Kase bit her lip, grabbing the knife that landed right next to them. Huh...useful. She held it tightly and ducked down, wondering just how deep the water was. "Try ambushing them. Find a way to the top of the buildings. I distract at least one of them." Came her response. "AYE!" She yelled aloud after turning her mic on. She ran from one pillar hideout to the next, trying to be as open as possible.

nivek went into the comand room and set up the wires in the consol to short them selves then over the mic. "alright i just shorted the comuncations for the masked ones. im heading to the sewers now." he walked out of the comand room and walked as fast as he could trying not to blow his cover. he went to the stairs so he could get to the ground floor.

Okami listened to Kase's words and noticed her acting in less than a minute, "Now it's the time", he said to himself as he sneaked through the waters, trying to find an open to the back of his enemies, he made it to place himself behind them, using his dagger he made it to slash the one shooting in the leg, "Now you are domed", he said as he prepared to give the final blow.

Rant swung his gun across his face cracking his gas mask and knocking him into the water before he could land a hit. Rant used one of the cables to move deeper into the maze where floors seemed nonexistent, walls were gears moved by the rushing water creating a rotating decagon so to speak.

Kasen turned to see Okami fall. She winced, then heard a new voice over the mic. She flipped her's on. "Aye, new kid, do NOT come down here, I repeat, do not!" I stumbled in the water at my feet as I sloshed towards Okami. "Mission objective primary is to find and secure the president!" She shut her mic off, still listening though. She knelt next to Okami. "Are you okay?"

Okami noticed his fail as his enemy avoided the hit, "Tsch", he muttered.
He heard Kase's voice, "I'm fine, let's end with this", he said as he jumped back, he placed himself in front of Kase to protect her from any incoming bullets or attacks from the enemy.
"We must go away from this situation and keep the search for the president", he thought as he looked back at Kase .

Arya was starting to get irritated at her comrade 's lack of dialog. When Kase responded to the newbie, she cringed slightly before cussing. "Great, now I have to recollaborate....Must've been closer to the ______ waterway controls....." She continued to mutter under her breath, getting extremely pissed off. Today was not her day. All of her quirks keep happening all at once. Wasting time, failing to notice the plainest details, it was truly making her mad. And the fact that she had to work with someone was making it worse. Arya hates people, she really does. She tends to stay alone, even out at field, but now she had someone to tag along and after nearly crashing into her, he has been completely silent. It was starting to get to her, and her cool exterior was starting to crack.

"got it" nivek said over the mic then turned the head set off the mouth peace. stopped and turned the other way still looking for the president. he serched the whole 2end floor. "wow this is easy with all the comotion down there i havent seen one person yet." he said to himself as he walked to the center in search.

"Hickory, dickory, dock, The mouse ran up the clock. The clock struck one, The mouse ran down, Hickory, dickory, dock. But, oh wait the clock struck two and trouble began to brew. The cats were all wet, it was quite a SHOCK! The clock struck three and the rat came to find the cats still as rocks..." The outside cables broke off revealing electric wires, the started falling apart revealing a hydroelectric generator apparently it had been charging during the chaos. Rant stood on one of the platforms looking down on the two pulling out a trigger from his holster. "Let's see how fast the cats can run, shall we?" I hit the trigger flooding you into the abandon subway station. Some "helpers" sat on the benches and breezeways with guns, but seemed docile just sort of watching you. The debris normally on it was cleaned off and on the breezeway as well, you notice sparks following the tracks and a trolly car holding a bunch of dogs, too many to count stopped right in front of the hole that pushed you out of there. The speakers spark and my voice booms across Gas Mask City. Welcome racers! To the very first dog run! And hopefully last... Today's racers will be running through my course of: Tazer alley, Bullet Dodgeball, and The Canyon (you'll have to wait for me to explain this particular part). They must complete this 2 mile course to reach the prez! The catch? No weapons! Only ingenuity and their bare hands! As well as being chased by rabid dogs! A guy radios me as ten guys come over and use animal control collars to restrain you while taking your weapons. They release you and give you gloves so you can pick up sharp objects without getting hurt (glass knives=ingenuity). The men back away and I'm radioed again. Fences are put up to protect the audience on the breezeways. Okay let's begin! A man starts counting down loudly from three and tge radio man mimicking letting me know. He reaches three and the dogs are released going straight for Kase the cat girl. And let's hope they're off! Did I forget something... Oh, yes the tunnels beware the three choices some may be ridiculously harder than others! Enjoy! I know I am. (You'll see me relaxing on the breezeway during bullet dodgeball.)

