Name: Aleu
Gender: Female
Species: Wolf-Dog, though curiously more wolf than dog.
Preferred Weapon(s): Fangs and claws
1.She has a strange supernatural power that allows her to have visions of the past or future, as well as read minds. This is shown by her eyes lighting up a bright yellow

2. Being a relatively young wolf, she is very agile and strong, but not by much more than an average wolf

She's very stubborn and brave. She was also disdainful of her wolf blood (though she has by now accepted it). She also dislikes anyone else using improper grammar especially double negatives.
Although she never realized it, Aleu acted more like a wolf than a dog. She had a reputation for being aggressive and had a high prey drive and stronger predatory instincts than a common dog. It is unknown how she developed her prey drive as neither Balto nor Jenna possessed a prey drive. Despite a very emotional blow at the hands of her father, the two reconcile at the end of her journey and she remains very closely tied to Balto despite leaving him perhaps forever. Although there is a chance they may met again someday.

As a pup, Aleu was highly attracted to howling .
In her own words, "Sometimes I just can't help myself." Aleu is strong in spirit and leadership, with all the traits a wolf pack could hope for, she is closely bonded with her father. Though she would never admit it, she loves her father very much though sometimes they can get on each others nerves. Aleu is very outgoing with a tendency to do things without thinking,

Aleu was born to Balto and Jenna within the same litter as her brother Kodiak, and is believed to be the oldest pup.
She bore great resemblance to a wolf more so than her siblings, and also acted more like a wolf unlike her more domesticated siblings.
As a result, she was never adopted. Aleu spent a year with Balto and Jenna, believing that one day a human would adopt her for who she was. When she grew up, she scared Muk and Luk during hide and seek and a hunter took aim at her, mistaking her for a wolf.
Balto was forced to tell Aleu about her wolf heritage, causing her to run away. Balto tries to catch her, on the way he encounters the Totem animals, such as the Fox and Wolverines.
Meanwhile Aleu questions herself on what she's doing, running away with nowhere to go, she decides to rest in a cave to get out of the sun that the Raven (Aniu in disguise) helped her find, in the cave. She hears singing, and follows the sound to a large cavern in the back of the cave, she discovers a mouse named Muru who encourages her to find her destiny, by singing the song Who You Really Are.
Aleu is encouraged and then finding out Muru is her spirit guide, leaves the cave thinking about he had said.

Through a series of spiritual events, Balto, Nava and eventually Aleu herself come to realize with the aid of her spirit guide Muru that she is destined to lead the pack towards a better future.

At the end of her Wolf Quest, she bids her father a very emotional farewell, informing him to deliver her best love to her mother and disappeared with a confident howl across the Bering Sea and has since been thriving with her pack on a land rich with lots of forests, food and adventures.

Epic Disney: Reclaiming the Magic Kingdom! (IC)
Alias: Amara Simh
Gender: Woman
Occupation: Goddess/ Liberator/Huntress
General Appearance:
Artemis is a gorgeous brunette with long wavy hair that brushes just down to her waist. It is usually kept out of her face though, for she doesn't care much for vanity, even if her beauty has been compared to Aphrodite's. Her complexion is perfect and youthful and natural for she wears no jewelry or make up of any sort. She doesn't need it. Why paint a rose? Her figure is thin, but athletic. She is stronger than she may look at first glance. Her hands are calloused and she usually has dirty fingernails from spending so much time outdoors. Of all of this however, Artemis' most stunning feature are her jade green eyes. In the spring time, they are the exact same color as a leaf with the sun shining through it. They seem wild and she would call herself a free spirit. All in all, Artemis is very beautiful, youthful and physically, nearly flawless.
General Personality
Artemis is a bit of a fickle goddess. At times she is very mature for her age and at others, she gives into her innocent, childlike tendencies and smiles and laughs like there's no tomorrow (which, as long as her brother is around, shouldn't be a problem). She can be very competitive, which is why she even joined this long challenge on the mortal plane. Also, she has heaps of courage and maternal instincts. Most of the time though, she is found running wild and free with her animal companions or when the time is right, riding the thrill of the hunt. She is very clear about her morals and is usually very compassionate, clever and honest. But beware, she has a bite to match her sarcastic bark, so to speak. Much like a wild animal, she won't back down if provoked.
  • In the classical period of Greek mythology, Artemis (Ancient Greek: Ἄρτεμις) was often described as the daughter of Zeus and Leto, and the twin sister of Apollo. She was the Hellenic goddess of the hunt, wild animals, wilderness, childbirth, virginity and protector of young girls, bringing and relieving disease in women; she often was depicted as a huntress carrying a bow and arrows. The deer and the cypress were sacred to her
  • The myths also differ as to whether Artemis was born first, or Apollo. Most stories depict Artemis as born first, becoming her mother's mid-wife upon the birth of her brother Apollo.
  • The Iliad reduced the figure of the dread goddess Artemis to that of a girl, who, having been thrashed by Hera, climbs weeping into the lap of Zeus. At poem of Callimachus to the goddess "who amuses herself on mountains with archery" imagines some charming vignettes: according to Callimachus, at three years old, Artemis, while sitting on the knee of her father, Zeus, asked him to grant her six wishes: to remain always a virgin; to have many names to set her apart from her brother Apollo; to be the Phaesporia or Light Bringer; to have a bow and arrow and a knee-length tunic so that she could hunt; to have sixty "daughters of Okeanos", all nine years of age, to be her choir; and for twenty Amnisides Nymphs as handmaidens to watch her dogs and bow while she rested. She wished for no city dedicated to her, but to rule the mountains, and for the ability to help women in the pains of childbirth.
Adonis Myth: In some versions of the story of Adonis, who was a late addition to Greek mythology during the Hellenistic period, Artemis sent a wild boar to kill Adonis as punishment for his hubristic boast that he was a better hunter than she. In other versions, Artemis killed Adonis for revenge. In later myths, Adonis had been related as a favorite of Aphrodite, and Aphrodite was responsible for the death of Hippolytus, who had been a favorite of Artemis. Therefore, Artemis killed Adonis to avenge Hippolytus, who had been a favorite of Artemis. Therefore, Artemis killed Adonis to avenge Hippolytus’s death. In yet another version, Adonis was not killed by Artemis, but by Ares, as punishment for being with Aphrodite.
Aloadae Myth: These twin sons of Iphidemia and Poseidon, Otos and Ephialtes, grew enormously at a young age. They were aggressive, great hunters, and could not be killed unless they killed each other. The growth of the Aloadae never stopped, and they boasted that as soon as they could reach heaven, they would kidnap Artemis and Hera and take them as wives. The gods were afraid of them, except for Artemis who captured a fine deer (or in another version of the story, she changed herself into a doe) and jumped out between them. The Aloadae threw their spears and so mistakenly killed each other.
Aura Myth: In Nonnus Dionysiaca, Aura was Greek goddess of breezes and cool air, daughter of Lelantos and Periboia. She was a virgin huntress, just like Artemis and proud of her maidenhood. One day, she claimed that the body of Artemis was too womanly and she doubted her virginity. Artemis asked Nemesis for help to avenge her dignity and caused the rape of Aura by Dionysus. Aura became a mad and dangerous killer. When she bore twin sons, she ate one of them while the other one, Iakhos, was saved by Artemis. Iakhos later became an attendant of Demeter and the leader of Eleusinian Mysteries.

Character Name: Valentina Amorette
Gender: Female
Guardian Age: Old as Valentine's Day itself
Character Biography---
-An archer of the greatest caliber, Valentina never misses her target. Her arrows only affect those who are open to Love. Otherwise, they are as lethal as any other weapon. Needless to say, she uses her arrows sparingly and mostly on humans....Unless she's trying to hurt someone.
-A quiver of endless arrows.
-She can fly on her wings that she can shrink to the size of her hand (for convenience) When she flies however, they're huge.
-Val is blind, which makes it very difficult to sneak up on her. She has incredibly enhanced senses and the only thing she is able to 'see' is the red string that connects two people who are beginning to fall in love.
-Valentina has the ability to heal various illnesses and injuries only on others (it does tend to exhaust and weaken her)
-Valentina has a special empathic perception which allows her to fully interpret and sense the emotions, moods, and temperaments of others around her.

(Meant for a Rise of the Guardians rp)
Name: May Day Anderson

Alias: Spider-Girl

Hero, Walking-the-line, or Villain: Hero, bordering Vigilante status like her brother. May's super hero persona is also considered a "menace" by the Media thanks to dumb newspapers and magazines.

Age: 15

May is about a head shorter than her brother, but with her petite body comes a big voice. She has chin-length dirty blonde hair and usually bright blue eyes, like her brother's. She has a healthy, athletic build and is usually seen wearing lots of color even when out of costume.

Background and Hero Origins:
May was born four years after her older brother Matthew, (nicknames include Matt, Matty, Matty Matt, Mattie-kins, Mat-Mat) and she's basically been a pain in his ass (haha he doesn't like when she uses bad words X3) since she could breathe. May Anderson is from New York, but she was raised in a small townhouse in Forest Hills with her parents and brother of course. She had a relatively normal childhood though she was coddled, seen as their parents' little angel who was always somehow able to blame her brother for the bad things she did. Her father, Thomas, was a scientist who had been working on some kind of research dealing with cross-species mutation at OSCORP. Her Dad never told her much about his job, but she wals always glad when he could come home. Thomas always warned Matthew that his work could make bad men show up, but May was in the dark for a long time. Nobody wanted to scare the baby girl, though she was clearly mischievous enough it would have done her some good at the time. She was never sneaky enough to look at Dad's notes though. He always kept his office door locked in a way that she couldn't pick it. Not that she was all that crazy about science and math. She just couldn't resist her curiosity. Most of the time, Thomas was off working at the OSCORP Building, so his family rarely saw him except on weekends. May's mother, Vanessa is a local dentist. She was also constantly working, but whenever the family managed to get extreme periods of time off work, they would spend it together to try and make up for lost time.
Matt kept her pretty informed about their Dad's death when it occurred, especially when she told him about what she heard after the accident at the hospital and from the news. She had stayed by his bedside with her Mom as often as possible. She was 11 at the time, but she refused to allow anyone around her to sugarcoat what had happened to her family. Matthew sometimes tries to explain to her how he got his powers, but she knows it had something to do with the incident when he was 15, and that's pretty much all she needs to know. He always goes into all this scientific detail and she gets bored and interrupts him, usually with a commonly asked question: Can we go fight some stupid criminals now?

May has always been pretty charismatic and though she can be devious when she needs to be, it's always in good fun and never to hurt anyone, really. So she's always had a big circle of friends and was always wrapped up in some sort of drama until a certain point in middle school. She's currently attending Midtown High School as a sophomore. It's where her brother graduated from so she has some of his old teachers and she despises when her Science teacher expects her to know all the answers and her math teacher compares her to Math-geek Matthew. Sometimes it sucks to be the younger sibling, but at least she has more friends than he does, some of which are newer friends thses days, including Shiela Fields, Christine Batson and Jemma Cobett. She loves participating in the school plays and musicals so she has good friends from that and some from her art and spanish class too.

Remember that certain point in middle school when she let go of the drama and a lot of her "friends"? Yeah that was because she was kidnapped by the Spider-Queen when she was 13 and trapped in a freaky cocoon that messed with her DNA as it meant to kill her slowly. SpiderMan saved her though. He got her out in time and she ended up with powers much like his, considering they came from the same type of arachnid. She discovered these abilities when she was helping her drama teacher organize some scripts and a couple of them stuck to her hands. And wouldn't come off. She ran home freaking out about how the drama teacher's gonna think she stole them and Matt was the only one home at the time. Luckily or her, he was the one person who knew and understood what she was going though and her powers developed as he taught his little sister the ropes and how to keep her secret.
He explained about his connection Arachne (the same woman from Greek mythology who challenged Athena and was turned into a spider) and that Athena has tasked her with training Matthew to become a ‘Web Warrior’, an ancient hero tasked with preserving the ‘web of life’ (the Web Warriors weave the web and those who would destroy it will ultimately destroy the natural order of all things). As exciting as it was for her to find out she has superpowers and her brother is SPIDER-MAN, he made sure she took it seriously by telling her what Arachne had told him: that his powers were a tremendous gift and to not use them for the preservation of his world would be selfish. He also told her the most important phrase she must remember as Spider-Girl. A phrase she treasures because her father said it: “With Great Power, Comes Great Responsibility…”
So even though she loathed being compared to her big brother in most things, she decided to follow in his footsteps and become a Web Warrior too, even if her powers came from a villain instead of a Goddess. For her father’s memory, May would fight for the good of mankind.

She became the one and only Spider-Girl.

With a little bit of guidance from Matt, she made her costume kind of like his (she has good sewing skills from making costumes for plays at school). Eventually, when he trusted her enough (and he knew he could no longer keep her from fighting crime with him) he made and granted her with a couple of silver wristbands that serve as artificial web-slingers like his, though she can't make natural webbing like he can. She loves fighting bad guys because she makes it fun and though she isn't sadistic about it, she does tend to enjoy messing with the criminals she goes after. Matt also makes it fun because he's always so sarcastic and hilarious, but she would never tell him that.

  • Wall Climbing: basically meaning she can make her fingers stick to things better than krazy glue when she wants them too.
  • Web Slinging (via silver web cartridges/web shooters): you get the idea
  • Enhanced Speed & Agility: Here's one thing she knows she can do better than her brother. She's smaller (fits into smaller spaces) and faster, more agile and limber. He doesn't let her forget that she doesn't surpass him by very much though.
  • Enhanced Strength: Okay she could probably lift a truck full of money, but she's definitely not as strong as Spider-Man. She's just too little and doesn't have the muscle mass. She might, when she's older, but for now, she can't even beat him in an arm-wrestling contest.
  • Enhanced Eyesight & Night Vision: Pretty self-explanatory.
  • Immunity: (never really been tested as no one's really tried to poison her) She doesn't know she has this, but she's mostly immune to all poisons and drugs unless given in very large doses.
  • Venom Blasts: She can focus her bioelectric energy into "venom blasts" sufficient to stun or kill normal humans (she's obviously never killed anyone though and only uses them when needed).

Weaknesses/Tragic Flaw:
  • Bullets, Knives, Mind Control, Having his power's sucked from his body, Explosions, and pretty much anything that would kill a normal human being.
  • Her Wall Crawling ability works through thin layers of cloth, such as the fabric of her costume, but not through materials such as the soles of shoes. When May needs to crawl without changing into the costume, she has to remove her shoes first.
  • Venom Blasts tend to drain her energy a lot because she doesn't practice them much and she rarely has to use them in battle.
  • She wouldn't admit it, but Matthew is her biggest weakness. She'd do anything to make sure he's safe, though he's really annoying when it comes to being overprotective of her.

