Gender You Prefer Playing: I prefer playing male. Although, I can pull off an okay female.
Favorite Genres: fandom, romance ( yaoi / slash, mostly ), horror, drama, fantasy / magical-- that's only naming a few.
Genre You DON'T Like: furries, extremely cliche ones, most science-fiction
Playing Style: I prefer being in the middle of passive and aggressive.

Random Notes: I mirror your post ; meaning, if you type five paragraphs, I'll usually type that much as well. Um . . . I do procrastinate a lot. If our roleplay isn't as interesting, I might take a day or two to reply. Buuut if I don't reply within a week, just send me a notice or something ~. And! Playing Habits: I usually come online at least once a day to check the progress of things like roleplays.
Gender You Prefer Playing: Male. I dislike roleplaying girls.
Favorite Genres: Fantasy, post-apocalyptic, modern, futuristic, academy/school, sci-fi, shonen-ai.
Genre You DON'T Like: Furry, or anything where I have to be something other than human; anything that requires a sexual relationship (I find them a tad awkward now); gore or any sort of torture porn.
Playing Style: I'm probably more aggressive than passive, though I can switch if need be.
Plot Candies: I like interesting plot twists that keep me shocked. I like my roleplays like I enjoy a good book. I'm also a fan of things like betrayal, or a storyline where I can incorporate a little angst or something really unusual into my character.
Character Stereotypes: The flamboyant gay guy, the "out there" enigma, the outspoken loudmouth, stoic rebel, etc.
Character No-Gos: Women. I just don't like roleplaying girls. >_< If I absolutely have to, I guess I'll try. I also hate playing characters with a large sense of arrogance, and characters that are airheaded.
Random Notes: Well…if it's alright with the creator I sometimes like to tie in a sidestory about my character that intertwines with their plot, to spice things up a bit. Only if it's alright with them though, haha.
Scene Sample:

The insurmountable complexity of time, and the overwhelming mystery of space. Alone inside his foggy, imprisoned world, there was nothing to feel except the anxiety for the unknown, and the ever lingering antipathy for the things he did know.
Doomsday inevitability, and nothing ever could have been done to change. An entire world, under siege from the raining inferno. Cities of people, dying by the truckloads.
And so the question remained: Why?
John could only meander foward, cloaked in confusion. Nothing for him to go to, an existence merely the trepidation of his own clumsy curiosity.
"I'm dreaming." He'd tell himself, "I'll wake up soon, it's only a dream."
And yet he could not dream. He was dead. Peering down at his pallid, thin fingertips, John could see no difference in himself. But the truth remained that he was not the John he once was.
But perhaps he couldn't blame the reasoning.
Spreading his fingers out in the air, the heir sighed as the invisible air slipped with a quickening pace through his fingertips. The ebb and flow was his pawn now. He was himself, a dream within a dream. And perhaps with that knowledge, he could break the system that they could not win.

Genre You DON'T Like: I don't like Horror very much unless it has a good plot.

Playing Style: I enjoy playing both.

Plot Candies: Plot twists, Romance, Action, Kidnapping, and of course lots of excellent Characters good and evil.

Character Stereotypes: I like playing a wide range of characters but i particularly like characters with troubled or tragic pasts, the super sweet tomboy girl, the tough but sweet warrior girl, the tough silent guy and of course the insane villain. ;P

Character No-Gos: Characters that are really shy or snobbish.

Scene Sample: "Come into our world...Come. You must help us. We're dieing. Something is wrong, we're slowly becoming nonexistent," a smooth, whispery voice echoed, in her ear as she walked slowly.

"Please, come help us...You're the only one that can now..." the voice continued, sounding almost childlike, but yet so mature. It was a soft female voice, so like the wind that she wasn't sure she had even heard anything.

Her feet were walking gently against the earth, the wet earth. Rain pattered from above, landing among the trees with soft splats before pittering down to the ground. Her porcelain feet were bare.

As if in a trance, her large almond shaped eyes were shifting around, as if she had never seen the path before. This worn path scattered with leaves, dirt, and had trees off to the side. Large trees. Large oak trees that had begun to shed their leaves in turn for winter. Also off to the side, was brush.

