Eleven suddenly dashed forward, in her attempt to help Imp fight Bonesaw, she tried a risky strategy, trying to put her flesh manacles in the way of the circular saw that the spider had on it, hopefully just enough to cut the bonds and not herself!

Upon saying this Mercury sprinted at his target....probably moving much faster then Bonesaw or anyone else would expect given the nature of his legs.

(Ignore the position of his arms.)

So then begins the kicking. Mercury jumped up as he went full force to kick the spider away that was attacking Imp. Why he even bothered to help Imp well... He figured she could be useful later.

Despite his hindered arms, it seemed Mercury's legs were as good as ever. The spider was blown away by the powerful kick, being thrown to the opposite side of the room they were in. Eleven managed to get her flesh bonds in the way, slicing them right open. It seemed that there was something strange about the spiders' saws. After all, the others knives and blades seemed to have minimal effect on the binds. That would probably sate David's curiosity.

Eleven would soon feel her powers flooding back to her. Imp fell to the ground, coughing as she hit the floor.

"Wow! Your legs are so strong! Hmm...I wonder if I should make some edits like that myself..." Bonesaw didn't seem phased in the least by Mercury's display of strength, instead becoming interested in his prosthetic legs. She was also strangely unconcerned about the people simply moving past her.

The sound of foot against bone sounded as Sam kicked her in the shin, prompting her to click her tongue and shake her head. Her bones were too durable for something like that to bother her at this point, but what poor manners the boy had! Preventing both him and Clarith from passing, a protrusion extended from out of Bonesaw's back, the boney appendage blocking their path.

"Now that's just rude! You need to learn some manners!"

But before she could do anything to those two, the strange zombie called Tarman made a charge for her. She extended her arm, the biomechanically tinkered arm piercing through and forcing Tarman back. Pinning him against a wall, she suddenly grew silent. The atmosphere changed around her, as if it were the calm before the storm.

After all, that ridiculous woman with the mask had just said it. She'd just said "Damn."

"I'll only warn you all once...no, I won't even do that. Watch. Your. Language!"

Perhaps the most trivial thing in the world had caused a rather caustic tone to escape the girl's mouth. With a prehensile spine sprouting from her back and an arm that extended across the room, the monstrous looking girl snapped with her normal-looking arm, and more and more mechanical spiders began to flood their way into the room, dropping from the ceiling and popping out from under the fleshy-looking ground.

It was like being in the middle of a spider's nest, and they were the meals! Circular saws extended from the creature's mandibles, moving quickly to end the groups' breaths.

Eleven, once her powers had returned, knew that somehow she had to break this link. Whenever you attacked Bonesaw, the attack seemed to defer to one of her creatures. She carefully studied Bonesaw, trying to see if there was some sort of obvious source for this link, while she used her powers to try to free Tarman from Bonesaw's grip telekinetically.

"From bad to worse..... Well this just makes it more fun...." Mercury didn't seem concerned at all by this new development. Readying his stance as the apparent horde of spiders came his way he jumped up swinging his body around to where he was upside down in an attempt to use a circular saw from a passing spider to cut his bindings. He noticed how apparently Eleven got her powers back when her binds were cut and he needed his aura back.

"Choke on a dick."

It was readily apparent she was not really in the helpful ally temperament. At least not yet.

QnhRn89.jpg

"You know somehow I figured that would be your response."

Well, as it turned out neither blonde of the group seemed keen on helping out. Ash supposed he couldn't exactly blame her for however much of a bitch she was being. If she were in Dimaria's shoes, having been so strong and then getting an ass kicking like that? You'd be pretty down in the dumps over it too. But Ash couldn't take the easy road out and just relax as threats continued to pop up here and there. More so when one of these saws dug into his leg. The whirring blade tore through Ash's pantleg and sent the middle-aged demon killer onto his back as he sought to lash out and kick the spider away.

"You little...!"

Ash was about to let loose a variety of arachnid-related cuss words when an idea came to mind. One that was totally original and wasn't just him aping what Eleven and Mercury had done. Holding his cuffs out towards a nearby spider, Ash narrowed his eyes.

"Alright, you little sucker! C'mon! C'MON! RAAAAAAAAGHHHHHHHHH!!!"

wWHZvIT.jpg

The cuffs were cut, no question about that. But what disgusted Ash more was the blood that gushed right into his face/mouth as the saw did it's business. One would think that over thirty years of fighting deadites and mulching bodies would have given Ash some kind of resistance to these kinds of things, but nope. It was still freaking disgusting no matter how many times he had to go through it. Though once his hands were free, Ash lashed out with his mechanical hand and gripped onto the spider, holding it in place.

"You know I think your mama was right about something.." Ash murmured as his mechanical hand began to squeeze inward, putting more and more pressure upon the metal shell of the spider. All the while reaching back to grab a hold of his boomstick. Tempted as he was to blast Bonesaw right between the eyes, she might have had a counter for that. Hell she had two for that zombie and the little sack kid.

Well, that and destroying stuff that belonged to her was always a lot more fun. Flinging the spider up into the air, Ash levied his boomstick's barrel in it's direction.

wNaBdAV.png

"Someone needs to clean your mouth out, kid and that someone? It's me."

*bang!*

The slugs tore through the spider's frame and sent bits and pieces flying every which way. But given the amount of spiders that were dropping in and coming up from the ground, what Ash had done was a drop in the bucket all things considered. Not to mention that the wound to his leg was aching like a son of a bitch. He couldn't afford to take a break now however. He had to keep fighting. Not just for himself but for everyone here. Yeah, even that warrior with the stick up her rear end.

Well, everybody except DIO but let's be real here. Who really likes DIO?

@C.T.
Yurick had decided that if he wasn't going to be of use to the rest at the moment, why not follow? Though when he saw the Creeper's bat like wings the young man's face paled and his heart raced with fear. His grip remained tight as he was carried off his feet.