Occupation: Student

The boots, mask, and gloves of her costume can be folded up and stored inside a purse or her backpack or even her pocket while the remainder is usually worn under her civilian clothes (for the weirdos and fellow feminists out there, she rarely wears a bra.)

May walked up the steps to the door of the house where she lived with her Aunt, Uncle, Mother and annoying brother..and promptly slammed the door closed behind her. She was not in a good mood.

"May, is that you?"

"NO it's your best friend, Mr. DinkleBear!" She stomped up the stairs, grumbling about how absolutely stupid the list was and undertstudies don't get any credit anyway... grr.

"Oh good, I thought it was my bratty sister." He smiled at her as she walked by his bedroom door towards hers. She glared, but before she could take another step down the hallway, Matt called out ot her, "Hey c'mere I just finished writing my own theme song, you wanna hear it?"

"Too bad."

*3 minutes later*

"I know right?"

"I just realized.."

"That I'm a musical genius? Yeah I know."

"That you're a boob."
She walked to his door and looked over her shoulder at him.
"You're...the biggest dork I've ever met. Ever. I'm so sorry you were born this way."
She sniffed with seemingly honest pity and giggled as Matt through a pillow into the hallway after her. He missed and she forgot about being listed as the main female character's understudy in Midtown High School's Production of Shrek. Matty always had a way to cheer her up.

~Later at night...~

A petite shadow crept along the walls of a dark hallway with some doors on either side. The shadowed figure was silent as she crept along in her red and blue suit, already wearing her mask and everything. She opened Matt's door upside down, then crawled in on the ceiling while he played computer games or something. Everyone else was asleep, so she simply lowered herself upside down like a spider would, blocking the screen from her brother's view with her head. He sighed. She showed him crossed fingers with one hand. It was a signal between her and Matthew telling him that she's going out to patrol. He promised her once that as long as he told her when she was going out as Spider-Girl, he'd cover for her if one of the adults woke up. Because she doesn't like not having a spider-sense like he does, she likes to do night patrols on occasion, just to reassure herself that she can do some crime fighting on her own, even if they're not even dangerous enough to be on Matty's radar. But she likes the nights best when she can just swing free and the night is peaceful (even in the city that never sleeps).

The web lifted her back up to his ceiling and she just crawling out the window when Matt spoke again, quietly.

"Be Careful."
"Yeah, yeah yeah..."
May smiled and leaped off into the night, webs slinging in her flight through the city. However aggravating any stress or problem was, May could always count on this to give her a happy rush of endorphins and freedom. As much as having to hide these powers from her best friends totally sucks, she wouldn't trade them for the world. They've become a part of her and she couldn't imagine herself without this feeling of wind rushing past her ears and cars and taxis honked below in the streets while she swung--flew-- through the night onto rooftop after rooftop, scanning for trouble with quick blue eyes.

Sure I'm just doing my job, but who says I can't have fun with it?
Spider-Girl thought, flipping and soaring and smiling endlessly.

The Ultimate Comic Book Roleplaying Universe: Dark Reign (OoC)
11 yr old Princess
Grave's Disease

RP: The Girl in the Crystal Ball
Rue Benette
Gender: Female
Age: 16
General Appearance:
Rue is pretty short at About 5'1 and slim. Her eyes are normally turquoise but They darken to violet when she's in the middle of a 'vision'. There are only a select few people who see her smile.

General Personality
Most of the time Rue is honest and sweet, optimistic and soft-spoken, but there are times, though rare, that she snaps. She becomes very blunt and extremely altruistic in high stress situations, especially if someone she cares about is in danger, no matter how minor. Rue is independent and stubborn sometimes and doesn't like taking help from anyone. It is difficult to earn her trust. The struggle to evade the darker part of her mind has a taken a bit of a toll on her, especially when she sleeps, but she hardly ever lets it show.
Is it ever gets too bad when she's alone, she'll read to distract herself. It's also a nice pastime even when she's not upset, so she reads pretty much whenever she has the chance to pick up a book and when she has free time in which she's not reading, she's daydreaming or making comparisons between her few friends and her favorite characters.

Rue has been an orphan her whole life. The orphanage she lived in was nearly always overcrowded and she was always kind of an outsider. The kind no one ever wanted to adopt. She could never understand why her parents never wanted her but once the kids around her started teasing her for how weird she was, she kind of figured it out. Rue was...lost. And for awhile she couldn't understand why she was even alive anymore. It was a dark time in her seemingly pointless life and that's where her secret comes in. It's pretty much the sole reason she tends to close off her heart all the time. Rue once got so bad that she tried to bleed herself out once. There weren't many other options that would free her from her existence on earth in the orphanage, so slashed wrists would have to do. If only she hadn't been caught, dripping crimson blood all over the tile and everything. The scars are still pretty obvious, at least on the wrist without the wristband showing all her school color and rank. She isn't exactly sure how the people from Brewster's found her, but they did and of course the orphanage had no problems getting rid of another mouth to feed. Especially a 'mentally ill' one. And that's when her life changed, though right now, she isn't absolutely sure it was for the better. As a prisoner, she's being used for what she can see. And she hates it.

Character Biography
Psychosis: Depression
Psychic Type: Natural

Psychic Power: Melloespy? Aka Precognition
Rue has a specific sort of..mental list in the back of her mind that she can add or remove from whenever. That list consists of the few things that she'd like to 'watch' daily. These things could be people, places or things. On a normal day, it's just the people she really cares for, though on some occasions, she watches the whole Brew facility as an institution, not the people in it.
By watching, Rue means to say she keeps that list for the things she's capable of watching the future of. She cannot, for some reason see her own future though. In the lab, she can concentrate enough on the things they want her to and tell them of the brief flashes she gets of those things. The near future of them that is. Sometimes she gets involuntary visions that come unpredictably and painfully at any given moment. Those usually last much longer, almost two agonizing minutes of the future (most of the time) of one of the things on her list. Those are rare and hardly ever consist of things in the long term future.

Broken Mirrors - IC
Before the Looking Glass
Character Name Colette
Gender Kyne Female
Age 19
Occupation Trained Kyne Sex Slave (paid with cage and food)
Knows her way around a ship
Very bright
Being caged again
General Personality
Though she seems like the submissive, shy and quiet type, Colette has not completely lost her spark of rebellion. She hopes to one day seek vengeance for her parents now that she's slighter older than the young slaves sick men look for these days. She'll escape someday she knows. And it won't be by fighting. She has to be sneaky, bide her time, watch and listen. It's how she's survived so long. How she learns. And knowledge is definitely power around here. She doesn't, however, have much of a sense of dignity or any sort of belief in love. She's too cynical for that, but you would only know that if you listened to the sarcasm in her head. Her blue-grey eyes only show mystery.
Born on one of the lesser known islands off of the Council of Oreska, Colette has never known any form of a life of luxury. Her parents, Joseph and Kara, weren't very well off and her father had a terrible gambling problem that only grew worse as she grew older. From the time she could understand instructions, she'd been working to help them. Being an island, she could always find the odd job around the ships on the docks. She knows nearly everything about the dirty work that needs to be done on a docked ship, no matter what kind it is. She spent enough time around there that she concocted a dream of traveling the seas. It almost seemed like it could come true when she got old enough...that is, until she turned 12. During one of the winter months, the weather was colder than normal and the house didn't have enough firewood. While on a trip to go get some for her parents one night, some of the gamblers who had known her father had not yet paid his debts found her and brought her back to to her house. Despite her efforts to get free, she was forced to watch the thugs kill her parents when they fought to get to her. Needless to say, they couldn't pay to set her free.
So those who murdered her parents ended up selling Colette to a trader heading to Blackwater. She was sent in chains, beaten into submission and forced and trained to become a sex slave. Nothing much has changed since then, but she has the faces of those men permanently stuck in her memory and her thirst for vengeance has been boiling in her blood ever since.

RP: Blaggards: A Swashbuckling Tail

Name: Anya Cahill
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Occupation: Volunteers at animal shelter
General Appearance: Anya is small: 5’1. And definitely underweight. Yes, she still eats, just not as often as she should. She’s obviously skinny and sorta palewith small hands with little scars on the heels of her palms because of how often she uses them to catch herself when she falls, or rather, pushed and tripped.
General Personality: Timid, cautious, clumsy, submissive, quiet, reserved, altruistic, emotional, and misunderstood
Anya was fine a few years ago. Yeah her parents weren’t always around because their jobs keep them busy. Mom’s a software engineer, dad’s a lawyer sort of thing, but until 9th grade, everything was fine. Anya didn’t have many friends because of her bashful tendencies, but the two she did have were everything to her. Beth and Josie.

But then she had to move. Her dad, Jackson, was given an opportunity to work in a better law firm and they had to move far away from her old friends over the summer. Her parents, thinking they could end her complaints about moving away with money, bought her a ferret. And for a little while, that helped. Anya has always been an animal lover and she took care of Tigger the best she could even if she couldn’t start high school with her best friends by her side like they had planned. It was still summer time when they got a phone call. The home phone rang and her parents weren’t home so Anya picked it up and surprisingly, it was Beth’s mom. And she was crying. She was told that her best friends were in a car crash. The two of them were in the backseat of Josie’s mom’s car. Going to the beach. And they got hit by a big truck. The driver wasn’t paying attention and the three of them died on the scene before the ambulances could get there.

And Anya wasn’t there. She wasn’t there! She couldn’t do anything to save them and now the only one she could depend on was Tigger. Starting high school a few weeks later was rough. Coming from a middle school that was from a completely different state made sure she wouldn’t make any new friends the first day. She was instantly labeled by the black clothes she wore in mourning. Her silence made her ‘creepy’, her shyness made her ‘weird’ and her memories, the ones that made her cry and excuse herself to go to the bathroom, those made her a crybaby. And no one ever even asked. Not even her parents. To this day they know nothing of what happened to her old friends and she knew they wouldn’t ever drive her to go to the funeral. Which only made her more guilty for not even asking. As the long days passed, she grew more and more withdrawn as the teasing started. One day, she brought Tigger to school with her because the maid who comes over once every two weeks to clean the house is allergic. She tried to keep him well hidden in her backpack. Apparently, she did so much too well. No one noticed the little rodent and one beefy dude she’d accidentally bumped into slammed her against the lockers too hard. Tigger’s skull cracked and some of his blood still stains the inside of her backpack. Because she blames herself, her hands are also stained in blood. He died instantly. Just like Beth and Josie.

It seemed like everything that had ever happened to her had been so out of her control! Her parents moved her away, her friends died in some stupid car crash, the maid was allergic to ferrets or rodents or whatever and that buff jerk chose that specific day to let his temper flare. It wasn’t fair. None of it was fair. All she wanted was a choice for once. Some control. And the first time she brought that razor to her wrist in the middle of her ninth grade year, she had it. Control over how deep she cut, how much blood she released, how peaceful she felt afterward. The endorphins that rushed through her after her skin sliced open were the best way to calm her panicky heart and guilty conscience. Anya freed herself that way. And the better she felt the more often she cut herself open. And of all people who could have eventually found out, it was a stupid kid in gym class. Not her parents, not the maid, not even one of her most frequent bullies! Just a girl who loved to gossip. And the rumor spread. From then on she was not Anya or crybaby, or even a nonentity. She was Cutter Cahill, the school punching bag. And did it ever stop? Of course not. She deserved it.

Extra: She used to love the beach and chick flicks and singing… but she could never go to the beach again. Or watch a sappy girl movie. Or even sing. Because she couldn’t do it with her friends. There was nothing in her anymore. Just an empty shell of a person with thick white scars and scabs on each wrist.

She's shy and cautious, but once you get to know her, she's very empathic and precocious, the kind of friend that's loyal to a fault and goes out of her way to make them smile. She rarely stands up for herself but when it comes to defending those she cares about, she's intensely altruistic and the offender better be careful because taking punches taught her how to throw one too. Most of the time she's pretty easygoing though and when she's focused on something, it's hard to pull her out of it, especially if it's a creative endeavor of hers.

Will discuss with Genderbent Callie's Player

Sketching: she's pretty talented at it but most people wouldn't know because she's very protective of her sketchbook and showing even one of her drawings to someone else is very rare.

Rikki "RC/Arcy" Celta
Age: 23
Gender: Female
Orientation: Bisexual
Camper or Councilor: Councilor
Rikki is a short gal standing at about 5'1 with a tan complexion of Native American descent and bluish-gray eyes as well as fashion sense that's a little out there. She also has a few scars here and there from all sorts of things in her past. The most prominent are the ones on her back, but they aren't obvious unless she removes her top. Rikki has these scars and this tattoo on her wrists accompanying small hands with short fingernails.
Thanks to her ability and the way she's learned to use it, Rikki has grown to exude a warm, comforting personality type. The sort that welcomes everyone with a near-maternal smile and boundless compassion to match. It is close to impossible to get her angry enough to lose her temper or raise her voice, at least to a degree that others would notice. She's also pretty quirky and easy to please, though some tend to see that side of her and forget how observant and precocious she truly is.

Pathokinesis the subtle ability to sense the feelings of others and alter them according to her will. With it, Rikki can
  • Physically change the emotions of others by manipulating endorphins, adrenaline and pheromones instead of providing a false alarm to the mind.
  • Manipulate the level of intensity people feel emotions, for example calming someone long enough for them to fall asleep or detecting and influencing hostility in order to use it to her advantage.
  • More easily resolve a tense situation peacefully
  • Lighten/darken someone's mood
  • Offensively/Self-defensively cause a spike of fear or confusion in a fight or altercation so as to disorient her opponent
  • Sense pain and heal physical wounds
  • Range: The physically closer she is to another being, the easier it is to manipulate them. She cannot affect anyone beyond a radius of about 100 ft
  • Time: The emotion she creates can only last for as long as she is around and most of the time, less than that, since she cannot keep up the influence indefinitely.
  • Proximity: She cannot heal another without physically touching them and even then, the wound is transferred to her (though to a slightly lesser degree)
  • Large Crowds: Rikki is unable to completely turn off her ability to feel the emotions of others around her so receiving intense emotions from a large group all at once can be very overwhelming and possibly painful for her.

