It's designed for people with new roleplay ideas who want to earn the attention of potential founding writers, people who are plotting with an already-established (potentially closed) player-base, and people who are looking for Group RP invitations.
What it is not for is people whose roleplays are already at the OOC/IC stage which need/are still open to replacement/additional members (that's what the RP Ads section is for), 1x1-only requests, invitations, or plot ideas, or threads which do not pertain to RP. :o
