PLOT CHALLENGE!

A PLOT CHALLENGE is where you are given a word, a phrase, a sentence, or a setting and you have to come up with a plot idea that is inspired by those words!

The object is to THINK FAST and share the first ideas that come to mind. It's an exercise in quick creative thinking. You can do this challenge any time. Or multiple times!

To Participate: THINK FAST. Don't waste any time. The first idea(s) that comes to mind, write it down and post it! You are to write down a plot premise or basic idea. This isn't about writing scenes, this is about writing up a setting!

Challenge Phrase: The New Language​

In the future there will not be a world where morality will be something great philosopher's can openly contemplate. There is a World Government that has set the rules for the rights and wrongs of everything. Moral language can only be spoken when adhering to the government's version of morality. Kantia is famous in the underworld. She is the reincarnation of the great Immanuel Kant, a man who once said his ideas were like the Copernican revolution of philosophy. Slowly gathering an army to fight the World Government that has tried to take over a person's very thoughts of right and wrong, Kantia is about to start a revolution of her own, but it won't be in the form of great prose.

First thought I had was 'new MORAL language' xD.

Lamech was the first to use it. Just out of the blue, seventy seven completely under his command. He said he had learned it from the Others, the Sons of God, the Mighty Ones, the Nephilim. Some sort of Language of Creation. It's the Word that was used for making everything, he says. Tubal-Cain couldn't understand it. He's been using that computer of his to try deciphering the syntax, but as soon as it comes into contact with the words, it breaks down. Every king and general in Nod is trying to get their bloody hands on the scrolls now. Nimrod issued a decree yesterday that he was going to hunt down and sacrifice anyone who used it against the Kingdom personally. There's a good reason we call him a "Mighty Hunter Before the Lord".

Methuselah stood up at the High Council and denounced it as "playing with fire". Old man doesn't know what he's talking about. This is THE thing we need to finish the Tower, that last step to rise up higher than the Man Upstairs. We're so close. The pyramids over in Egypt were just an experiment; the Pyramid of Atlantis will finally unlock our true destiny, just as the Others said it would. Just like the Serpent of Truth said! He's guided us each step of the way, taught us how to forge metal, use magic, even create life itself. The Angel of Light doesn't lie.

The Sethites have been bombing the borders of Atlantis since twenty years ago, but with the Word, we have the upper hand. We'll contact the outpost on Mars and Venus, have them fly over to our base on the Moon, then stage the final assault on that Ark of theirs near Ararat. That will show those rebels who the REAL rulers of the system are.

Anyhow, there's some sort of warning on the news about heavy rain due in a few days. Shouldn't be a problem. We'll use the Words to control it. See? We really HAVE become like God Himself, in knowledge and power. Look at what we can DO with these Words! The Kingdom of Nod will never fall...

The above was translated from what archaeologists are labeling the "mother language", from which Sumerian, Egyptian, Ancient Chinese, Sanskrit and all our other languages have developed. The text was found buried beneath several hundred meters of sediment at the bottom of the Mariana Trench, alongside what scientists are now describing as the world's first robot: three miles of Element 126, shaped like some sort of sea monster, with the letters spelling "Tiamat" on one side and "Leviathan" on the other in an unknown crystal.

The People's Republic of China and the United States of America, along with Russia, India and Brazil, have all expressed extreme interest in obtaining information concerning this "Language of Creation", and are sending fleets of drones and automated ships to the site. Reporters around the globe are calling it the find of the millennium, and tensions are rising as the Big Five stare down one another in another Cold War. How this apparently memetic weapon will affect the future of humanity is uncertain, but-