Rikki grew up pretty normally in an average family with her parents and an older sister named Rose. Up until Rikki turned thirteen, everything was fairly simple and her powers didn't come in until the day half her family was murdered. Her father had been involved in some illegal business transactions and one day, while she was home with her mom and sister, the three of them were kidnapped and put into a hostage situation as a threat for her father to pay their assailants some 'money long overdue'. Her mother and sister were both killed with a gunshot to the forehead, begging to be killed instead of Rikki before the police arrived to find her unconscious with the two masked men who had died due to cardiac arrest. Rikki's father was arrested while she was sent to a psychiatric treatment center as a ward of the state. Her powers had been triggered when her mother died in front of her, so she felt the emotions of her sister and her killers when she was killed as well, pushing a desperate and highly volatile Rikki to unwittingly strike potent fear into the nervous systems of her assailants, which caused dual heart attacks that killed them and left her unconscious in the aftermath. However, she was the only one to figure out what really happened since she had to learn what she was capable of within the white walls of a trauma center, feeling the damaging emotions of other patients along with the curious analyzing therapists trying to understand why she was only getting worse instead of better. It was the worst place a pathokinetic could possibly stay, but she kept her powers a secret from her caretakers, fearing what they would do with her if they found out what she could do. When she was told her father had been released from prison at age seventeen, she managed to escape the treatment center to try and find him since he had refused to visit her (presumably because of guilt), but she never did. She got by on her own, sometimes on the streets (where she learned she could transfer wounds and use her powers offensively), but her abilities also helped her get jobs, legitimate ones so she could get a place to live and even take classes at a community college--mostly on psychology--until she found out about Camp Rising Hero and applied to work there, hoping to help others like her as she has now since she was 21. Having worked at Camp Rising Hero for two years now, she knows most of it like the back of her hand and she's heard all kinds of stories from the kids she's looked after, listening and empathizing with them the way no one else really can.

RPs: Camp Rising Hero
Magic Camp
Age: 17-22
Appearance: light azure eyes, short stature (5'0), fair skin, dark and kind of wavy hair
werewolves have human lifespans
  • They don't have any magic besides being able to heal rather quickly if they concentrate on the wound (a deep cut heals in a minute if the werewolf is not to exhausted at the time)
  • they have to turn into a werewolf on full moon nights (this character tends to go a bit out of control on those nights, but that's up to you with your character)
  • Our characters are packmates, meaning when they turn into wolves, whether at will or because they got really angry, they can speak to each other telepathically. But speaking to your character in wolf form would be impossible besides non verbal cues unless our characters accepted him as part of their pack.
  • Only male werewolves carry the virus in their saliva that can turn a human into a werewolf by biting them. (males also tend to be territorial, protective and dominant, fighting for power to be alpha, but that's also up to you when it comes to personality and stuff)
  • Werewolf wolf forms are larger than regular wolves, but also depend on human height. So in our case, RebelRock's character would be the tallest of all three of us as wolves, considering yours' stature and mine. I assume my wolf would be the shortest though
  • Wolf eyes remain the same as human eyes for all werewolves
  • Heightened senses and nightvision as humans

Name: Ember "Em" Corvin
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Occupation: By day, a graduated student on her way to becoming an ethics professor. By night, a nightwalker slayer
General Appearance:

Character Biography
Ember is one of the most argumentative, witty, stubborn, blunt and tough women you will ever meet. And that is exactly what she wants everyone to believe of her as well. It's not exactly a mask because she allows most of her emotions out in fiery displays and if she could be, she would be honest. But her life just doesn't work that way. Never had. never will. Her mother was from England and on a trip to America, met her father. The only thing that kept her in the states was love so when she later decided his neglect and abuse was getting out of hand, Ember was dragged to England with her mother. London to be precise. It took some getting used to, but it was better than where they used to be. No one, and she means No One except her mom knows about her father and that he used to hurt them. She has scars now, in too many places to count. Of course not all of them were from her 'daddy'. Once she met James and he taught her about the Vampiric world they lived in, well, her double life began to reemerge. At first, in the states, it was the separate lives she lived in school and at home. With James it was the one she lived at night and the one in the day. Either way there were secrets and lies. For the sake of what she calls justice. And Ember definitely has a strong sense of justice and compassion.

RP: The Island of Clouds
Character Name: Brooke Delma
Gender: Female Mermaid
Age: 17
General Appearance

Eyes: hazel
General Personality:
Brooke had always been an on-her-own, independent sort of girl. Of course she had friends, but they never seemed to get too close. Even she was a kid, she liked to do things by herself and if not, she was with friends that played pretend and nearly forgot her name in favor of the pretend ones they'd come up with. Brooke is always more interested in the lives of others than her own. At least in conversation. She doesn't like to reveal too much if it's not needed. So she's very compassionate and sweet around those she truly cares about. Brooke's temper rarely flares unless someone or something is in trouble and she has to fend off cruel people. She's lived in the same old small town of Kense, Florida for as long as she could remember. It was right along the coast and she was glad of that too. When her mom was still alive, she would tell her stories of the sea and all its mysteries. But unfortunately, an accident happened after her shift at the Marine Wildlife Rehabilitation Center. Trying to protect the marine life in overtime, she was putting up canvas protection in the raging wind and rain. But something came loose and she got hit too hard on the head. Brooke was 13. Her dad is sympathetic enough and certainly cares about her, but ever since that day, it seems that his daughter resembles his wife a little too much. She never catches him staring at her too long. It must be too painful.
Brooke has pet fish she loves in her room and she's pretty sure that there never comes a day when she doesn't spend at least ten minutes on the beach or in the ocean.
Or exploring Maeko Island.

RP: A Tail of Two Hearts
Character Name: Ivy Dessitell
Gender: Female
Age: 20
Occupation: Dancer
General Appearance:
Ivy was always a bit small, only growing to 5'2 at age 20. She has bright green eyes that never lose that sparkle, her will to survive and a little black beauty mark on her upper lip. The redhead is a very fit dancer who always managed her weight because of the pressure her ballet teacher would put on her to stay skinny pretty so her hip bones stick out just a little. Though she does love many different types of dancing as well.

Character Biography:
Ivy was always a pretty, happy girl who was passionate about everything she did. She can be very clever, but cautious and a bit shy. Unless onstage. Ever since she was little, she loved to dance and sometimes did quite a bit of sketching.
Dancing was the best way for her to express herself and her dance company members were like sisters to her.

But then the invaders arrived. Everyone was paranoid about the people taking over the American government. It seemed to have been going on for awhile before the media allowed the public to be aware and incredibly afraid. And then the US fell. So quickly like a blur. Ivy had been on a spring break with little brother and parents when the gunfire started. She was instantly herded to the cellar with her kid brother and despite her protests, her parents stayed out to protect them. She heard them die. Their screams and last breaths on the cellar door which was hidden in the floor.

She was on her own with her 12 year old brother for awhile and eventually, Ivy and Zayne joined a nomadic group that hid well and took care of each other. But then one day they were found. And Ivy was the only one who survived, kidnapped, bound and gagged to a terrifying work camp.

Character Name: Cassandra Emilie
Gender: Female
Age: 25
Occupation: Booktique Co-owner
General Personality:
Cassie has always been considered a little weird or strange, but that's mostly because of her ability. And that gift as her grandmother had called it, has shaped her whole life, who she is. Cassandra is incredibly compassionate and sweet, altruistic to the max. She genuinely cares about others and their troubles, occasionally making her seem naive. She is definitely a dreamer. She is clever though, and always seems to give the right advice. No matter what the problem, she'll always be there for anyone who needs it.
Ever since she was old enough to walk, Cassandra has been able to see and communicate with the dead, more specifically, those who need assistance crossing into the light, a mysterious and wonderful gateway where all the accepting dead go.
She has known her responsibility to help them get there for a long long time now, for her grandmother had taught her everything she knew. The gift had skipped a generation, therefore her mother was always bitter and overprotective about it. She knew how risky and detrimental this ability could be and didn't want her daughter to be lost to her too. Cassie's father had left when she was just five years old and to this day she doesn't know where he is or even if he's still alive.
In this way, she was always closest to her grandmother who has read her stories of all kinds before she passed away when Cass was 17. She now owns a bookstore in Deltra City now with another woman named Delilah and stays in an apartment not too far from there, continuing to help the dead cross over whenever she can.

Character Name: Hope Arella Grayson
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Height: 5'3
Weight: 116 lbs
Occupancy: Full-time student (of many things)

Personality goods:
  • Good-natured and kind to those around her, even strangers
  • Playful, sarcastic and charismatic
  • Confident in herself and sets a good example for others
  • Honest and Intelligent enough to know when to tell the whole truth

Personality bads:
  • Too competitive and stubborn to a fault; often won't take no for an answer
  • One-track mind: when she starts something, it is difficult to let go of and even if the situation goes awry, she cannot leave anything unfinished
  • Sometimes too confident in herself and gets herself hurt, forgetting her handicap
  • Her parents
  • Her human friends, Alyssa, Jean and and Alex
  • Juniper, her cat
  • Grandpa Batman
  • Music (synthpop and alt.rock) and playing the harp
  • Thai food and Tea
  • Combat training--especially obstacle courses
  • Reading, braille and audio books-namely, realistic fiction and philosophy
  • English and Psychology at school

  • Lying, senseless drama, and gossip
  • That her parents won't let her fight with them yet
  • Noticing when her blindness actually put her at a disadvantage or when others use it to their advantage
  • Jelly; peanut butter is fine though
  • Magic Studies and Meditation
  • That she'll never be half as good a hero her parents once were
  • That she could unknowingly hurt someone with her powers
  • The ocean

Empathy and Projection: She has the psionic ability to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, and where they are in relation to her. However, she can also project her own emotions into other people, sometimes unintentionally when very stressed.

Healing: Hope can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce complete and rapid healing for them, and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm, though it takes longer.

Telekinesis: Though she doesn't often use it, Hope can merge a small part of her soul-self into objects in order to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self; hence why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects rather than people. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though it ranges well into hundreds of tons, allowing her to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement. Whenever she takes control of something, it is covered in the same white energy that composes her soul-self.

Potential Astral Projection: She's not very good at it yet, but she has briefly been able to invade another's mind and affect the physical world as a manifestation of her soul, which looks somewhat like a dove

Memory Absoption: The few times she has experienced this, it has been unintentional, but occasionally, she can absorb the memories of another person, even if they themselves weren't thinking about it. Usually when that occurs, the other person senses that memory at the forefront of their mind (they don't lose it) and she sees it clearly in hers. Twice it's happened via touch and thrice in dreams.

Agility/Combat Proficiency: Trained by Batman's prodigy himself, Hope has impeccable training and technique during hand-to-hand combat. She lacks a bit of experience with real villains, but also takes lessons from her mother, to best use her shield and even took some lessons with Batman a few times.

Mental Sensitivity: She can easily sense when someone or something attempts to access or tamper with her mind and easily thwart them or push them out completely.

Multilingual: Capable of fluently speaking English, German, Latin, Romanian, French and Spanish

(with white aura, not purple)

Though Hope doesn't have the most normal parents in the world, they did try to give her a somewhat normal childhood. In a small town a couple of hours outside of Gotham City, a couple of "retired" heroes raised their only daughter with a bit of abnormal seclusion. She was home-schooled by Richard and Rachel Grayson both with normal curriculum and a bit of extra until she was old enough to control her powers around others. She traveled with her parents a lot while she was young and saw parts of the world normal kids would never get the chance to. She learned how to defend herself as soon as she was physically able, with protective parents that worried for a blind girl they loved dearly.

Hope had superpowered babysitters and sometimes visited her active-duty hero Grandpa, Batman. In fact, until she started public schooling in 7th grade, her life was surrounded by the natural and supernatural all at once. Though not as exciting, school was a totally different world. Within those walls, she was human with a normal, stay at home mom and a normal, weapon-selling dad (he doesn't sell guns though). And though no heroes are officially recognized in town, the crime rate is incredibly low. Some have whispered about the shadows and the wings that protect citizens at night, but they remain unnamed and mysterious.

That is until the day they were the only thing to see. One awful day, an unexpected solar eclipse settled over the town and Rachel-or rather, Raven-- was helpless to stop the unforseeable second coming of her father unto the world. Trigon struck with renewed fury, unencumbered power and, most dangerously, no reason to wait. It seemed that in a matter of minutes, the only people alive belonged to a tiny family of three in the suburbs of New Jersey, clinging to each other and doing their best to save the world.

When Nightwing could barely stand anymore, Raven stopped Time within her known universe. She was older, wiser and more powerful than she had been when Trigon first came to earth, but she had never thought he could come back. So she turned to her baby, told her she loved her, and with a kiss to the forehead, Hope appeared somewhere similar to where she had been...but somehow very different.

RP: Relying on Blind Hope
Character Name: Elizabeth Hathaway
Gender: Female
Age: 21
General Appearance:
Height: 5'3
Weight: 110 lbs
Light green eyes
General Personality
On the outside, Lizzie is stylish, charismatic and loves when things go her way. When they don't...well you don't want to be around for that. She's actually very intelligent and will use her smarts against you if not careful. Most think she couldn't survive without her phone and it is her main source of entertainment since her social life is super important to her, but she could live inside a library if given the opportunity. Elizabeth has quite an attitude and usually doesn't know when to shut up so she can come off as rude or blunt, but she says it's just honesty. She can be a bit manipulative too, because living with harsh people who love gossip and put social status above anything else, well, she has to defend herself somehow. Never having been introduced to a life of simplicity, she hasn't ever even seen a horse in real life, so good luck getting this chic beauty anywhere near a farm.

RP: Six-Inch Heels to Cowboy Boots

Name: Leona Hayther
Name Meaning: Lioness
Gender: Female

Species: Lionfish Mermaid
Age: 19
Birthday (Month/Day): 12/02
Place of Birth: East Coast
Occupation: Coffee shop barista
Family: Deceased Mother-- Rosa Hayther
Father -- Bill Hayther

Height: 5'1
Weight: 110 lbs
Hair: Russet brown (reddish)
Eyes: Hazel
Distinguishing Marks: little scars on her shoulder from glass shards
General Appearance: Leona is a lithe and agile girl with more flexibility than strength. She doesn't wear much makeup and doesn't care for it really. Her outfits are usually dark in color, but not much effort. Converse, jeans and a t-shirt or tank top most days. Her skin is fair and sensitive, so it bruises easily and her hair has a bit of a mind of its own.
Strengths: she's quick and bright, and knows how to lie very convincingly
Weaknesses: her history. she shuts people out too much. Also, she gets faint at the sight of blood and would get a panic attack around needles, but wouldn't admit it to anyone. She's also very stubborn and doesn't work all that well in groups

Current Goal/Purpose: To learn more about her new tail and stay financially stable
Aspirations: Being less of an outcast. when it comes to career goals, she has no clue.
Hobbies: Used to like running, but the dry skin and eyes have really hindered that. kickboxing, Sketching, reading, listening to music and playing her acoustic guitar
Likes: Honesty, adventure novels, coffee, sharp weapons, chocolate, new picks for her guitar, simplicity and walking alone
Dislikes: liars and hypocrites, screamo music, her period, migraines, pushy people, little kids, feeling helpless
Talents: playing guitar, making espresso really quickly, avoiding people, and making sarcastic comments
Inabilities: killing, trusting easily, lifting really heavy things, singing well, writing with good handwriting
Fears: cages, needles and blood
General Personality: Leona is pretty abrasive and aggressive, especially at first. She doesn't open up easily at all and she is very blunt. Otherwise, she's a kind of quiet girl who watches more than speaks. Independent and fierce, she will stand up for what she cares about despite her tough devil-may-care attitude.
Inner Personality: Leona is very critical of herself and it keeps her self-esteem low.. She shies away from opening up to people and doesn't really like attention. she doesn't know how to respond to any type of compliment and her mask of bravado and toughness is just for show. Her past makes her feel weak and running away is a bit of a common thing for her.
Fondest Memory: baking cookies with her mom when she was 7
Biggest Regret: Not being there when her mother died.