Kidnappable?: Depends on the situation, i woulndt mind with any fantasy or sci-fi setting and the only thing i would mind would be something like kidnapped for rape or such.

Saelion was taking a deep breath when one of the patrols nearly stepped on him. Being found now would have been a hard blow for him, not only would his mission have failed but his pride for being one of the best elvish rangers wouldnt allow such failure. As he began to relax his body again he could literally feel his sorroundings around him, the drying leaves that he lay in, the smell of fires the human encampment lit this night and the light breeze that ruffeld the leaves he was lying in. But enough with musings, it was his mission to kill a certain someone in the camp and he hoped that he could do the job with noone noticing him....

Character Stereotypes: All my characters have a different personality.
Character No-Gos: I don't like the super whiny, crybaby type. Definitely a nono.
Random Notes: I'm new to this site- //obviosuly]. I'm nice, weird, complicated and most of my characters are kind of based on me.

Playing Style: Either! I am cool with doing both of those things!

Plot Candies: I enjoy developing characters and being a part of a detailed plot. I also have to say when playing a con-man I enjoy mostly the fact they try to dupe everyone into thinking they are somebody they aren't, and then in emergency situations showing their true nature :)

Character Stereotypes: Character's with a haunted past, occasionally a hero, a crazy, a badass, or a character trying to do the right thing but wrapped up in the wrong decision. I think my favorite character type so far is the gentleman thief or the con-man.

Character No-Gos: Wimps and rotund characters.

Random Notes: I've done quite a bit of RP and enjoy it immensely, in the end I will play most any character needed but those above are my favorites. I am not super picky like some people...Phil...

Scene Sample: Nathaniel gripped the knife, his thoughts obliterated in the swirl of the storm of his emotions. He had never considered what he was about to do as the logical choice, but he HAD no other choice. He could already see the blood on the snow, see her face behind his closed eyelids. His body lurched forward unwillingly. A few more steps and it would end just as quickly as it started. He opened his eyes and looked down upon her, the parka she wore seemed to be holding no warmth as her skin was bluer than the sky above. He dropped to his knees, a single tear dripping down his face. He reached out with the knife, hand shaking. Almost to her throat, and then he did the unexpected. He pulled the blade towards himself, through his ribcage as fast and hard as he could. Blackness upon blackness greeted him.

Kidnappable: Of course.

Playing Habits: Oh, I'm available every day with a wide-range of times. I can absolutely work out a time schedule with you if need be.

Gender You Prefer Playing: Female. But to make a note, not all my characters have had gender specifics.

Favorite Genres: I absorb myself into fantasy and romance, but I love playing the field. I guess I'm not into one genre or another.

Genre You DON'T Like: I have trouble getting into a lot of Sci-Fi, but it's not a genre I can say I dislike. At least not yet.

Playing Style: Both aggressive and passive. I'm a switch, I guess. If the plot needs a bit of a pull, I'll definitely be there to push it along in the direction in needs to be in. I'm quick on my feet and quicker with my fingers. I'm mostly passive when it seems the OP has a great idea of where s/he would like to take the plot.

Plot Candies: Details. And sometimes a sense of surrealism to the plot.

Character Stereotypes: I'm not one to stick with a certain character types. I'm known for, though, my damsel-turn-heroine.

Character No-Gos: I can't do manly men - it comes out looking like a bad stereotype of Marlon Brando.

Random Notes: I'm very loyal to any RPG I join and will play to the very end.

Scene Sample: PG-13

"Do you know what I am, Mr. Burrbanks? I am a feign of the night – a monster, and do you know what monsters do to humans?" Her eyes glazed over, turning a darkly shade of black before advancing towards the frightened man.

She rolled her tongue; her accent breathing heavily into his ears as she pressed those round breasts against his backside. Any other time, he might have been wet, his desires would have overtaken him, but now the dampness between his legs, that seeped through his Armani suit made him all the more ashamed and frightened of the situation at hand

"Tsk, tsk. Pathetic." She callously whispered, glancing down at his front. He coiled at the sound of her voice, trying to escape but only furthering his entrapment.

