Reporting Banner

Forgive me if this is a silly obvious question... but how do you report banners again? One of them has such an awful length : width ratio, it bugs me each time I see it.

Precisely, that's why you don't upload a tall image as a banner, creating a compressed mess of barely-readable shit.

If there is an advertisement that contains inappropriate content or some other rules violation (or leads to an archived section), you can report the thread that it leads to and explain your intention but there is no way to report a banner itself.

You shouldn't report for stylistic, aesthetic choices, however. Even if the banner is hot pink with the most atrocious comic sans font rainbow gradient wordart. We're not going to police banners for their artistic contributions to the world, just rulebreaking.
