"Subject PT-038926 is sedated an on her return to the dome."

"Copied, subject PT-038926 in motion."

The sound of rattling wheels echoed through the dark metal cage she was stuck in. She had been given a dose of sedatives, but her grain was still working. Light came and went through the small breathing holes in the cage. There was nothing to stare at but cold metal that lined her cage.

Silver had been to the dome before, and after a series of escapes and re captures had been returned to regular containment. Finally the scientists believed they had fool proofed the dome for their project. Silver was a Guiney pig for them. It made sense to put a territorial fighter to test out all of the dome. They were now moving on with project INSTIS.

Silver was the first to be transported to the dome launch bay. Her cage was easily hooked up, her body waking up from the sedatives. She was in full tiger mode, as it tended to be when she got sedated. Sedation brought that primal DNA to light without any conscious effort. Silver was getting out of her sleep as she heard the doctors start again.

"Subject PT-038926 is hooked up to dome release gate 01."

"Copy that, PT-038926 hooked up to gate 01, connection stable."

Footsteps wandered around her cage and peeked through a hole in the side. Silver made it very clear she was not happy, snarling at the scientist. The man quickly returned to his radio.

"PT-038926 is awake and ready for release."

"PT-038926 ready for release. Bay door 01 opening."

With a thunk and a whirr the door slid open. Silver blinked at the influx of light and sniffed the air. With a scrunch of her feet she leapt out onto the soft grass, her fur shaking out as she gazed around. The dome had been tiled with a fake ceiling, the grass had been raised. Everything smelled more natural, but it screamed fake to her. The glint of the dome walls was still visible as she headed towards the house.

Calypso

Calypso was not happy as she was transported from one take to another. She liked her hold tank, it was comfortable and familiar. Calypso had made it hard for them to remove her. She had stuck to the class as far as she could, she had even inked in order to make it more difficult. Eventually she was found and sedated. Calypso wouldn't have attacked but the scientists could never be to careful. She looked at her surroundings as she was wheeled to where ever they were taking her.

Suddenly she was surrounded by darkness. She could swam to the top of her tank but was met with some sort of cover. Calypso was getting restless. She didn't like it knowing things, it out her on edge. Her tank was uncovered eventually and Calpso quickly looked away from the light. Her tank was opened but she made no move to get out. Calypso changed into her humanoid form. When it was clear that she didn't plan on leaving her tank opened up at the bottom and water began to rush out.

Calypso frowned in displeasure. She sniffed the air in an attempt to pinpoint another place with water. Once located Calypso climbed out of her tank quickly made her way to the lake. Her suckers her pulling up someone weird and green, she didn't like it. When she reached the lake Calypso immediately dove in. She would have with learning about her new environment.

Honey

Honey had been asleep during his transportation. He was a heavy sleeper so the movement of his domain being moved didn't stir him in the slightest. It wasn't until he had started to gain consciousness that he noticed something was wrong. He was currently in his full Badger form. He felt something around his mouth. He touched it with a paw and hissed. Without much success Honey tried to claw the thing off of his face.

When he realized that he wasn't getting it off he ran around the cage angrillg. Bumping the walls with his small body, Honey then backed into a corner. He should have known better than to let his guard down around those scientists. Next time they wouldn't have it so easy.

When Honey's cage opened he slowly inched towards the entrance. He was on high alert now. As soon as he reached the outside the muzzle fell from off of his mouth. Honey looked around critically. It looked like an outside setting and smelt like one two. Honey could see a huge building up ahead. He also noticed two others as well. Honey changed into his half human form and stretched. He headed to the building.

"SN-912031 ready for release," a voice was heard from up above.

Mac was not very happy with her whole situation much like everyone else being released. He moved frantically waiting for the cage to open. She was much more skittish and squirrel like from the sedation she was given. She scratched as the metal edges of the cages eager to get out of her confining set up.

"Dirty white coat!" Mac let out her Spanish accent coming out a quality of the nature of her experiment. The gate open and she darted out with great speed. She didn't really have a plan on where she was going, but as she was running Mac saw the green grass, the great trees, and a lake in the distance. Mac grinned with her two buck teeth and ran to the white lake.

Lucas.
He didn't know how long he'd been out for. Lucas slowly blinked his eyes open. Everything was a blur of grey. His first instinct was to rub the sleep out of his eyes. When he tried to however, he found a blurry mass of white feathers in place of his hands. He was in his animal form; a side effect of the sedation, he figured.

