to far superior technologies. Having colonized several planets, they continue to strive to achieve even greater heights. Earth Colony I, the planet Melr, is the human race’s central planet. It was the first colonized after humans left Earth, when it was rendered uninhabitable thousands of years ago. Since then, humans have ventured forth from Melr, to find new planets.

Despite the many strives in technology, humans still try not to make the same mistakes they did on earth, by using fuels that would pollute Melr. While electricity is a great source of fuel, a new energy source was discovered several hundred years ago, and, since then, P.T Industries has monopolized the energy industry, using the Psyonic Crystals natural energy to power many forms of technology.

P.T. Industries, or Psyo-Tech Industries, became so rich, that they were able to fund their own military unit, known as the Psycho-Breakers, as well as many various projects. They have had very few setbacks, yet the most notable and costly was the fall of Colony Six. Colony Six was a space colony that housed hundreds of scientists, working on top-secret research. Suddenly, without explanation, Colony Six was destroyed in 7218, in a violent explosion that left no trace of man or machine. Psyo-Tech gave little details, and most of the details were vague, yet there were whispers and rumors that Psyo-Tech was developing bombs and other weapons in the space colony, and one had malfunctioned.

Recently, the humans have come across a race of aliens, who call themselves the Krish. Claiming all the Psionic Crystals to be theirs, they have declared war on the humans, and Psyo-Tech has been drawn in by the government. At the same time, Psyo-Tech is fighting a personal war with an Anti-Psyo-Tech group, who claim that P.T Industries uses cruel methods to maintain their monopoly.

Rank Six are normal soldiers. They pilot regular machines and use normal weapons. They have no Psyonic abilities whatsoever.

Rank Five are weak, low rank Psion users. They can power up weapons with Psyonic energy created in their bodies, and can use special machines and vehicles.

Rank Four are moderate Psion users. Usually, they use their Energy to give their guns or swords a boost in strength, which help aid other soldiers in battle. They are generic soldiers that also operate low-grade Psi-Techs, machines that are powered by electricity, though maneuvered through the use of Psion Energy.

Rank Three soldiers are strong, usually the strongest on the regular field of battle. They have a good amount of Psion Energy, and can use the Energy to aid themselves in combat, though using it as a weapon alone will tire them out tremendously. Rank Threes are also the most populated Rank, as well as Rank Fours and Rank Sixes.

Rank Two is a very prestigious rank. Rank Two soldiers go on dangerous missions, usually acting as support for Rank Ones. They are strong, and can all use Psion Energy efficiently. Rank Two soldiers are not forced to maintain strict uniform code, and, as such, Rank Two men are able to express themselves a bit more freely. A few pilot Psi-Techs, machines that can only be piloted by a Psion user with a large quantity of energy.

Rank One is the highest rank. Very few soldiers make it to this rank, and only include the most powerful Psion users. These men are allowed to use any weapon they choose, and dress as they please, so long as their rank and Psyo-Tech logo is visible. Rank Ones are essentially living weapons, and only go on the most dangerous missions, and are allowed to give orders to any other ranking of soldiers.

Standard uniform includes black pants, black boots, dark blue t-shirts (for men), dark blue tank top (for women), arm guards, shoulder guards, black Crystal-Thread cloak, pistol, and badge. Cloaks have the wearers rank woven in, as well as the shirts. All clothes are Crystal-Thread woven, and, as such, are very durable, and give some protection from Psion-charged weapons.

Normal human citizens cannot use Psion Energy. P.T. Industries secretly finds or takes young children, usually children who have become orphans, and expose them to Psionic radiation early on. If they respond, the child becomes ill for about a week, and, if the child lives, they find that they can use Psion Energy, though they must either recharge themselves after use by draining a Psionic Crystal, or rest themselves. Kids who do not respond to the radiation at all are raised and trained as regular soldiers, to fight for the Psycho-Breakers.

Moonlit Blade - Raiker

Name: Raiker (Project Six)
Age: Unknown
Rank: Rank One
Appearance: Raiker has blue hair, which always seems messy. He has eyes the same shade of blue as his hair, yet the iris always seems to faintly glow. He wears the standard uniform, though sometimes without the cloak. His clothes are all trimmed with blue, which seem to bring out his eye color even more.He seems to have flawless features, his body lacking in scars of any type. His boots, however, are not standard issue. While similar in appearance, they allow Raiker to skate half an inch above ground, allowing him to move at amazing speed. They are activated through Psionic Energy.
Background: Raiker does not remember anything about his past. All he knows is that he is, in fact, not human. He was created by Psyo-Tech from pure Psionic Energy, and given life. Aside from that, all he knows is that his purpose is to be a weapon.