Special Skill: venomous fin rays on her arms and hips. The potency of lionfish venom makes it an excellent predator. In humans, Pterois (scientific name)venom can cause systemic effects such as extreme pain, nausea, vomiting, fever, breathing difficulties, convulsions, dizziness, redness on the affected area, headache, numbness, paresthesia (pins and needles),heartburn, diarrhea, and sweating. Rarely, such stings can cause temporary paralysis of the limbs, heart failure, and even death. Fatalities are common in very young children, the elderly, those with a weak immune system, or those who are allergic to their venom. Their venom is rarely fatal to healthy humans, but some species have enough venom to produce extreme discomfort for a period of several days.

General History: Leona had a fairly standard childhood up until she turned 13. She was an only child with a loving mother and father. She was closer to her mom though, especially as her father developed symptoms of bipolar disorder when she was 8. She always used to read her bedtime stories and she's always loved books because of that. Her dad used to play the drums and he gave her a pretty good taste in music. He even gave her his old guitar for a birthday present when she was nine. But then, her dad stopped playing and started drinking more, ignoring his wife when she urged him to go to the doctor's. They would argue loud enough sometimes for Leona to cry up in her bed. And then one day, coming back home from school she went inside to find her mom because dad would always be out working at that hour. Except that day, April 6th, everything was really quiet. She went to her mom's room and saw her asleep on her bed. It was strange because she never really naps, wasn't a nap. Rosa never woke up. She'd over-dosed on purpose and it took Leona too long to figure that out. Her mother killed herself and didn't even leave a note.

Nothing was ever good after that unless she could sufficiently distract herself with a book or her guitar and those times were rare. Her Dad got worse and worse, especially as his daughter began to resemble his late wife as she got older. He started to insinuate that things were her fault. That she'd done something wrong. That escalated to other insults and if she ever got mad, or told him to buy pills for his mental health, he'd slap her. Eventually, he stopped needing much more than a bad mood to physically abuse Leona. It got so bad that she had to regularly cover bruises and learn to hide in her own house. She ran away when she was 18, after her dad had shattered a beer bottle on her shoulder. She hasn't seen him since, but she did steal a considerable amount of money and brought all her things. Sometimes when she looks at her guitar, she wishes for the daddy that loved her. But these days, she despises him or at least tries to and she's learning as much as she can about this new, weird tail she has and the annoying symptoms that come with staying away from the water. She's barely scraping by with her salary so it's been pretty rough doing everything on her own.

RP: Salt
Character Name: Laurel Haliow
Gender: Female Fairy
Age: 22
General Appearance:
Laurel is a tiny fairy (4'5) with dark navy colored hair--that she normally braids-- and grayish green eyes. Her clothes are usually made of vines, leaves and flower petals when she can weave them in. Her skin is fair but occasionally scarred in unnoticeable places, though thankfully not on her wings .Those resemble a dragonfly's and they are mostly transparent besides the ends, which are a shimmery azure color with hints of bright green. If she lived in modern times, we could say her chest is C cup and her waist is small along with her feet and hands. If you look close enough, there is a birthmark just under the right side of her jaw that resembles an inky teardrop.
When her hair is unbraided, it's straight and goes down to the top of her thighs.
Also, she has three silver ring piercings on her left ear that used to be her mother's
General Personality
Laurel has always been a bit shy around others. She couldn't intimidate a mouse if she tried. Though she loves animals, she only ever sings and smiles around them. She doesn't have any close friends though, partly because of her strangely strong curiosity and partly because of her father, who is to blame for quite a few bruises and scars like cuts on her right shoulder, her right hip, her left arm and her back under her wings. The abuse he puts her through when she makes any little mistake has made her very cautious and afraid. She flinches and whimpers at things most don't, but has a surprisingly strong talent for healing. Too bad she can't heal herself no one really knows about it. When she'd brave enough to speak up softly, she is honest and compassionate, sometimes naive and even altruistic to a surprising degree.
Laurel is one of the very few children in the Glen who is an only child. Since her mother died in childbirth, she lives with her father, who uses her for most of the work in and out of the house that she is capable of. If she ever makes a mistake, which happens since she's a bit clumsy, she gets quite the punishment. If anyone knew, Treeimph would surely be incarcerated, but then she would be an orphan and as strange as it is, she loves her father. He is a wonderful man to everyone. Well, everyone but her.
When she was little, he loves and took care of her wonderfully. He even pierced the tip of her right ear so she could wear her mother's three silver rings. But when she grew and started to look more and more like her dead mother, he resented her and took his guilt and rage out on her daily.

Laurel likes to explore the outer reaches of the forest to meet her animal friends who love to hear her sing and watch her fly. all of them have been healed or rescued by her at some point. Sometimes, when the moon is full and she isn't exhausted, she goes out at night, making sure her friends are alright and trying to find the joy in her seemingly pointless existence.

Cautious, fierce, insightful, compassionate, and most of all, guarded.
She puts on a devil-may-care attitude, but wouldn't ever let an innocent get hurt if she can help it.
She was wild in a pack far from humans until they began to actively hunt wolves down. They came in helicopters shooting down all but the best of them. Johanna got away, but most didn't. She was lost for awhile, going for long periods of time without food all alone. A group of men at the edge of a city thought she was a dog and kicked her around a bit. Scarred and broken, she kept walking and in a lest resort, shifted into her human form for the first time. She hated being bipedal and mostly furless, but once she stole clothes from a clothes line, she could steal medical supplies and take care of herself as a human for awhile. She abhorred staying like that for too long though for she had too much pride in her wolf form. It's who she is. She is no human and to pretend to be something she's not was an insult to her dignity. For the last two years, she's been following her nose to find others of her kind, but hasn't had much luck.

She has recently decided to take a gap year between high school and college because she feels she needs to find inspiration and make a choice about who she really wants to be. Though she has had a couple of boyfriends, she never felt that she truly loved them and sometimes she dreams about a man who makes her feel for a brief moment like she knows what love is, but she always forgets what he looks like in the morning. Though she was born in North Carolina, she is in Ireland, for traveling has become a wonderful source of self-discovery for the young artist and she hasn't had money troubles because her father is well off.

Name: Laura Sarah Kinney
"You want me to express myself? Leave Me Alone!"
Hero, Walking-the-line, or Villain: Walking-the-Line
Age: Depends on RP
Laura is 5'3 and probably still growing. She has shoulder-blade length dark hair and usually cold hazel eyes. They can look greenish in sunlight. She has a healthy, athletic build and is usually seen wearing combat boots and lots of black.
Superhero/villain Origins:
To start with Laura's story, it is best to start with her mother, Sarah Kinney. Zander Rice, the new head of The Facility (a secret laboratory with ties to the government specializing in weaponizing mutant abilities), was working to recreate the latest incarnation of Weapon X, and so he created a project involving the generation of a clone of their arguably most powerful invention - Wolverine. This time, however, they wanted him controllable. Seeking to take the project in a new direction, the project's director, Doctor Martin Sutter, recruited renowned mutant geneticist Doctor Sarah Kinney and tasked her with creating a clone. The cloning process failed, over and over again, until Sarah noticed one thing happening when the clone was attempted - the Y chromosomes were interacting poorly with the process. When that chromosome was removed entirely from the process, it succeeded. That marked her 23rd try. But they needed a human to carry the cloned fetus. Sarah Kinney was charged with the task and carried X-23 to term. Without the Y chromosome, however, the new clone was born a female, named with the designation of 'X-23'. Her early life was far, far different than most. She was treated as an animal, a machine. By the time she could talk, she was bombarded with languages and schooling, and from the time she could walk, taught how to fight. Most of her martial arts training was under a man known only as 'Sensei'. When she wasn't being trained, exercised, or fed, she was kept in a featureless metal room, and those around her were ordered not to interact with her.

That wasn't to say people didn't bend the rules somewhat. Sarah, having a bit of conflicting motherly feelings for the girl, would often sneak in and read bedtime stories to the girl, and X-23's Sensei taught, and spoke to her only in Japanese, and would generally, through language alone, treat her like a human being instead of the cold, impersonal language he was ordered to use. The Facility did not approve. But their disapproval would wait for later. Once X-23 was around eight years of age, they grew impatient of waiting for their 'new weapon'. So Mr. Rice had X-23 subjected to radiation poisoning in order to accelerate the activation of her mutant gene to see if she did follow in her 'father's' footsteps. Sarah viciously disapproved, but it was done anyway.
Luckily for X-23 and Sarah, Laura survived the process, following along with her genetic donor's powerset to gain regeneration, and claws. Though that much radiation destroyed all her gametes (all the eggs she was born with as a human female), so she can never have children normally and never had to worry about a period. The feminine aspect to her genetic manipulation made for an odd setting of claws, however - one in each foot, and only two in each hand. All the while, The Facility was developing a Trigger Scent to infuriate the girl, using associative psychological techniques to let the scent spark a rage in her. The first trial of it was on her Sensei. Having known that he was disobeying their orders to treat her like a thing, they had her kill him, then brought in a new trainer/handler: Kimura. An invincible woman, she could not be cut by Laura's claws. Her training continued. When she was far too young for such things, about 12 years old, they started sending her upon missions and further advancing her espionage training. Her first assassination was on a high-profile politician: Greg Johnson. That was just the start. Sending her on increasingly higher and higher risk missions, members of the project started seeing the ability to use X-23 for their own monetary gain. Rice manipulated her the most. Subjecting her to the adamantium process at the age of eleven. He wanted to torment and torture the young girl, and when Sarah realized that Rice was starting to use the Trigger Scent to send X-23 to kill his higher-ups so that he could take charge of the project, she panicked.
Rice even abandoned X-23 on a particularly dangerous mission, but she survived against overwhelming odds and managed to return to the Facility. Ultimately, Rice persuaded Sutter to hand over control of the program to him, then secretly ordered X-23 to kill Sutter and his family. Later, Rice revealed to Sarah Kinney a chamber with dozens of incubation pods containing female clones before he fired her. Before fleeing the facility with X-23, Kinney gave her one last mission - destroy the pods and kill Rice. She succeeded, but Rice was able to exact revenge on Kinney from beyond the grave. X-23 discovered, too late, that the trigger scent had been used on Sarah - she was the next target. Flying into a rage, she murdered her mother and another little piece of her died. Searching Sarah's body, she discovered a letter to her that gave her a name: Laura.

X-23 wandered for a short while, finding out how to survive on her own with the help of a wolf pack she joined for a few months. However she soon learned that The Facility had more than one lab, and though she had destroyed the main control and all clones, she didn't destroy the idea or the project. The government wouldn't give up their weapon so easily and everywhere she's gone, she's been hunted. She wasn't sure how they were tracking her, but she found that when she lays low and doesn't physically isolate herself from others, she was left alone. So she surfaced in New York City two years later and was found living on the streets by a pimp named Zebra Daddy, who took her in and employed her as a prostitute.

During her time as a prostitute, X-23 seemed to suffer from a self-mutilating disorder. She superficially cut herself with her own claws whenever she was alone and in emotional distress. She also seemed to suffer some personality issues which left her mostly mute and unable to free herself from the grip of Zebra Daddy. However, she found solace in the libraries she would visit while she wasn't 'working' and sought stories and knowledge that The Facility never taught her. X-23 started to come to her senses after she met Kiden Nixon, a young mutant with the ability to freeze time when in danger, and together with Kiden's teacher, they rescued another young mutant, the feral Catiana, from an angry mob. Zebra Daddy tracked X-23 down and even received aid from the Facility's alternate branches, but with the help of her new friends and the mutant named Felon, her would-be captors were defeated as well as Zebra Daddy. X-23 killed him to save the lives of her friends. After her mutant friends left together to find a safer place away from New York, Laura decided she had to find the original Weapon X and kill him along with herself. Then and only then would everything finally end, she thought.

  1. Regeneration: Sharing in her "father's" ability, Laura has enhanced regeneration. It works fairly fast, with minor cuts clotting and closing up in seconds. More major cuts and flesh wounds heal in minutes, and things like broken bones mend themselves in about 10 minutes depending on the injuries.
  2. Foreign Chemical Immunity: X-23's natural healing also gives her the virtual immunity to poisons and most drugs.
  3. Disease Immunity: Due to her highly efficient immune system, X-23 is immune to all Earthly diseases and infections.
  4. Superhuman Acute Senses: X-23 possesses incredibly enhanced senses that are comparable to those of certain animals. She is able to see at much farther distances, and with near perfect clarity, than an ordinary human. She retains this same level of clarity in almost complete darkness. Her sense of hearing is enhanced in a similar manner, allowing her to both hear sounds that ordinary human's can't and to hear sounds that ordinary humans can, but at much greater distances. X-23 is able to use her highly developed sense of smell to track targets by scent with an impressive degree of success, even if the scent has been eroded by natural factors, such as the weather.
  5. Superhuman Stamina: X-23's muscles produce a considerably less amount of fatigue toxins during physical activity than the muscles of an average human. She can exert herself at peak capacity for about 8 hours before fatigue begins to set in.
  6. Superhuman Agility and Reflexes: X-23's agility, reflexes, balance, and bodily coordination are enhanced to levels that are beyond the natural physical limits of even the most accomplished human athlete.
  7. Enhanced Strength: Laura enjoys the blessing of enhanced strength. While not nearly as powerful as Wolverine, she is getting stronger and stronger as she grows older. This helps her to jump higher, run a fair bit faster, and lift far more weight than her build and gender would suggest. If she wanted to push the limits of her ability, she could bench press about 500 pounds - but would feel far more comfortable carrying and pushing about 350.
  8. Claws: A pair claws in each hand, and a one in each foot. The claws are about eight inches in length in her hands, and about six to seven inches in her feet, curved at one end, and retractable, going back into or out of her arms or feet as she needs them. They've been coated in Adamantium, something the rest of her skeleton hasn't been subjected to. Let's hope they never get a chance to finish the job.

  1. Broken bones can set in the wrong place. For example, if she has broken ribs that have been moved or jarred around, they will heal themselves too quickly and may end up crooked or in the wrong place. In that case, she would have to re-break them and set them appropriately so they can heal again. Her regenerative power can be overloaded, perhaps by being shot many, many times in a short period of time. When that happens, she loses consciousness, and drops into a fugue until her body stabilizes itself, and heals any major organ damage that occurs. The drawbacks to this power aren't too many, but she does tend to eat a heck of a lot more than your average person, particularly if this system was given a workout.
  2. She can be affected by some drugs, such as tranquilizers, if she is exposed to an extremely large dose.
5. If her stamina is used to the max for more than 8 hours and she does not collapse out of exhaustion, her muscles will most likely be very sore by the time she sleeps and wakes again.