"Oh bloody hell." were the only words to escape his mouth in that moment. The Creeper had bat wings and Yurick was of afraid bats. Most likely, if he had realized the Creeper's wings were bat like sooner he may not have joined for the ride. Once they would find a place to safely land he'd make sure to let go as quickly as possible, hands growing slightly shaky and clammy.
HNyn3nU.jpg

"I reckon you're not a fan of the wings. Pity that, hehehe..."

When you were a centuries year old demon, looks didn't exactly matter all that much. Who did he have to impress? He was only looking out for number one which was him and in this case, Blake. Guy may have been a walking corpse who might have been as old as the Creeper for all he knew but at least he seemed to have a good head on his shoulders. If it hadn't been so decomposed, the Creeper might have taken it for himself.

As for Yurick however, the Creeper could smell his fear and the demon's eyes rolled up into his head as the scent was absolutely intoxicating. Much like how one would offer a beautiful flower to entice a date, the smell of fear had a similar effect on the Creeper. But he couldn't blame the thief. Not too many people got too close to the Creeper let alone hitched a ride on him. As they reached the other room however, the Creeper touched down and took a sniff.

"Girl in red's dead...Has been since before we made our way over here. Old one smells like death..."

FUCBUAv.jpg

Having been silent as the Creeper took both Yurick and him to the next room, Blake glanced over at the girl Creeper had written off as being dead. Despite being long-dead himself, Blake was hesitant to simply wander on over. With the multitude of insects roaming around in this room, approaching that body might have been more of a stark reminder of Blake's potential fate. The fate which could have left him continuing to rot away at the bottom of the ocean as fish and everything else under the seven seas swim around his body.

Though the comment about the other woman smelling like death earned Creeper a curious tilt of the head. Blake wasn't one to underestimate someone due to age. Hell, if he had then he'd be useless given how long he'd been nothing more than a wandering spirit trying to claim his revenge. But given how these two were restrained this woman couldn't have killed the other one. Though perhaps the younger girl was lucky.

Given how twisted Bonesaw appeared to be, slipping into Death's embrace seems like it would have been quite preferable to potentially suffering under her treatment any longer. Turning towards Pamela, Blake's red eyes seemed to glow even brighter.

oQ85nhf.jpg

"...What happened to the girl?"

Normally, Blake might not have cared about the death of one innocent. After all, he was still a pirate through and through! He needed to be ruthless when slaying lest his sentimentality get in the way when trying to obtain treasure! More so when the one time he and his crew put their trust into someone, it was merely spit back into their face as they soon met a watery grave. Still, Blake could find some common ground with this dead girl. They'd both met their ends before their time.

However, he was also curious about what exactly lead to the smell of death that the Creeper was picking up from the old one. Blake would be the first to admit that he was no saint. After all, he was a corpse re-animated by his spirit solely to enact revenge on the descendants of those who had doomed him and his crew. The less said about the Creeper the better. What was this woman's story?

(Something come up...personally things.sorry, don't think I can continue, apologies in advance)
((Already sent a PM to ya addressing this but ye don't worry. Shit happens. Good luck and such.))

tVyAFIf.jpg

"Shit, that's right! I can't believe I..."

How could he have been so stupid? He hadn't been able to figure out a way out of these cuffs in between dealing with DIO and the motivational speech from Ash! Not to mention Angel's bad leg. If he tried carrying her out of here then that meant dealing with these spiders and Bonesaw. Without any way of defending himself. But the longer he sat here trying to think of an idea, the more spiders closed in.

He had defeated Jerry Dandridge! He had saved Amy, hell the whole neighborhood potentially from that vampire jerk! Now, here he was about to be mulched and all because his hands were literally tied. With not alternatives to turn to, Charlie braced himself as the spiders drew closer and closer. If he was going out, he'd at least go out fighting! Angel had fought so hard to protect him even when she was injured!

"CHARLIE! HEADS UP!"

Huh?! Turning his head in the direction where he'd heard it coming from, Charlie was knocked to the ground as Ash's shotgun crashed into him. What the heck was this doing here!? Quickly sitting up before any spiders could dig their saws into him, Charlie watched in utter confusion as Ash made his way over to him and Angel. "W-What are you doing, Ash!?"

"From the looks of it, saving another good looking kid from meeting an early and gory demise. You take the boomstick for now, kid. You need it a whole lot more than I do right now."

"Bu-But I can't fire it like"

Holding up a hand to cut Charlie off, Ash helpfully reached out and grabbed a spider. Smashing upon the ground a few times, Ash held it out and began to dig into the cuffs surrounding Charlie's hands. Moving onto Angel's hands once he had finished, Ash cut until the remains simply plopped onto the floor Ash turned his head in the direction where Creeper had gone with Blake and Yurick. "Go on and get! Pronto, today, now!"

"T-Thank you Ash.."

*bam!*

Both Charlie and Ash blinked as Charlie's hand that had been bitten by the deadite lashed out and cracked Ash right in the nose. Already having a 'healthy' splattering of blood on his face from cutting his own cuffs earlier, Ash gripped onto Charlie's wrist and shoved his hand away as he clutched at his nose with his flesh and blood hand. He knew full well what was going on with Charlie's hand. But now was not the time nor the place to deal with it.

"Ash I'm so sorry..."

hpUIK4O.jpg

"Yeah, well you wouldn't be the first person to punch me in the nose, pal. But I sure as hell don't want you to be the last! Now, get your rear in gear!"

