I basically survived on cheapass ramen growing up, and even now we always have a bunch of ramen in the house. Whether it's Maruchan or the kickass tasty ramens we pickup at the Asian market, or when I get really ambitious, making it fancy at home. O:

My favorite Ramen is Shin Ramyun (at least that's the brand). Specifically the spicy beef flavor. I throw whatever leftover meat we have in it and I'm happy. Roast beef, pork tenderloin, ham, chicken, whatever is in the fridge that needs eating.
