First, if you haven't set up categories yet you might want to read the resource on it.
If you want to find the PM box, or create new PM's just click on the 'menu' icon at the left top corner, it should look like three horizontal lines. A menu will open with in the top bar three icons, the second one has an enveloppe icon, which is the PM box. If you click that you can see the link to start a new conversation!
