APPEARANCE:
Gunnery Sergeant Lazarus Yongheng Huang is a male of Chinese descent with a very physically fit body. His hair is black, eyes are brown, and his complexion slightly tanned. Lazarus stands at 6'2" (1.88 m) and weighs in at 193 (87.5 kg). In part due to him being a metahuman and in part due to his constant, rigorous training, Lazarus maintains an extremely physically fit body, leaning on the muscular side. On his right shoulder, he has a tattoo of the original Marine Raiders' skull insignia and on his left shoulder (Image), the image of the MARSOC Marine Raiders' eagle and dagger (Image).
Lazarus commonly dresses in a smart casual style, wearing button-down shirts, blazars, dark jeans, and black boots. Lazarus also tends to wear glasses, even though his eXceed augmentations have corrected his formerly poor vision. His low-threat uniform usually consists of the black combat fatigues standard to the Metahuman Special Operations Command and a standard military exoskeleton. However, as Lazarus traversed the multiverse in search of Ventus, he picked up the Blackwell Tactical DRX-17 Suit that further augments Lazarus' strength and protects him from both direct damage and environmental hazard such as vacuums and CBRN agents.

-CHRONOS-
Being gifted with the last fragment of power belonging to Chronos, the Greater Deity of Time, Lazarus is a chronomancer. However, his chronomancy is limited and incomplete, which means he can only affect time for individual people and objects he touches, not universally. He is capable of slowing down and speeding up the flow of time for someone, such as himself, as well as outright freezing someone in time. He is also capable of turning back time, such as to reverse injuries, but this is unable to affect the metaphysical, meaning souls are untouched when he turns back the clock. Built within his powers is an automatic safeguard that prevents Lazarus from dying and causing time to crumble: if Lazarus were to die, his physical and state would be rewound back to when he first got his powers at the age of 18.

Being a metahuman, Lazarus has superior physical capabilities to average humans. He is able to sprint as fast as a car for short bursts and being able to lift trucks with relative ease. In addition, his body is far more durable, with his skin being able to resist gunfire, his bone appropriately hardened to resist breaking, his internal organs being less susceptible to trauma, and being overall resistant to most diseases.

As a US Marine Critical Skills Operator, Lazarus is expertly trained in a plethora of skills including SERE, navigation, marksmanship, parachuting, diving, hand-to-hand combat, swimming, explosives, information collection, reconnaissance and marksmanship. He is proficient in handling all firearms and military equipment available to the US Military and several common internationally used firearms, as well as being capable of quickly picking up and improvising with unfamiliar weapons.

While he is a well rounded in a variety of disciplines, Lazarus's primary specialty is being a medic. He is trained to provide medical assistance in and out of combat situations. However, this does not mean he is a doctor; he is advised against diagnosing medical conditions not pertaining to the realms of open wounds, closed wounds, broken bones, burns, and effects related to such injuries.

While Lazarus is not required to take foreign languages, he does so anyways in order to better communicate with foreign forces and civilians. In order of proficiency, he knows: English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Korean, Spanish, and Arabic. He also is capable of communicating in ASL.