Before Charlie could protest, Ash had already made his way back into the fray. Using his mechanical hand to swat away any spiders that strayed too close, Charlie gulped and quickly made his way to the other room with Angel in tow. But he had seen the puddle of blood ebbing from the grievous wound on Ash's leg. Charlie had been forced to move on with Angel and in return he had left Ash with no weapons but his bare hands to deal with those mechanical monsters. Not to mention Imp, the person who had actually come up with the plan they were following in the first place.

Well, some of them anyway. But Ash was right about one thing. If he sat around like he'd done back in that last room? He'd have only ended up a sitting duck for enemies like the spiders to cut him open. Tucking the boomstick under his left arm, Charlie knelt down for Angel to climb upon his back piggy-back style if she wanted. Even if they had removed the cuffs, Charlie still didn't like the idea of Angel having to face whatever was in this other room with a bad leg.

Though as they approached the room, it was less of a welcome sight than Charlie had been anticipating. The sight of all the bugs alone was enough to nearly make Charlie wanna wretch. But seeing another person who seemed to be locked up like they had, Charlie gently set Angel down and made his way over to Ruby. "Hey, you okay...?"

As Charlie placed a hand upon Ruby's shoulder however, he felt a shiver run down his spine. She was ice cold. Just like Jerry and his partner had been and they were both...

"...Yes, I'm afraid Miss Rose was not long for this world. At least not one as needlessly cruel as ours. She is most certainly dead." Pamela spoke up as Charlie fell back onto his rear. Just how long had these two been kept here that this one was dead?!Not to mention that she seemed to be around Charlie's age which made the growing levels of disgust welling inside Charlie even more so. Turning to face Pamela, Charlie could barely mutter out his question, the same one Blake had asked.

"W-What happened to her..?"

rLf6DRH.jpg

"Ah, death comes to us all I'm afraid. Some sooner than others. But I feel that Miss Rose would have had much longer had she been treated better by that savage little girl! She was a good listener, Miss Rose that is. I believe her full name was Ruby Rose. She had come in here hopeful that we'd be able to find a way out. I assured her that terrible fates reserved themselves for those who truly deserved to suffer them. But soon this place took it's toll on the poor girl. Bit by bit her will power was sapped away. Leaving nothing but a cold shell of what had once been...Until finally, her body just stopped."

Although Pamela's tone throughout the story had been remorse and her expression marked by grief, Charlie was put on edge as a smile flashed across the elderly lady's features. She had seemed so heartbroken by this 'Ruby Rose's passing and now she was smiling? What was with this old lady?

Pinning him against a wall, she suddenly grew silent. The atmosphere changed around her, as if it were the calm before the storm.
Pyu2vJm.jpg

"GOING TO EAT YOUR BRAAAAAAAAAINS!"

Which is exactly what Tarman would have had done if Bonesaw hadn't retaliated. He didn't even get close enough to get the most little of nibbles! The hand easily tore through Tarman's sternum and left him struggling up against the arm as he clashed his teeth together. Why was Bonesaw being so cruel?! He had surely shouted loud enough for everyone to hear. He could feel himself rotting away! Who knew if he'd even be able to move in a couple of years? He needed brains to help keep the pain at bay!

But Bonesaw wouldn't even let him eat her brain! Was she worried about being turned into a zombie? Would she let him eat her brains if she told him that she wouldn't turn into one? Well, at least not to Tarman's knowledge anyway. Whatever the case may have been, he wouldn't get his answer being stuck to the wall like this! While Eleven's help was certainly appreciated, Tarman was going to take a quicker avenue to get what he wanted.

Reaching up and giving his neck a sharp twist, Tarman cracked it. By all accounts Tarman would have died if he was a normal man. The man that Tarman had once been had died ages ago however. Leaving behind a brain-eating decomposing shell in his wake! Continuing to crack his neck until eventually Tarman got the desire he wanted.

Which was to rip his head straight off his neck! His teeth continued to chatter together as he stared at Bonesaw. The thought of sinking his teeth into her grey matter was absolutely breath-taking! While Bonesaw was distracted by Ghostface's cursing, Tarman took the shot and hurled his head straight at Bonesaw!

dGW0FNF.jpg

"BRAAAAAINS!"

All he had to do now was get close enough and she was his! Sure without hands to hold her in place, the most he might have been able to get like this was scraping his teeth across her forehead. But that was better than nothing and besides, it would have given him a sneak peek into what would come later on! She might have been able to damage his body, his head but he would get the taste he was looking for!

Seeing Tarman's head sail by, Michael slowly turned his head away from Bonesaw and the zombie obsessed with chowing down on her grey matter. Strange as it may have been, these spiders were the far more pressing matter. Michael could feel their blades digging into his flesh, leaving most of his legs stained with blood that was usually his victims. But Bonesaw had managed to do what many could not. She had made Michael Myers bleed.

pais9SM.jpg

Perhaps it was due to these handcuffs having an effect on Michael's supernatural body but even as his flesh was rendered, Michael remained as passive and as stoic as always. Whereas Jason had stomped off in hot pursuit of his mother's voice, Michael had other plans in mind. After seeing how the others had been using the spiders to their advantage, Michael glanced towards Chun-Li. In their last fight, she had been quite useful. Maybe once these cuffs were gone, she would do so again.

Sam had been expecting Bonesaw to cut him off. That wasn't what came as a surprise. Letting go of Clarith's hand, Sam turned over and looked at Bonesaw. She didn't seem that much taller, at least not compared to Sam. Though in that case at least height was irrelevant given Sam could change it to be whatever he desired. Well, without these handcuffs on at least. But something still bugged him and it wasn't the protrusion blocking his path.

It was the idea that he needed to learn something from her?!

Last time Sam had checked, she was the one with the book that had unleashed all kinds of creatures. Creatures that could bring about the end of or at least temporarily halt Halloween if they weren't stopped! Which in turn meant that Bonesaw had to be stopped as well. She was breaking the rules by potentially interfering with future Halloweens! That couldn't go unpunished!

