OK you can go ahead and make a first post whenever you have time. :-)
 
Are any of y'all's characters in special education? (This is for future reference since Isaac is the special Ed teacher)

There are two sections of the special Ed-

Extra Help- they are in normal classrooms with kids their age and grade, but the special education teacher will round on them and check up on them in class to give them more help.

In Classroom- Where they are actually in the special Ed class room either catching up to where they should, behavior problems that the normal classrooms can't handle, or because they have learning difficulties. (This is where Pete is)

Tyree Brown (artistic prodigy and autistic, no filter, painfully honest)
