hello! i turned 18 back in october 2019 (check my registered birthdate if you need proof, that's my actual birthday) and i need my access changed from bluestar to redstar. i filled out one of the forms for doing so, but i never got a response and i'm still registered to bluestar access despite it being nearly 5 months since i turned 18.

if i could have a staff member get back to me with what exactly i need to do in order to become verified for the redstar channel that would be great! (:

Ah yep, that is the switch over bug that pops up sometimes D: I gotta go hand delete that out of the database. It should disappear today.
