Quasite Expanse

70 years ago, the Arelian race that calls the system of Arelia in the galaxy The Flowing Starsea discovered a new material that expanded their horizons beyond anything they had found before. Quasite, a complex material that carries immense energy naturally for eons, allowed the Federation to create wormhole engines. This meant that they could reconvene with cultures that had sprouted from the many generation ships sent out many centuries before, and that they could expand far beyond their original reaches.

This, of course, caused issues. As the Federation expanded, they started to overextend their resources and many colonies went without protection from a growing number of pirates and unscrupulous mercenaries. Thus the CRF, the Colonial Relief Force, armed themselves with surplus CRB (Combat-Rated Battlesuit) Infantry, MBVs (Mobile Battle Vehicles, ground and aerospace) F-StaKrs (Fusion-Stahlkriegers, the older version of the large combat mechs that use fusion engines, as opposed to the Q-StaKrs which use new Quasite Engines) and with a small flotilla of ships began to keep the peace where the Federation couldn't.

This kicked off many years of conflict, as the CRF refused to disarm in their quest to help people, and solidified their place in the frontier even as some flotillas became rampant with corruption. However, differences may need to be put aside, as a new threat looms and threatens to destroy the whole of Arelian culture.

(Players would be allowed from any faction [Federation, CRF, Mercenary, Pirate] in part of a mixed-group strikeforce against the enemy)

Chronicles of the Thirteen

Drozon, the elder dragon, has died - laid low by the dreaded scalewither contracted through unknown means. His passing was so sudden that his thirteen younger siblings had no idea what to do. In the end, they invoked the rite of dominance - a war of succession where the next leader is he who wins over his siblings with words or strength.

The dragons returned to their houses, their nations, and began to prepare for the inevitable conflict - training more of their mortals for combat, and ordering greater production of magitek Draconic Artifices and Autonoma. The mortal races of Noula - humans, canidae (people of all canid-kind, such as wolves, foxes, and jackals), fenils (small cat-like people with a penchant for tinkering), and avilous (matriarchal bird people) - call the houses their homes as well.

Dragons have always been benevolent rulers, as such the mortals have no qualms about this war - indeed, many are quite proud to tout their dragon to leadership. But fear does abound, as no one knows what will happen - the future is very uncertain.

(Players would be allowed to be from any of the races [including canis-half and dragonblooded] and any of the 13 houses as part of an unaligned group that explores adventure sites and doing jobs for others)

Anthem

And now, the Fandom. While the game may not have come out the best, I still feel like Anthem had many good themes and concepts. What I would do here, is have the players be a group of Freelancers with their own Javelins, going out from Fort Tarsis in order to help people. (It may be a separate timeline from the game)