With practised ease, he got back up on his bird feet and gave another take on his surroundings. He was in some sort of cylindrical cage with a dome like top--kind of like a big birdcage. Small holes were drilled for breathing. He tried peering out of them to see what was going on outside, but his efforts were futile. There was nothing he could see but a bright blinding light.

The sound of a small peephole panel being slid open and the accompanying bright light it let in startled him. Before Lucas could even react, the peephole closed again. "Subject FR-121319 has awakened and is ready for release" a voice from outside said. Lucas could only narrow his eyes in confusion. Did he hear them right? Did they just say release? Does this mean he's going to be free now? A nagging voice at the back of his mind was saying no, but his heart was soaring with hope and anticipation.

A door opened on one side of the cage. The light that came in blinded him momentarily. Once his eyes had adjusted, he could see the green grass below the exit. Lucas couldn't quite believe it. Is it real? He couldn't quite tell from afar. There's only one way to find out, he thought to himself as he hesitantly exited the cage and fell straight into the grassy ground. He hadn't expected the cage's door to have been so high up from the ground. Although he supposes that the scientists must've expected him to use his wings and fly rather than fall to the ground rather ungracefully.

Lucas looked up from where he now laid on the grassy ground. The door where he exited from had seemingly vanished, but that wasn't what he was focused on. He was focused the blue sky and was in awe. Is it real? he found himself asking once more. Again, he couldn't tell. If it wasn't, then the scientists did a pretty damn good job. But what if it was? Lucas couldn't even begin to think what it would mean if all of it was real.

For the second time that day, he got back up on his bird feet. He didn't get the urge to fly very often, however right now, all the open space is making him want to use his wings. Quickly, before he could talk himself out of it, Lucas took flight. He didn't fly too high and stayed just above the height of the trees. Part of him was afraid of flying too high, mostly because he's never flown at great heights before.

As he flew, he spied a cabin and a few individuals heading towards it. One was human in appearance but with a tail, and the other a white tiger. It was fairly obvious to him that these were his fellow test subjects. He normally isn't one who would seek out the companionship of others, but right now he felt too confused. Maybe--just maybe--one of them had some answers.

So he flew down and settled on the ground by the nearest tree. That was enough flying for today. He shifted back to his humanoid form and started walking the rest of the way to the house.

<~~~<★>~~~>

Thunk!

Lids slowly opened, revealing yellow eyes. One blink, then another. A midnight hued head raised off the cold steel. A head-shake, then another. A large midnight hued body rolled over and large paws pushed up upon the cold steel.

Whiiiiiirrrrr.

Another head shake, a deep grumble, an even deeper stretch, a licking of the chops and fuzzy ears perked up and listening. Waiting. Anticipating.

Whiiiiiiiiirrrrr...!

The panther that was not really a panther knew what was happening. She had heard the sounds before. She knew she had been caged, transported and now the cage was docking and engaging into some other platform or housing of some sort. But why had she been sedated? And why no briefing? But most importantly, why no gear?

Click. Click-click...

The sounds of near freedom. It was close now. Game time; Game face on...

Big ivory claws ejected from her big ebony paws. Instantly she tapped out in Morse code:

<<
Nighty-Night good to go. Orders?>>

No response. No electronic voice. No scent sprayed. No Morse code. Nothing.

<<Repeat Nighty-Night good to go. Respond...>>

No response. Only the final clicking and buzzing of locks to her cage disengaging.

The big heart in the big cat thudded heavily, pace quickening, bloodflow thumping away, almost deafening in her ears.

We been compromised! she thought, trying to keep the panic from flooding her mind and heart, Dammit! Dammit. Okay, alright. Alright. Alright. Survival mode. Here we go...

Lids snapped shut over yellow eyes. A deep calming inhale. A slow tension releasing exhale.

Ka-thunk. Ka-thunk...

3 seconds till Nighty-Night was freed. Muscles tensed as her front quarters lowered, tail twitched once then settled in, all claws outstretched and trying mightily to dig into the steel beneath.

Click.