But yet she still had the gall to speak to Sam as if he was the one in need of a lesson. After a comment like that, a smart person in this scenario might have used the spider's saws to slice through their handcuffs to better fight.

Sam for better or for worse however kept his childish personality through and through. Leaping right at Bonesaw, hissing all the way!

"Oh, but he curses and that's okay.."

That seemed to just be Ghostface's luck. The one time where she'd gotten fed up with everything like cutting at these stupid handcuffs and it was what pissed off the psycho. Though, she supposed it took a psycho to know another one. Seeing that she wasn't getting anywhere with her knife, she angrily threw it to the ground and held the cuffs out towards a spider which leaped at her.

As it turned out, that had been the right move as the saw would have sliced right into Jill's mask had she not lifted her handcuffs up. Though, she wasn't quite out of the woods yet. Quickly turning her head to the side as the saw tore through the flesh of the cuffs, Ghostface wasn't able to entirely avoid getting nicked by the saw. as it moved downward. Rendering part of Ghostface's robe into shreds, she let out a ear piercing shriek as the blade dug deeply into her shoulder. Drawing her pistol, she pressed it right up against the spider's underside and pulled the trigger.

*bang! bang! BANG!*

Once the blade finally stopped moving and the spider's legs went limp, Jill quickly flung the spider away as she rose to her feet. She was in quite the amount of pain and unlike Michael Myers/Jason, she wasn't a big super strong unnatural freak who could take the damage and keep on ticking. Reloading her pistol, Ghostface kept a shaky grip as she aimed it towards the spiders.

"Hahhahaha, look at these fools dancing to this witch's tune. She has them pinned like rats in a cage. Those cowardly enough to flee could see that much. That unless you were powerful enough to survive against these seemingly insurmountable odds, the only alternative was to run!"

True to his word, DIO had stayed out of getting his own hands dirty. This girl and her machinations weren't the one who put DIO in this cell like some kind of loathsome animal. No, that 'honor' belonged to the strange creature who had struck down both him and Dimaria effortlessly. But while Dimaria was frustrated and saw no reason to move forward after facing a power like that, DIO was the opposite. A power that seemed to surpass even his?

It simply couldn't be allowed to exist! So, he would do everything within his power to see to it that he would not be defeated again! In this case however, if Bonesaw happened to dispose of the extra 'baggage' then who was DIO to complain? If it meant less fools like that Ash Williams than he was all for it. Still, there were some that caught DIO's interest. For despite the injuries the undead one suffered, he seemed single-minded in his intent as he continued to stride forward.

DIO watched as the hulking zombie simply reached down and picked up a spider. Even as the zombie's own blood sprayed in his face upon him getting his hand too close to the creature's saw, he showed no intentions of slowing down whatsoever. Cutting through the cuffs until there was little more than strands of rotting flesh dangling from his hands, Jason smashed the spider's shell with his bare hands before continuing forward, seemingly uninterested in Bonesaw.

"Not interested in petty bloodshed, creature? Given how close you were to gutting Williams earlier I'm surprised!" DIO quipped as Jason stopped dead in his tracks.

LYHugQH.jpg

"..."

This stranger had no idea about the past Ash and him shared. Ashley J. Williams had proved to be a thorn in Jason(and Freddy's!)side for quite some time. But Jason had no time to spend picking a fight with Williams now and these spiders had been little more than nuisances. Some may have categorized Jason as a simple killing machine with not much room for anything else and for the most part they were right.

But at the very least Jason knew how to prioritize and destroying these spiders wasn't getting him any closer. He swore he had heard his mother's voice nearby and nothing would stop him from finding it! Continuing on his way, DIO smirked.

"To that creature, anything other than what he has his eyes on is worth less than cow shit in the middle of the road. He'll keep moving and moving until he gets what he desires!"

Jason hadn't stopped again but DIO was right. Many had tried to keep Jason down for good but he would always return. The world needed someone to punish the sinners who lurked within and Jason was the man for the job. Which is why as his imposing shadow loomed over Charlie and Angel, the teen quickly turned and pressed the barrel of his shotgun against Jason's stomach.

"S-Stay back!"

TaMzBtX.jpg

Who did this boy think he was fooling? Did he believe that he was Ash Williams? Without the cuffs to restrain him, Jason's hand reached out to gripthe barrel of the gun. While the other went for his machete. If this boy insisted on standing in his way then Jason would remove him, simple as that. For his part, Charlie was absolutely frozen in fear. Why had he done something so stupid?!

Jason was on their side, even if that little girl seemed to be the only thing keeping him from attacking the others. But before Jason could swing his blade and decapitate Charlie, a shrill voice broke through the air.

"JASON! YOU STOP THAT THIS INSTANT!"

"....!"

The blade came to a dead halt near Charlie's neck as Pamela stepped forward. Looking over the hulking goliath who could have easily snapped her in two if he so wished, Pamela simply looked surprised more than anything else.

((Already sent a PM to ya addressing this but ye don't worry. Shit happens. Good luck and such.))

The bugs bothered Yurick very little. He dealt with giant, man eating spiders before so these small roaches and whatnot weren't so bad. They weren't bats so the chances of him wetting himself weren't so high. Though when Creeper addressed him, the mercenary looked up sharply.

"No, I'm not." he replied, hands clenching for a moment before unclenching.

"Hate bats." he muttered under his breath with a slight shudder. His attention was taken away by the scene of Ruby and Pamela luckily. He actually calmed down a bit hearing the woman speak. Although the tale was saddening it didn't effect Yurick too much. When Jason showed up however and threatened Charlie, his hands twitched and he almost had the urge to step in but Pamela did it for him. Although, the fact that this woman was the brute's mother was a bit of a surprise, Yurick didn't dwell on it for long. He was still cuffed, and it was growing annoying. But he took a moment to see if any exit could ne found, listening as the fight raged on in the other room.