The Strauss II is a rifle that Lazarus acquired in his travels to Ventus. It is a futuristic assault rifle that fires 6.5mm caseless telescoped ammunition from a high-capacity 50 round magazine. The Strauss II is chambered in caseless ammunition, meaning it is lighter and more compact than standard cartridges. In addition the caseless design of the Strauss II also makes it so that the entirety of the weapon's firing mechanism can be sealed while firing, preventing debris or particles from entering. Lazarus has not been brave enough to risk extensive modifications on such as with such an advanced weapon, so he only opted to equip basic aftermarket attachments such as an extended magazine, foregrip, digital VCOG scope, extended barrel and fixed stock. -Rache LP8 Directed Energy Weapon-
The Rache LP8 is an energy-based variable particle weapon that runs off of a cartridge that combines a battery pack and particle canister. The LP8 has two primary configurations: sniper and shotgun. The base configuration is the shotgun, but with an extended linear accelerator barrel, a stock, and a long range scope, the LP8 becomes a sniper rifle. The shotgun configuration expends a full cartridge in 10 shots at the normal power setting fires a spread of destructive particles at a range of up to 20 meters, destroying walls and targets with ease. At the normal sniper power setting, the LP8 can fire 20 shots that are marginally more powerful than a .338 Lapua Magnum cartridge at targets up to 2km away. In both configurations, a stun setting is available, allowing Lazarus to perform non-lethal takedowns. Lazarus most commonly has the weapon in its shotgun form. Lazarus's secondary weapon of choice is a heavily modded Glock 18 designated the Glock S18-2. It is a military variant of the commonly seen Glock pistol, chambered in 9x19mm Parabellum ammunition and is capable of fully automatic fire. These guns come with an extensive package of modifications including a textured silicon carbide coated grip, raised slide grips, a flared magwell, integrated reflex sight, and a laser sight-tactical light combo. Though these are machine pistols, Lazarus usually prefers standard 19 round magazines because of their smaller profile, but he always carries an extra 33-round magazine or two for more firepower. The Blackwell Tactical Dynamic Reconnaissance Exoskeleton Model 17 or DRX-17 is a high performance exoskeleton tuned for maximum mobility and stealth capabilities. It comes standard with light energy shield, high-mobility servos, and dynamic camouflage strips. When obtaining this suit, Lazarus requested that it be equipped to take advantage of his powers, and Blackwell Tactical delivered. The regular evasion thruster system removed to accommodate a Blink-pack that allows Lazarus to instantly dash 10 meters forward, the standard titanium armor plates are replaced by lighter polymer plates, and bola launchers have been added to the gauntlets. PERSONAL INFORMATION
Personality:
Lazarus is a gentleman at heart. As far as I have known him, he has been respectful, compassionate, and empathetic towards others, ally, civilian or enemy. That said, Lazarus is by no means a pushover-quite the opposite actually. He is what many would call an "ox of a man". Definitely in a physical sense, but just as much in the sense that Lazarus can be as stubborn as an ox. If he has his mind set on something, it is very difficult to change his mind unless you are one of his most trusted friends. He is even more resolute when it comes to his beliefs, willing to go down with his position rather than compromise most of the time. That said, Lazarus has come a long way from the person he was before he obtained his powers. The effect of Christ on his soul has persisted and grown throughout every lifetime he's lived through.
Short Bio:
Lazarus Yongheng Huang was born in Los Angeles, California in the United States of America in 1949. His parents were two Chinese immigrants that fled China prior to the Japanese invasion during World War II. Throughout his childhood and adolescence, Lazarus was raised and pressured to be an academic overachiever so that he could be successful in life. Throughout high school Lazarus' resentment for the fate his parents chose for him grew. Lazarus worked hard to graduate high school as the valedictorian of his class, but immediately after high school, he abandoned his parents and joined the United States Marine Corps. This act of rebellion was what he thought to be the furthest from the medical career his parents wanted for him.
Just a year after his graduation, in 1967, Lazarus was deployed to fight in the Vietnam War. During his first deployment, Lazarus encountered the dying Greater Deity, Chronos. Though they were under attack at the time, Lazarus chose to save Chronos and bring him to safety. Despite Lazarus' best efforts to save Chronos, human medicine could not heal the Deity's wounds. Not wanting those who were after his life to obtain his powers, Chronos bestowed the last remaining fragment of his power in Lazarus, turning him into an Absolute Chronograph. At the time, Lazarus was unaware of the powers that were granted to him.
Five years later, Lazarus was killed in action, but instead of staying dead, the powers that Chronos granted Lazarus came into effect and "Reset" his body to the state it was in when he first saved Chronos. Though he kept his life, the memories of the last five years of Lazarus's life were forgotten. The only thing Lazarus knew was that he was supposed to be in the US Marine Corps, so he enlisted once again. Lazarus lived out his life in mild confusion until he died a second time in a car crash in 1981. Once again, Lazarus would "Reset" to his 18 year old self with the thought to join the Marines. This cycle would repeat itself until 2016, when Lazarus nearly died fighting in Iraq.
This time, instead of "Resetting" as normal, Lazarus pulled across dimensions into Ventus, where he was drafted into Legio Mortuus as a part of Leviathan Squad. It was at this point when Lazarus first learned that he was able to actively use his powers, rather than just "Reset". While serving in Leviathan Squad, Lazarus had grown to be a powerful chronomancer and an integral part of the team. However, Lazarus's tenure in Leviathan Squad only lasted eight years. He died during an attack on the Legio Mortuus Headquarters, "Resetting" and getting thrown across dimensions to a new and unknown world.
Lazarus was transported to a world where humanity had just created Metahuman Transition Drugs, drugs that could turn humans into superhumans and grant them powers by accessing the Null Axis. Like all previous lives, Lazarus joined the US Marine Corps in this world and became a MARSOC Critical Skills Operator. Four years after his arrival, he was transferred to the newly formed Metahuman Response Department of the US Department of Defense, where he worked with other superhumans to combat the spread of Metahuman Transition Drugs. There, he stayed for 8 years until a friend abruptly left the universe and told him that she would be waiting at Ventus. Not wanting to leave her behind, he found someone with the power to travel through the multiverse, and spent the next year traveling between dimensions in search of his friend.

