OK everyone, the end is extremely fucking nigh. Last chance to get any cool Player vs. Player posts in before I Deus Ex Machina this bitch.

Ozzimus can come, too. *Splashes water on him*

@Jack Shade I saw your convo, you're good for either of those things.

Totally cool with Machina, but a question: can it be my turn to guard the Monolith next? Maybe have someone come down and chat?

@Quiet One - that's enough.

The time to "chat" was between April 7th and April 12th, then April 19th to April 23rd. ELEVEN days in which you had the chance for tedious back-and-forths.

You were absent. Not our fault. It doesn't justify you complaining about the direction of the story.

I'm sorry that this sea adventure and naval battle bores you. But that is the plot, and the plot is underway.

If you really need to lean on someone else to develop your own character, work it out with them in PMs. Your micro-needs are not a topic for the plot discussion thread.

yeah my bad it was supposed to be Barvelle Ill fix that.

And now there's that. Have fun! :D

*Is always too slow*

Apologies for the double-post, but there was some confusion I wanted to clear up.

My post does not stop the scene. Keep posting until this shit resolves itself.

For everyone wondering where the tablet story is going, if it's stalled, and when K'larr's gonna come back on the scene, here are some answers.

The tablet plot is building. Don't not worry, it has not stalled, but don't expect much action in this chapter, just slow, methodical build up. Contact me or Jack Shade if you are looking for more info.

As for when I will post, the answer is soon, but again, don't expect any big plot developments.

Again, if you want to know more please PM either Jack or myself, or just hold tight and see what happens in IC.

No worries Gonzo. I can conjure up some bonding time for the soldiers if need be.

*Sees where this is going*

OK, the Silver Shadow has reached its capacity limit. No one else jump over there. Ayanne and Ironblood both have very good reasons for being there and I frankly just wanna wrap this up. Everyone has had over a week to figure out what they want to do to contribute to this scene, stick to that decision.

So, just gonna throw this out there (Mainly because I saw one of the new character is specifically from Aldus) - If anyone plans on getting involved in Aldus in any way send me a PM. We can collaborate and talk plot and all, see how my plot(s) can line up with yours and make it an even better plot(s).

Though, I should say I'll be keeping character interaction at a minimum for the foreseeable future. Meh, we can work out the details more later.

But seriously, if you plan on being a presence in Aldus please send me a PM so I can get you up to speed on what's going on in the shadows and how that will affect you!

Hey guys sorry i went absent.

I will admit I'm struggling to figure out what to do with Ture.

Though the logical thing seems to be that he'll be travelling to Barvelle.
Tavark should really report in about the LIVE dragon they have, and Ture's well equipped to make the journey, but also he's got the ulterior motive that being one of the surveyors that found the ghoul sage's ruins (though not one of the architects that explored it) he has some knowledge (and maybe surveyor maps?) that may prove useful to the archon and Pegulis at large.

Though there's the possibility for him (and maybe the other Tavark characters, since Noctis' character has already expressed a plan to head for Barvelle.) taking a path via a line of ruins rather than the standard track? Ture would know if there was a route like that and I guess staying clear of bandits, or just main roads in case of the Ghoul Sage etc might make that make sense?

There's potential that some funky stuff could be happening in some of the ruins in the wilderness? Though I'm not sure about it.

Those are some thoughts i've got rattling around my head at least. Mostly I've got an issue because Ture is a bit of a coward and is only even planning to head to Barvelle cos his boss and friend told him he should be.

@Prince @JUDGE @Omnitricks @Lorchenne @Tiltshift @Princess of the Teacup @Temper Tantrum @Hattori Hanzo @Verin @Porg @SlatersDeath @Strayed

The Plot Monster is roaming. How do you want to enter the story? Which plot do you want to be involved in? Where do you see your character going? What help do you need?

I'm really sorry. I speak for Megu and myself. Temper Tantrum's internet is malfunctioning and our characters are always together. I really want to come in as soon as possible but our original draft won't fit anymore. We might have to drop out, even if we really want to stay.

Blah blah blah.
Which ruins are you talking about? The ones where Ilsa and Castagarian are now? Or others?

If you need a way in, I have a loose end to tie up. In the prequel roleplay, the convoy that originally escorted Medwick's group were stricken by plague (a plague engineered by the Ghoul Sage). They had to turn back in order to regroup with the healers at Barvelle. I'd imagine they're almost home by now.

But y'know, maybe some of them DON'T have Notable Skills that make them a living GPS. So they got a bit off course. They can be in the area between Barvelle and Tavark, taking a very ill-advised route.

They have a Forest Kin with them who can at least make the plague non-communicable. But they're still pretty fucked up. Some help would be useful. Plus... they know about the Kool Aid Ghoul Sage.

o_o

You may have to drop out because of internet troubles? Or because you're stuck for ideas?

Because I can help with the...

*stares out the window at his rape-wagon with fake AT&T logo*

.... the second one, yes. I can help with the second one.

Your World. Delivered.

...Uh, I'm talking about the world of Ilium, of course.

Anyway, Asmo, in what fashion should the Aldus expedition discover the mysteries hidden within the inner chambers of the ruins? Do you want one of us to write it?
