now :)

I think with a group this small we should be capable of making sure we each get a turn without worrying over order. If it becomes a problem or something we can always make a posting order later :)

Did anyone have a idea for the ship? or shall I make something up? or should we discuss it more when we get closer to needing it?
 
I'm fine with either o.o though I'll wait for everyone else's input XS
 
Okay, My guy is up.
He may acquire some mechanical issues from time to time and need a hand ;)

And now that all the characters are at the beginning we can probably move the OOC chatter over there.
I'll start working on the IC as soon as I know what people would like to do with the ship.
 
I read this and I think I got distracted because... I meant to comment about the ship. D: Anyways I personally love ships with character or rather something that's been around. I'm not usually a fan of shiny new pristine ships. I don't think it should be huge but rather on the smaillish or more comfortable side. Size wise I was thinking something along the lines of Millennium Falcon of Star Wars or the ship they have in Guardians of the Galaxy. Big enough to comfortably fit four people but not huge either.

As far as who owns it, I think it would make the most sense if the person that hired then also either bought or hired this ship for them to use. Like he hired the best crew to pilot the best ship, kinda thing ya know?

As far as what it looks like................... Oh my. Let's just randomly pic a google pic maybe? XD
