Thous Trough Fiction Earth Was Reshaped
Basic Synopsis
It stated on October 20 2014 AKA "Arrival Day" with "The Arrival" (20-10-AY) when the 12 "Gates" which defied all laws of physics and which didn't bulge against the rain of ICBMs that humanity fired at them, appeared 50 kilometers above the surface of Earth.
From time to time one of the "Gates" would open and things which, until then on Earth, only existed only in fiction, myths, art or imagination, appeared. Dragons, mages, elves, robots and many more begun to fill the world. To make things even worse each location which appeared would "stretch" the Earth, pushing away what was located there when the location appeared, and soon Earth started to have gigantic patches which sometimes didn't even fit in the climate and vegetation of the area. From parts of Azeroth (Warcraft) to the Academy City (To Aru Universe) many thing begun to appear all over the world.
Now we shall embark upon this world from the small European town of Buje. Today's Europe which is facing grim moments as the sudden appearance of a large part of China from Fallout (from 2050 in the Fallout universe) a few years ago lead to the lost of much of Europe to Chinese forces.
The RP will start in the town of Buje, which severs as one of the transfer and living places for refugees, human or not, from the more northern parts of Europe.
Except for the core of the city (today's Buje) which can be observed using Google Map or another similar service Buje now has also changed as the events of the setting affected the world:
All across the hills around the core of the city before "The Arrival" slums and refugee camps have spawned, reaching somewhere between 20,000-100,000 in population (due to a significant presence of refugees no listed in official files).
A EUFOR base and airfield also have been build north from the town to help control the Alpine area of Slovenia and defend the Sava river valley, one of the rare parts of the Pannonian basin which evaded becoming a mountain region from the Golden Sun, thus becoming one of the key sources of food for the remains of EU.
The valleys around the city have been turned into as efficient as possible agricultural lands, mostly direct consumption cultures like wheat to evade the cost of nurturing livestock.
All industrial facilities have been turned towards the needs of stopping the advances of China into EU territory, AKA they are producing weapons and military supplies.

The eastern part of China, hailing from the Fallout universe 27 years before the nuclear war which lead to the events of Fallout appears north of Scandinavia. In the next 5 years this county used its more advanced technology to push into Europe. EU and allies have been forced to abandon all territory north from the Alps, Pyrenees, Carpathian and the Pannonian mountains (which formed as a result of the previously mentioned Golden Sun event). Small holdouts are still present in the form of the Crimean peninsula and the British Islands.

Important Terms
1. "Arrivals"
"Arrivals" are when the "Gates" open and bring people, locations or whole lands to Earth. When an "Arrival" happens it will arrive at a specific geographic coordinates of Earth and push aside whatever it was until it is reaches full size. This will increase the surface area of Earth, trough from above 50km Earth's surface will appear the same as it was before "The Arrival".
It has been confirmed the size of an "Arrival" is usually connected with how much people know about the thing that is "Arriving". That means that both the Christian Heaven & Hell would almost certainly appear in their whole size. But the random nature of what will "Arrive" is still now showing any sort of pattern or regularity.
2. Those which "Arrived"
Named with different labels, from "Newcomers" to "Portal Scum' those are those which come with an "Arrival". Hailing from different worlds and races if separated from their fellow kin if they manage to survive they usually end up as wanderers which everyone scorns trough in more advanced countries there are efforts to integrate "Arrived" individuals into society, but with limited success if they are not in a large group.
It is also noted that those which "Arrived" are outside of the rule of usual laws of physics. Rather they are ruled by their own respective rules which are related to the fictional universe they come from.
3. The Golden Sun
The Golden Sun is a event that ushered on the end of Golden Sun: The Lost Age and released psyenergy upon the world of Weyard. But when Golden Sun was unleashed on Earth it had a drastic effect - it spawned Pysenergy over the world creating Adepts between ordinary humans and those which "Arrived" showing that the things that "Arrived" can spread their influence both over Earth and each other. It also confirmed that the rules of one "Arrived" are equal to the rules of another "Arrived" showing that for example in the future a person cloud be a immortal vampire, Adept and mage at the same time.
4. The "Stigma" and the "Anti-Arrivals"
Roughly after a year from "The Arrival" non-adults would, in rare cases develop strange moles somewhere on their bodies. At first this was ignored but in 3 RY one of such people showed the ability to negate a magical attack from a Orc Shaman, and many similar reports came in, mostly about defensive abilities like creating shields which blocked all attacks and so on, trough offensive abilities were also witnessed. The strange moles were now renamed "Stigma" and the people with them "Stigma Holders". In RY 5 a new name was also given to the "Stigma Holders" after one scientist hypotheses that "Stigma" and those born with them were a way that Earth was trying to fight the "Arrivals" and "Sigmas" and those which had them were some sort of anti-bodies. From that day the "Stigma Holders" were also known as "Anti-Arrivals".
But even "Stigma Holders" are not enough to stop the "Arrivals" and with each time the "Gates" open the future looks darker and darker.

