I'd like to confirm if it is possible to recover deleted posts. I read somewhere that it is. If that's the case, how can I do it?
 
As I understand it, once a post or message is gone, it's gone. In respect to the latter, a message is gone forever when all participating users have left it/deleted it from their inboxes. You might get lucky with Internet Archive's Webpage Wayback Machine if you try the specific thread's url.
 
Are you referring to a post that you deleted yesterday? I can probably recover that for you.

In any case, generally user-deleted posts are usually recoverable if they're recent enough.

If there was anything extra, then that part's probably lost then. Don't see any indication of an edit history or something so I can't see what's up either. Sorry about that.