Untameable yellow eyes snapped open. A wicked snarl sounded out. And with all her might she leapt through the opening as soon as the door slid 3/4 of the way open. The beast was unleashed and everything that moved was going to eat a heathy dose of deadly claws and jaws--

Grass? Trees? What the actual fu--

Before all those questions consumed her, instinct took over and she bolted for the trees and instantly found herself in the upper branches, sheilded from the blinding lights above. Ears perked up and head slowly swiveling, she took in the surroundings. There was a structure in the distance and several figures moving about. Those figures were definitely not her Crew but they too had no gear.

She shook her head several times in disbelief, yes, but those head shakes were also filled with much disdain. She was wrong; the Weaponized crew had not been compromised. No, it was some kind of training session. Another kind of weird closed off experiment/drill conducted in some elabourate, and, most likely, expensive secret compound. She had gone through these experiment/drills before... But this place? This one was huge. This one was seriously over the top.

Alright. First things first. Recon. Reconnect. Re-establish. she thought to herself, Let's see if these guys are hostiles and let's figure out what kind of BS we're dealing with.

Down to the ground she dropped and let out a low growl before making her way over to the house, as close to the trees and high grasses as possible.

Subject CB-008135 is ready for transportation." The man in white coat spoke directly in front of the bird boy. He would much rather avoid causing trouble for them and just listen to their wishes for now. The moment he turned around on instruction he felt a prick in his back and the world turned black with his eyes shutting from sudden drowsiness.

Why...

Why did i listen?...Am i gonna die?? Did they just sedate me to kill me?...

He thought to himself as his conscious faded. Just before fully passing out he could hear a muffled "Move him to th...." his hearing cut out and he couldn't even think on what he heard. Not until he'd wake up at least. His mind filled with fear however before his time out.

When next he woke he felt his eyes heavy and his body lighter. A quick look to his side confirmed his form had shifted to the crow form he was still not fully accustomed to. Even still he slowly got up on the two bird feet as his mind fully awoke to his situation. A cage, no openings, only breathing holes.

They're gonna kill me..they're gonna kill me! Oh god! Dear god don't let me die this way! His mind repeated almost endlessly raising his anxiety further. The thought of death in such a small confined space being the equivalent of the torture he's received before, he was already on the verge of breaking down as he- "Subject CB-008135 awake and ready for release."

Release? Release! I'm being let free! I'm gonna live! God is real! Freedom at last! Wait no, these are scientists. This must be some experiment. Don't get your hopes up Sora. Don't trust, don't trust, don't trust. While less anxious after hearing the word release as the sound of the gears turning filled his ears, he was back into a very cautious mode. His whole form was twitching as he stepped closer to one of the ends of the cage slowly as the lid came up with a loud
THUNK!
and
WHIRRR!
The sight of an open area flooded into his eyes.

A lake, a home, a forest. A wide open large space. Am i already dead? Is this heaven? Did they already kill me? No, no. Focus. Learn the environment quic-what was that? Another experiment? One just jumped in the lake! Another bird?! Ok ok ok. Calm down. Calm down. Think. Thirsty. Throat dry. Approach lake for drink, keep watch on others. Be. Cautious. Don't. Trust.

His body relaxed as he flew out of the cage and towards the lake. His throat dry he hoped the water was clean enough for drinking, one eye watching for any of the cat like creatures in survival instinct, the other keeping watch ahead as he landed at the lake side and finally shifted into his inbetween form in case he needed to fly away quickly. Hopefully the other that already dove in the lake wasn't aggressive.

Calypso

Calypso was finding her new home pleasant. There were interesting creatures swimming around in the body of water. There was nothing as large as her or larger than her, she was thankful for that. Calypso didn't want to fight over the space with someone else. When her curiosity was sated she swam up to the surface. The sight of another experiment made her tense. She odd the bird like being in front of her curiously. Calypso had only swam up enough so that the top half of her face could be seen. The young hybrid found herself swimming closer. Surely her curiosity would one day be her downfall.

Calypso had never actually seen another experiment before. The only reason why she knew of their existence was because of the scientists. Her time was mostly spent in her tank alone, just how she liked it. She stopped swimming when she was a few feet away. There probably a chance that he would attack if she came any closer. Those talons on his feet looked very sharp and deadly.

Her gaze held a certain level of intensity. She was looking over the other experiment intently. He looked liked the scientist except his feet were different. He had a tail and wings as well.Did the others look like him as well? After her tank was empty she didn't waste time in finding the nearest source of water. Calypso didn't get a good look at the others. They weren't her biggest concern at the time.