Though only a few of her implants are visible, she still had them altered to have a lower profile and conceals them whenever she can. Her visible implants include Vertebral Interface Nodes fused to her vertebrae, which results in a row of 19 half-inch plugs sticking out of her back. A total of 16 Hormonal and Bloodstream Regulators are implanted on top of arteries across her body. The Direct Neural Interface is a flush metal plate with a slot for an AI chip implanted into the base of Juri's skull, usually covered by her hair. Juri's entire body is covered in runic tattoos, but a majority of them are invisible until she uses them as a matter of personal preference.
While in civilian attire, Juri dresses in a rather provocative manner, with her upper body wear consisting of low cut shirts, crop tops, and corsets and her lower body wear being a variation of miniskirts, skin tight leggings/tights, and very short shorts. Hardware includes cybernetic and implanted enhancements, Wetware includes genetic biological enhancements and will only list the effects of the modifications, and Manaware includes any form of magical enhancement.
From where Juri is from, rituals are not solely restricted to sorcerers and magicians; anyone with the proper materials and knowledge is capable of casting a ritual. Rituals optimized for military and law enforcement applications. Juri is highly knowledgeable and proficient in conducting rituals, and possesses the ability to conduct several rituals without any materials other than her manaware. She specializes in Benedictions, rituals that provide some sort of positive effect and the ones she has manaware for include the Mike-Bravo "Mending Bones" series, the Bravo-Charlie "Blood Clot" series, the Papa-Romeo "Psyche Repair/Reinforce" series, and Alpha-November "Anesthesia" series. For rituals she does not have the manaware for, she carries the necessary supplies in her pack.