8. Because of these razor-sharp claws, each time they cut through her skin when she 'draws' them, it stings.

PTSD: The Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder Checklist
  • hands on back of neck, things touching the back of her neck,
  • Time anxiety
  • Brown puppies
  • white hallways/hospitals/white coats
  • mazes
  • getting shocked/fingers or static
  • anything that smells like trigger scent will make her stop, eject her claws and eyes go foggy with a flashbulb memory she doesn't remember from when she was under the influence of trigger scent.
Induced Berserker Rage: She has also been subjected to conditioning in which a specific "Trigger Scent" has been used to send her into a berserker rage, killing anything in sight. This can be seen as a strength or a weakness, depending on what side of things you're on. Very few things short of knocking her out can snap her out of this state while the scent is around, so she can hardly control herself and is not conscious of her actions. As a result, she is usually bombarded by intense feelings of guilt after this rage wears off.

Her death can be caused in these ways: Powerful bombs, mutilation of her body to the point of being unable to regenerate/Decapitation, and though she is unaware of this, Carbonadium introduced into her system is poisonous and can stop healing factors, if not hinder them to a near useless level.

  • Can speak English, Arabic, French and Japanese, fluently. May be able to speak others, but with much less mastery.
  • X-23 is an expert tracker. Because of her enhanced sense of smell she can track almost anything and anyone, and has memorized many different scents.
  • Raised in captivity, due to her extensive training as a top-secret operative, X-23 has been trained to become a living weapon. She is highly trained in the use of long range weapons and explosives, and is an expert in assassination techniques.
  • She is excellent at hand to hand combat, with intensive training in numerous armed and unarmed martial arts techniques.
X-23 sat kneeling beside her mother's dead body. She had given up now on any sort of treatment to save her. It was impossible. The teenager had seen red and simply attacked without even thinking. Without a second thought, she had ferociously ripped her heart up with her own bloody claws. And it wasn't just her claws that were bloody. Having just murdered an entire facility full of people who had wronged her, she was splattered with blood from head to toe. None of it was hers. But suddenly, two tracks clear of blood began to form on her cheeks. Tears were cutting through the bloody path. Oh how long has it been since she cried? It was building...this well of misery and hatred and fear and confusion! A myriad of feelings she never under stood. Not until now. Until she reluctantly searched her mother's bloody carcass or something, anything that would tell her what to do now. Even now that she was free (and alone) she wanted orders to follow. Because it was all she knew.
The brown eyes of the woman who had conceived her were no longer warm and sweet, the way she remembered them when the woman would sneak into her cell and read her stories. hey were cold and lifeless. And it was her who had done that. X-23 was shaking when she found a piece of paper in her pocket. She opened it immediately, hoping for something to help her. Hope. That was also foreign. She had never hoped like this before. Before she realized that her entire life was nothing but an experiment. A lie. A means to gain money.
She began to read.
Please forgive me. Even as I write the words, they ring so hollow. My mistakes... no, my choices... they cannot be undone, much less forgiven. How all this came to pass... and the truth about Weapon X. Had it ended there, would I be less of a monster? Or more? Would I even know the difference? Of course I don't have to tell you about monsters. Your life is defined by monsters. Replicating the mutant genome proved difficult... but rebuilding Weapon X seemed all but impossible. For every enzyme, for ever codon, for every sequence we repaired, or even built back from near nothingness, we seemed to be missing a million more. But I felt alive. The work, the failure, the challenge. It was like a brilliant light, shining inside me. I felt... like my life had a purpose. What a fool I was. I was defiant in the face of my failures. I was determined to succeed out of spite. Weeks passed. I was working on two projects, living two lives. I was used to that. I had kept secrets before. It seems so incredible to me now, that in all that time, given everything that I knew... what I was doing and what the end result would bear... I didn't give it a second thought. I told myself that you weren't real. I told myself that this was science... not life. I was creating a weapon... not a child. I was wrong. When I was little, I always believed that everything that happened to me-- I deserved. That we all get what we deserve. Maybe I was right. No longer the experimenter, I was now part of the experiment. A vessel to be poked and prodded. To be violated. They certainly didn't care about me... not with a weapon to train. A team of physicians, psychologists, nutritionists, and military strategists now ran my life. They watched my every move... but they didn't see everything. I asked you for forgiveness before. Now I'm telling you... don't forgive me. Don't ever forgive any of us for what we did. Ever.I remember everything... everything we did to you... and you deserve to know why we did these things. Your training was designed to strip you of your humanity. After all, in the eyes of the Program, you weren't human... you were a weapon. A weapon I willingly conceived for them. Our orders were to keep you from gaining any sense of self... something they said would compromise our ability to control you. We were never to treat you as a child, only as a weapon... but not everyone followed those orders... I'm grateful for that... Sutter wanted to complete your construction... but that wasn't possible while your healing factor was dormant. You would never survive the surgery... so, Rice was given permission to take whatever steps necessary to activate your X-gene. He chose radiation poisoning. You nearly died that day. Unfortunately, Rice was right. The radiation worked. Now, nothing stood in their way... especially me. I only found out later what happened... that your claws were extracted one by one... that he sharpened, then coated them with the indestructible metal, adamantium, outside of your body. It was never supposed to be like that. So much wasn't. I should have known what was coming... not that I could have prevented it... but I would have tried. I'm sorry... so sorry...When it was time for your first field test... the target was chosen with the flip of a coin. Who it was didn't matter. As long as the target was "high profile"... and couldn't be gotten to. Sutter needed to make a statement. And you delivered it to the world. I wanted to understand why we were doing this. I told Martin I needed to understand... why you had to publicly kill an innocent man, his family and so many others. So, he told me... he said, it's simple. You can't sell anything... without advertising. That's what this was all about. The buying and selling of lives for profit. Not saving the world, or taking it over. No, this was about money. A lot of it. Martin sold you for a million dollars a pound... and as you know by now, there was no shortage of buyers. Rice was right. I didn't matter. Not to them. Not to you. Not to anyone. All I could do was watch. While you were forced to kill... and kill... and kill... and kill... you killed royalty. Godfathers. Drug lords. Dictators. Assassins. Anyone... everyone... for a price. For three long years, you murdered without fail. Every target they marked, you killed. Every time limit they set, you beat. Every rendezvous point they plotted, you reached... except one... the one where Rice was waiting for you. When Rice came back from the mission, he told us what happened. He said... that you didn't make the rendezvous in time. That he had to abort the mission when the team started taking fire. And that he saw you die. But I didn't want to believe him. You never told me what happened. How you survived, or how you made your way back. Why didn't you tell me? For so long, I held myself above Sutter and Rice. They made you a killer. They were the ones using you. But all it took was one phone call to open my eyes and see... I was just like them. They say in life that we are judged by the choices we make... they are what define us... I chose to bring you into this world. I chose to stay in the program even after they stripped you of your humanity... and molded you into a weapon. I'm responsible for everything that has happened... for all the pain... all the death... for everything you have suffered... because I had a choice... when you had none. And I chose to do nothing. I always assumed it was Rice that cut you. He hurt you so many times in the past... he almost killed you twice... I never wanted to believe... that it was you. The damage I've done... I can never forgive myself. You couldn't stop what Rice made you do... but somehow you managed to save Henry and tell me the truth... which means there is hope... you showed me we failed... you are not a weapon... you are a child. Always remember you are not to blame. You did not pick this life. We... I forced it upon you. The blood you have spilled is on my hands, not yours... and please understand why I must ask you to kill one last time. Because tonight, what you do is right. Tonight, what you serve is justice. Tonight, you take back the life we stole from you.I never wanted a family. My father stripped me of that desire. He took my childhood... my innocence... my life... and then I took yours. I became what I hated and feared most... and you became my victim. But then you showed me hope. Not when you saved Megan, but when you saved Henry. You showed me that we can choose to be something other than what we have been forced to be... that we can be something better than what we believe we are. And, in that moment, you saved my life. All that matters to me now is that I save yours. I wish we could just run away without anymore bloodshed... but if I don't stop them, they will never stop. They will do it again. They've already started. After tonight, we'll just keep moving and never look back. We'll start a new life... have a future... be a family. I'm sorry I waited so long to tell you these things. There is so much more I want to tell you, and I will... but one thing that you must always remember... no matter what has happened... and no matter what may come... you are a child, not a weapon. You are my child. You are my daughter... and I love you. I will always love you, Laura.

2:59......1:00 PM on a summery Friday afternoon. The cheap watch on a skinny wrist ticked.
X-23 let herself down from her long handstand at the edge of the roof and took a deep breath, looking out at the Concrete Jungle from the ceiling of a tall corporate office building she didn't care to remember the name of. Though she had a near perfect memory, there were a few things she could dismiss every now and then. Just not the things she wishes she could forget. After looking out at the city with a blank expression, she turned, long hair flying in the wind, then the man-made teen gave herself a running start and leaped from reachable building to building, occasionally flipping for the heck of it or performing a rolling land on particularly steep drops. She was graceful in her task. Powerfully built and not to be underestimated despite her youth and size. That much was obvious by the way she moved now. But most did not notice, too busy with their own daily activities of the day.

X-23 swiftly reached a few low roofs and hopped down into an alley before melding in with the crowd on the streets of the Big Apple. She had never been all that good with being normal, but as long as she didn't have to talk to anyone, she was fairly good at acting the part of an ordinary girl who knows her way around a big city. And today, she looked as ordinary as anyone else, wearing a loose black v-neck and tattered blue jeans and of course her favorite combat boots. If anyone happened to look close enough, they would notice a thin line in the front of the scuffed up boots where her claws escape, one in each foot. She also wore fingerless leather gloves that were coated with dry blood on the inside and a pair of holes where her claws slice their way out of her skin whenever she needs them. So yeah, for the most part, she didn't look different from most rebellious teens on the streets these days.
At least not today, especially given that she was heading for the seedier part of town. She gradually picked up speed, unafraid of running into people as her too cautious awareness softened slightly with the physical exertion. She was going back to Wannabees, a nightclub where the freaky party-goers go in costumes and act like mutants on the dance floor. Despite the fact that the teen clone is usually the only one there who has unnatural DNA, she didn't let anyone know that, so her uniform consists partly of cat ears and drawn on whiskers. She hates them, but upstairs, the boss lets her stay in a very small apartment, paid for by a cut salary. It's pathetic and she sleeps where she works on most nights, but it's shelter. And there's a shower. Something she was starting to need right about now.

Violet Kit Levrot

Age: 19
Species: Halfling (Witch/Werewolf)
(these are rare among the supernatural, so sometimes earn derogatory nicknames like WitchMutt, or for females, Witchbitch)

Height: 5'1; Weight:116; Hair Color: Brunette/Mahogany; Eye Color:Purple; Three black freckles form a tiny arc on the back of her neck (called a WitchMark*); Beauty mark freckle under her left nostril; Burn scar on the back of her left calf

To know Violet's history is to know her parents'. They met when her dad (a werewolf named Jack) was travelling the world. He was a free spirit--a lone wolf born and raised in a confining pack in the United States' midwest. While exploring Australia after having left his pack years ago, he met Allora, a witch who got tied up with the wrong witch coven. It was incredibly powerful with seemingly good intentions on the surface. However, once she got deeper, earned their trust and learned their secrets Allora found that they were tied deeply to dark magic at the roots, so Allora was trying to find a way to get away from them. A lot of the members were her friends, and she couldn't stop them. So when she fell in love with Jack, she ran away with him back to the U.S. and they lived a happy family life far away from the bitter witch coven that called her a traitor who...knew too much.

So Violet was born in a happy home with loving, if a bit unusual parents. She was homeschooled, learning more than just a regular U.S homeschooled student's mandated curriculum. Her father taught her how to fight, both as a human and as a wolf. And her mother helped her discover her magical specialty: Healing. The summer before her freshman year of high school, Violet decided she wanted to go to public school and her parents believed her responsible enough to do so while keeping her secret to herself. One day, she came home walking back from school and her house stood quiet, door wide open with a shimmery glow around it. It must have been magic, for as soon as she walked inside the door, everything was on fire and there were shadowy figures running, shouting, fighting. She tried to find her parents, but there was so much smoke, blood, the smell of burning flesh... Her mother found her first; there was no time to talk. Allora put her hand over Violet's mouth and slipped a locket with a picture of the family inside it over her head. Then she pushed into her daughter's hands a half-burned spellbook and kissed her forehead*. Violet woke up halfway across the country on the side of a road near a strange town called Weatherbrook. She became a ward of the state there when they discovered her parents had been mysteriously killed in what the newspaper called a housefire.

She attended a public high school there and lived in an orphanage or nearby foster home for the time. Shocked and depressed over the sudden death of her parents..and having to keep the strange secret that they might have been killed, she became temporarily mute (Elective Mutism.) Only when she met Sela and later, Matt, in her junior and senior year was she able and willing to speak freely again. Matt became a good friend of hers and they stayed in Weatherbrook after high school. She now lives in her own small rented apartment with Sela near the library she works at. Only just recently did Matt discover Sela and the fact that Violet is a Halfling, so he asked her to join the PSIs. She will be waiting with him at Boggy Creek.

*a WitchMark is a little birthmark of three freckles on the back of the neck that form a small arc when connected like a constellation (All witches have one, including Allora and Violet)

*Allora's specialty was teleportation. Before she died, she teleported her daughter away as far as she could, which is how she ended up so far away from home.

Character Name: Tessa Maybelle
Gender: Female
Age: 21
Occupation: Famous Actress
General Appearance

Height: 5'2 Weight: 105 lbs a few scars due to clumsiness..
Character Biography
Tessa has been acting since as long as she could remember. She was always the lead roles in kindergarten and elementary musicals so it was only natural that the little brunette missing her two front teeth would be casted into tv shows when her parents got her into auditions. She was happy, excited, a little overeager, but sweet and compassionate. And she stayed relatively safe from all of the people who would eventually hate her just because of her fame. Rumors flew as she got older, comments on interviews. There were always more people who loved her than despised her. So she looked away from the dark side of fame. Until her father died in a freak car crash on the way to see her new movie premiere when she was 16. He stayed in a coma for a month, where she stayed the entire time, begging her daddy to come back.

That left a dark stain on her heart and she's been a little less naive and sweet since then. Tess kept to herself for awhile and eventually got back into the acting business, but staying away from the dark side was more difficult and she found herself trying to defend herself, once even commenting directly to a derogatory twitter comment. Then things...changed. She lives with her cat, Jasmine, in a pretty little cottage like house near the woods, but when things started showing up, messages that threatened her and frightened her to the point of frequent nightmares....her friends noticed and finally convinced her to hire a live-in bodyguard, whom her mother insists on paying for, since she feels guilty for having to stay with her new husband in England at the time. Tessa is a bit anxious about it all since she likes to think she can be independent and protect herself, but it's getting out of hand, and she hopes the messages are only coming from one person.