--In a field -- Human Form --

After a good few minutes of running around in the green verdant field. The squirrel made her way to a large house. She knew it was a house from her counseling. She was unlike the other hybrids in that way. She knew more about human life, and the like. It was a part of her experiment in particular. Mac was lucky that way, she was spared the poking and prodding having had a humanizing figure that she looked up too, the counselor. Mackenzie was unsure when she was going to see her again. She hid it in the back of her mind not wanting to think about it.

The grass was tall and waxy. Just enough for her to be able to hide and cuddle up in its warmth. She wasn't an observant one, its artificialness never came to her. Her gaze turned, Mac smelled something in the distance; something moving in the grass. She didn't know if it was hostile or just an animal.

Mac poked her head over her grass's edge to see a tiger. Her eyes widened at it as she froze naturally, somewhat in awe and in fear.

The last thing Sirus remembered was lashing out at those who attempted to get him into a metal crate. He fought against multiple hands grasping at him, but the needles he had learned to fear had been his downfall. A sharp prick in his neck, and all went black. As he was going down, he half anticipated to never wake up again. This was not the case.

He pried his eyes open, coming to terms with his surroundings. It was dark, with only a few specks of light coming through some holes in the sides. His hands felt around, smooth and cold steel the only thing he could feel. He caught himself after suddenly being jostled. He listened carefully, hearing the puttering of an engine. His heart quickened and his breathing slowed. Adrenaline coursed through him. Where was he?

He scrambled to one of the holes, pressing an eye against it. He could barely make out anything, the scenery was going by much too fast. He could spy greenery, but not much else. The vehicle began to slow, coming to a stop. Doors opened. Boots hit the ground. His tail twitched, a growl erupting from his throat. A sharp knock rang through his small cage, and he hissed. Laughter came from the outside.

"Subject PU-947677 is ready for release. Preparing connection to gate 04."

Mechanical sounds made him nervous, and his cage lurched forwards a short distance. He heard clicks on the door, and soon the same voices.

"Subject PU-947677 successfully connected to gate 04. Team is evacuating. Preparing for release."

With those words, the doors flung open after he heard bootsteps retreating from the cage. He was very cautious, sniffing around. There was a bang at the end of his cage away from the exit, causing him to jump.

"Come on kitty cat, let's get moving."

He rolled his eyes, taking a step out, shielding his eyes against the glaring sunlight. Sunlight? He looked around the wooded area. He was being released? Unlikely. A small chuff exited his throat, and he looked back to his cage. It had already closed up and was being hauled away.

"Have fun pretty boy!" He heard the guards laughing at him. They were nowhere to be seen, however, and he was left alone. He lowered himself, trying to look around at his surroundings. In the center, there was a wooden building with people joining around. That didn't sit well with him. He didn't want to be near so many people, though he did need to find at least someone to be with. He needed someone trustworthy. He moved away from the group, keeping towards the edge of the trees. He stopped a bit further away, before hearing more mechanical sounds behind him. He leaped out of the way, again keeping himself down. The doors open, and out burst a brown ball of energy, cussing and swearing up a storm at those who released her.

Kara had not given up her fighting. The moment they grabbed her and tried to shove her into a cage, she bit the closest person next to her. She thrashed and swore. They finally had to restrain her. Why they didn't just knock her out, she had no idea. When they got her into the cage without any issues, she immediately shifted into her fox form to rid herself of the cursed handcuffs. Of course, she went back to her human self quick enough. Foxes didn't have thumbs, and she figured escaping would be easier with said appendages.

Of course, she had no luck at all. So instead she resorted back to swearing and cursing. The scientists usually wondered where she learned that language. She never told them it was her own guards. Getting them flustered and biting at them usually caused them to scream and yell profanities. She learned these words were for not good things.

She felt her cage jostle, and then re-settle. She prepared herself to start clawing and biting anyone who came near her.

"VV-156487 ready for release, connecting to gate 05."

There were many machine sounds around her, and she began to get hopeful. They said release. Was she free? Had they finally had enough of her, so now they were just going to let her go? It seemed possible, but very unlikely. Still, she could hope. She remained in a defensive state.

"VV-156487 is connected, commencing release of-" The guard was cut off, as Kara burst through the opening door.