Then there is Juri's compassion, which drives her to serve diligently as a medic, saving lives and easing pain. She does everything in her power to heal the injured and you will often find her sprinting through the battlefield to reach the injured and then use herself to shield her patients as she exfils them. In the infancy of Seraph PSC, she vocally pushed for the SERAPHs to be less brutal when conducting their operations. For all of her compassion, Juri is still an extremely competent soldier, capable of destroying entire platoons by herself without an issue. When the SERAPHs caught wind of plans to terminate all SERAPHs, Eurielle was one of the most vocal on staging a coup to overthrow their creators and avoid death. During the coup, Eurille killed her fair share of personnel, but she and her brother, Auriel, also saved several technicians and researchers, recognizing that they would need specialists who knew the SERAPHs inside and out especially after their emancipation. Many of these personnel would go on to become key in helping the SERAPHs develop as a private security corporation.
Soon after the takeover, Eurielle took on the name "Juri Jaxon" and all but abandoned the name given to her. In addition, she had many of the inhibitors disable in her body, allowing her to feel human desires and emotions more so than other SERAPHs. As a result, she became a more compassionate woman and moved away from her role of fire control specialist to a ParaMedic, where she could save lives, and if not, give her patients a pleasant final view.
As Juri served Seraph PSC she made the push for a more honorable image of the supersoldiers. She was one of the ones that helped sway public opinion of the SERAPHs from pure war machines to disciplined and respectable warriors. Though she wasn't an Archangel, she was one of Seraph PSC's primary representatives and ambassadors, dragging her fellow operators to offer humanitarian aid and build the reputation of the company.
At the age of 85, Juri encountered SERAPH-099 Samael, a SERAPH that had been missing for years. Though it wasn't strange for SERAPHs to disappear to complete a secretive contract, the amount of time Samael was gone for and the lack of communication with his team made him a unique case. Samael had reappeared to recruit SERAPHs for the Segadores, among which, he believed Juri to be a promising candidate for her skill in healing.

As a ParaMedic, Juri is capable of combining normal and paranatural means to treat injuries that otherwise cannot be treated on the battlefield. However, though she has this training and has studied further medicine, there are limits to her knowledge of healing. She can keep you from dying in most situations, but she cannot treat chronic diseases or perform complex surgeries.

Like every SERAPH, Juri is extremely proficient in the art of war and combat. Since she could walk, she trained her mind and body for war. Among her skills are martial arts, weapons handling, reconnaissance, EVA operations, tactical driving, combat diving, strategic planning, ABRMS piloting, and many other skills. Any task that has a combat application, she has more than likely learned how to execute it.
Juri's personally designed personal defense weapons are essentially upsized machine pistols chambered in 4.6x30mm FMJ AP rounds fed from a 30 round box magazine. Its blistering fire rate of 1200rpm, high-powered cartridge, and lack of a brace or stock make it a difficult weapon to control, but being a SERAPH, Juri is able to control her weapon with ease and even dual-wield it. An integrated holographic ADL (Aim Display Link sight and a laser sight are included, as well as an optional suppressor. A unique feature of this weapon is that its handle can fold back for more compact storage and drone integration.
The Auriel is a designated marksman rifle chambered in .320 Megaton armor-piercing incendiary rounds fed from an internal 10 round magazine. This weapon provides mid to long range firepower to compensate for Juri's otherwise short range equipment. It only comes with a 6-12x36mm SCOMS sight since Juri prefers to keep her weapons as light as possible to accommodate more medical equipment.
...\EQUIPMENT\AXCLPS MkVI Medium HARM Suit>
The Adaptive Expeditionary Combat Logistic and ParaMedical Support (Asclepius) MkVI Medium HARM Suit is a medium exosuit that was custom created for Juri. In terms of protection, the suit is equipped with a Hedron Shield Generator Network that protects against sustained small arms fire, an extensive manaware network that guards against paranatural effects, titanium armor plates, a high bullet resistant undersuit, and a fully pressurized suit that protects against the vacuum of space and CBRN agents. This HARM Suit is optimized for adjusting its WECS load distribution between the muscle fiber for maximum speed and an exoskeleton for heavier loads, allowing Juri to swiftly reach her patients and then exfil them by herself.
In terms of equipment, this suit comes with a J/MBLE Kit that carries her medical supplies and munitions and provides mounts for her triage drones. The helmet has a HUD that can link with SCOMS scopes and provides vision in multiple light spectrums, as well as carry satellite and line of sight communications equipment. No HARM Suit is complete without built in armaments and a ParaMedic's is no exception. On the left shoulder, a Seraph MK-R40 "Reiiel" grenade launcher is installed and loaded with smoke grenades, and on the right shoulder, a Seraph FM-Y20 "Yasariah" Automatic Grenade Launcher loaded in HEAT rounds. A helmet-configured Seraph HP-V5-H "Veheul" submachine is mounted as a CLWS for close quarters.
A HARM-Grade Jump/Modular-Bin Loading Equipment Kit ("jumble kit") is a series of equipment designed to integrate a jump pack, modular pouches and containers, and additional load bearing equipment, such as belts and harnesses. The primary component of the J/MBLE kit is the jump pack with integrated storage bins and pouches for standard and paranatural medical supplies for Juri and her drones, while the supplementary component is a belt with numerous pouches for munitions and first-line medical supplies. Two drop-leg thigh holsters and additional magazine pouches are also included. Notably, her pack contains the materials required to perform a variety of specific healing and purification Benedictions. As part of the ParaMedic configuration, the sides and back of this pack have adaptors for securing stretchers and Seraph-standard WECS, allowing Juri to carry her patients away from the fight if needed.
...\EQUIPMENT\Sentient AI "Aceso">
Aceso, otherwise known as "Ace", is Juri's paired Sentient AI. Ace was granted female programming and possesses a comprehensive database on normal medicine and paranatural medicine. Ace is primarily employed in the operation of Juri's two triage drones, to care for additional patients, provide covering fire, and assist Juri as necessary. As with all Sentient AI designed for SERAPHs, Ace allows Juri to form a Shared Neural Architecture Environment with other SERAPHs and act as a single unit. Since Juri joined the Segadores, Ace's functionality has been expanded by the Segadores to guide her in her task and identifying key targets.
The first line of care most of Juri's patients will see is her Sol Biotechnologies triage drones. These two drones are operated by her Sentient AI, Aseco, and designed to provide battlefield care and cover fire. Each drone has a biofoam dispenser, medical staple gun, syringe gun, a ventilator, hemodialysis machines, a deployable stretcher, and a surgical suite. These drones are also equipped with two Seraph KR-E46 PDWs each. They can dock with Juri's J/MBLE Kit to restock and recharge.