"I didn't do it!" he cried out, pale and shaking. She looked up at him hastily, freezing him in his place. Her voice was jagged pieces of ice.

"Didn't do what, Mr. Burrbanks? Didn't send your lackeys to burn my store, wreck my home, and destroy the one piece of sanity I have left?" She pushed him into a corner, her movements blindingly quick and nearly as cold.

"Of course not." She purred. "You're as pure as the Mother Virgin, aren't you?"

Playing Habits: I've got an obscene amount of free time on my hands, but within reason, usually afternoons and evenings, EST.
Gender You Prefer Playing: Women are too complex and conniving for me to play convincingly, but I can give the fairer sex an attempt, though most of my creations are male.
Favorite Genres: Fantasy and Modern work well for me; Silent Hill buff I am, horror fits in nicely as well, but isn't a subject that lends itself well to rp, in my opinion.
Genre You DON'T Like: I'm not much a fan of stereotypical rps, and homo-eroticism isn't my style.
Playing Style: Passive aggressive. Either or.
Plot Candies: Romance is big, as is action. I like intrigue, adventure, and a sense of unity above all else. These ideals encompass any genre.
Character Stereotypes: I am a professional Brooder. I brood HARD.
Character No-Gos: Giddy, quirky, curious mage-types.
Random Notes: I've been doing this since I was twelve. Started off in Yahoo Ayenee, my first serious guild being a group of Turks. I play a convincing Reno, if I may boast.

This was going to get bad.

A surge of adrenaline... and perhaps something more sinister... threw Liore into a sprint, knocking aside any that stood in his way. He passed through them like a salmon through the stream, wriggling out of grasping hands and slashing off arms that sought to bind. He was only twenty yards away when the ritualists slapped their hands together, uttering a violent and otherworldly oath that shocked the air around him.

As had happened countless times since the invasion, the charred ground sparked to life in the shape of a firey glyph, and in a sharp instant, a flame-slickend portal between the realms lashed open and vomited a sulpherous being that did not belong. As air caught the fetid gasses pouring from its rocky flesh, the wind stank of brimstone and hellfire. As the flaming, stony elemental raised to its towering height, it released a flame-touched bellow that evaporated its summoners, rock-shaped fists slamming furiously into the earth. The creature had no discernable eyes, but as Liore came to a skidding halt before it, he was suddenly aware that IT was aware of him.

Subtlety be damned. This thing had to be returned to its home, or lives would be erased.

As Liore again spread his stance and called forth the coiling, slithering, icy hatred that had burrowed its way into hi...

Tristess. She was in a tomb of sand, a weeks journey away. She was robed, beautiful, and sad.

It danced on the very fringes of his thoughts, but as so small a pebble can shatter a king's mirror, his mind simply broke. All the want, all the longing came crashing down onto troll shoulders, as surely as an elemental fist closed and came crashing down towards his head.

Favorite Genres: Magical and Fantasy and Romance
Genre You DON'T Like: Honestly, I hate anime. I dislike any of those anime shows, whatever and I don't like animal RPS either.
Playing Style: I'm usually agressive but when I have lits of RPs, being passive is fine with me. Both!
Plot Candies: Romance and magic. That absolutely gets the show stealer. Oh and I like vampires too :) But romances are sooooo cute!
Character Stereotypes: The love-hate relationship girl, the popular hard to get girl, the girl that has trouble opening up, the guy that is the love-hate relationship type, the girl that is rich and finds adventure, the smart girl, the best magical girl, etc. etc. etc.
Character No-Gos: I hate playing the innocent character or the happy ones. Too much happpy annoys me. Also, I hate ones who are stupid! Eerrgh.
Random Notes: I love love-hate relationsips and I usually RP the ones where the character is so depressed or angry at the start then there is a happy ending or a tragic ending.

Delanie looked around the large gymnasium and cleared her throat, hoping the Coach would notice her. She didn't. Sighing, Delanie walked up and tapped the blond haired cheerleading coach. The Coach, Mrs. Newman, turned around and glared at Delanie. "What!" she hissed. "I'm here for cheerleading tryouts," Delanie said nervously and the Coach stared at her.
"Over there, with the others. Get suited up and be prepared to sweat," Coach Newman growled, pointing towards the locker room. Delanie gulped and began to walk over, already sweating.