"So long assholes!" She yelled, hearing the guard finish his sentence. She dashed out, finally stopping to take a look at her surroundings. She stopped dead as her eyes froze on the nearby person. He was white as white could be, everything about him was pale. She gave a small wave to him, hoping he was friendly.

»»-----------------------¤-----------------------««
The two stared at each other for some time. Kara was the one who stepped forward at first, watching him as he sniffed the air carefully, stepping back a bit.

"I won't hurt you," Kara told him, still going towards him. "So long as you don't hurt me." He stopped, standing up a bit more. He nodded slowly to the girl. He didn't trust her, but there was something about her that calmed him.

"We need to find out what's going on." She continued, beckoning for him to follow, and pointing to the building. "We should join them." She started going towards the building, the male carefully following. He didn't like this one bit. He was nervous. She could tell that much. Both of them half hoped that this was a temporary containment of sorts, but they also both highly doubted it.

Where Do I Go

"Subject AL-289565 has been transported successfully. Beginning wake-up process." There was a hiss as gas filled the small cage, one fuzzy ear beginning to twitch. It wasn't long before both perked up and Lux wobbly stood on all fours, tail lowered in confusion and a little nausea from the sedation. She shook her head a few times to clear the cobwebs from her mind, blinking at her surroundings. It took several moments to realize why the world looked so much bigger and in the time it took for her to become used to her fox form once again, she had failed to hear an invisible voice beginning the release sequence. Bright light flooded the small cage, harsh on her poor eyes. She whined, lowering her head and covering her eyes with her paws. New scents drifted to her and she cautiously raised her head, blinking the spots from her vision. But her slow accumulation to this new world seemed to be taking too long for the scientists. Something sharp prodded her side, eliciting a yelp from her as she side-hopped away. More sharp pokes came from behind, herding her towards the door.

She scurried out, momentarily stunned to feel grass under her paws. Had...Had she been released? She took inventory of the scents around her and felt a pang of slight disappointment. While the smells of nature were all around her, the unmistakable tang of metal was a constant undertone. So she was still contained, just in a wider area. But still! New places to explore, new things to see! She bounced around, yipping in joy, even chasing her tail for several moments. When she failed to catch the fluffy appendage, she looked around. She had been released into a meadow, flowers scattered around and melding into the forests around her.

Spotting a butterfly, Lux let out a bark and gave chase, leaping and pouncing through the air as she batted at her new-found entertainment.

Live Long Enough to Become the Hero

Everest lay motionless in his cage. the sedative had worn off quite some time ago, but he remained where he was, ears perked up in alarm as he listened to his surroundings. He could hear the soft murmur of the scientists somewhere to his left but as he was unable to see them, he gathered he was in a containment chamber of some sort. At the sound of a mechanical whir, Everest climbed clumsily to his feet, still slightly woozy from being knocked for so long. As sunlight flooded the room, he took careful, measured steps into this strange new world. Soft grass tickled his hooves as he found himself stepping out into a forest area. He lifted his nose into the air, freezing up slightly as he detected the smallest hit of something that sent shivers down his spine.

Predators.

Fervently hoping it wasn't another one of the survival experiments, he quickly shifted into his human form; as he was surprisingly much faster and agile in his human form than his animal. His lower form covered by his fur, Everest desperately wished the scientists had given him his hoodie. It was a comfort and that was definitely something he could use right about now. Wrapping his arms around himself, Everest took small steps as he began making his way through the forest, ears perked up and on alert for the smallest sound.

Honey

Honey watched as the other experiments were released from their cages. They all had different types of reactions with being released. He could understand the excitement and caution that some of the felt. Excitement because this was as close as to being in the outside world that they got and caution because they didn't know what to expect.

When he made it to the building Honey walked inside. He looked around curiously. It was very spacious, most likely because of all the experiments that would be staying inside. Honey explored the house. He looked for a place to stay mostly. He needed a room to call his own, his territory. Claiming the whole house was a no , he would be happy with a small amount.

<~~~<★>~~~>

Thunk! Whir... Thunk! Whir... Thunk! Whiiiiir.

And so there were more gates opening and more were introduced to the population.

Concealed in the shadow a large bush she watched, but just barely concealed; this panther was much, much larger than any seen wild male panther in South America. Light that broke between the foliage hit her hide and revealed ghostly ring patterns of a jaguar; a pattern hidden whilst in low light.