RP: My Life For Yours
Name: Piper McLean
Nicknames: Pipes
Age: 16
Gender: Female
Gender Identity: Female
Sexual Orientation: Heterosexual/Only attracted to Jason Grace :3
Godly Parent: Aphrodite
Powers: Charmspeak and great swordsmanship
Compared to the other children of Aphrodite, Piper is much more aggressive and down to earth, not constantly focused on herself or her looks. When claimed by Aphrodite, she complains that she can't get rid of her makeup or her new hairstyle and finds it to be annoying to say the least. Before she was claimed by Aphrodite, Piper expressed that she wanted to be the daughter of Athena, Hecate or any goddess that wasn't Aphrodite, and she also thought that the Aphrodite cabin had been a "life-sized dollhouse" where supermodels went to die, and when she was claimed, she didn't fit in at all, and still doesn't. Aphrodite herself also said that she was much smarter than most of her other children. Piper hates make-up, skirts, magazines, dresses and popular girls. She said that if she started a craving for fashion magazines, she would complain to her mother.
Piper is also very caring and loving towards her boyfriend Jason and is frightened, sad and angry at anything that may pose a threat to her bond with him. She also likes to touch Jason in very kind and loving ways such as holding his hand, leaning against his chest, resting her head on his leg, wrapping her arms around him and having his arms around her, probably since they were together in her Mist-manipulated memories. These memories are much sharper to Piper because she is a daughter of Aphrodite, so she can sense possibilities.

Piper has a strong sense of justice--as a vegetarian and hero--and will do what's needed to the best of her ability. She's very loyal to her friends and wouldn't ever give up on them. She's very perceptive of others' feelings even though she has an insecurity with her own identity. Sometimes she feels useless as a hero without her friends but that won't stop her from trying to protect them at all costs.

Name: Kitty Meerka
Super Name: Alley Cat
Age: 21
Gender: Female
Sexual Orientation: Straight
Weight: 100 pounds
Height: 5 feet 1 inch
Build: fit, slim and tiny

Personality: Kitty is a thief. Plain and simple. She steals, not for the fame from warnings on TV claiming she's the best thief Titan as ever seen, not for the fear or paranoia she causes, but for the fun. For a challenge. Part cat and all rebel, Kitty Meerka is always curious about what kind of people find what kind of things valuable and so when she has the chance, she gets past the best security she can find. With her wit, courage and fiery attitude she can get past anything they throw at her. And she always lands on her feet. Of course people call her a villain, but hey the world can think what the world wants to think. If it weren't for the fun of staying in the shadows, she'd blow a kiss at the camera. And don't let her height fool you. Underestimate Alley Cat, and you'll never be sorrier.

Abilities: Her name says it all. Kitty has the black tail and ears, fangs and claws that give her the name of Alley Cat. Without her incredible flexibility, retractable claws and useful tail, her heists would be way more difficult. Her DNA is infused with the instincts of a feline so her reflexes are quick, her legs are strong, she can see in the dark and her black, furry ears pick up everything she needs to hear and then some.

Character Name: Lacey Peppre
Gender: Female
Age: 17
Occupation: Keyboard Player and backup vocalist in her band, We the Anarchists
General Appearance
Lacey is very slim and small, standing at 5'0. She has blue-gray (livid) eyes and long, slightly wavy red hair that reaches down to mid-back. She usually wears long sleeves and jeans because there are many bruises and scars to hide.

General Personality
Quiet type who does what she's told and lends a hand when it's needed. She is compassionate and intelligent, but holds everyone at arms length. She's a very private girl and tends to hide behind rare smiles.
Character Biography
Likes: Good books, long rehearsals and daydreaming
Dislikes: Going home, feeling helpless, drugs and alcohol
Backstory: Lacey used to have a wonderful childhood. It was great. She had friends, she had a great mother and father who only fought once a day, everything was okay. Until it wasn't. Lacey was pretty independent around age 13 when her father started staying out late gambling and her mother would start to go missing for hours. It started out small at first. It seemed her parents just didn't want to be around each other anymore. So she just stayed up in her room with her books and her piano. Things only got worse. She started to avoid going home because either no one would be there or they'd be throwing things in the living room. She didn't wanna tell anyone because she was afraid of what would happen, who would be told. She's still afraid of that. Even now when she can't go three days without at least one bad beating from a father who blames her for her mother's addiction to heroin. They had lost money and fast. She only just managed to keep her keyboard after selling every other valuable thing of hers. She has to hide her precious keyboard in case her dad goes after it for more beer money.
How her dad managed to keep his job at the police station she has no idea, but he does and now most of the finances of the household go to food, alcohol, mom's new fix and if she's lucky, makeup for Lacey to cover up the bruises. It's really screwed up. But it's her life. And she can't seem to find an escape except for in music. So she finally worked up the courage to go to the auditions for the band We The Anarchists and surprisingly, she got it. Now sure how, but she likes it despite the distance she keeps away from the rest of the group. She's afraid o what would happen if they get too close. If anyone gets too close.
Personal Secret: Her mother doesn't care and her father beats her.
Personal Enemy: No one but her dad. Sort of.
Best Friends: She hasn't been in the band long enough to really make best friends. She feels kind of like an outsider for right now.
Crush: No one could ever like her. She doesn't have a crush.
Other: She is prone to migraines and needs her medication for them to fade

Tallyn Quieh

"The Rebel"

110 lbs

Blood Type:

Student at State University of New York at Cobleskill (Majoring in Paramedicine)

Sexual Orientation:

In three words only, why are you here in the ASC Program?

Mom, Dad, Thanks

Personality Perks:

Protective, Open-minded, Determined, Observant, Compassionate

Personality Flaws:

Short-tempered, Hard-headed, Guarded, Pessimistic, Sarcastic (as fuck)

Good Listener

--Great chef (very resourceful)

--Stays calm in emergency situations

--Despite her height, she's pretty good at intimidation via creative death threats (she took a couple forensics classes)

--(and if intimidation doesn't work) Tallyn is surprisingly good in hand to hand combat and isn't afraid to use those skills (both taught &self-taught)

--Quick refelexes

--She's a really good liar, able to get out of most sticky situations with a lie just detailed enough to pass for truth

--Pretty athletic, especially in soccer

--Don't play hide and seek with her (You'd never find her)

--Blunt and not afraid to say what comes to mind but very prepared to deal with consequences of her big mouth

--Thoughtful enough to hold a long conversation about uncommon subjects (philosophy, dreams, existentialism etc)

--Very good at reading people (some find it uncanny but she can usually figure out anyone's general temperament/personality within half an hour of spending time with them)

--Chilling out with a good playlist

--Watching Soccer(american) games, both male and female teams

--Exercising, especially with a punching bag or dummy of some sort (helps to blow off steam)

--Watching Horror movies that aren't horribly full of cliches

-- Learning about the human body & sometimes reading articles about miraculous recoveries

-- Exploring via hiking or biking new areas

--Thunder (she considers it a stupid phobia she's trying to get over)

--Love (there are valid reasons for this one, regardless of past events)

--Being helpless in any dangerous situations she could have prevented

--Despite being heavily criticized for it on many levels (slut, whore, damaged, "all bisexuals are like that"), Tallyn is a promiscuous young woman and she's usually down for anything of the sexual nature (as long as there's birth control) with anyone and isn't afraid to flirt for it

--Loves arm-wrestling those who think they're stronger than "an arrogant 5'0 weirdo in combat boots"

--She loves high places/roofs/climbing trees

--has a strange habit of checking her radial pulse when she's nervous (started after therapy)

--She has a fucking prominent potty mouth. "Deal with it"
Tallyn was born in Albany, New York to an eternally engaged couple. Both of her parents had divorced once before finding each other and hadn't found any reason to sign a silly piece of paper denoting marriage of Gemma Levett and Thomas Quieh, but she still has her father's last name. In her mother's last marriage, she had another daughter named Kelly, so Tallyn has an older step-sister, but she isn't usually on good terms with her because she went to a preppy christian boarding school and mainly lived with her father so only came to visit on certain weekends or holidays (now that she's in her tail-end of college though, not so much). Also, Kelly still doesn't really like her step-dad and Tallyn kinda thinks it might be because she's racist or something. Gemma is Irish (giving Tallyn her freckles and lighter skin than her dad) and Thomas is African-American. They've dealt with stupid comments because of that and so they're pretty open-minded and raised their daughter well. They didn't even seem all that surprised when Tallyn came clean about her first crush on a girl or her first boyfriend--obviously male. Taking after her father, who happens to be a doctor, Tallyn has always been interested in learning about what makes people tick, whether it be the chemicals of the brain or the parasites that mess with them, but she loves rushing into action and playing hero (a possible result of roughhousing with her neighborhood friends--all boys), thus her dream of becoming a paramedic. However things have been a bit rough in her family for a while because of a traumatic event that put Tallyn in therapy for a few months when she was 18. Not even her girlfriend of 10 months stuck around because she "couldnt deal with it and we were going to break up over distance in college anyway".They seem to walk on eggshells around herto this day and it agitates her to no end. She's pretty sure they've been saving up for this summer camp trip because they feel guilty or what happened to her even though none of it was their fault. So to ASC she goes, and she's determined to kick back and raise hell (in a good way). also knife scar near her hip up her rib cage on her right
Character NameJuliette "Jules" ReachGenderFemaleAge20OccupationAspiring artist and studentGeneral Appearance
Juliette is short, about 5'1 with crystalline blue eyes. Her long semi curly hair , once blonde, has been dyed white like a blank canvas. She is slim, but not very athletic. Her skin is pale, but scarred in places due to general clumsiness. She also has small hands and a tattoo. A painted looking tree on her back:

General Personality
Juliette is generally a very quirky and bubbly girl. She loves making people happy, especially those she cares about. She is very kind, but don't get on her bad side. She can get sassy and/or rude when angry. Juliette is very artsy. She loves painting ans sketching, so you will hardly see the over-the-top girl without a sketchpad. You never know when inspiration will strike!
But she does have a serious side, especially while working on a darker piece. Her moods are kinda unpredictable that way. You can always rely on her for help and she will make sure to give you the truth. Rather bluntly if needed. Sonetimes she has trouble with hr filter. But she doesn't really find anything awkward. Which is strange, but funny sometimes. Jules is random and weird but likable.

She is also very altruistic and even though she loves art, she finds it difficult to share her artwork, sometimes even with friends. They feel very personal and sacred at times. Jules is very observant and quick to spot a lie or something wrong. She'll do anything for her friends.

Kinks: She's submissive. Long caresses, like petting a long strokes and soft touches really turn her on. Like painting on the canvas she calls her body.
That's about it.. she doesn't have much experience at all.
History: Juliette grew up as best she could as an only child with divorced parents. It doesn't really bother her anymore most of the time. But she was always kind of a weird kid and middle school was rough, but she has managed fairly well in high school and college when making friends with nerds and fellow art fans.

She's actually on her own right now since she wanted to get far away from the city she used to live in. Her apartment is decorated with various strange items and antiques as she loves the stuff lots of people don't want. But it can get lonely sometimes. She spends a bit of time each day trying to figure out what she really wants to do wuth her life. So she's just taking general courses and wondering what's next.

Recently, her life took a bit of a nosedive. About three months back she started getting real bad headaches that turned into seizures that was later diagnosed as epilepsy. She started taking pills for it a few weeks ago since it took awhile for doctors to figure out what was going on. It doesn't usually come along so out of the blue, but her great grandpa had it, so it migt be genetic. She's been taking it kind of hard, especially when she had a seizure on a date and he never called again. It was bad and she's been worried about telling her close friends. She keeps holding off and pretending that she'll do it at the beach house when they're all together. The doctor recommends getting a dog trained to alert her when uncontrollable seizures come along, but she hasn't gotten around to it..

Mom- Diana Reach
Worrywart of a mother (especially now that she knows Julie is epileptic) who loves and dotes on her daugter even when she's a bit strange. She's been helping with finance a lot.
Dad- George Reach
George is a stoic man with a bald spot and a pet peeve for anything out of its proper place. He's always been a bit controlling and tends to instigate fights about medical bills these days. It's not getting much better.
Previous Relationships: N/A
Current Crush: secret. Duh. Hint: she calls him the blonde hottie in her head and has a few sketches of his face in her sketchbook
Extra: she needs a roommate now because of her condition. Especially when she forgets to take her pills...

Personality: Rei is a fighter. Having had a rough patch in her life that caused her to block out the world with video games, Rei is no stranger to emotional pain. She has a temper and isn't afraid to lash out at people in order to keep her heart chained up and safe. Don't let her wide blue-gray eyes fool you. She can give the deadliest glares if provoked and won't hesitate to get her hands dirty. That doesn't mean she lacks a code of honor though. She is brutally honest and only lies if she feels she has to. As tough as nails as she'll pretend to be, she will fight harder protecting those she cares about at the cost of her own life.

Character Name: Kaia Reylan
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Character Biography
Kaia has lived all her life inside the beautiful capital of Elania where everything seemed so pristine and perfect from the outside looking in. Of course it wasn't always that way, especially when the disputes in the north began, but Kaia was mostly unaware of that when she was younger. Her mother, Gwyneth, always tried to keep her in line and proper, so as to be very decorous and well-educated. Having a rowdy prince of an older brother, Malcolm however, she grew up always trying to find loopholes in her mother's rules. Her father laughed and even sometimes encouraged her tom-boy tendencies. Of course the King and Queen had arguments about that, but Kaia had no trouble escaping to the gardens to play swords with her brother. There were many restrictions as they got older of course and the more dangerous and unladylike weapons were kept from her. Up until the age of 15, she was trained with a dagger, Saphira. She has potential to be lethal with that blade, but she has yet to shed any blood with it on purpose. That year however, was when her mother fell ill and died by the end of the year. She gave up weaponry then and tried to be the vision her mother always wanted from her reading and lounging, but her wild spirit would not rest so she stole a bow and arrow from the armory one night and she's been training herself with it since she was twenty. She can still use her dagger and definitely prefers it, especially since her family doesn't mind it anymore. They're still protective of course, but don't mind the fact that she knows how to defend herself. King James had in fact, sent her away to the south to keep her safe, with no objection from Prince Malcolm, who was just as concerned. Unfortunately, their efforts were in vain.