Juri is a conventionally attractive woman of vague Caucasian descent. Her mocha-brown hair flows down to her mid-back. Her eyes are a stormy gray with barely noticeable dots of light in her irises that indicate that they are cybernetic. She stands at 6'8" (2.04m) and weighs in at 254 lbs (115kg), which is on account of all the implants in her body. Though only a few of her implants are visible, she still had them altered to have a lower profile and conceals them whenever she can. Her visible implants include Vertebral Interface Nodes fused to her vertebrae, which results in a row of 19 half-inch plugs sticking out of her back. A total of 16 Hormonal and Bloodstream Regulators are implanted on top of arteries across her body. The Direct Neural Interface is a flush metal plate with a slot for an AI chip implanted into the base of Juri's skull, usually covered by her hair. Juri's entire body is covered in runic tattoos, but a majority of them are invisible until she uses them as a matter of personal preference.
While in civilian attire, Juri dresses in a rather provocative manner, with her upper body wear consisting of low cut shirts, crop tops, and corsets and her lower body wear being a variation of miniskirts, skin tight leggings/tights, and very short shorts. Despite her already towering height, she does not shy away from wearing heels, particularly knee high and thigh high boots. While on duty, Juri wears the standard-issue Seraph PSC Multi-Spectrum Combat Uniform - Black Speectrum, though with the blouse tied around her waist as opposed to being worn normally. During combat, she wears her AXCLPS MkVI Medium HARM Suit.