Yellow eyes darted from the crow soaring above her head then over to the pair that had just emerged from their gates, then back again to the crow as it glided over to the lakes shore. An intent look of suspicion turned to bemused intrigue as soon as she saw it land and shift into it's Weaponized form and another hybrid rose from the depths of the lake. A fight brewing? If a panther could smile...

Back to the newcomer pair was her gaze drawn as the bolder of the pair, a red haired female piped up. As the big-eared female came across the other hybrid, she spoke in a calming voice to the much more reserved, and tense snowy headed male. She watched as they traipsed away, intent upon making it to the structure where those other figures gathered. It was kind of cute really; the smaller... Lil' Red leading the big and gruff... Snow White. If a panther could giggle...

Thunk! Whir... Thunk! Whiiiiir.

A lone eyebrow raised, and a jaw maybe dropped open, as the panther watched the noisy little fox scamper out of the cage, bounce like a ball for a bit, chase its silvery tail, then jump in and out of flowers beds in what seemed like a span of 3 seconds. As it bounded away, yipping and yapping, chasing a butterfly the panther thought to herself, Idiot. New environ with possible hostiles... and it makes too much noise and too much motion. I should just rush over and snap it's scrawny little neck. Do it a favour and save itself from making anymore of a fool of itself than it already has before it gets itself killed. Idiot dog-thing...

...but within reach of her surface thoughts, she just could not help but see a smaller, even-cub like version of herself, bouncing along, growling playfully and swatting away at the flying bug, step-for-step, right beside the silvery fox. A black curtain smothered the imagery dead in her mind instantly. Something had caught her attention. Her nostrils flared as she caught the scent.

<~~~<★>~~~>

Pupils in yellow eyes dilated as she saw it. A four legged little thing marching towards her and without mother and its herd. It was a deer. It was young.

It. Was. Meat.

If a panther could do a little tap-dance of joy...

But no, no dancing right now. Just murder. Rippling muscles would easily allow her leap the distance and surprise the little morsel. Powerful jaws would clamp down and she would taste blood as large ivory teeth sank into the back of its neck, then the satisfying noise of crushed vertebrae would sound out and--

No! No. It's not right. It's all just not right. Right before they were released... I heard the handlers. I heard them call out serials. I heard them called as experimental subjects... but me... I--

The younling deer shifted and made its way right in the panther's path. Poised to strike, she held tight, nearly 300 pound body wound up like a spring, but she did not leap. The huge paws definitely had its razor-sharp claws in clear view, but the visage of the big cat held a perplexed look as if it had just had a lightbulb turn on in the dark of its mind.

Large, shiny golden eyes of the immense feline suddenly locked gaze with the soft, cocoa hued eyes of the antlered hybrid. They stood there at the inner edge of the forest facing one another, frozen in their respective poses, a good car-length apart.

A good distance yes, but still a distance that she could cover and kill prey from with one leap.

All she could hear right now was the anxious thudding of heartbeats. Her own. And his.

The crow stood there at the lake's edge as a figure started to rise from the lake and grow closer. As it grew closer to the shore he started to move back preparing to run. A moment of pause as the two had reached a stare at each other, his eyes locked on hers analytically assessing every last movement in her face for the slightest hint of hostility. His mind was working in overdrive as he finally spoke up, though it was a garbled mess due to how nervous he was. "re ou rendlay or nemmy?" He'd be embarrassed about that later, probably.

The other experiment didn't seem to be hostile but even still he made no effort to get closer, his talons digging into the ground to prepare for his take off. His throat was starting to get sore from how dry it was but he rather not take the risk to get any closer. The one thing he could tell for sure from the other's face is that they were a female, and an aquatic hybrid of a colorful variety. Possibly a squid, octopus, reef fish, koi fish, fish fish fish fish. Wait, why am I scared of a fish? God i'm pathetic.

Calypso

When the other gave no movement to attack Calypso swam closer. She looked over is body intently, it seemed to radiate tension. He looked as if he'd run for it at any moment. Was he really afraid of her? She couldn't fathom why. She was mostly a danger to fish. And even when confronted out of water she would most likely flee. She tilted her head curiously when he tried to speak to her. Was it some sort of foreign language? She only knew how to speak English. Calypso went over the phrase in her mind. Maybe he was just nervous so he became tongue tied. It didn't take long for her to figure out just what he was attempting to say.

