Sleepy character dump.

I've been having the worst braindead span of my life lately, and I just want something fun to try to get through it. I've got a bunch of characters all typed up here ( http://vampirefreaks.com/cult/RatKing ). Paw through em, let me know if someone catches your eye, and whether or not you have an idea for them. Or if you like the idea they came with or.. something. The characters of each section are related, and could be potentially pulled into the story.
I've also got my general rule outline on there.

I don't know how many people would be potentially interested, but I'm not looking for too many. I've got a bad habit of taking too many, getting overwhelmed and just running away.