As Juri and Samus made their way up to the roof, one of the people bold enough to raise an objection to Juri's methods of engagement was also bold enough to monitor them as if they were some unsupervised privates. It was an insult to someone like Juri, but she raised no objection and paid no heed to the comments the gunslinger had for her. The addition of Sadie and Jill didn't bother the SERAPH, but they were a pair of eyes and ears that restricted the ability of the two mercenaries from moving freely.
After making their way down the fire escape and touring the city for a few hours, they came up empty. The maps that Aceso was able to access through the phone's global InfoNet connection weren't much help…and it wasn't as if they could purchase anything regardless, due to the time of day. Even then, Juri doubted that Sadie would allow Samus to acquire any further armament, considering the bounty hunter's association to Juri, so she kept quiet about that objective, just as Samus did.
Eventually, Samus called off the search, and by that time, Juri was walking solely via muscle memory. She'd left Aceso with her suit and drones, thinking that jacking out of her suit might slow the spread of the Segador trojan. The effects did slow down, but after several hours, they'd resurfaced, and without Aceso's help, all Juri could do was bear with the pain.
By the time they'd returned to their room, Juri collapsed into her bed without even undressing and passed out. The cover of sleep that draped over was dark and heavy, drowning out any dreams. It was strange for sleep to come so easily without the assistance of a chem injection. It must have been something with the Reapers, but Juri wasn't in the headspace to complain as she lost consciousness.
Juri was woken by the alarm blaring next to her bed. 0600. The SERAPH almost couldn't believe that she'd slept in until then…it must have been the same paranatural force that brought her to sleep last night. She wasn't one to complain, though, as the headache seemed to be gone for now. Springing off her bed, Juri immediately began to do some maintenance on her armor while Samus did her own morning routine. A quick scrub with a sponge was enough to get most of the blood off before she donned her armor for the next day.
While the bounty hunter went off to get coffee, Juri bore with a canister of Nutrient Paste and a serving of a Vitamin Cocktail. It was like eating runny mud and drinking cough syrup, but it gave the necessary calories and nutrients for a SERAPH to keep going without having to eat enough food for a family of four and their in-laws. When all was done, Juri met up at the lobby with the other Players just in time for a 10 hour timer to burn itself into her hand and the task to be given.
Find three keys across…Iwatodai. If Juri recalled correctly, Iwatodai was a considerable distance from Shibuya, based on the maps the provided phone was able to access. However, as she went to plot a route to the next district, her current location was now updated to being in Iwatodai. Her armor's Integrated Tactical Positioning System also indicated an unexplained move from Shibuya to Iwatodai. A quick look outside was the killshot that confirmed that the players were moved by paranatural means during the night. That must have been why the doors were locked and the sleep came so easily and heavily.
These revelations made Juri start thinking about when the next locational shift would occur without their knowledge and what sort of conditions the ritual(s) used had. Unfortunately, like in most scenarios, only a full paranatural research team was able to answer these questions with something remotely resembling an answer within a month. Juri was stuck with what she could observe.
Now was not the time to focus too hard on those details, however, as the four points of interest were marked on the map: Iwatodai Station, Paulownia Mall, Iwatodai Movie Theater, and Naganaki Shrine. Four locations and three keys. One group was going to be going on a wild goose chase…and they were relying on the other groups to find the key as well. This was not a game Juri liked her odds in, but what choice did she have?
To maximize their chances of surviving, they had to distribute themselves across the location according to the amount of area that they had to cover. The SERAPH saw several others announce their intentions to make their way to the station and shrine, which left a deficit of Players going to the theater and mall. Both of these locations likely had a lot of area to cover, especially the mall. It would make sense to concentrate more people at the mall…but Juri didn't think that many would take kindly to her being in such a densely packed area.
If there were more people like the paranaturalist that killed Herbert Moon and the man who killed him in turn, Juri saw a very real possibility that the other Players may turn on her for something trivial like justice or pure disdain. The theater would present fewer moving civilians and a way to restrict their movement to keep them out of the line of fire via the limited exits in each show room. Just as Samus declared her intent to Matthew and Tyler to go the theater, Juri did the same, [Heading to the Movie Theater as well.]
As soon as the message was sent, Juri took off, sprinting down the streets beside the cars. Though not weighing as much as a car, Juri certainly was able to run as fast as one in her suit, to reach the theater in no time at all.