"Friend?" It came out more as a question. She had never had any friends before. She wasn't sure if she fit enough for the title. Calypso swam forward until she was at the lake's edge. Her movements were slow and careful as to not startle the tension experiment. "Hello, I am Calypso." Unable to hold herself back Calypso brought a tentacle out of the water, entente on touching the fascinating experiment. It didn't cross her mind that maybe he didn't want to be touched or maybe he'd attack with those sharp talons. Her curiousity was outweighing her logic at the moment.

Being a lion had its perks at times, but being Reginald meant you always got a fierce sedative. If he was just a bit more reckless and had nothing to lose, he'd most likely throw his body maw open at anything that came near him and die with a bang. But Reginald didn't want to die. So when they came to him clearly ready to take him out, the lion only gave them a glance and then sat patiently with a huff. When he fought, he got it worse.

He had slept throughout the whole transportation and the talking and the whizzing, which is something he knew the scientists would be very thankful for. With a particularly loud thunk and whurr, the door slid off and only silence came, eerie and thick. With a low growl, two dually bright yellow eyes appeared in the deepest corner of the cage. Every time a paw fell on the surface, there were a thump and the click of sharp claws, Reginald prowling out into the open with a low head and murderous eyes. Oh? He did a quick one over the area. What was this?

Reginald gave a huff as he regarded the grass underneath his paws, before noticing a house. Everything just felt a little... Off. But he couldn't put his finger on it. He prowled forward through the foliage, letting out a low growl here and there proclaiming his presence. He didn't know what kind of game they were playing, but if he had to fight, he'd be ready. He reached the house with little trouble despite his wariness, his loud growls soon disappearing as he shifted back into his humanoid form, tail flickering behind him in interest.

Reginald entered silently, eyes roaming about with a mischevious smirk. He could smell someone here... He quietly padded in, keeping very quiet until he glanced around a corner. He found them. Ooh~

In a deep raspy voice, he spoke up as he leaned against the wall, arms crossed. "Why, hello there little one~" His clawed hand raised to wriggle clawed fingers at the other. "Is this your residence?" He looked up at the ceiling. "You seem to be the only one here currently... But from what I smelled, there's many gathering around."

It took the scientists rather long to catch Galilea, being a rabbit and all meant agility like few others. When caught, she thrashed about in their hands as the tranquilizer came close, letting out a distressed yell as rabbits do when they are in great danger. Soon enough everything became black.

She woke up to a shaky moving thing she was trapped in. Shaking like a leaf, they called that she was delivered successfully and the door opened with a loud noise that made her hide in a corner. Seeing the light filter in and the grass ahead, her curiosity and idealism got the best of her. Did they... Let her go? Is this for real?

Her nose wriggled as she slowly padded out the cage, wearily looking about. Oh no... Didn't smell right out here. Galilea immediately shifted into a human, blowing her hair strands out of her face before beginning to carefully walk forward. Oh. The first thing she saw was something brown in high grass and hair maybe. Lea slowly strode over, clearing her throat and unaware of the apparent danger nearby.

"Hello. I am Galilea! Who are you? You look awfully pale, you know."

Honey

This house was very nice so far. Honey had taken the time to do a little exploring. He had picked a room and marked it with his scent. He made sure to rub himself against the bed and walls to let others know that the room was his territory. Eventually he had walked back into the living room to wait for the others. He wanted to meet the other house guest. Honey was a social creature despite having the characteristic of the animal labeled as the meanest in the world. His back had been towards the entrance when he heard and smelt someone approaching. Honey was quick to turn and face the person. He took the time to look over him.

Being in the presence of another predator put him on edge. His shoulders tensed out of instinct and he eyed the newcomer warily. He was built like brick wall and his claws looked sharp enough to cut through flesh. That mischevious look on his face didn't make him feel any better either. From his eyes Honey could tell that he was a big cat. His ears and tails showed that he was a lion to be specific. Honey decided to ignore that fact that he was called little. Though the way he let out a little huff of annoyance gave away that he didn't like the name. While the predator before him as all hard muscle and towering height, Honey was lithe and short. "I'm assuming that this is where we'll all be staying. I've already laid claim to one of the room..." He replied. Honey continued to eyeball the other predator. "The names Honey housemate." He nodded in head in greeting.