Kase froze, waiting. She felt anger, more anger than she could remember, and adrenaline. Oh so much adrenaline. The moment the dogs were released, she judged Okami forwards. She knew taking her mask off was not an option, so as they took off running she looked for anything that could be in any possible way used as a weapon. As she did this, she spoke into her mic rapidly to the rest of the team. "Mission Override. Team A compromised. Find the President. Team B (Ayra and her partner) and Team C (Nivek) find the president and get OUT! We'll meet up back at Hime entrance if we can. Don't wait-" She said before a crackle and her mic shorted out. She knew it was from the water. She could hear still, the radio worked, but the mic was trash now. Dammit... Hopefully they'll know how to work without a team leader... And two people short. She thought to herself. She knew Okami and herself wouldn't be able to help find the president, but might provide some cover for the others on escape and return.

Arya took a deep breath, trying to calm herself down. She pulled out another map, leaving the other one on the ground with a rock on it, in case her teammate decided to come back into reality. "Hey, newbie, what's your location? Stat. Kase and Okami are in danger, and chances are, the president might be as well. Knowing where you are act can improve their chances greatly. " She didn't wait for a reply, leaving Atlas behind. She had a job to do and she wasted enough time, but she knew that there was no way she could make it there and get rid of any guards and figure out how to help everyone quick enough to lessen the dangers. She needed someone's help to start the process so she could act quickly. As she dashed over the roof tops, different scenarios went through her head. She was planning for everything she has experienced from the sewer rats she hated so much. (Even though she hated everybody to an extent, she just hates others more.)

Okami noticed the situation, the dogs running toward them, the men surrounding the place, he stood up and turned his head to the left making his neck make a "crack" sound.
"Tsch...Kyaha...Kyahahaha, guess things are going to get funny here, you better grab something Kase...Khuhuhuhu", he said with a smile on his face, as he stood up he took a guard position, flexed legs and open arms with one open palm and one closed fist.

One of the dogs rushed toward him, Okami, used his palm to grab the dog's throat before he could bite him, as he did that another dog jumped toward him and bitten him in the leg, but, it didn't affected Okami, it was like his body couldn't feel pain, when he saw the other dog, quickly he crushed his head using his foot.

With his hands full of blood he took a step back, "ISN'T THIS WHAT YOU WANTED?!?!?! KYAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAHA!!!", he was in a mad spread, his "demons" took over control.
"Use this opportunity to attack him" he muttered to Kase.

The "helpers" start firing at Okami to encourage him to run, I am radioed about a girl seen running across the rooftops. Sighing I walk away from the race into the control room of the subway station that has been coverted into my personal office. I sit at a desk drawing up ways on how to deal with the girl on the roofs. I finish handing it to the radioman and slump on a bench waiting for my racers. Topside men in leather colors are walking around with rat eyes printed on their shoulders. They hold various asorts of weapons. Some begin walking out onto the roofs patrolling them all sides watched at all times. An alleyway through the town district leads out of the mess, but straight into the heart of a convulsion of the men. Kids walk around handing out posters of a threat, most of these are discarded. Dogs are then released out of a building feeding into a hole where cheering as if a stadium match was occuring could be heard. There is no shortcuts or alleys to this building. Some of the patrollers start to become suspicious of Arya, but haven't recognized her as the threat because the warning gave no images. (But, If you can't provide evidence of being on the guard you'll be caught. Psst. Get down ask a kid to escort you to the race. He'll take you to where the helpers are and they will take you to the only available spot, by me. Neither of know who the other is)

