Notes
1. Create a new thread in the Registry with your username as the thread title. Tag your thread with the 'Citizen File' prefix.
2. There is no limit to how many characters you're allowed to play. However, be sure that you can keep up with the amount. Each character takes up one post in your thread.
3. A like from me or the Co-GM's stands equal to an approval. We will PM you if any edits needs to be made. It is to your own responsibility to notify us when your character is finished and ready for review. Please give either me or one of the CO-GM's a heads up when you plan on making edits to your character(s).