@Chewy Rabbits @Kaykay @Hana

As soon as he saw Eleven cut herself free by using the blade on one of the spiders that was blown across the room... David knew exactly what to do.

While there were no spiders immediately near him, the ones flooding into the room would more than suffice; as Ghostface took care of one of the creatures that had lunged at her, managing to use its blade to cut herself free... He quickly dove towards its carcass, quickly sawing himself free on its now stationary blade.

As soon as he got himself free, he quickly pocketed that lighter he had kept a firm grip on throughout the whole ordeal... And drew his pistol, joining Ghostface as he tried his best to hold off the spider hordes.

However, even as he was fighting... He was actively thinking, his eyes darting to and fro, trying to roughly pinpoint where the openings the creatures were coming out of were. It was quickly apparent that they might be dealing with alot more spider creatures than they could handle, unless they could obstruct them somehow.

"We have to do something about those holes..." He said to Ghostface the first chance he got.

Seems like she was injured, which certainly didn't help their odds, but at the very least, he figured he'd do a little communicating, as he intended to search for either places near those holes that are flammable, or objects in the room that would be enough to obstruct those holes one way or another.

With any luck, there should at least be something, right?

Eleven, once her powers had returned, knew that somehow she had to break this link. Whenever you attacked Bonesaw, the attack seemed to defer to one of her creatures. She carefully studied Bonesaw, trying to see if there was some sort of obvious source for this link, while she used her powers to try to free Tarman from Bonesaw's grip telekinetically.

@Kaykay @Chewy Rabbits @ whomever
Eleven's powers wouldn't seem to find anything relating to a transference of damage from herself to her creatures. However, she'd find brainwaves connecting her and her creations. It seemed that was how she commanded them, at least. Bonesaw was forced to pull her extended arm back as Eleven used her telekinesis, though in the end it didn't matter too much as Tarman lobbed his head at her. Which, she had to admit, was probably one of the stupidest strategies she'd ever seen.

Swinging her extended arm, she slapped the head away, right into Sam who was leaping at her, sending the two of them flying across the room. Or at least, Sam and Tarman's head.

"Wow! You can separate your head from your body! I'm gonna have to study you very carefully~"

David would find that, well, pretty much the entire floor and ceiling was able to allow the spiders to pass through. The whole room seemed to have a weird structure, with the floor and ceiling shifting about as if to allow the spiders in. Worse still, there was also no obvious limit as to how many spiders could come in. As more spiders were destroyed, other spiders came in to drag their remains out of the room and replace them as combatants.

Also the ceiling and floor weren't really flammable, though one could always try to set the entire room on fire if they really wanted to.

@Chewy Rabbits @Kaykay @Hana
Yurick would see that there was a door to yet another room, but who knew if that was actually an exit? Though the number of bugs seemed to be continually increasing, moving about the area in patterns. As if scouting out the area.

Then through the door that Yurick would have noticed came yet another person.

"...Who're you guys?" The voice was recognizably female, but the surrounding insects seemed to buzz with her voice, making it sound less human and more like a machine. Her voice seemed to fill the room as insects buzzed about her, covering parts of her body as a swarm took to the area around her.

This made Elle think of a new strategy - if she could hijack that link that could work in her advantage. She didn't even have to co-op the link entirely. Elle concentrated and, simply put, turned that connection inside out, using her connection to the Upside Down.

If this worked right, the creatures Bonesaw commanded would get their orders completely backwards, as if reflected in a mirror.

She'd never done anything like this before, but Elle was simply using two of her powers in conjunction in a new way.

"Disgusting." She all but snarled at such an act...but if that was what was required to free herself from these wretched things, she would do it. Which she did immediately, biting down on her tongue to resist gagging.

And it was worth it. She would never talk about how relieving it was to have her magic return to her, the warmth of it filling the great empty void within, indeed she would fervently deny the feeling. Still, for a second or two, it was clearly etched on her face with that relieved grin.

One of those stray shots came her way, her hazel brown eyes lazily tracking it. At the last second, she lashed out with a quick backhand and smacked it away without moving from her position. "Hmph." Her desire to fight had waned considerably, that was true. But...letting these fools continue on like this was ridiculous. Moreover, her desire to see all these spiders gone rose up over her lack of fighting spirit at the moment. Filthy things. They deserved nothing less than to burn.

"Enough of this." With a click of her teeth, she all but demanded time to cease for all...save the other blonde warrior who DARED--no. She shook her head, clearing her thoughts of that pathetic fool. If that worked so soon after recovering her magic, Dimaria merely raised a hand in a mock finger gun gesture, the tip of her finger shining gold with her destructive magical energy and firing out repeatedly to completely scorch the spiders as she casually walked by in the search for a way out of this hell.

"Hm?" A perplexed-seeming expression crossed Bonesaw's face as Elle began to mess with the link she'd set up between herself and her creations. The spiders began to move randomly, their attacks being stopped as they just stuttered about aimlessly. After examining her spiders for a few seconds, her grin reappeared on her face.

"Oh, so you can even mess with this! How about a challenge then? Can you keep up with me?"

The connection changed, the spiders slowly beginning to move as she intended once more. However, Elle could still notice and interact with it if she so chose.

Though as their movements were slowed, Mercury and Dimaria would have little problem kicking and blasting their way through the spiders. Though of course in Dimaria's case, it hardly mattered at which speed they could move when they weren't allowed to move at all. Despite their incredible numbers, it was clear that there were fewer and fewer left. And soon, their numbers had greatly thinned enough to the point that they were hardly even a hindrance anymore. Seemed David could rest easy on trying to flame the whole room with his lighter, however interesting that might have been.