Arya landed softly on a roof when she heard a slight noise she was all to familiar with. "S***.... I've alerted them somehow..... " She clicked on her mic, saying "Newbie, forget the location talk. I'm changing channels." With that, she changed into the enemy channels, knowing by experience, and started listening in on their orders. To throw off suspicion, she would comment on some of the orders, and even drop in some input to mislead them. She climbed off the buildings before walking up to a child. "....I hear there's some races going on? In the Sewers, right? I'd like to watch, however, I had a late shift last night, patrolling the city for those Ungerground Dogs. I'm a bit tired, and everything looks the same to me, I can't find my way.... Can you lead me to them? The races or sewers would be fine. I'm sure I can find my way then." The kid, falling for her trick, leads her off and soon she's inside the area for the races. She thanked the kid before being found by a guard and being told she was late. Did she look like anyone here? Soon she was brought to a seat next to, conveniently, the hosts office. Gazing down below, Arya looked slightly angered at the abuse her teammates were taking. She would glance over to the box a few times, but knew she had to wait for the right moment to head in there. Soon it came. Everyone started to cheer and stopped paying attention to the area around them. "The girl has been secured. I repeat, the girl has been secured. She had somehow snuck into the races, but she has been secured." Arya played it off well, getting many "roger that"'s. She got up and quietly made her way into the office. Hoping she wasn't recognized, she walked halfway in and saluted, as one of a lower ranking in the army would do. "Sir, the suspicious girl has been captured. She will be brought here soon." She hoped she could play it off long enough to be able to do at least something, but there was no guarantee.

Rant turned in the chair "Then where is she? I would like to speak to her." I close the notebook throwing it on my bed. "Well if she is caught I won't need that." I examine her shoulders looking for my insignia. Then notice she isn't in uniform. I tap a button and "helpers" patrol around my office. I lean forward interlacing my fingers. "Ever hear the saying don't try to BS a BS artist? What is a civilian doing reporting to me? Sit." I radio a guy to come in, he comes in with a hand across his hip saying "T.R.?" "Where is the girl? Bring her to me." The helper informed me of a female on duty informing them, I looked at Arya with disgust. "Ms. Hand over your com. If you refuse you will be shot. As soon as you do so you will be sent on your way." The helper pointed his rifle at you and I pulled out a colt doing the same. The helpers continued to patrol near my door. "Please, we can't keep this city running without it."

Kase ignored Okami, rolling her eyes. What happened to people who just fought like it seemed normal too. She thought to herself, grabbing Okami's wrist. "Let's GO Okami, it's not just a race for the dogs." She said. She noticed a piece of broken glass. Perfect, because just as she grabbed it, a dog lunged for her mask. It clamped down, but after Kase was done with the glass, the shattered pieces everywhere, it had let go and whimpered, limping away. Kase noticed the visor was cracked. She could only half-see. With or without Okami, she had a job, and if he didn't follow, oh well. She turned, bolting down the path. She paused only long enough to kick a rabid dog and pick up a large rusty nail. It looked like it had once actually been part of the subway, but now it was obviously much better for use as a weapon...well, in her eyes. She kept going, muttering to herself about an escape. Weren't there usually maintenance hatches down these subways??

Smoke grabbed both of Vale's wrists, pulling them tight behind her and forcing her to stand. "You're not going anywhere."

Vale struggled, trying to pull away, her voice echoing down the halls, almost dark-sounding because of the mask. "LET ME GO MASK FACE!" She said, kicking backwards, but it did no good, he just jabbed his heel into the back of her knee, making her yelp and almost collapse. He'd hit a nerve. He began pulling her, well...dragging her, towards his room. He knew every way in and out, plus he had cameras everywhere. The only problem: It was on the edge of the building. He had a good 15 minute walk to get there to secure her. That was, until his com went off.
"Commander, we have a minor...problem. They're here."
Smoke's grip on Vale tightened and he pulled a pistol from it's sheath, looking around.