Playing Habits: I have a job, so I will try and reply to my roleplays as much as I can.
Gender You Prefer Playing: Female.
Favorite Genres: I love: Fantasy, Scifi, Modern, Romance and Furry.
Genre You DON'T Like: Horror and Yaoi.
Playing Style: I'm definitely a passive player.
Plot Candies: I love having romance and pets, sometimes.
Character Stereotypes: I mainly play the average girl next door or the girl with a terrible past. I also like to play animals, sometimes. (Deer, wolves, etc.)
Character No-Gos: I hate playing bad people.
Random Notes: I really don't like when people leave me hanging or give me a terrible reply. So, I just need someone that will actually give me something to write back to.

Playing Habits:i'm usually available on my days off. but during my days of work, i tend to read the posts, and plot out my own so it's easier for me to post the next day that i have off. if it's super slow at work, i'll write it out. <<

Scene Sample: this is from another site that i've role played on. 'Cool air, cold rain. Almost shirtless being, and with nothing to eat nor to drink, Vel slowly started to get more hungrier each time he looked at another human. That was the usual, though. He wanted to fit in so badly, but he wasn't exactly sure if he was able to. He searched around for something that was edible, and something that wasn't human. He didn't want to have to kill in order to get what he wanted but it was in the books when he was changed. His attacks were nothing like they were before, when he was finally able to control some of them. (Not many.) After leaving from the alley way, where he ran into another like him; he thought more about what the man named Marcus had said. "If he ever needed anything, he was free to call him." Of course, Vel needed to have that card that he left behind for him to pick up and put in his pocket. Even though that was Marcus' idea, it never fell through.

While Vel hid away somewhere so Marcus wouldn't see him, he waited until he left. With the idea in his head, Vel went and retrieved the card as he read it slowly, with everything that Marcus had left on it. Unfortunately, Vel wasn't wanting to get away just yet. He wanted to cause a little bit more chaos, in the city before he knew that there was just no place for him to hide anymore. After causing havoc before in the same town Vel kept a low profile and was a good boy for a few months. The last that Vel remembered before he was changed; was that he was robbing a bank. The majority of it was blurry, but he remembered holding a gun to one of the hostages' head, and yelling out 'EVERYONE DOWN!!!'. After that, everything was dark, and he thinks that he had blacked out. The next thing that Vel knew, he was running from the cops; and that's when he ran into another one that was like him. Much stronger but a female. A female that soon had Vel seduced. So seduced that he didn't realize she had bitten him. '

Playing Habits: I try to be on every evening, though it'll often tale a couple to formulat a post. 2-3 times a week, though yeah if necessary I can be faster.Gender You Prefer Playing: Female. Always female. If I have more than one character, one may be a guy, but yeah...
Favorite Genres: Fantasy/ Urban Fantasy/Supernatural, though I'll also go for Sci-Fi.
Genre You DON'T Like: Pure romance. A bit on the side of another plot is fine, I like it as long as it doesn't go too far, even yaoi and yuri, but yeah, when the plot is basically focused on people getting together, I have no interest. Anything else I'll probably at least give a try. Except maybe furry. I don't know.
Playing Style: Hmm, most likely passive, because I'm scared I'll get something wrong, but I can do aggressive, if necessary.
Plot Candies: May seem strange, but ones with different races/sides/classes, that can cause conflict in character interactions, and give opportunities for character development. Oh, and magic.
Character Stereotypes: Antisocial. The level of 'antisocialness' may vary, from just being so shy they prefer to keep to themselves, to outright distrusting/hating anyone and everyone. The distrusting arrogant kind that doesn't want to help at first is most common.
Character No-Gos: 'Girly girls'. Tried, it didn't work. I can try some aspects, but not completly. Anything else I'll most likely at least try.
Random Notes:I'm good at getting distracted, so might need 'reminding'. Also I'll occasionally like making 'unique' characters that fit in with the rules, but differently. Not always though....