Personality: Raiker is a steadfast person, always acting surely. He feels it is not his place to have an opinion, since he is a weapon, and does not try to make friends. However, he will cooperate to fulfill any mission given to him, and seems to be thoughtful at times.
Weapon: Relinquishing the standard issue pistol, he instead carries a longer, heavier, six-round revolver. Instead of bullets, however, Raiker loads the gun with small shards of Psion Crystals, each good for a single shot, like normal bullets.

Uses of Psionic Energy: Raiker is able to use Psionic Energy freely, allowing him to make shields, crate blades of Energy in mid air, and so forth. However, as an entity of pure Psionic Energy, if he overexerts himself, he will die. As such, he cannot rest to recharge himself, and needs access to Psionic Crystals to survive.
Other: While his body is as solid as a humans, at times, it seems almost fluid. Raiker can keep larger shards of Crystals in his body, which his body feeds off of in order to survive. He can eject them from his body at will, usually doing so out of his shoulder or arm. Few know that Raiker is not human, and all that do are higher-ups in Psyo-Tech.

Name: Aeva

Age: 19

Rank: Rank Two (but with abilities of Rank One)

Appearance: Aeva is very young by appearance. She looks more like a 16-year-old rather than a 19-year-old, and a lot of people (especially those in the lower ranks) really do believe she is only 16. But Aeva really doesn't know herself how old she really is. She has shoulder length, black hair and silver eyes, which make her look other-worldly to most people. She is a little tall----5'11 to be exact, and a little skinny, making her swift reflexes beyond amazing. She has a series of numbers (a kind of serial code) tattoed on the back of her neck that she normally hides behind her hair. Aeva ALWAYS wears her favorite large, black boots that go up to her knee with either pants or shorts and a tank top.

attachment.php

Background: Aeva was one of the many children taken by Psyo-Tech. She was an orphan, her parents being kept a secret by Officials. She was only a baby at the time, and even though she was so young, the scientists noticed something.....different and unique about her and decided to take the risk of exposing her to Psionic radiation immediately. She almost died, but, remarkably, she pulled through. After this amazing feat, the scientists of Psyo-Tech decided to put her to the side as one of their "Secret Projects" and started putting her through all different kinds of tests and experiments. This was nothing but torture for poor Aeva, beacause some of the experiments left her deathly ill for weeks and in extreme pain. Eventually, they were able to tap into her DNA and shape her body and genes, giving her amazing reflexes and strength and outstanding abilities like no other. Once she got to a certain age (18. Or at least that's what they say.), they placed her in their military as a Rank Two soldier. Of course, there was a lot of mumbles and grumbles from a lot of people as to why someone as young and as inexperienced as her was just automatically placed up to Rank Two while the rest below had to work hard to get there, but they very soon hushed up when they saw just how strong and powerful she was when she was given her first mission. It has been a year now since she very successfully completed her first mission, and having gained quite a few jealous enemies, she's pretty much the whole gossip, one of the most popular, and one of the most hated throughout the military.

Personality: Aeva is very outspoken and sarcastic, but never annoying or rude. She can be mean, annoying, and rude, but only when she has to be. She gets what she has to get and does what she has to do and thats all. She doesn't like or want recognition or praise, and would very much rather be to herself. Her distant attitude has been donned, ever since she started to become hated, and since she doesn't like trouble, she decided to keep her distance from certain people to keep any bad moods low. When Aeva isn't acting distant, she can be a real Chatty Cathy, and you really can't blame her since she has no real friends. She does feel horrible and resents her childhood, and she does wonder about the truth about herself, but she sometimes just pretends like she doesn't care.

Weapon: Aeva's weapon is an EXTREMELY large machine gun that never runs out of "bullets" just as long as there is some kind of Psionic Energy to charge it. Everyone wonders how such a skinny little girl could lift such a large gun with such ease, but its just another one of her "DNA tweaks". Her gun is the only one of its kind and was specially crafted and given to her by Psyo-Tech. She carries it strapped on her back, but it doesn't hinder her movement at all.

Uses of Psionic Energy: She mostly uses her Psionic Energy to charge her gun, create shields, etc. There are a lot of other "special" things she can do with it, as well. She just hasn't figured it out, yet.

You're in, Phoenix. XD Just need to get some more players... *looks around shiftily*

Name: Corsica Vega

Age: 32

Rank: Rank 6

Appearance: Corsica is a fair beauty. Her golden brown hair is shorn, cut just below the chin-line. Her eyes as bright as turbulent lights on the ship’s deck. Her frame is small, but not as delicate as one might think. She has an athletic built and has decent endurance for long runs.