The war between Dragons and US – Mexico Alliance for the control of California state and peninsula goes on. Russia is heavily burdened by the sudden appearance of many parts of Azaroth, Discworld and Weyard. Europe is stable, for now.

Battle of Walker Pass ends in a terrible defeat of the US-Mexico Alliance, leading to the Californian separation from US which forms the Republic of California which now becomes something akin to a vassal state to the Dragons. The new country also includes parts of southern Oregon and large parts of western Mexican cost.
25 September RY 1 (2015)
1960 Germany from the Fatherland novel appears on the border of the Baltic states and Russia. Chaos erupts as large parts of Europe are ransacked before the EU and Russia can stop and destroy the country. The EU and Russia form the Mandate, a join controlled area, from most of the defeated country.
11 April RY 2 (2016)
"Spark" Project, a project aimed to create weapons against creatures as dragons and mages is started by US and Canada.

Mahora City (Mahou Sensei Negima!) appears in the northern Kanto province. Thanks to the work of several figures, including the dean K.K. and teacher N.S. it is peacefully integrated into Japan.

Under the constant strain of Azaroth population rebellions the Russian Federation splits in two parts: the Russian Federation in the west, which controls European Russia and the area between the Ural and Novosibirsk; the Siberian Union which control Kamchatka, Okhotsk, Vladivostok, Amur and the Yakutsk river valley; the rest of the country becomes a number of small states or falls into anarchy.
15 July RY 5 (2019)
Academic City (To Aru Universe) appears in Tokyo Bay. It quickly starts to cooperate with the Japanese government to keep Japan safe.

A part of Mega City One appears in Everglades, Florida. USA and it come to an agreement and it becomes a state in USA.

Honnouji Academy appears in western Kanto. As with many things which appeared in Japan, a cooperative relationship is stared with Japan.

Futo city (Kamen Rider Double) appears north of Nagoya. It is quickly integrated into Japan.

Gensokyo appears in the Tohoku region, the Hakurei barrier is significantly weakened by the transfer, allowing many inhabitants of Gensokyo to escape to the outside world. Y.Y. strengthens the barrier, but a number of Gensokyo inhabitants escaped, whereabouts unknown, and Y.Y. forces the Japanese government to collaborate in finding the escaped Gensokyo population.

Dragons - Ruling California, south Oregon and much of western Mexico coast, Hawaii and currently marching into Arda (Middle-Earth) from east and north. Their numbers, powerful physical abilities and magic makes them an almost unstoppable aerial force, now complemented with races from conquered territories.
China (Fallout Universe year 2050) - The advanced technology and numbers allowed this country them to conquer much of per-Arrival Europe, crushing it under a boot of oppression and exploitation.

China (Earth) - China from our world.
Japanese Defensive Alliance - A alliance made out of Japan, South Korea and numerous "Arrived" members. Backed up with technology from the Academy City (To Aru Universe), numerous mythological creatures and others the JDA is a major power counter-weighting China in Asia together with India.
EU & EUEPB (EU Evacuated Political Body) - All that remains from EU. Forced south of the Pyrenees, Alps and Pannonian Mountains and with enclaves in the form of Great Britain and Crimea (the rest of Ukraine is now in Chinese hands) only the massive evacuation of industrial capability and civilians after the Fall of Malmo allowed EU to remain a major power.
Note that alongside original characters from this version of Earth you will be able to make original characters - both from existing mythologies or setting and ones created by yourself. You will also be able to play cannon characters if you think you can!