The tentacle moving closer but no hostility on her face. Trust? Trust? Trust? Squid? Octopus? Danger? Friendly? Name? Calypso. Calm. It's attempting to show non hostility. Trust?? Reach. A hand in it's talon form slowly moved forward with the palm turned up to show his non hostility, though due to how violently his hand was shaking it probably looked more like he was readying an attack. Though that would quickly be put to rest when the safer end of the talon was pressed against the tentacle to show what little bravery he could muster towards attempting to gain an ally. A low breath as he tried to calm down and speak in answer.

"僕 の名前 は 空。ああ、私は言語を切り替えました。それは英語で何ですか? えと.." he paused while taking another deep inhale and following it with an exhale. In somewhat broken english he managed to speak again. "Name is Sora. Kanji for Sky. Am Crow." he managed to speak out, as soon as his sentences finished he pulled the talon back to his side while inching towards the lake water.

Silver was none too pleased about there being other people in the dome. It flooded her nose with too many scents and noises. All of it was distracting. Prey and preditor alike were now trapped inside the dome, and Silver had to make sure they knew who was boss, not that she had any intention of helping anyone who didn't want helping.

Prowling towards the house Silver caught whiff of two beings already inside. One was a lion that was for sure. His powerful musk was practically clogging her nose at this point. Huffing under her breath Silver easily shoved open the door with her shoulder, the white tiger walking in past the two house mates with little issue.

Giving a half growl to the man with dark red hair Silver snuffed at the second man before turning her body towards the stairs. She was going to double check on the master bedroom. It had been hers and it would be.

Whrrrrrr

Vio awoke the annoyingly loud sounds of a cage door opening. She was greeted by a large influx of light, her small eyes widening at the sudden change. Her large ears twitched as she wandered towards the door of her cage. The air smelled amazing, and there was something green underneath the cage. Vio took a long leap, seeing as she was in her tiny fennec body, and let herself be consumed by the grass. Her ears barely reached over the tips of the grass.

Perking up on her hind legs Vio took a good look around the area. There were quite a few people around, some talking and others seemingly ready for attacking. Vio picked out a deer calmly sitting there with something black on the horizon. Vio, ever curious, scuttled over to the large predator with no fear. Her large ears flickered as she wandered up to the form.

Honey badger. Reginald chimed inwardly. Ferocious things, but this one was quite... Well. Non-threatening? But he knew better to underestimate them. With some well-calculated attacks, he could have Regi down and out big cat or not. "Where we all will be staying? Prey and predator? This'll be interesting..." He let a pink tongue flicker out and wet his lips. "Not to worry, I'm a friendly lion. Friends, not food." He nodded at Honey's wary gaze. He was sure they still wouldn't be too sure about him, with reason. Reginald was aware that he wasn't the friendliest looking kitten on the planet even without the animal attributes; He wouldn't immediately trust himself either. "Honey? Fitting name. Reginald, but I prefer Regi or..." He licked his chops. "Alpha." Reginald gave a hearty chuckle, baring sharp fangs between smirking lips. "Bwahaha! Just kidding, just kidding, jeez, is everyone around here so paranoid?" They were experiments being toyed about and all shoved together for god knows what and here Regi was poking fun at instinct. He looked up as the door opened rather forcefully, his grin not disappearing at the site of a... Tiger. White Tiger. Judging by his tail language, he was curious at most.

Reginald only raised a brow at the other's growl, blissfully unaware to him filling up the room with powerful musk. Not feeling offended, it was natural animal language, he simply lowering an ear to say he wasn't a threat. "Eh? No growl for him, huh?" He said after her as she went upstairs. "Peh, I got it harsh around here already, but two big cats make for much fun. Better than the lab, am I right?"

Silver was halfway up the stairs when she heard the lion complaining downstairs. Such a royal pain in the ass she could already tell. Huffing again, she moved her whiskers in irritation, her tail whapping the side of the staircase. She turned around, aside from her better judgement, thick paws hitting the ground.

"Unlike him you reek of superiority complex which I don't need while I'm trying to get outa here." She mumbled, her tail flicking irritably. "This place is nothing but a joke, an initiation into civilized life so they can use us as weapons or as luxury pets. Were to be made a commodity." Silver mumbled, her tail swishing. "Stop acting like a horny man. There are more big cats than just us here. And many more animals. You would be wise to put your tail between your legs."