Background: She’s been with Psyo-Tech since the age of five. After failing with the radiation, and yet surviving, Corsica has been trained to be a low-ranking soldier. Her whole life has been about battle strategies and survivalist tactics. She’s seen her fair share of missions, and the bloody path that led to it, and frankly, she’s looking for a way out.

Personality: Corsica is the strong, silent type. The one that’s always brooding in a corner somewhere, scoffing at the superficiality that can sometime be seen within the higher ranks. Corsica seems to be always on edge – she’s one of the older members. She’s seen it all which makes her paranoid and sometimes a little too cautious when it comes to the mission at hand.

Weapon: (WIP)

Uses of Psionic Energy: NA

Other: NA

All right, Kat. It's all good, so far. I'll add you to the above list, once you've got the weapons area filled out.

Name: Zephyr

Age: 20

Rank: Rank Three

Appearance:4GB4Aa0xNCNAw&page=5&ndsp=15&ved=1t:429,r:11,s:65&tx=87&ty=44&biw=1024&bih=673[/IMG]
Background: Zephyr has been with Psyo-Tech for most of her life, since the age of seven. She can remember only her mother slightly but not anything of her father. Al;though she survived the radiation exposure she has been trained more heavily in combat and has become an extremely good fighter, being sent on quite a few missions but not as many she would like to have been on.

Personality:Zephyr is one who wants to prove herself and likes to go on missions. She is neither loud nor quiet, but somewhere in between, knowing when to shut up and knowing when to voice her opinion: if there is something she doesn't agree to she will be, quite frankly annoying, and refuse to do it- a problem that irritates some. If you are nice to Zephyr she will be kind back to you but if you turn cruel on her she will try and make your life a misery.

Weapon: Zephyr has one special weapon in particular:

Uses of Psionic Energy: (if applicable) [Psionic Energy can be used to enhance other weapons, create an Energy shield, or used as a weapon in and of itself.]

Other: (anything extra, if applicable)

(will finish this later)

Age: Unknown
Rank: One
Appearance: long black hair, with black eyes, he is 6’ 4” tall, medium build, and is always wearing all black (no matter what), usually on missions he wears specially made black boots that have crystal fibers in them, he wears black baggy cargo pants, with a black t-shirt under his black armor, and a black specially made black trench coat with crystal fibers in them as well.
Background: He was literally put into the program by his parents when he was young. After the radiation testing and psionic testing he was determined to be a rank one. During the radiation testing though his irises were turned black, and he had gotten very sick as well, he even puked up blood. Several years later he was tested on a battle field were the Psycho-Breakers were losing and needed to win to get an edge on the enemy. The mission became a success but so did his career. He was sent on many of the most dangerous missions and he has successfully completed all of them.
Personality: Usually quite and ever watchful, he is smart and cunning, he also is an impressive strategic commander. He cares the other Psycho-Breakers. Unlike Psychotech he doesn’t view them as property he views them as other fellow living beings and fights for not just his race but his Psycho-Breakers.
Weapon: He has two custom made two of a kind psionic-pistols, and two psionic-katanas as well as a unique and powerful psionic-rifle, and he also has several psionic throwing knifes, and shurikan made for him self.
Uses of Psionic Energy: (if applicable) [Psionic Energy can be used to enhance other weapons, create an Energy shield, or used as a weapon in and of itself.] He can enhance his weapons and armor, he can create barriers, and use it as a weapon it’s self.

Other: (anything extra, if applicable) He's called by Thirteen because for the longest time he would get the very worst assignments and always be one of the few or the only one to survive.

Hmm, tried not to get it too overpowered, but yeah, I will change if necessary.

Name: Kana
Age: 18
Rank: One (though ‘classed’ as Rank four)<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>

Appearance: Out of control dark brown hair falls to just above her shoulders, with several strands falling across the left side of her face, returning swiftly after they’ve been brushed out the way. Her eyes are a dark blue, and often hold disinterest in them. Her face itself seems to only have two expressions – disinterest of an arrogant smirk.<o:p></o:p>
She wears the typical rank four uniforms, and is often seen in it when she’s not on duty. When she’s not where it she wears simple black trousers and a random shirt and jacket.<o:p></o:p>