"...Huh. I guess there sure are a lot of you, huh?" And without any warning, Bonesaw bolted away, sliding under one of the holes the spiders had been coming out from. And quickly following her disappearance were the mental connections. Soon enough, Elle wouldn't be able to see them anymore.

"Well, she ran away, but we're safe now, right? Let's get the hell out of here!" Patting herself off, Imp began to head over to the next room. It didn't seem like there was any real way to chase Bonesaw after all, with the holes in the ceiling and floor closing up and becoming unable to be opened.

LW2ygAQ.jpg

"Heheheh, wearing cuffs made of rotting flesh, surrounded by insects of all kinds and bats are what freak you out? Odd one.."

The Creeper mused as he made his way over to Ruby's corpse once more as he looked her over. Most of the time the victims Creeper preyed upon were a lot older than this. Usually in their late teens-early twenties. Unless he got injured along the way then he didn't have much of a choice. Or hell, if he was just feeling a little sadistic. Which when you've lived as long as the Creeper has and murdered as many people as he's slain, you're not exactly the nicest guy around.

But as he leaned forward and pulled Ruby's eyelid back, the Creeper noticed her eyes were dulled over. No doubt a sign that this poor girl's soul had long since departed from the mortal coil. Given where they were though, some might have considered that a blessing in disguise. What interested the Creeper however were the child's eyes. Something about them interested the demon.

NufJcHb.png

Over all the years he'd existed, the Creeper had gone through so many victims. Stitching them up on his ceiling, his walls, all with their limbs or organs taken to replace whatever the Creeper needed. Reaching up to his left eye, the Creeper dug his razor sharp nails into the cornea of said eye. As blood run down his fingers, the Creeper grit his teeth and continued to tug on the eyeball until it came loose. Took a bit more work given his strength was suppressed due to these damn cuffs but if anything, the Creeper was persistent.

"Now, to do a little retrieving.."

Reaching within the lapels of his jacket, the Creeper pulled out what appeared to be some kind of strange knife. The knife's blade itself seemed to be made of metal but with a ear stitched onto the hilt. Digging it into the side of Ruby's head, the Creeper would need to do a little carving before he could retrieve that interesting eye. Blake watched the entire proceeding while Pamela watched Jason and Yurick, but Blake said nothing. He knew this was simply the Creeper's way...

rKkTPpY.jpg

"Would have been easier if it weren't for these damn cuffs but I got it.."

Dropping his bloodied knife to the ground, the Creeper looked over the eyeball now that he had it in his possession. Normally, he would have gone the whole hog and dissected Ruby's body to get what he liked before stitching the remains up. Given their current surroundings though and the impediment of these cuffs, he had to take what he could get. Besides, after some effort he'd got what he was looking for(no pun intended)after all.

Opening his mouth, the Creeper gulped down the eyeball. To the casual observer who stared at the Creeper from behind, it didn't seem like much if anything had happened. To those close by like Yurick however, they would have seen that in lieu of the Creeper's previous eye, Ruby's own eye would have popped up in the socket. Flashing a fanged grin, the Creeper raised his knife and moved towards Ruby's eye. What was one eye without the other after all?

*shiiiish!*

The Creeper quickly pulled his hand back as the tip of Blake's sword clashed against the metallic floor. Given how ancient Blake was, it was almost an oddity in of itself how his blade remained in pristine condition unlike the rest of him. What had brought on this sudden change of heart however in the pirate?

z04MFp6.jpg

"Enough..."

The Creeper knew full well that with his strength restrained as it was, picking a fight with Blake was a terrible idea. Getting slashed by a sword without being able to gobble up a limb to heal it wasn't something the demon wished to go through. Though the Creeper's wings flapped threateningly in Blake's direction as the demon nodded his head towards Ruby's corpse.

"Enough? S'not like the girl's using em."

"...Let the dead rest in peace..."

That comment earned Blake a chuckle of derision from the demon as he rose to his feet and turned away from the pirate. "Yeah? Well, as far as I can see it she is resting. Nobody here has the power to wake her up. I'm just doing a little scavenging. Ain't that what you and your pirate buddies did, Blake?"

Not seeing one eye as a worthy enough reason to get into a brawl, the Creeper retracted his wings and walked to get some distance from Blake. But the spirit made no attempt to chide the Creeper or even respond. In fact, the glow within Blake's eyes seemed to dim as if the Creeper's words had struck deeper than he had anticipated.

r214jQ2.jpg

"..."

When setting out to sea in search of treasure, Blake knew from the start that there would be those who disagreed with his methods. He was of course breaking the law! Why if he didn't die from his leprosy then if he'd been caught by a country's navy, he'd be strung up along with his crew. Certainly not an end Blake would have liked but one he knew potentially awaited him. But what had those people who he slayed in his various treasure hunts been thinking of? Had they expected to die upon seeing his crew's jolly roger? Or did they believe that they would get through this? Blake didn't know and at the time he didn't care. He merely wanted the treasure.

But was he scavenging from the weak just as the Creeper had to that young girl's corpse?

@Takumi

"Er... Change in place... We'll hold them off, and... If we can't keep it up. We torch the place." He muttered towards Ghostface.

Well, he wasn't sure if his lighter alone would be enough to set the place on fire, but perhaps if they had a little more fuel as a base... They could have a big enough blaze to do the job.
V85fIfu.jpg

"Yeah, I'll just pull something to stuff up the holes right out of my robe."

Ghostface snarked back, it was one of those times where simply being a deranged teenage girl in a infamous Halloween costume severely limited her abilities here. If she was strong like Jason or Michael, she could just tank whatever these spiders threw at her and snap this little bitch's neck! Then she could go down in history, not as a victim but as the one who saved the entire world! Let's see Sidney top that!

