Land and geology can be divided in many ways. The following list will concentrate more on political and social divisions rather than landforms. Use and adapt as you see fit. I can get some definitions up after the move. Were there any you needed right away?
 
Mostly just the ones that aren't common English like Emirate and Diocese and Palatinate