Background: Yet another Psyo-Tech experiment, from a young age Kana and several other children were constantly exposed to psi radiation, without giving much of a chance to rest in between. The goal was to see if they could force the body to hold larger amounts of energy, and therefore create higher ranked soldiers quicker.
<o:p></o:p>
The result was several dead children, and one with the ability to hold near infinite amounts of energy, but absolutely no control capability. Kana would have been everything they had hoped for, vast amounts of Psion energy, fast recharging capabilities, if it weren’t for the fact every attempt for her to use it resulted in it going out of control, often with devastating effect. The fact her emotions also frequently got out of control, leading to a release of energy didn’t help matters.
<o:p></o:p>
While some called for the project to be terminated, many wanted to try and figure out ways to control it, and her, still clinging to hopes of the ability to create powerful soldiers quickly. So she was trained, and weapons that allowed her to control the energy developed, though even with her making progress several higher-ups were unsure about it.
<o:p></o:p>
When the time came for her to be put into the field, she was placed as a rank four, though her capabilities were much higher. Mainly due the fact they didn’t like running the risk of her powers going out of control of important missions Rank fours were seen as more expendable if things went wrong, and it also gave them a hidden card, having a much stronger soldier on the field than enemies expect.<o:p></o:p>

Personality: She rarely shows her emotions or feelings, a result of training, instead wearing a blank face, and responding to comments with short and often stern or sarcastic, answers. She dislikes psi-tech and what they have done to her, and others, and as such often disobeys orders or makes things difficult for them by pointing out flaws in plans and the like. She is however aware of a line, and will stop before crossing it, in case it is decided she is more trouble than worth.<o:p></o:p>
There are events that can cause her to reveal her emotions, and a more caring and catious side, though she often keeps it locked up both because she sees it as a weakness and because she’s painfully aware of possible consequences of letting emotions get out of control.

Weapon: Two seven inch rods embedded with psionic crystals designed so she can channel her excessive energy through them to enhance and control it, as she otherwise unable to do. She also frequently channels her energy into the rods to form blades of pure psionic energy, turning them into dual swords. Along with the rods he carries a basic rank four pistol, to keep up the guise, though it is practically useless, as she release to much energy through it, causing it to overload.<o:p></o:p>

Uses of Psionic Energy: Using the rods she can form blades and controlled burst of energy, as well as shields if necessary. However without them while she can emit waves, they are out of control, and are as likely to harm a friend as they are a foe. She can also release of the energy at once, causing her to pass out, but at the same time creating a shock wave that can destroy a sizable area, depending on how much energy she had.<o:p></o:p>

Other: She is incapable of using general psionic technology, as she can’t control the flow of energy and it ends up overloading. She can also be prone to releasing energy when she’s angry, or has other high emotions.<o:p></o:p>

Name:Jeff
Age:36
Rank:6
Appearance:He is a man of normal stature standing a 5,4 feet tall, has a shaved head and is always clean shaven if he can help it. His dark brown eyes always have a weary look in them, always looking for trouble and ways to get the hell out of it.

Background:Just like all people in the company he was plucked from the streets at a young age, around 6 for him, and was exposed to the radiation. But to the great disappointment he didn't respond to the radiation, not even a sickness popped up after exposure. So from that age he was inducted into the rank 6 soldiers, training to be a meat shield for the ones who could use psi energy.
But unlike most rank 6 he did survive the battlefield and to every bodies surprise he thrived in that environment. Keeping himself alive and doing his orders no matter how much the odds went against him.
Although he hasn't gotten through them with no scars. Both physical and mental ones.

Personality:Jeff is weird no way around it almost always seen with a smile on his face in combat, like the screams around him are some soothing melody and the constant brush with danger and possible death a fun pastime. And even worse for his reputation is that he is a sadist, and doesn't care at all about that. Not bothering to hide it, he openly shows it even. Cracking jokes about how his enemies slowly burned to death or how his teammate splattered all over the place when he got hit.

Weapon: Jeff has besides his standard issue pistol, an assault rifle with under slung grenade launcher (reload after every shot) and a few grenades.

Other: He is an almost unnaturally though person, both by the robustness of his body and his mental fortitude, Shrugging of wounds that would have let a lesser man crying on the ground in pain. Or being mostly in one piece if he falls from a hight that would break bones by others.
(if his leg snaps in two however, you won't see him walking, but he can handle the pain.)

hope this is alright.

Oh, my bad. I read yours, yes. There are a few things that need to be changed, however.

Your character should have an age, even if it's an estimate, since he is human, and his parents would have needed to write such info down when sending him off to become a Psycho-breaker. Also, he wouldn't be the first Rank One, since Psyo-Tech has been in existence for a much longer time than anyone could live.

Also, Rank Ones aren't in teams, really, and a Rank One can only lead other Rank Ones if the higher-ups give specific orders. otherwise, most Rank Ones tend to work with lower ranking soldiers.

Lastly, Psyo-tech tends not to have any legit "Generals". During wars, they do, in fact, give special privileges to Rank Ones, allowing them to act like generals. That way, they can fight and give orders, and the leader has a lower risk of dying, and thus throwing the whole army into confusion.

If I may ask, when is this RP going to start :) I'm quite exited to begin