But as it became clear that the spiders were simply too numerous in numbers to stem, Ghostface groaned behind her mask. How had she got caught up in this mess? It would have been so simple back in Woodsboro. Kill everyone and leave herself as the final survivor. Now here she was knee deep in spiders armed with buzzsaws. Opening fire on the spiders, Ghostface didn't stop until she heard a very disconcerting noise.

*click-click*

"...David, right? Think you can watch my back? Thanks."

Not really meaning her thanks and rather just expecting David to follow through on her request, Ghostface reached within her robe. The pistol wasn't primarily the Ghostface Killer's weapon of choice and Jill wasn't exactly a crack shot. But unless she wished to be minced into bloody strips of flesh, she'd have to think quickly. Pulling out a new clip for her pistol, Ghostface tried to slip it in after letting the empty one drop out.

As she was so focused on trying to insert the new clip, a spider closed in on Ghostface from behind. Swinging it's saw downwards, it sliced through Ghostface's robe and tore straight into her ankle. The pistol and clip slipped from her hand as she toppled onto her side. "Son of a..." Biting her tongue at the last moment so as not to piss off that girl again, Ghostface drew her hunting knife and clashed it against a spider's incoming buzzsaw as her other hand fumbled for her pistol.

She just had to retrieve that and the clip and she'd be in business, provided David kept her safe throughout this time!

@york

"Wow! You can separate your head from your body! I'm gonna have to study you very carefully~"

sUyuz5G.jpg

"BRAAAAAAAAAAAINSSSSSSS!!!"

As the head sailed through the air, only one thought lingered within Tarman's skull. It was of course the thought of crashing right into Bonesaw's head, the impact being enough to knock the girl to the ground. Which at that point Tarman would have almost certainly began to dig in. Tearing away scraps of flesh, tufts of hair, and pieces of bone until he got to the rich creamy center of Bonesaw's brain. The thought made Tarman's eyes widen as he ran his tongue over his yellow and gnarled teeth.

Though this would have come back to bite him(again no pun intended)as the hand cracked into the side of his head. The blow forced Tarman's mouth shut as his teeth closed on his tongue. Although Tarman couldn't feel pain in the traditional sense biting one's tongue wasn't pleasurable whether you were a member of the living dead or a human. Not to mention that he crashed right into that sack-headed child! He couldn't eat his brains! He literally had pumpkin seeds on the mind!

Slumping down against the wall, Sam pushed the head off to the side. Being a spirit who was well acquainted with the supernatural, Sam knew very well of creatures like Tarman even if this zombie's origin was based in science and less in magic. Still it was quite annoying that this zombie talked. At least Sam's zombies were quiet flesh-eaters.

9uiYC2Y.png

"Hisss..."

This girl was treating him as if he were a non factor! Did she think just because he looked like a child that she could treat him like this? Like he was nothing more to her than an idle pest? Looking over at Clarith, Sam tossed Tarman's head at her assuming she'd catch it. After all, there wasn't much the zombie could do to potentially harm her as just a head right? Holding his cuffs towards the nearest spider, Sam growled as he began to crawl upon the wall upon being freed and followed after Imp.

Meanwhile, Tarman blinked as he was flung through the air once more. He had just wanted to eat Bonesaw's brain and not only had she swatted him away but now Sam did too! Looking up at Clarith however, the head smiled at her.

"W-Well, that's just...Just.."

Charlie paused and nearly wretched up his lunch as he saw Creeper scarf down the dead girl's left eye. He didn't look like a vampire and he sure as hell didn't look like a zombie. Just what was he?! Grateful for Blake stepping in when he did, Charlie just sort of looked on in confusion as the old woman claimed to be Jason's mother.

"..That's your son?? I can't quite see the resemblance.."

Stepping back after a pointed glare from Jason, Charlie turned towards the new person. The one who seemed to have something to do with all these bugs. Normally, Charlie might have written off someone looking like this as something you'd only see in a comic! Nobody really dressed up like this and fought crime! But after what he'd been through, the boy was willing to believe anything.

Pausing there for a moment, Charlie overlooked those gathered in the room around him. He wasn't exactly sure he'd write them all off as being friends. "Aaaaaaahhhh!"

Being that Pamela was little more than a middle-aged serial killer, she didn't quite have the reflexes required to brush aside or block Chun-Li's kick. Hence the woman's surprise when the kick smashed square into Pamela's face and sent her flying back.

As she fell upon her back, Pamela groaned and Charlie could only look on horror at what had just transpired. He wouldn't have been a big fan if Jerry hit his mom, let alone some regular person! Who knows what thoughts were probably buzzing around in Jason's noggin after seeing that?!

odLCmrQ.jpg

"...?"

Glancing back and forth from Chun Li to his downed mother, then back to Chun Li and then back to his mother. Jason himself couldn't quite believe what he'd just seen. He would have ripped Charlie limb from limb if his mother hadn't ordered him to halt. But now this other woman, the one that had been paired up with the man in the white mask, came in and attacked his mother! Jason's breathing grew heavier and he took a thunderous step forward as he reached for the hilt of his machete.

Noticing Jason's movements, Charlie quickly broke off and wrapped his arms around Jason's waist as he tried in vain to stop the killer. They wouldn't even make it out of this room if they spent the whole time fighting eachother! But Jason was furious and he had little interest in teamwork. Gripping Charlie by the collar of his shirt, Jason casually flung him away as he continued forward and towards Chun Li. This woman would pay for hurting his mother!

Michael for his part had quietly followed Chun Li and he watched the proceedings from a corner in the room. He may have had an interest in this woman but she had gotten herself into this predicament.

