[BCOLOR=transparent]Wings: Just between Ludwig's shoulder blades, the beginning of a massive pair of white, heavily feathered wings protrude, being about as wide as his shins are tall and possessing a wingspan of about 23 feet (7 Meters). These wings don't disappear by any means, and their primary means of 'storage' are folding against his back, which is clearly obvious through anything that isn't a jacket or heavier.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Regeneration: Ludwig possesses the extraordinary ability to regenerate, however, it isn't as potent as it could be. His body only regenerates physical damage, such as that sustained from a knife wound or falling from a third story window. Anything outside that range, say, a horrible acid burn, would have to heal traditionally.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Enhanced Sight: Ludwig's eyes possess extraordinary 'sight' abilities. One such ability is infrared vision, which obviously lets him see the heat objects give off, whilst the other is 'Tremorvision' which allows him to see vibrations in the air, be it sound, movement, or both. These both occur simultaneously in conjunction to his normal vision, but it doesn't inhibit any other 'normal' function at all.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Appearance: Ludwig stands about 5'6", a little under the average for his age. He is very slim, with thin arms and lanky body. His hair is a dark brown, which is rather straight until the ends, at which case it curls, and he keeps it out of his face with a nondescript light brown hairclip. His eyes are a deep blue and are almond shaped, and the patterns within his iris always seem to be changing.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent] Ludwig generally dresses in a rather loosely fitting blouse of either a very pale pink or blue.[/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] [/BCOLOR][BCOLOR=transparent] The color is mostly due to personal preference, whilst the loose fit is mostly due to it being the most comfortable thing to fold his wings behind. This is generally coupled with a plaid skirt of various colors, usually navy blue and white, which extends down to about halfway between his knee and waist (Which may be in slight violation of the dress code..) underneath that he wears traditional male underwear more so for comfort. Finally, he wears semi-formal brown loafers and white stockings which extend from his foot to right about where his skirt ends, which are particularly plain and don't possess any embellishment such as lace or bows.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Personality: Ludwig is rather reserved, preferring to keep things to himself and take a back seat in larger conversations, if participate at all. Whilst this gives the impression that he's shy, that isn't necessarily the case, as he enjoys interacting with others, it just greatly tires him if it goes on for extended periods of time or involves more than one other person. [BCOLOR=transparent]He also has low self esteem, the two most prominent results of such being his hypersensitivity to any sort of criticism/insults/etc, and his illogical fear of making mistakes, be they social or work related.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]History: Ludwig was born to a simply family of two, a busy, almost always working father by the name of ferdinand, who was a security guard at a local bank, and a caring, stay at home mother by the name of Elizabeth. Raised at home with much care, Ludwig was a healthy baby, and before long he was enrolled into kindergarten. It was here he met his first peers, as he was rather sheltered at home. Unfamiliar with not getting his way, he scorned his fellow classmates, and resigned to playing with blocks by himself in the corner for most of his kindergarten career. It was here his eyes manifested their abilities, but he understood too little of the world to notice, much less care.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Elementary school was similar, with Ludwig opting out of interaction with his peers, preferring to read silently to himself during most of his downtime, however, there was one close friend he had. Her name was Sara, and she, too, enjoyed reading similar stories. they frequently talked of the things they read and whatnot, but before Ludwig noticed, he was moving to another city and moving on to middle school.[/BCOLOR]
[BCOLOR=transparent]Whilst he adapted the same sort of rhythm in highschool, simply spending his free time on puzzles and reading, his fellow students had become more malicious and cruel, and he often felt the sting and bite of the bullying they delivered. This quickly and easily degraded his little amount of self confidence, and at the time he had no true friends. This continued on into his second year of middle school, however, at this point his mother instead chose to switch him to homeschooling. However odd, it was also at this time Ludwig's two other abilities began to manifest, as well as his father beginning to possess greater free time. This led to various discussions between the three, as they decided that keeping Ludwig in homeschooling for High School as well would be best. However, things proved to not be so easy, for not long after he finished 'middle school', a financial crisis struck the family as their house burn down. This resulted in a rather large amount of debt being placed on the family to replace it, and thus his mother also had to adopt a job. Due to the unavailability of homeschool and the issues massive wings may arise at public school, Ludwig's parents decided it'd be best for him to leave and finish his education at Roseguard Academy, be it to make new friends, experience high school, and learn to cope with his differences in 'normal' society.[/BCOLOR]
