The Dock District resides in the Poor District of New Angeles, and the various warehouses, ships, and cargo that go there aren't the best of shape. Gangs frequent the area, as well as drugs and the homeless.
Bay 18, Warehouse 31 specifically isn't in the most well kept area. Most of the warehouses aren't used any more, some are demolished or just in piles of rubble due to decay. The ones that aren't tend to be boarded up.
Warehouse 31 is set up as one of Reapers HQ's. A two story building, the first floor is left desolate and messy, full of old boxes, metal storage containers, and trash. All this is set up as his first line of defense. Set up as a maze, if you don't know the way you often lead into a dead end. Among the maze are crude traps, like spike traps, bear traps, and other traps that tend to be quieter.
In the back of the warehouse is an old set of metal stairs that lead up to a second floor. They are broken and unusable, so Reaper keeps a board close by to proper up so he can walk up it, before pulling it up onto the second floor with him. Whenever he leaves, he hides the board in a large wooden box.
Upstairs is surprisingly well kept. A window that is tinted on the outside, but see through on the inside has a good view of the harbor. He has a desk littered with papers of contracts or the news, a spare set of armor hung up on an old mannequin. A bedroll with a large, locked weapon case is against the wall.
A guitar is also up there, sitting in a holder.