RP: War Across Alturia
Character Name: Dakota Rex
Gender: Female
Age: 13
General Appearance
Redhead with hazel eyes
Height: 5'1
Dakota is lost. Simple as that. Not only had she lost her parents, but she had never known them. She only knew they were very poor because they didn't have wallets or IDs on them when they died. She doesn't even know their names and those who run the orphanage she was raised in refuse to tell her more about those who created her. It was a strange feeling to miss people she had never met, but that's how she was. Floating through life and wondering about her place and what she was supposed to do with herself. She was very quiet and didn't have many friends. But she was very observant and that's probably why Peter made friends with her. He needed another pair of eyes and her chocolate pair has done nicely since they became friends. She's known him since she was seven and they've been very close ever since. Neither of them were adopted and no one bothered to tell Dakota of who she was so she likes to say her last name is Rex. It sounds cool. She doesn't think about things that hurt her when she's around Peter and the other boys. She's one of them. A tomboy they say. Running and roughhousing as much as the lot of them. She would do anything for her friends because they were all she had. And she'd stick up for them to the bitter end if she had to.

RP: Second Star to the Right OOC
Character Name: Alexia Rhiner
Gender: Female
Age: 22
Occupation: Federal agent (secret spy)
General Appearance

General Personality
Alexia has a very strong sense of justice and compassion that makes sure she is never afraid to put herself in danger to protect people. So the army was her first career choice and when she got the chance to help even more, save even more lives, she couldn't pass it up. She has a hardened heart toward those willing to harm the innocent and knows exactly how to deal with them. Her skills are top notch, but her job can take a toll sometimes. There is blood on her hands and so she's very glad to have her husband to love whenever she needs him, Even if she can't tell him everything.

RP:He's the Secret, She's the Agent
Name: Jaymi "Jay" Robinson
Gender: Female
Age: 16
Mutation: Goes invisible when she's unnoticed. She can't control it and she's the only one who can see herself while invisible. The only time anyone can see her while she's invisible is if she stands in front of a mirror. Every inanimate object she touches becomes invisible with her. Also, if Jaymi is exposed to too much negative attention,-for example: a whole cafeteria laughing at her- she feels physical pain.
Appearance: Jaymi has long, straight, black hair down to the middle of her back and light blue eyes. She has light skin and she's about 5'2. She's very pretty, but she'd never believe it if anyone mentioned it.
Personality and general history: Jaymi's mutation first started affecting her in middle school after puberty and her parents' success. The more they forgot about their only child, the more she felt herself fade out of their vision. It took them a month to realize they couldn't see her when she finally snapped and yelled at them while invisible. And when they found out, they despised her. Jaymi's parents always hated mutants, but somehow she thought they might change for their little girl. She was wrong and that's when she stopped caring. She was done being a victim. After distancing herself from her only friend-a blind blonde girl- her new best friend became her mask of sarcasm and pessimism along with her new interest in writing horror stories during her abundant free time. Sacred Heart Academy will be her escape from ignorant parents and judgmental classmates. She'll see it as a way to get an education and avoid trusting anyone.

Darkness: Science

Sage once had a wonderful childhood with her perfect mother and father, Kiara and Marco. Her mom was the kindest, most beautiful person in her world and her father, though usually busy at the laboratory he worked for, was very smart and helpful. She never saw any real darkness in her life until she turned 6. That's when her sister was born. And her mother died in childbirth complications, choosing Chrissy's life over her own.
Sage was always a gemstone and she started showing bits of her telekinetic ability shortly after her mother lost her life. Her father became a broken man, trying to care for both his daughters. But he couldn't do it so threw himself into his work and became obsessed with it. He hired a nanny (Ms. Kenda) and came home late most nights. One night, her father truly recognized her abilities after her emotions made them go haywire. She'd confronted her dad about how she'd missed him. And when he saw what she could do, he decided to take her to the lab the next day. That was when the nightmare began. He didn't necessarily think his coworkers would would begin such inhumane experiments on her, but he didn't always try to stop them. Only when he found out they were going to try to turn her into a weapon did he step in and rescue her. But it took him years to build up the nerve to do it, runaway with her and Chrissy and reunite the sisters. By then though, his apologies had come too late and Sage had realized what he'd done. She didn't forgive him. She took her sister with her and traveled far away from the only place she'd ever known, slowly building a life for herself and her younger sister: The only person in the world she truly cared for.

Sage heard snippets of the whitecoats' conversation as her temporal lobe was probed with a metal instrument she couldn't see. They were in the middle of another brain surgery on 14-year-old Sage, or as they had labeled her, Experiment 246. It didn't hurt, but it was terrifying Every. Single. Time. One twitch of the neurosurgeon's hand and her brain could be permanently damaged. She gulped, eyes wide and staring at the ceiling. They had to keep her conscious for this. She doesn't remember why, but she's just glad the only thing she feels now is the metal at her temples keeping her head in place and a slight tingling sensation where they'd opened up her skull. Sage tried to speak, to ask when they'd be done. If she'd be able to hear clearly. But she couldn't hear anything from her mouth. She wasn't even sure she'd opened it. There was no sound. Only the sight of the ceiling and the bloody tools on a tray beside her arms-strapped down with black leather. Her heartbeat sped up, she could feel it slamming against her ribs and the monitor jumped swiftly in her peripheral vision. She knew she wasn't supposed to be afraid. The whitecoats said fear was not allowed. But the tweezer tools glowed silver under the bright lights and the blood--her blood--gleamed scarlet. One of the nurses stood in front of her. She was speaking behind her facemask, but Sage did not hear a sound. Until there was a twitch in the tingling feeling and suddenly--
"..Heartrate at--"
"Experiment 246, take deep breaths, close your--"

Chaos. Sage trembled in the cold chair, trying to shake her head -to no avail -to dislodge all the noise-- all the voices! And that--that high, keening noise that wouldn't stop! Screaming.

She was screaming.

Chrissy Rossum
Gender: Female
Age: 13
Character Biography
Power: Able to subconsciously implant information and 'suggestions' into someone's mind. If she so wishes, she can leave that person with no memory of ever seeing her after she'd used them. (this is usually how she gets food) She "asks" for it. Also, this power is easier and quicker to use on animals that aren't humans. The connection doesn't have to be as complex to make.
Also, if she is extremely emotional, her powers can increase. But they haven't ever been as powerful as the day her father died.
Weakness: She has to maintain eye contact throught out the process and it usually lasts between 30 secondsto two minutes depending on how susceptible the person is to subliminal psychic suggestion. If she's ripped away too soon, the contact is 'torn' and she's left with a chronic migraine for the rest of the day.
Bio: Chrissy's mother died in childbirth and her Grief-stricken father couldn't deal with her as a constant reminder of his beloved. So, he hired a nanny and threw himself into his work. The nanny didn't give her as much attention as she would have liked and as a little girl slowly learning to get a grip on the powers she didn't understand, the nanny was easy to practice on. By the time she was seven years old, her sole caretaker had become putty in Chrissy's hands and it was only on Chrissy's eleventh birthday that her father, who had finally begun to attend such celebrations, finally started to notice. Having been psychically manipulated for eleven years had her doing whatever Chrissy wanted at almost a moment's notice. One glance at her almond eyes and Ms. Cladray was off getting Chrissy's cupcake or reprimanding another girl for being mean to Chrissy. The girl didn't know that the grip she had on the lady was bad. She knew she had been getting her to do stuff on purpose, but she had been unaware that Ms. Cladray was never able to say no.
When her father pulled her aside the next day after the realization that his only daughter was playing cruel mind games on a brainwashed old lady, Chrissy denied it. She didn't want to believe the only bond she'd made with a parental figure had been fake this whole time. And she surely didn't want to believe she was incapable of making real bonds of friendship and love since her father never came to tuck her in at night. it crushed her to know that everything she'd discovered about herself could backfire so horribly. She tried to apologize over and over, but her father was afraid of what his daughter had become by now. He didn't know the limitations of her power. Hw had no idea what was real and what was conjured by the eleven year old who looked too much like the love of his life. So he took his own life. And she watched. And she cried. by the time the sirens showed up, she was a mess, trying to get her bloody father to wake up. To make him love her! But no amount of subtle suggestions in his dead body could remove a bullet to the forehead. The first cop tried to pull her away and she was so angry that it took no longer than 13 seconds for him to "leave her alone!"
Chrissy packed her bag and ran. Never looked back and never stopped escaping. Back then, the resentment people felt for those with powers was obvious, but not as obvious as it was on the run. People can get very suspicious when they think someone might be a little out of the ordinary. Thank goodness she looks innocent. Because on the inside, she feels like a heartless witch who killed her own parents.
Personality: Chrissy is very fun loving and mischievious, using Stevie to play harmless, little tricks on people. Since she can basically travel and play wherever is reasonable, she doesn't usually want for much, except a family. But she knows that she has to keep moving lest anyone who hates her kind finds her. Inside, Chrissy is very lonely and guilty. If she tries to make any friends, she knows they'll only be in danger and though she is altruistic, she could never protect them if they decide to defend her. besides, Stevie keeps her company very well and she pretends that's all she'll ever need
So she must be on the run all the time.

Character Biography

Name: Raven Roth
(Anyone who ever gets really close to her sometimes calls her Rae)

Alias: Raven

Judicial Status: Hero

Background and Hero Origins:
Arella, Raven's mother, was chosen to become the bride of the demonic Trigon. Abandoned by the demon rather than her becoming his queen, Arella was bent on suicide when she was taken in by the pacifistic disciples of Temple Azarath, a group who had centuries earlier forsaken life on Earth to pursue their own nonviolent lifestyle.

In their inter-dimensional world, Raven, Arella's daughter by Trigon, was born. Fearing that the child would bring evil among them, Juris, a magistrate of Azarath, attempted to cast the infant Raven into Limbo, only to be destroyed himself. Azar, the spiritual leader of the temple, then took the young Raven under her personal tutelage, instructing her in the truth of her parentage, and in pacifism, meditation, and the submergence of her emotions to resist Trigon's influence, while perfecting her powers of teleportation, astral projection, and empathic healing.

Later, after Azar's death (in which she entered another plane of existence), when Raven was plagued by prophetic dreams of Trigon and, defying her teachers, she confronted her demon father in Limbo at his bidding. Trigon spared her and Arella after satisfying himself that, upon his return when she reached adulthood, he could seduce Raven into becoming his ally. When Raven turned fourteen, she sensed Trigon's power returning and fled to Earth.

She arrived at Jump City, where she met several super-powered youths fighting a rampaging alien girl....

Powers and Abilities: The basis of almost all of Raven's powers are derived from her soul-self.

Astral Projection: She is able to project her soul from her body into corporeal form using it to interact with the physical world, affect others mentally, and to traverse through time-space. Her soul-self takes the form of a double of her own body, or more commonly, a large black raven. She is capable of changing its shape and mass at will, and can alter her own appearance with her soul-self, like increasing her size or making her tentacles emerge from her cloak.

Projection of Thoughts and Will: She is able to project her soul-self into the minds of others to communicate, facilitate calm or to force people into submission with a devastating mental attack. Though normally composed of energy that is colored black, Raven's soul-self can change color depending on her emotional state, manifesting as red or white.

Advanced Telekinesis: Raven can merge a small part of her soul-self into objects in order to take control of them, with the object essentially becoming an extension of her soul-self; this may be the reason why she prefers to take control of inanimate objects rather than people. The limit to how much matter she is able to control is unknown, though it ranges well into hundreds of tons, allowing her to hurl city buses, mounds of rubble or even uprooting whole slabs of pavement. Whenever she takes control of something, it is covered in the same dark energy that composes her soul-self.

Creating Solid Constructs: With her soul-self able to be molded into any shape, Raven often creates simple domes or walls that act as barriers against attack. She can project solid bolts to be used as projectiles, or a steady stream of solid force. She has been shown making razor sharp blades to cut through obstacles, claws that can restrain foes, and floating platforms to ride on.

Interdimensional Teleportation: Raven's soul-self is able to envelop her (along with at least four other people) and transport her to other dimensions, primarily Azarath. She can use this technique to travel vast distances on Earth, or to teleport by momentarily displacing herself and then re-appearing in another location. She can pass through walls and obstacles by simply teleporting past them, giving the illusion of intangibility. At times, Raven has been shown creating portals with her dark energy in order to travel, rather than utilizing her soul-self.

Empathy and Healing: She has the psionic ability to sense the emotions of others, allowing her to gain insight into their thoughts and intentions, and even experience their own feelings. This also enables her to sense the mental state of others, as she has stated that she would know if someone's mind had been tampered with. Raven can absorb the pain of others into her own body in order to induce rapid healing for them, and can heal herself by going into a trance of emotional calm. She can receive precognitive flashes of the future when exposed to extreme emotion. By using her empathy to guide her, she can track others with her soul-self.

Levitation: Raven can levitate off the ground and fly, without visible projection of her dark energy as is shown when she utilizes telekinesis. Her power is also sufficient to enable her to counter the gravitational pull of other planets

Above average Agility, strength etc: Raven meditates to control and focus her abilities. Though not the most physically talented, Raven is nonetheless a fairly skilled and proficient hand-to-hand fighter, having received at least some degree of physical training. She has been shown briefly overcoming the peak-human, Speedy, engaging Jinx in hand-to-hand combat and also quickly delivering flying kicks to Monsieur Mallah.
Multilingual: Raven is also a skilled polyglot, capable of fluently speaking English, German, Latin, Romanian, Rumanian, Ancient Sumerian, and Sanskrit.

Arcane Magical Knowledge (Light&Dark): Though only occasionally used, Raven has displayed a wide arcane knowledge, possessing a vast library of mystic tomes, books and scrolls. She has been shown making potions, using mystical objects like charms and talismans, and has performed elaborate magical rituals. She has also been shown being able to directly absorb the knowledge from the pages of scrolls and tomes to her mind fairly quickly.

Post Cognition: The ability to visually perceive information about past events of a particular object, person, or anything in between without any guessing based on deductive reasoning and current knowledge.

Weaknesses and Tragic Flaw: Raven's main weakness is letting go of her emotions, especially rage. Even though her rage seems powerful, it could potentially corrupt her, leaving her very vulnerable to attacks with more power than her own.
It also seems she can keep perfect control of her powers while exhibiting her emotions, as seen in Spellbound. Raven is radiant with happiness and love, yet she is still able to control her powers with ease. If Raven suppresses her fear, she is unable to connect with her powers until she admits she is truly afraid.
Her ultimate weakness is her anger.

Other emotions aren't as Earth trembling as Raven's temper. Her anger is in the form of Trigon inside her mirror in Nevermore, then after defeated (to a point) the anger turns to another one of her, with her father's 4 red eyes and a red cloak. Anger is what changes her from her regular self to her demonic side practically every time.
Another weakness is her dependence on her incantation, Azarath Metrion Zinthos. If a gag is placed over her mouth, she cannot complete her incantation and she cannot connect with her powers until the gag is removed, however, she has occasionally overcome this weakness through sheer will.