Appearance:
Declan is a large, well-built man in peak physical condition. He stands at 6 foot 2 inches and is 210 lbs of muscle hardened by years of combat and his upper body covered in tattoos of various designs. He keeps his dark brown hair and lumberjack beard well trimmed for a professional appearance. His primary outfit of choice is a red long sleeve flannel shirt with rolled sleeves with navy jeans, a black baseball cap, and work boots. On most field ops, Declan wears a plate carrier, battle belt with attached leg holster, ballistic sunglasses, and electronic ear muffs. If the mission calls for it, he has a helmet with quad night vision goggles and a gas mask.
Personality:
Above all, Declan is loyal. Loyal to his country. Loyal to his friends. Loyal to his wife. He is the type of man to run head first into enemy gunfire to recover the corpse of his Marine so that their family will be able to at least have the comfort that no one abandoned their son or daughter, even in death.
Aside from his loyalty, Declan is a loud, boisterous man that can never seem to keep quiet in a room full of people for long. He loves talking to people, picking their brains for knowledge, joking around with them, and getting to know them as a human being. He has learned that in the toughest of situations, the ability to laugh and the connections you build are what keep you sane, and so, he seeks to do so with everyone. If he considers someone a friend, he's always willing to help them out to the fullest of his ability. However, beneath the extrovert is man still grieving his wife and trying to enact justice for her. When he is alone, his darker thoughts threaten to overwhelm him.
Strengths:
Going hand in hand with his loyalty is Declan's courage. He is terrified of dying, of the supernatural, of finding his friends dead despite the best of his efforts, but he still pushes on. Always able to find something higher to drive him, Declan is willing to face anything for the sake of his higher calling. With his loyalty and courage, Declan has proven to be a inspirational and guiding light to his brothers in arms, being able to push them for the sake of their mission and their survival.
Fears:
Declan fears dying before he is able to solve the mystery of his wife's death, even more so of dying to something that he doesn't know or understand. He's not afraid of man, because they're predictable, but Peculiars are a whole other level to him.

Reason for Joining:
After finishing his service in the Marines in Force Recon, Declan was planning on marrying his fiance and starting a family. However, not long after he left, his wife disappeared under extraordinarily strange circumstances. He put all his effort and money into finding her, but in the end, all he found was her mutilated corpse and a glimpse of a monster months later. With the love of his life and his savings gone, he wandered the nation as a drifter, doing odd jobs to keep himself fed and housed as he looked for peace. When one of Declan's friends from a government agency found him and learned of his situation, he recommended him to the BPA. Declan took the opportunity to put his skills to good use and look for some answers regarding what killed his wife.
Best Discipline: Defense
Being a former Recon Marine with four combat deployments under his belt, Declan is a seasoned operator. He is very proficient with firearms, stealth, reconnaissance, and the full suite of skills that comes with being part of a special operations capable unit. His proficiency toes the line between Defense and Observation, but he is first and foremost a Marine who is capable of killing any threat, not a mere watcher.
Worst Discipline: Research
Despite being high skilled and always capable of picking up new tactics and techniques, Declan's ability to look into and analyze the supernatural is very limited. His ability to research and defeat human adversaries is no laughing matter, but being so used to thinking in terms of humans leaves him without a clue on Peculiars. That is also not to mention his dislike for studying.
Extra Information:
He's acquired a sizable collection of equipment during his years serving the military using his own money, including firearms, armor, radios, and survival gear. For a time, he was a doomsday prepper, but he's since given up to focus more on the threats he now faces everyday.
He refuses to drink or smoke because he believes that if he starts, he won't stop while he's still grieving his wife.
Even when he's not in the field, he conceal carries a P320 pistol (Image) in 9mm and a combat knife on his belt.
His nickname, "Decci", is derived from the first three letters of his first name and first two letters of his middle name names and it is pronounced like "messy", but with a "d". He received because no letter in his signature is distinguishable except those five.
Declan's preffered armaments are a custom AR-15 (Image) and an MPX-K (Image).