As Jason loomed over Chun Li with his machete poised to strike, Pamela slowly sat up and held up a hand. Catching the gesture from his mother, Jason stayed his hand but he was confused. Didn't his mother want him to kill sinnners? Chun Li had committed the worst sin of all and attacked his mother! Understanding Jason's feelings, Pamela rose to her feet and wiped the blood away from her nose.

wWa2N3S.jpg

"Believe me, Jason I understand! You're upset dear and you have all the reason in the world to be.."

Pamela paused to shoot a brief glare Chun-Li's way before speaking once more. "But now simply isn't the time, sweetie. We have much bigger problems to tend to. Like how we'll pay back that devious girl for trapping us all here. You would like to see her pay more than this woman, wouldn't you Jason? She's the one who kept your poor dear mother locked up like an animal! She deserves to be punished!"

Jason lowered his machete but kept his eye on Chun Li. He might not have been the smartest zombie around but his mother was always right. Bonesaw would pay first. This woman may have struck his mother but Bonesaw kept his mother locked in this room. That was more deserving of a brutal slaying in Jason and Pamela's mind.

"Enough of this." With a click of her teeth, she all but demanded time to cease for all...save the other blonde warrior who DARED--no. She shook her head, clearing her thoughts of that pathetic fool. If that worked so soon after recovering her magic, Dimaria merely raised a hand in a mock finger gun gesture, the tip of her finger shining gold with her destructive magical energy and firing out repeatedly to completely scorch the spiders as she casually walked by in the search for a way out of this hell.

atEVYhu.jpg

"Quite impressive. Here I thought you would have been content to sit by as these fools were slaughtered en masse. But, you get up and you deal with the enemy far more swiftly than they ever could."

That was one thing DIO had to hand to Dimaria. Her method of dealing with these spiders was far quicker than what the others had been doing. Far more amusing to boot. After all, there was only so many times you could watch someone use a measly firearm to shoot away at these things. Much more satisfying when you switch things up a bit. Though that wasn't the only reason DIO was glad to see Dimaria up and about.

Her and that child with the shaved head were the only ones who could seem to move within his frozen time. More to the point Dimaria didn't even seem to need a stand to be capable of doing so. If DIO could figure out the how and why then perhaps he could turn Dimaria to his side. Or failing that, simply dispose of her. After all, if she would not be for DIO then she would be against DIO and we simply couldn't have that, now could we?

Jacket walked over to Tarman's head, where he attempted to pick up the zombie's head. As his was still bound by the handcuffs.

If he had succeeded, he would walk to the zombie's body and further attempt to put Tarman's head on his body.

If he had failed, he would wipe the slime on his jeans, before holding his cuffs to Tarman's head. Perhaps he could bite the cuffs, thus allowing Jacket to be able to do anything again. Like using his tape recorder to communicate.

But after what he'd been through, the boy was willing to believe anything.

y66hqZB.jpg

"I'm...I'm Charlie Brewster and these are my..."

Pausing there for a moment, Charlie overlooked those gathered in the room around him. He wasn't exactly sure he'd write them all off as being friends. Least of all the gigantic undead brute in the hockey mask who nearly throttled him. Or the creature who apparently ate dead people's eyeballs. But hey the guy with the eyepatch seemed pretty cool and so that was something. Not to mention he had Angel by his side.

"I've dealt with giant man eating spiders that range from being poisonous to just trying to impale you, and creatures of all kinds that simply try to crush you. Bugs just don't scare me. The cuffs are slightly bearable if you don't think about it often..." Yurick shrugged in response to the Creeper. Hw was glad when the other would finally put his wings away though. Though at the appearance of the stranger he looked at her wearily, unsure of whether or not to ask her what she was doing and who she was. At least she didn't pose an immediate threat, right?

He almost missed the scene of the Creeper taking Ruby's eye. Yurick practically flinched at the grizzly sight and took a step back, slightly disturbed. He took notice of a few things afterwards though; Chun-Li was lucky enough to not get murdered by the Machete wielding lunatic, that one guy, Charlie, easily answered the newcomer for them, and something Creeper said bothered Blake. Turning to look at the Pirate Yurick thought of what he could say, if he could or should say anything at all.

"Pirates look out for themselves to survive. Just like a Mercenary in one way or another." he muttered, before looking away to return his attention to their little "guest" of sorts to see her response and, if need be, prepare to fight.

The connection changed, the spiders slowly beginning to move as she intended once more. However, Elle could still notice and interact with it if she so chose.
Elle simply spent time analyzing the link, memorizing it. So that if she sensed it again, she'd know it and be that much faster to respond. It was the first time she'd done this so Eleven was learning from how Bonesaw controlled them, so that she could be faster to disrupt such connections in the future.

"...Huh. I guess there sure are a lot of you, huh?" And without any warning, Bonesaw bolted away, sliding under one of the holes the spiders had been coming out from. And quickly following her disappearance were the mental connections. Soon enough, Elle wouldn't be able to see them anymore.

The fight went on for a while, and David was pretty close to running out of ammo, he estimated he had maybe 5 more shots left at the most before the gun went dry. Then, he'd have to find more ammo; it wasn't like he just carried clips around in his pocket, but regardless, he had Ghostface's back, holding off the spiders until Bonesaw retreated.

Just in time too, David's gun was empty, but holy cow it had been loaded with alot more ammo than he had thought... Countless spider... Things, undead creatures, and who knows what else, and he still managed to keep that thing firing for a good while.

Then again, he did fire that random gun he found in a safe many more times than he thought was possible, so maybe they've just been packing more bullets into pistol clips nowadays? Either case, he wasn't about to linger around, pocketing his empty gun for now as he drew his knife, giving the room one last look before gesturing to Ghost Face.

"We should go to the next room, before she comes back..." He suggested.

He was pretty keen to move on, especially if they could find some decent weapons in the next few rooms, heck, he'd even take an axe or a crowbar, or even a fire extinguisher at this point. That fruit knife he had with him definitely wasn't going to be enough.