Also, she is allergic to chicken feathers

Character Name: Clara Ruthe
Gender: Female
Age: 17
General Appearance
Height: 5'3
Weight: 103 lbs (malnourished)
Hair Color: Midnight Black
Eye Color: Deep Ocean Blue
Build: too skinny (lithe)
General Personality
Clara used to be a very stubborn young girl with dreams and optimism shining in her large eyes. She wasn't afraid of anyone or anything and if you gave her a dare, she did it. No matter what it was. But ever since she was imprisoned by him, she's been broken into submission. A process that took three long years until she became jumpy, timid and miserable. The girl you'd see now inside the Diabolus Manor is compassionate and altruistic, but afraid and cautious. She was transformed and beaten into a shell of a girl who takes the hit for every time the Master tries to hurt her fellow prisoner. She's protective, but now, that little boy is the only reason she has a will to live.

Food that doesn't make her throw up, getting a blanket, bandages, clothes,...and music (though she only gets that if she sings soft enough)
The chains, lies, the nightmares, the pain, and the dark
The Capture:
A young, thirteen year old brunette smirked and looked up. There it is. The Diabolus Mansion. Her friends finally gave her a more creative dare than licking the bathroom doorknob. Her right high top sneaker stomped into the dirt twice. That was the signal her friends had discussed. She knew the boys were watching through binoculars in the bushes or something. She could hear Tubby Timmy breathe from his inhaler and all her other buddies snickering and debating whether she was gonna do it. Timmy was nervous, but Clara wasn't scared. Never was, never will be. What's so scary about some shadowy house with a rusted gate? Nothing, that's what. She has to get in, stay in for for at least 5 minutes and get out. Easy peasy lemon squeezy.
Being a bit tomboyish, she has yet to admit that she's started her period and still runs around and climbs trees and plays kickball with all the kids in the neighborhood, mostly boys. So she's a skinny little thing and her bravery is probably more pride and ignorance than actual fearlessness, but the fact that she squeezed through two of the bars onto the property of Diabolus Manor tells you just how stubborn and cocky she can be. She showed off by kicking one of the bars she got past, listening for the gasps of the boys in the bushes while flecks of rust fluttered to the earth. Hands on her hips, she started forward. It was real shady in there even though it was summertime and she had to walk for a little while before she even saw the front entrance. It looked like something out of one of those crappy horror films her older brother watches with his friends when he thinks she's in bed and her parents are out. The grass and flowers were dead and mushy on the outsides of the dirt path. Or at least, she thought it was a dirt path. She could hardly see her shoes in the weird fog that looks like the stuff (dry ice?) the neighbors put out on Halloween, her favorite holiday. Clara gulped. All of a sudden, this dare didn't seem like that great an idea. Suck it up! It's not that scary! She tried to convince herself and trekked forward, among the dead trees and strange creaks of the old house. In her peripheral vision, a shadow slipped just out of view. She was close to the doorstep now. Had it been 5 minutes yet?
"I'm not scared. I'm not scared. I'm not--"
But aren't you?
Clara gasped and whirled around. She could have sworn that whisper was right by her ear. Goosebumps rose along her pale skin and the hairs on the back of her neck stood on end.
"Who's there?! Johnny you better not be playing tricks!" She yelled, sounding braver than she felt.
You could call me...Master.
And then everything went dark. She could have sworn there was a struggle...or a scream, but it's all fuzzy now.
The boys went home when it started to get darker outside. They thought to tell the parents, but were afraid they'd get in trouble. When the cops showed up later that night, Clara's friends promised not to say anything, cuz they might get arrested!

And then she was gone. It's been three years.

She has many bruises and cuts, mostly scars and not all of them are external. The most obvious pink and white scars include thick lines on her stomach and her back and some on her legs. There's one really thin one that Master made sure didn't kill her. Right across her throat. It's so she knows she's a prisoner and she'll never escape.
Character Name: Robin Sanders
Gender: Female
Age: 18
Occupation: Solver of Mysteries with Mystery Inc.
General Appearance
Robin is a short little fair skinned girl at 5'0. She has cerulean eyes that brighten when in the middle of a really good novel. Don't forget the annoying bangs that she moves out of the way often, sometimes by sticking a pen above her ear. The rest of her hair curls slightly on its own so she normally leaves it alone, along with the rest of her face. After her bout with acne in 6th to 11th grade, she gave up on makeup that only made everything look worse than it already was. Don't forget her thick glasses. Laser-eye surgery is scary and expensive, contact lenses don't let her cry at good books without rolling around or popping out. So glasses have to do. She has two extra pairs but hardly ever carries them with her. So if she loses the one she has on, she better find them or pray.
General Personality
Clumsy, dreamy somewhat artistic, observant, very bright (definitely gifted), very curious, sometimes stubborn, too honest (social norms confuse her so she might say things that would be offensive or inappropriate for normal people conversation), Kind, Altruistic (especially when it comes to her friends), Courageous (in most situations, though sometimes a bit too caught up), suffer-in-silence type, and definitely absolutely Quirky.
Robin was raised by her hippie parents until the age of 4 when her Aunt took custody after drug issues. Let's just...not go there. (She has a red robin feather for a bookmark). This little brunette has always been very quick to pick up on things, to the point that she has a touch of photographic memory. She doesn't remember everything she reads verbatim, but she learns by words, by reading, so often if she's going through a good book, she could tell you exactly where the information was in it, just not the whole paragraph word for word. So naturally, she did very well in school and her aunt and uncle Gingre definitely attempted to give her every opportunity to succeed as possible. She was very introverted through, especially when she was younger because people whisper about the awkward nerd who sits by herself at lunch and though she never got beat up, she knew all the names the kids would call her when they were still immature enough for such things. Back then, her only friends were book characters.
After taking a few psychology classes however, she was less fearful of people and even made a few nice acquaintances on the debate team freshman year. The rest of high school was academically simple, but even though she was offered several scholarships or early admission to top colleges over the summer, Robin actually decided to enjoy her years in high school which would be why when she back to school, she discovered a group of people who accepted her as a real friend. Soon after that, a terrifying event took place that bound the friends together by fate, forcing them to become as close as blood relatives. Dylan wound up contributing the van that belonged to his father as a "company vehicle" to the group he and his friends were forming and after a total fix-up and a paint job, the "Mystery Machine" was ready. So was "Mystery Incorporated"!

Full Name:
Dakota Alejandra Santiago
Kota, Stinker
Cesar Santiago- Father- Deceased
Carter Santiago- Brother - Missing
Turing- Companion - Alive

Dakota has dark features and a slight figure, lean from combat practice and pickup games of baseball. She has messy hair that she fails to braid back, nimble fingers and short nails from biting them off.
Unique Traits:
Burn scar on her right wrist
Dakota can be best described as an angry tomboy, only easily calmed by her older brother, now missing. She is very clever, resourceful and secretive, with a vicious attitude and a penchant for cursing in every other sentence. Though she is normally very logical and closed off, she is very compassionate, even if she shows it in rare gestures.
Before the near-cold war, Dakota's father was a single parent. Because her mother died giving birth to her from hemorraging complications, he hadn't planned to be a sole caretaker and had to enlist as a soldier for the U.S. military and move his kids to an apartment in Cheyenne, Wyoming next to his sister. So when the battles started before the outbreak, we was rarely home and felt bad about it, so bought her a pet ferret. And when he was home, taught her hand to hand combat skills from a young age, along with her brother. However, she was more interested in complex technologies she could tinker with. She was mostly raised by her older brother, Carter. She picked up skateboarding from him and often tried to impress him and his friends because she could rarely make many of her own. Thus, she learned how to make bombs from household things and spare parts, showing them off when they managed to work properly and working on her own inventions, like the fold-up skateboard and brass-knuckle-esque skate gloves.
When her tiny family got the letter that their father was Killed in Action, they paid more attention. They stopped saying that the war won't make it to the states. Carter bought gas masks, canned food, and stole asthma inhalers. Dakota filtered the pipes and vents...just in case. And then the storm came. Since Carter had been old enough to take care of her, their aunt rarely checked on them. After the first few nights of the Haze, she stopped. They didn't want to find out why. The city was too populated and dangerous, so they rarely left their tiny home, but when they needed supplies, Carter took the risk. He made her swear she wouldn't look for him if one day he didn't get back. That day came. She fashioned her gas masks with inhalers built in, packed a bag with reserves and ferret food, grabbed her old baseball bat, and skated as far as she could, lucky to make it to Red Hill.

Family: human and dead
Personality: Independent, stubborn, opinionated, altruistic, sarcastic, and sometimes reckless
History: Alexia--who usually goes by Alex-- was sent to Colony 361 when she was 13 and her parents had been killed by Sorians right in front of her. Since then, she's despised them and any other aliens too cowardly to associate with her simply because of her species. She's trained herself to fight, even getting some help from certain teachers. She's always wanted to protect her race as well as the other species disliked by the Sorians. As a student in middle and high school, she was always the one beating up the boys who picked on her and other, more timid students. She's never been afraid to speak her mind and when she's not in the mood to speak to anyone, which is most of the time, she has her wireless earphones in, listening to her music too loud. People underestimate her because of her height (5'2) and gender, but she's always enjoyed that. It gives her an edge.

Reason for joining the ship: Kill as many Sorians as possible
Qualifications: Most useful with pretty much any kind of gun, but she can also figure out other weapons. Really good in hand to hand combat as well

RP: The Silva and the Seeker
Name: Macie Shay
Gender: Female
Appearance: Macie, often called 'Mace', is a short and slim girl who stands at 5'0 with black hair and fair skin. Her eyes are dark as well, so she sort of looks like a modern, more edgy version of snow white. With Glasses. Macie has had problems with her vision since she was a kid. She developed severe myopia as she grew older and tried to use contacts in order to keep it under wraps, but by the time high school started, she had developed an intolerance for them and they weren't worth it. So Macie moved to a private school and now she wears glasses because taking them off would mean she cannot identify anyone around her no matter how close.
Age: 18
Bio: Macie was abandoned to an orphanage in Ohio when she was born and grew up there as a quiet, shy girl, usually pushed around a lot. She was then adopted when she turned 8 by Selene and Micheal Shay and came out of her shell slightly, growing into a bright, academic girl. She kept a few close friends through high school and wants to be a biology major. When she recently completed a science fair project on reptilian classification, she won a ticket to Jurassic Park and decided to go. It seemed intriguing, however sketchy.
Personality: Macie is more of a watcher and listener than A talker. She knows making observations is one of the best ways to gather knowledge. She is witty and resourceful and stays calm in stressful situations. That is, unless she loses her glasses. She doesn't trust easily and tries her best to be as independent as possible.
Any body modifications, such as tattoos: two extra piercings on her ears
Likes: Sketching, licorice, rain and running

Character Biography
Sexuality: straight
Marked: yes
Time left: unsure..but maybe..a month tops?
Symptoms: sudden panic attacks and agonizing migraines that randomly spring on her. They usually make her collapse and she fears that they're becoming more frequent and longer lasting. But other than that, she has her strength most of the time, and she uses all of it to help the others.

Abilities: Telekinesis, the more massive the object, the more effort is needed to move it. And if she tries hard enough, she can even get intricate enough to move certain things inside the human body. For example, if she's well medicated and feeling good enough, she could potentially rip out your heart or crush it or...well you get the picture. But she only does that under extreme circumstances and would hate and despise herself for it afterward. She can also put up small force fields that can withstand any pressure or blow, but only last about a minute. She can use them to move someone out of the way or protect herself and or others

RPs: Interlude
The Solution

Name: Tinker Bell
Nickname: Tink
Gender: Female
Species: Never Fairy
Preferred Weapon(s): A wand to better direct the flow of Pixiedust and her fists

  1. This little fairy is actually as strong, if not stronger than any human being many times her size. Kind of like an ant, but with an engine (her very quick and powerful wings)
  2. She has a seemingly endless supply of powerful dust that makes her glow constantly gold and can expel large amounts of it if she feels like sharing the power of flight with others.

"Tink" is the fairy we all know and love - spunky, rebellious, impatient, impulsive, vain, possessive, determined, persistent, temperamental... yet charming and lovable. This little fairy is actually older than she acts, having been very well traveled and acquainted with Mickey before deciding to stick to Peter Pan in Neverland. She has become quite the icon in the Disneyverse, and has no trouble bragging about her popularity, even if part of why she has it is because of the meet and greets she does with all new characters. Sometimes she finds them annoying and since fairy voices are too tiny to hear, you'll only hear the occasional jingle of complaint. Don't worry though, this hot blooded girl has no problem making sure her message gets across if she needs it to. Otherwise, she can be pouty, mocking and snarky. She is not to be underestimated. Of course, her temper can often get the better of her, but she’s always a selfless and dedicated friend when the chips are down.

General Personality
Ali is not to be messed with. She has quite the rebellious streak and hates to be told what to do. With a sharp and witty tongue she isn't afraid to use, sarcasm is her go-to defense mechanism. She wouldn't ever let anyone see her cry anyway. She has too much pride for that.

Character Name: Arella Zakiyah
Gender: Female
Age: 24
Occupation: Princess of the Kingdom of Mazhar
General Appearance
Height: 5'4
Weight: 110
General Personality
Arella has never fit the norm, and she is never afraid to show it. She is genuine and compassionate, though if sparked, she has an inner fire, burning fiercely in her heart. Though she enjoys horse-back riding, reading and swordsmanship, she knows when to step back into her elegant, polite Princess role. Being well-read in many topics, Princess Arella has a specific opinion when it comes to politics. Respect your people and the people will respect you. Loyalty is always stronger than fear when it comes to royal rule. Not only has she seen the method's success in old scrolls, but in storybooks as well. If she gets the chance to rule in any way, she knows exactly how to go about it. Sometimes she can't hold her tongue because to keep from speaking her mind has always been a struggle, but she is learning what to say to whom. In short, Arella is independent, intellectual, altruistic and a bit uncommon. So, many would be hard-pressed to find a woman quite like her in all the land.

Family: Only her father, Amon, is related to her by blood and though he doesn't share a lot of her opinions on politics, he does allow her leniency when it comes to the way she presents and occupies herself, much to the displeasure of Arella's stepmother. She was left behind to take care of Mahzar while the King accompanied his daughter to hopefully create an alliance with Maharajah, their closest neighbor, through marriage. Though Dione can be overbearing and bitter at times, she can be trusted and her father loves her, which is most important in Arella's eyes.
Arella's birth mother, Zara, was severely ill for most of Arella's early childhood and when she was lucid, which was rare, Zara hardly recognized her own daughter. She died in her sleep when Arella was 11 years old
Character Biography
Salutations from the Kingdom of Mazhar! I present to you...

Princess Arella Zakiyah

[Arella: angel, messenger; Zakiyah: lady of keen perception and sharp mind]

I was always a Princess, but never a fool. I have the heart of a Warrior and the mind of a Reader.

Behaving like a Princess is work. It is not simply looking beautiful or wearing a tiara. It's more about how you are inside.

Being alone has two sides. Solitude is beautiful .... but isolation is terrifying

It is so difficult to forget pain, but it's even harder to remember sweetness. We have no scar to show for happiness. We learn so little from peace.
