Most computer-literate poets will tell you that RhymeZone is an invaluable source for when you just don't know how to end that last couplet. Or, how about all those times you couldn't figure what rhymes with orange? RhymeZone can help you solve that issue! Anyways, in order to show some love for the poetry community which has given them so much support, they are sponsoring a competition in which ten poets will be awarded $500 USD. All you have to do is submit a poem that deals with the theme of "understanding."
I hope that the people here at Iwaku give it a shot, because I know we have tons of talented poets here. Entries will be judged "on the basis of how thought-provoking, well-crafted, and original they are." Entries must be original, having not received any prior awards.