Arya felt the cool barrel of the rifle prob her when she was silent a moment. She looked the man before her right in the eyes, her red ones holding disappointment. "Sir, I cannot take my com off, for that requires taking off my mask and breathing in the toxic air.... I would get poisoned and perish. But if I do not take it off, I am to be shot. It's a loose loose situation for me, and for you. Because with either way, if words get out about you shamelessly killing a civilian of Gas Mask City, you will start to be distrusted. Sir, yes I understand I had lied to get in here, but if I haven't, I would be branded the suspicious one. I know where the girl is..... She's blending in with the crowd, but she sticks out like a sore thumb.... 3rd column 4th row. She's there. Her eyes dart from one person to the next, and when the crowd cheers, she cringes and hides her face. There is the suspicious girl. " Arya had spoken truth, as she had scanned the crowd before she entered the host's office. What she didn't know was that girl actually was part of the Underground, but has betrayed them. She illegally sells weapons made by the Underground to the civilians, not armed forces, making her illegal in both territories. "I often listen into our radio because I want to be able to help when I can, though I cannot be recruited because I am a liability because of my shoulder. As for saying sir, it's a habit."

She started to hear a faint buzzing noise, but she thought nothing of it, as it wasn't all that strong. But as it grew louder, her eyes widened, an, purely on impulse, she pushed the guy before her out of the way, heading to the computer. "I - I don't mean to be rude but.... Are you insane? The air is extremely flammable! I'm surprised we haven't blown up yet! What with those wires sparking and the computer overloading.... When a computer overheats, it does just that! It sends heat into the air, which can create a spark in this environment, and that spark can become an explosion that would kill most if not all of everyone here!" She worked quickly, listening to the different sounds the codes she enter made. She knew she could be shot at any moment, but if they had any common sense, they would understand that it would be an unwise thing to do. Soon she successfully hacked the system and shut down the power, sighing with relief when the buzzing started to die down. She was just trying to prevent an explosion, but she had helped Kase and Okami out as well because the sewers became almost pitch black.

Okami reacted at the actual situation and came back to himself, it wasn't time for fun, he quickly gave a jump back, turned around and started running, this was the time to hold himself and focus in his mission, he heeded to get out of there...and fast, he calm down and took a deep breath, then started watching at everywhere looking for an exit of that near-death situation.

"...Sorry Kase, guess i fucked it up", he said to Kase as he looked back at the dogs chasing them (?)

Kase shook her head, giving him a thumbs up. The lights when dark and she tripped, rolling over. A dog jumped on top of her, and in a moment of panic, she tore the nail through it and shoved it off, crawling backwards a few moments to escape another dog before she was back on her feet. "Let's just get OUT." She said, running again. She didn't like this at all.

Braelynn sighed. It was another slow day at the shop. Her trade was blacksmithing, but she had many competitors who could mass produce whereas she makes everything by hand and make it custom to order. People just didn't want to wait the time necessary for their weapons. The only regular costumer she had was some girl who worked in the Ungerground field squad. She couldn't really see her features, for the girl always wore a hood when she came in, and her face was covered with a black full face gas mask, she most likely heading out or coming in from a mission. The only thing she could see was the girl's dark red eyes. The girl's voice was distorted with the gas mask too, so Braelynn couldn't recognize her voice without the mask. She always asked for various blades, making Braelynn's gun portion fall. She sighed again and closed shop, digging a gas mask of her own out. She didn't like going to an enemy territory for business, but what choice did she have? If she got caught doing her business there, she can be perpetrated from both sides, since she only does business with the citizens, so the Gas Mask forces would arrest her with charges of treason, and selling weapons of any sort to the Gas Mask City was illegal in the Underground.

~~~~
She sat in a crowd, trying to blend in. Braelynn had heard some Underground people have been captured, so she wanted to make sure they were okay. She saw two of the Underground field squad members being attacked by rabid dogs, and she cringed. Do people really enjoy that? Maybe she should ask the hundreds of cheering fans. She tried to sneak away, but was brought back to her seat. What should she do?
